Background
As an agricultural waste, the straw is generally treated by adopting methods such as incineration and the like, so that resources are wasted and the environment is polluted; the existing straw decomposition method adopts an alkali or acid chemical method, and also adopts a chemical-mechanical method combining chemistry and machinery or a chemical-physical method, and the treatment methods have sewage, discharge and are harmful to the environment.

During crushing treatment, the solid content of the straw after fermentation treatment is 40-60%; the solid content of the forage entering the primary dehydrator is 20-25%, and the solid content of the extruded forage is 30-40%; the solid content of the forage entering the secondary dehydrator is 15-20%, and the solid content of the extruded forage is 30-40%.
The water obtained by three times of dehydration and four times of dehydration is reused for the front end (including water for washing grass and the like); thus, the quantity of the extrusion liquid is controlled, the concentration of the extrusion liquid is improved, water can be saved, and the heat energy consumed by concentrating the liquid can be reduced.
The primary dehydrator is provided with a liquid with 25-35% of solid content in the discharge part except that the forage is extruded from the extrusion port and enters the secondary dehydrator, and the finished product is obtained after drying treatment.
After four times of dehydration, further carrying out 1-times of dehydration treatment; or removing four dehydrations.
The straw is replaced by other non-grain biological materials; the other non-grain biological materials include, but are not limited to, reed, branch, wood, bamboo, hemp stalk, chinese alpine rush, and megaterium.
The invention has no emission of harmful substances, excellent environmental protection performance, convenient operation and high efficiency. The invention washes the forage, washes the pulp, the waste water can be regarded as the fertilizer; is significantly different from the traditional pulp preparation which only washes materials and generates more wastewater.

(2) The forage enters a second material pool, liquid filtered by three times of dehydration (pressure screen) is added into the second material pool, stirred and then conveyed into a secondary spiral dehydrator 5, and the extruded water enters a first material pool 2; the extruded forage enters a slurry pool 6, the solid content is 40%, and the concentration of the extruded liquid is 7%;
(3) The forage treated by the slurry pond is dehydrated for three times by a first grinder 7 and a dehydrator 8 in sequence, soaked by a slurry soaking pond 9, dehydrated for four times by a second grinder 10 and a dehydrator 11 to obtain a cellulose product; the three times of dehydration and four times of dehydration are that water is added to carry out dehydration treatment after cleaning (namely pulp washing) on the forage treated by the pulp pool.
During crushing treatment, the solid content of the straw after fermentation treatment is 60%; the solid content of the forage entering the primary spiral dehydrator is 22%, and the solid content of the extruded forage is 35%; the solid content of the forage entering the secondary spiral dehydrator is 16%, and the solid content of the extruded forage is 37%.
The water obtained by three times of dehydration and four times of dehydration is reused for the front end (including water for washing grass and the like); thus, the quantity of the extrusion liquid is controlled, the concentration of the extrusion liquid is improved, water can be saved, and the heat energy consumed by concentrating the liquid can be reduced.
The primary screw dehydrator is provided with a liquid with 27% solid content in the discharge part except that the forage is extruded from the extrusion port and enters the secondary screw dehydrator, and the finished product is obtained by drying treatment of the drier 12.
Examples
A method for producing cellulose from agricultural straw, comprising the steps of:
(1) Crushing straw forage subjected to fermentation treatment, then feeding the straw forage into a first material pool, adding liquid extruded by a secondary spiral dehydrator, stirring, feeding the liquid into a primary spiral dehydrator, feeding the forage extruded by the primary spiral dehydrator into a second material pool, wherein the extruded liquid is humic acid water fertilizer, and the solid content is 30%;
(2) The forage enters a second material pool, liquid filtered by three times of dehydration (pressure screen) is added into the second material pool, stirred and then conveyed into a secondary spiral dehydrator, and the extruded water enters a first material pool; the extruded forage enters a slurry pool, the solid content is 45%, and the concentration of the extruded liquid is 4%;
(3) Sequentially carrying out first grinding machine, third dewatering, soaking in a pulp soaking pool, second grinding machine and fourth dewatering treatment on the forage treated by the pulp pool to obtain a cellulose product; the three times of dehydration and four times of dehydration are that water is added to carry out dehydration treatment after cleaning (namely pulp washing) on the forage treated by the pulp pool.
The water added before entering the primary spiral dehydrator in the step (1) is water obtained by secondary dehydration of the secondary spiral dehydrator; the water added in the material pool in the step (1) is the liquid filtered by the pulp pressure screen.
During crushing treatment, the solid content of the straw after fermentation treatment is 45%; the solid content of the forage entering the primary spiral dehydrator is 25 percent, and the solid content of the extruded forage is 30 percent; the solid content of the forage entering the secondary spiral dehydrator is 18 percent, and the solid content of the extruded forage is 33 percent.
