本发明一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆建筑材料装饰领域,具体涉及内墙涂料罩光面漆。其质量配比为:水24‑65份,防腐杀菌剂7‑15份,负氧离子30‑50份,成膜助剂20‑40份,乙二醇10‑20份,消泡剂3‑5份,罩光乳液300‑600份,缓蚀剂1‑2份,增稠剂3‑7份。本发明负离子净味水性罩光面漆能够有效地达到降低室内空气中的甲醛、VOC和粉尘含量,并杀灭细菌和祛除异味的效果,同时还能够获取有效的防护,进而提升内墙涂料涂层的耐磨性避免负离子涂层遭受磨损而降低净化空气的情况从而有效地弥补了现有技术中的不足。相关助剂的加入能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性和展色性,帮助形成良好的连续涂膜。对提高涂料涂膜的流平性、光泽度、丰满度功效显著,还可以改善面漆中颜料的均匀性及稳定性,促进漆膜的耐擦洗性能、冻融稳定性及机械强度。

本发明涉及建筑材料装饰领域,具体涉及到内墙涂料罩光面漆。
背景技术
室内甲醛污染主要来自于建筑和装饰材料,目前市面上80%以上的人造板材是由胶黏剂脲醛树脂或酚醛树脂胶粘合而成的,脲醛树脂会在水分、热、光、金属离子的作用下缓慢分解,持续不断的释放甲醛。用脲醛泡沫树脂做隔热材料的预制板、贴墙布、贴墙纸、化纤地毯、泡沫塑料、油漆和涂料等也向外界散发甲醛。释放量一般为3.35mg/m3。有时可高达13.4mg/m3。因此在室内装修后,板材中残留的以及胶黏剂中未参与反应的游离状甲醛会逐渐向周围环境释放,是造成甲醛长期污染的重要来源。甲醛对眼、鼻、喉的黏膜有强烈的刺激作用,最普遍的症状就是眼睛受刺激和头痛,严重的可引起过敏性皮炎和哮喘。由于甲醛可与蛋白质反应生成氮次甲基化合物而使细胞中的蛋白质凝固变性,因而可抑制细胞机能。此外,甲醛还能和空气中的离子性氯化物反应生成二氯甲基醚,而后者是一种致癌物质。甲醛可被室内表面材料吸附富集,当室内温度升高时又重新释放出来,加剧污染效应。
负氧离子具有极强的氧化和吸附作用,可以主动捕捉空气中的有害物质,除能够清除空气中的降尘、飘尘等有害物质外,还能够与空气中的甲醛、苯、 TVOC 等装修污染物质发生反应,将其分解为二氧化碳和水。此外,生态级空气负离子由于粒径小、活性高、迁移距离远,可以到达室内的各个角落,清除甲醛等化学挥发物无死角、无残留,是目前治理甲醛污染的最好方法。
现有的罩光面漆大部分是不能释放出负氧离子的,少部分使用了相关技术,其负氧离子释放量也较少,通常只有0-50个/cm3,无法满足人们的需求。
通过在内墙涂料表层涂抹本发明负离子净味罩光面漆,能够有效地达到降低室内空气中的甲醛、VOC和粉尘含量,并杀灭细菌和祛除异味的效果,同时还能够获取有效的防护,进而提升内墙涂料涂层的耐磨性避免负离子涂层遭受磨损而降低净化空气的情况从而有效地弥补了现有技术中的不足。相关助剂的加入能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性和展色性,帮助形成良好的连续涂膜。对提高涂料涂膜的流平性、光泽度、丰满度功效显著,还可以改善面漆中颜料的均匀性及稳定性,促进漆膜的耐擦洗性能、冻融稳定性及机械强度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,主要通过采用复合化技术对产品的本身结构进行改革创新,使之在常态及高温分解时均无毒性,加入负离子成分,带负电荷在结构上与超氧化物自由基相似,氧化还原作用强,能够破坏细菌病毒电荷的屏障及细菌细胞活性酶的活性;另外,负氧离子可以沉降空气中的悬浮颗粒物,去除灰尘、异味、烟雾、杀菌、净化空气、治疗对花粉、灰尘、孢子的过敏、改善哮喘、情绪波动、抑郁、慢性疲劳、缓解精神压力等呼吸系统疾病。相关助剂的综合反应下,生产出的罩光面漆不仅有良好的装饰效果,且附着力优,耐脏污性佳,通用性强,具有很好的推广价值。
一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩面漆包括水、防腐杀菌剂,负氧离子,成膜助剂,乙二醇,消泡剂,罩光乳液,缓蚀剂,增稠剂。
一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩面漆由以下重量份的组份组成:
水24-65份,
防腐杀菌剂7-15份,
负氧离子30-5-份,
成膜助剂20-40份,
乙二醇10-20份,
消泡剂3-5份,
罩光乳液300-600份,
缓蚀剂1-2份,
增稠剂3-7份。
其中水为纯净水。
其中防腐杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、苯并米唑酯类、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
其中负氧离子为活性氧。
其中成膜助剂为醚醇类高聚物的强溶剂。
其中乙二醇为一种有机溶剂。
其中消泡剂为一种不含有机硅的复合型消泡剂681F。
其中增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂。
其中哑光罩光乳液由丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯与叔碳酸乙烯酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯及有机硅高分子聚合而成。
其中缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
所用防腐杀菌剂能广谱杀灭细菌活性,高效防霉,耐酸碱,持效性强。
所用负氧离子带负电荷在结构上与超氧化物自由基相似,氧化还原作用强,能够破坏细菌病毒电荷的屏障及细菌细胞活性酶的活性,持续释放负氧离子,净化空气。
所用醚醇类高聚物强溶剂能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性和展色性,帮助形成良好的连续涂膜。对提高涂料涂膜的流平性、光泽度、丰满度功效显著,还可以改善面漆中颜料的均匀性及稳定性,促进漆膜的耐擦洗性能、冻融稳定性及机械强度。
所用有机溶剂乙二醇溶解或分散成膜物质为均匀液态,以便施工。
所用复合型消泡剂681F动态消泡、抑泡持久性强,分散性好、消泡能力强,亲和性佳,不易产生缩孔和鱼眼。
所用增稠剂相对于纤维素类增稠剂,能改善涂料的流动性、流平性及抗非碱性,降低原材料成本。
所用哑光罩光乳液光泽高,硬度好,耐水性强。
所用复合型缓蚀剂与其他材料反应生成致密的保护性隔离层,提高涂层与基层的附着力。
一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩面漆的制备方法:
(1)按质量配比称量纯净水24-65份、防腐杀菌剂7-15份、负氧离子水30-50、复合型消泡剂681F5-5份、混合型缓蚀剂1-2份。
(2)加入分散器中,800r/min中速分散15分钟。
(3)加入罩光乳液681F300-600份,用适量醚醇类高聚物的强溶剂20-40份、乙二醇10-20份调整PH值在5-9之间。
(4)在低速搅拌下,缓慢加入用水按1:1的比例稀释后的疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂3-7份,实时监测其PH值,使其保持在8-9,达到规定粘度55-65KU后停止加入增稠剂。即得一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,以上构成本发明。

Claims (11)
1.一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组份组成:
水24-65份,
防腐杀菌剂7-15份,
负氧离子30-50份,
成膜助剂20-40份,
乙二醇10-20份,
消泡剂3-5份,
罩光乳液300-600份,
缓蚀剂1-2份,
增稠剂3-7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述的水为纯净水。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述的防腐杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、苯并米唑酯类、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述负氧离子为活性氧,带负电荷在结构上与超氧化物自由基相似,氧化还原作用强,能够破坏细菌病毒电荷的屏障及细菌细胞活性酶的活性;另外,负氧离子可以沉降空气中的悬浮颗粒物。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为醚醇类高聚物强溶剂,能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述乙二醇为一种有机溶剂,溶解或分散成膜物质为均匀液态,以便施工。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为一种不含有机硅的复合型消泡剂,动态消泡、抑泡持久性强,分散性好、消泡能力强,亲和性佳,不易产生缩孔和鱼眼。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述哑光罩光乳液由丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯与叔碳酸乙烯酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯及有机硅高分子聚合而成,其光泽高,硬度好,耐水性强。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂681F。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂。
11.如权利要求7所述的一种用于内墙涂料的负离子净味水性罩光面漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组份组成:
水24-65份,
防腐杀菌剂7-15份,
负氧离子30-50份,
醚醇类高聚物强溶剂20-40份,
乙二醇10-20份,
复合型消泡剂681F3-5份,
哑光罩光乳液300-600份,
复合型缓蚀剂1-2份,
疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂3-7份。
