背景技术
随着社会经济的发展和生活水平的提高,住宅舒适度作为衡量生活质量的重要指标,受到了越来越多的关注。噪声不仅会影响到居民的休息、学习和工作,还有可能损害听力健康,甚至引发疾病。关于房屋住宅噪音的研究数据表明,噪声的主要来源为建筑楼板的撞击声。隔声砂浆、隔声涂料和隔音垫可以降低建筑楼板撞击声,其中隔声砂浆的隔声性能相对不足,隔音垫铺贴易空鼓,因此隔声涂料更适合应用于建筑楼板撞击声隔声。目前各类隔声产品均处于发展期,市售产品品质良莠不齐。
CN113248988A公开了一种防水隔声涂料及其制备方法,含有改性玄武岩纤维和具有多孔结构的纳米级无机物,可以将撞击声压级改善量提升至20-27dB,具有良好的力学性能和抗渗性能,但未考虑材料的应用性能需求。CN111621204B公开了一种液体隔音涂料,可以将撞击声压级改善量提升至10-15dB,然而含有乳化沥青,不适合在室内大范围推广应用。
因此,目前亟待提出一种新的耐水隔声涂料和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种耐水隔声涂料和应用。本发明通过加成开环反应使得聚合物乳液带有氨基和环氧基团,得到活化聚合物乳液并与粉料经化学键合形成稳定的三维网络结构,可显著减少透射的声波能量,起到隔声的作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提供了一种耐水隔声涂料,该涂料包括液料和粉料;
所述液料的原料包括活化聚合物乳液,任选地还包括助剂和水;所述活化聚合物乳液含有氨基和环氧基团;
所述粉料的原料包括填料,能够与所述活化聚合物乳液形成化学键合。
根据本发明,优选地,以所述液料的总重量计,活化聚合物乳液的含量为50-100%,助剂的含量为0-10%,水的含量为0-50%;优选地,以所述液料的总重量计,活化聚合物乳液的含量为50-95%,助剂的含量为0.1-10%,水的含量为3-50%。
根据本发明,优选地,所述液料和粉料的质量比为100:(100-150)。
根据本发明,优选地,所述活化聚合物乳液由聚合物乳液、三甲胺水溶液和环氧氯丙烷通过加成开环反应制备得到。

根据本发明,优选地,所述助剂为润湿分散剂、消泡剂和增稠剂中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选地,以所述助剂的总重量计,润湿分散剂的含量为0-3%,消泡剂的含量为0-3%,增稠剂的含量为0-3%;进一步优选地,以所述助剂的总重量计,润湿分散剂的含量为0.1-3%,消泡剂的含量为0.1-3%,增稠剂的含量为0.1-3%。
根据本发明,优选地,所述润湿分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐型润湿分散剂、聚丙烯酸钠盐类润湿分散剂和非离子表面活性剂类润湿分散剂中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选地,所述消泡剂为矿物油消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选地,所述增稠剂为纤维素醚类增稠剂、缔合型增稠剂和碱溶胀型增稠剂中的至少一种。
在本发明中,所述填料为表面带有负电荷的填料、与活化聚合物乳液的环氧基团通过开环反应发生键合的填料、与活化聚合物乳液的环氧基团通过开环反应进行氢键作用力键合的填料,即:
活化聚合物乳液的氨基可以和表面带有负电荷的填料通过静电作用力键合,目前选择的填料在水溶液中大都带有负电荷;活化聚合物乳液的环氧基团可通过开环反应与填料发生键合,以及开环后通过氢键作用力键合,形成本发明的耐水隔声涂料。
根据本发明,优选地,所述填料为阻尼填料和/或活性填料,任选地还包括无机填料。
根据本发明,优选地,以所述粉料的总重量计,阻尼填料的含量为20-80%,活性填料的含量为10-40%,无机填料的含量为10-40%。
根据本发明,优选地,所述阻尼填料为废旧轮胎橡胶粉、丁苯橡胶粉、丁腈橡胶粉、三元乙丙橡胶粉、珍珠岩和海泡石纤维中的至少一种;所述阻尼填料的颗粒尺寸为0.005-0.5mm。
根据本发明,优选地,所述活性填料为硅酸盐水泥,优选为普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和复合硅酸盐水泥中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选地,所述无机填料为硫酸钡、碳酸钙、二氧化钛、石英粉、云母粉、滑石粉和膨润土中的至少一种。
本发明第二方面提供了所述的耐水隔声涂料在建筑楼板隔声中的应用。
本发明的技术方案的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过加成开环反应使得聚合物乳液带有氨基和环氧基团,得到活化聚合物乳液并与粉料经化学键合形成稳定的三维网络结构,可显著减少透射的声波能量,起到隔声的作用。
(2)本发明的涂料应用于建筑楼板隔声,撞击声压级改善量可达到20-30dB。
(3)同时本发明的涂料与基层具有良好的粘结性,并具有一定阻燃性和优异的环保性。
本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后具体实施方式部分予以详细说明。
具体实施方式
下面将更详细地描述本发明的优选实施方式。虽然以下描述了本发明的优选实施方式,然而应该理解,可以以各种形式实现本发明而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。相反,提供这些实施方式是为了使本发明更加透彻和完整,并且能够将本发明的范围完整地传达给本领域的技术人员。
以下各个实施例和对比例中所用物质均可通过商购获得。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种耐水隔声涂料,该涂料包括液料和粉料;
所述液料的制备:
(1)在恒温35℃下,在装有冷凝装置的密封混合罐中加入醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液80g、丁苯橡胶乳液20g、氯丁橡胶乳液20g;
(2)在搅拌下,缓慢加入三甲胺水溶液3.6g;
(3)缓慢滴加环氧氯丙烷7.2g,通过冰水浴控制温度35℃,搅拌下反应2h,得到活化聚合物乳液;
(4)向步骤(3)得到的活化聚合物乳液中依次加入水80g、聚羧酸钠盐型润湿分散剂3g、非离子表面活性剂类润湿分散剂1g、矿物油消泡剂3g、缔合型增稠剂2.5g、碱溶胀型增稠剂1.5g,得到液料;
所述粉料的制备:
(5)在搅拌下将丁苯橡胶粉90g、三元乙丙橡胶粉25g、珍珠岩5g、普通硅酸盐水泥30g、复合硅酸盐水泥20g、滑石粉25g、膨润土5g混合均匀,得到粉料。
使用时:
(6)将液料和粉料按照100:110进行混合。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种耐水隔声涂料,该涂料包括液料和粉料;本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
在所述液料的制备中:加成开环反应的温度为32℃,时间为2.5h。
液料原料、粉料原料与实施例1的不同,具体见表1所示。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种耐水隔声涂料,该涂料包括液料和粉料;本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
在所述液料的制备中:加成开环反应的温度为30℃,时间为1.5h。
液料原料、粉料原料与实施例1的不同,具体见表1所示。

测试例
本测试例对实施例和对比例得到的耐水隔声涂料进行测试,具体包括:
按照《GB/T 1733-1993漆膜耐水性测定法》进行耐水性测试;
按照《建筑防水涂料试验方法GB/T 16777-2008》标准中A法进行粘结强度性能测试;
按照《建筑用墙面涂料中有害物质限量GB 18582-2020》进行有害物质限量测试;
按照《GB/T 8626-2007建筑材料可燃性试验方法》和《GB/T 11785-2005铺地材料的燃烧性能测定辐射热源法》进行燃烧性能测试;
按照《GB/T 19889.6-2005声学建筑和建筑构件隔声测量第6部分:楼板撞击声隔声的实验室测量》进行隔声性能测试。
结果见表2。

由表2可知,本发明中通过活化聚合物乳液,与粉料混合可发生化学键合,最终得到的耐水隔声涂料,相比于对比例1,实施例1-3得到的耐水隔声涂料耐水性更好,与基层的粘结强度更高,隔声性能更优异。对比例1虽然使用了相同的聚合物乳液、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、阻尼填料、活性填料和填料,但制备过程缺少聚合物乳液活化过程,因此得不到与本发明一致的效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种耐水隔声涂料,其特征在于,该涂料包括液料和粉料;
所述液料的原料包括活化聚合物乳液,任选地还包括助剂和水;所述活化聚合物乳液含有氨基和环氧基团;
所述粉料的原料包括填料,能够与所述活化聚合物乳液形成化学键合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,以所述液料的总重量计,活化聚合物乳液的含量为50-100%,助剂的含量为0-10%,水的含量为0-50%;优选地,以所述液料的总重量计,活化聚合物乳液的含量为50-95%,助剂的含量为0.1-10%,水的含量为3-50%;
所述液料和粉料的质量比为100:(100-150)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,所述活化聚合物乳液由聚合物乳液、三甲胺水溶液和环氧氯丙烷通过加成开环反应制备得到;
优选地,所述加成开环反应的温度为30-35℃,时间为1-3h。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐水隔声涂料的制备方法,其中,所述液料以包含聚合物乳液、三甲胺水溶液、环氧氯丙烷,以及任选的助剂和水的组合物的形式提供。
5.根据权利要求3所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,
所述聚合物乳液与三甲胺水溶液的质量比为100:2-15;
所述聚合物乳液与环氧氯丙烷的质量比为100:5-20;
所述聚合物乳液为丙烯酸乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液、丁苯橡胶乳液、氯丁橡胶乳液和丁腈橡胶乳液中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,所述助剂为润湿分散剂、消泡剂和增稠剂中的至少一种;
优选地,以所述助剂的总重量计,润湿分散剂的含量为0-3%,消泡剂的含量为0-3%,增稠剂的含量为0-3%;进一步优选地,以所述助剂的总重量计,润湿分散剂的含量为0.1-3%,消泡剂的含量为0.1-3%,增稠剂的含量为0.1-3%;
优选地,所述润湿分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐型润湿分散剂、聚丙烯酸钠盐类润湿分散剂和非离子表面活性剂类润湿分散剂中的至少一种;
优选地,所述消泡剂为矿物油消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂中的至少一种;
优选地,所述增稠剂为纤维素醚类增稠剂、缔合型增稠剂和碱溶胀型增稠剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,所述填料为阻尼填料和/或活性填料,任选地还包括无机填料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,以所述粉料的总重量计,阻尼填料的含量为20-80%,活性填料的含量为10-40%,无机填料的含量为10-40%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的耐水隔声涂料,其中,
所述阻尼填料为废旧轮胎橡胶粉、丁苯橡胶粉、丁腈橡胶粉、三元乙丙橡胶粉、珍珠岩和海泡石纤维中的至少一种;所述阻尼填料的颗粒尺寸为0.005-0.5mm;
所述活性填料为硅酸盐水泥,优选为普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和复合硅酸盐水泥中的至少一种;
所述无机填料为硫酸钡、碳酸钙、二氧化钛、石英粉、云母粉、滑石粉和膨润土中的至少一种。
10.权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的耐水隔声涂料在建筑楼板隔声中的应用。
