背景技术
随着人们价值观、审美观及消费观念的改变,裂纹漆也悄悄在装饰行业兴起。裂纹漆形成的好看花纹不仅对物体表面起到保护和装饰作用,又提高了产品附加值,所以也渐渐成为建筑装饰中常用的一种高档装修材料,多家涂料公司都在投入做开发,目前行业内遇到的问题主要集中在双组份裂纹漆操作步骤繁琐、裂纹开裂及附着力效果不稳定的问题。
CN113667359B公开了一种通用性强的ABS塑件专用裂纹效果漆及其制备方法,按照重量份计,包括以下组分的原料:硝基纤维素12-20份、改性环氧树脂4.5-10.5份、无机填料20-30份、溶剂32-50份、流平剂0.55-5.5份。该发明解决裂纹效果漆的内外干性差问题,同时克服了硝基纤维素本身易产生脆裂的缺陷,且提高了漆膜和ABS基材之间的附着力及稳定性,使裂纹可控性较为优异,非常适用于ABS圣诞类饰品的涂装。但该发明裂纹效果漆为双组份,使用时需搭配底漆使用,一定程度增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明第一方面提供了一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,按重量份计,组分包括:硝基纤维素20-30份,附着力增强剂2-6份,填料25-40份,溶剂40-60份,助剂2-6份。
所述硝基纤维素固含量为20-50wt%。
优选的,所述硝基纤维素固含量为25wt%,购自湖北雪飞化工有限公司。
优选的,所述硝基纤维素和附着力增强剂重量比为(10-15):(1-3)。
进一步优选的,所述硝基纤维素和附着力增强剂重量比为(4-7):1。
优选的,所述填料和溶剂重量比为(5-8):(11-16)。

本申请人研究发现,硝基纤维素和附着力增强剂重量比为(10-15):(1-3),可改善硝基纤维素成膜易脆裂,并提高与基材的附着力,可能是添加环氧树脂附着力增强剂,通过两者分子链间的缠结与解缠结,降低了硝基纤维素间的物理交联点,同时环氧树脂的醚键提高了漆膜与塑料胚材的附着力,但受到干燥条件的差异,开裂效果不够稳定,易造成裂纹不均匀的现象,本申请人研究发现,选择粒径为1000-3000目的填料,可有效提高漆膜稳定性,可能是特定的粒径的填料提高了其在体系的分散性,同时由于填料的分散提高了漆膜层间的溶剂挥发速率的差异,从而形成更稳定的漆膜,填料选为钛白粉,可进一步提高表层与底层干燥速率,可能是钛白粉对底层溶剂起到空间阻隔效果,使得不需要底漆即可完成开裂,为了进一步提高开裂速率,本申请人研究发现,所述溶剂包括醋酸异丁酯,260#溶剂油,二甲苯,所述醋酸异丁酯,260#溶剂油,二甲苯重量比为1:(1.5-2.5):(0.5-1.3),提高漆膜开裂的速度和开裂效果,可能是醋酸异丁酯与硝基纤维素相容,而260#溶剂油,二甲苯溶剂提高填料的分散性能同时又与硝基纤维素不相容,从而有效提高了溶剂挥发的速率。

本发明第二方面提供了一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,依次加入硝基纤维素,附着力增强剂,填料,助剂以及部分溶剂,混合均匀;
步骤2,加入剩余溶剂,搅拌均匀。
本发明第三方面提供了一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆的应用,应用于ABS、PS中的至少一种。
有益效果
1.硝基纤维素和附着力增强剂重量比为(10-15):(1-3),提高与基材的附着力的同时,还可改善改善开裂效果。
2.填料为粒径1000-3000目的钛白粉,可进一步提高表层与底层干燥速率,提高开裂效果。
3.所述溶剂包括醋酸异丁酯,260#溶剂油,二甲苯,所述醋酸异丁酯,260#溶剂油,二甲苯重量比为1:(1.5-2.5):(0.5-1.3),可提高漆膜开裂的速度和开裂效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,按重量份计,组分为:硝基纤维素22份,附着力增强剂6份,填料33份,溶剂52份,助剂5份。
所述硝基纤维素固含量为25wt%,购自湖北雪飞化工有限公司。
所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,环氧当量(g/eq):182-192,粘度(25℃)11000-14000mPa·s,牌号:DER331,品牌:德国路博润。
所述填料为钛白粉,目数为2000目,购自河北阔佑化工科技有限公司,型号:PDA2000。
所述溶剂为醋酸异丁酯,260#溶剂油,二甲苯,所述醋酸异丁酯,260#溶剂油,二甲苯重量比为1:1.8:0.8。
所述260#溶剂油购自山东宙合化工有限公司。
所述助剂为氟碳改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂,品牌:巴斯夫,型号:Efka-FL 3772。
一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆的制备方法,为以下步骤:
步骤1,依次加入硝基纤维素,附着力增强剂,填料,助剂以及醋酸异丁酯,800rpm搅拌30min;
步骤2,加入260#溶剂油,二甲苯,800rpm搅拌10min。
一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆的应用,应用于ABS。
实施例2
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,实施例2中按重量份计,组分为:硝基纤维素26份,附着力增强剂4份,填料34份,溶剂51份,助剂5份。
实施例3
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,实施例3中所述按重量份计,组分为:硝基纤维素20份,附着力增强剂5份,填料36份,溶剂52份,助剂5份。
对比例1
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,对比例1中所述填料为滑石粉,目数为2000目,购自石家庄大恒矿产品加工有限公司。
对比例2
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,对比例2中所述溶剂为醋酸异丁酯,制备方法中不进行步骤2。
对比例3
具体实施方式同实施例1;不同的是,对比例3中所述附着力促进剂为磷酸酯改性环氧树脂,购买于长春化工有限公司,粘度(25℃)为7000-10000mPa·s,型号为BE-186EL。
性能测试方法
将实施例和对比例所得裂纹漆,喷涂在ABS塑料胚材上,喷涂厚度为25μm,常温25℃放置,直到漆膜完全完整开裂,记录时间,烤箱中60℃下,记录时间,超过15s不开裂则记录为不开裂,进行以下性能测试,记录在表1中。
附着力测试:用百格美工刀划百格,使用透明胶带粘住划百格的涂层位置,0.5~1秒内平稳的撕离胶带,以ASTM标准评定附着力等级。
开裂效果:如图1-6所示,其中对比例1开裂裂纹较小,存在不开裂的区域。

1.一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,按重量份计,组分包括:硝基纤维素20-30份,附着力增强剂2-6份,填料25-40份,溶剂40-60份,助剂2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述硝基纤维素的固含量为20-50wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述硝基纤维素和附着力增强剂重量比为(10-15):(1-3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述填料和溶剂重量比为(5-8):(11-16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述附着力增强剂包括硅烷偶联剂、环氧树脂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述填料的粒径为1000-3000目。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、醋酸丙酯、醋酸异丁酯、260#溶剂油、二甲苯、乙二醇丁醚、二甲醇缩甲醛中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的一种单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆,其特征在于,所述助剂包括聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、纯丙烯酸氟流平剂、改性丙烯酸流平剂中的一种或多种。
9.一种根据权利要求1所述单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆的制备方法,其特征在于,
包括以下步骤:
步骤1,依次加入硝基纤维素,附着力增强剂,填料,助剂以及部分溶剂,混合均匀;
步骤2,加入剩余溶剂,搅拌均匀。
10.一种根据权利要求1所述单组分自开裂裂纹效果漆的应用,其特征在于,应用于ABS、PS中的至少一种。
