for the adsorption unit 43 with poor sealing and slight leakage, the leaked air quantity is smaller, so that the air flow of the second air passage 4313 cannot continuously drive the valve core 432 to slide, namely the second air passage 4313 is kept in an open state, and the external vacuum generator can continuously vacuumize the sealed space, so that the whole grabbing mechanism 4 can keep good adsorption grabbing reliability;
after the adsorption grabbing is completed, the joint mechanical arm 3 drives the grabbing mechanism 4 and the adsorbed and grabbed porous aluminum single plate to move to the workbench 2, then the vacuum chuck 435 is enabled to release the adsorption of the porous aluminum single plate, meanwhile, the reset driving assembly 44 is matched with the elastic push rod 436, the valve core 432 slides, the second air passage 4313 is enabled to be in an open state, meanwhile, the valve core 432 drives the elastic locking assembly 434 to swing reversely, and after the second air passage 4313 is in a complete opening state, the elastic locking assembly 434 locks the valve core 432, so that the valve core 432 is reset, and the transportation and the conveying of the porous aluminum single plate are completed.
According to the embodiment, the valve core 432 can be driven to automatically plug the second air passage 4313 under the action of air flow through the plugging driving component 433, so that the air passage of the adsorption unit 43 which does not play an adsorption role is automatically cut off, the vacuum degree of the whole vacuum system is prevented from being reduced due to air leakage of the adsorption unit 43, the reliability of adsorption grabbing is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, based on the structural mode of the above embodiment, the plugging driving assembly 433 includes a screw 4331, a rotor 4332, a slider 4333, and a spiral spring 4334, a driving chamber 4316 located above the valve chamber 4311 is disposed in the adsorbing body 431, and a receiving chamber 4317 communicated with the second air passage 4313 is further disposed in the adsorbing body 431; the screw 4331 is rotationally arranged in the adsorption body 431, the rotor 4332 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 4317, the rotor 4332 is fixedly sleeved at one end of the screw 4331, the sliding block 4333 is slidably arranged in the driving cavity 4316, the sliding block 4333 is matched with the molded surface of the driving cavity 4316, the sliding block 4333 is in threaded sleeve connection with the other end of the screw 4331, one end of the scroll spring 4334 is connected to the screw 4331, and the other end of the scroll spring 4334 is connected to the inner wall of the adsorption body 431; the valve core 432 is convexly provided with a poking pin 4321, and the poking pin 4321 movably extends into the driving cavity 4316.
Specifically, when the second air channel 4313 generates continuous high-speed air flow, the high-speed air flow drives the rotor 4332 to rotate, the rotor 4332 drives the screw 4331 to rotate against the elastic force of the scroll spring 4334, the scroll spring 4334 stores energy, the screw 4331 drives the sliding block 4333 to slide along the axial direction of the screw 4331 in the driving cavity 4316, and when the end surface of the sliding block 4333 contacts with the poking pin 4321, the sliding block 4333 pushes the valve core 432 to slide through the poking pin 4321, so that the valve core 432 blocks the second air channel 4313, the vacuum degree of the whole vacuum system is prevented from being reduced due to air leakage of the adsorption unit 43, and the adsorption and grabbing of the porous aluminum single plate are more reliable; after the second air passage 4313 is blocked, the rotor 4332 loses the driving force, and at this time, the spiral spring 4334 releases the stored energy, so that the screw 4331 reversely rotates, and the driving slider 4333 is reset, so that the subsequent valve core 432 is reset.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, 7, 9 and 10, based on the structural mode of the above embodiment, the elastic locking assembly 434 includes a pin shaft 4341, a first link 4342, a second link 4343, a first spring 4344 and a roller 4345, the pin shaft 4341 is fixedly connected to the valve core 432, one end of the first link 4342 is provided with a bar hole 4346, one end of the first link 4342 is movably hinged to the pin shaft 4341 through the bar hole 4346, one end of the second link 4343 is slidably inserted into the other end of the first link 4342, the first spring 4344 is disposed in the first link 4342, two ends of the first spring 4344 are respectively abutted to the first link 4342 and the second link 4343, the roller 4345 is axially connected to the other end of the second link 4343, and the roller 4345 is abutted to the inner bottom wall of the locking cavity 4315 under the elastic force of the first spring 4344.
According to the embodiment, the pin shaft 4341 is arranged, so that movable hinging between the first connecting rod 4342 and the valve core 432 is facilitated, the second connecting rod 4343 is movably inserted on the first connecting rod 4342, the first spring 4344 provides elastic force for the second connecting rod 4343, the roller 4345 is always abutted against the inner bottom wall of the locking cavity 4315, meanwhile, when the valve core 432 slides to seal the second air channel 4313, the valve core 432 drives the first connecting rod 4342 and the second connecting rod 4343 to drive the roller 4345 to slide along the inner bottom wall of the locking cavity 4315 through the pin shaft 4341, the first spring 4344 applies oblique upward elastic force to the valve core 432 through the first connecting rod, and the component force of the elastic force in the axial direction of the valve core 432 enables the valve core 432 to be in a state of keeping the second air channel 4313 to be blocked, so that locking of the state of the valve core 432 is realized; when the valve core 432 slides to release the blocking of the second air passage 4313, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod 4343 reversely swing, so that the component force of the elastic force of the first spring 4344 on the valve core 432 along the axial direction of the valve core 432 is kept in a state of releasing the blocking of the second air passage 4313; by the swinging of the first link 4342 and the second link 4343, the valve element 432 is locked by the first spring 4344.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5 and 11, based on the structural mode of the above embodiment, the elastic push rod 436 includes a first push rod body 4361, a second push rod body 4362 and a second spring 4363, the first push rod body 4361 is fixed on the side wall of the adsorption body 431, the second push rod body 4362 is movably connected on the first push rod body 4361 in a penetrating way, the second spring 4363 is arranged on the second push rod body 4362, two ends of the second spring 4363 are respectively connected with the first push rod body 4361 and the second push rod body 4362, and one end of the second push rod is provided with a first inclined surface 4364;
the other end of the valve core 432 is provided with an avoidance hole 4322, and the end wall of the avoidance hole 4322 far away from the second air passage 4313 is provided with a second inclined surface 4323 which is matched with the first inclined surface 4364.
In actual use, the reset driving assembly 44 enables the second push rod body 4362 to descend, the second spring 4363 is compressed until the first inclined surface 4364 on the second push rod body 4362 is matched with the second inclined surface 4323 of the valve core 432, and as the second push rod body 4362 continues to descend, the second push rod body 4362 is matched with the second inclined surface 4323 through the first inclined surface 4364 to push the valve core 432 to slide away from the second air channel 4313, so that the reset of the valve core 432 is realized, and the blocking of the second air channel 4313 is released; when the reset driving assembly 44 releases the pressing of the second push rod body 4362, the second spring 4363 pushes the second push rod body 4362 to automatically reset.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 and 8, based on the structural mode of the above embodiment, a third air passage 4324 is provided at one end face of the valve core 432, the third air passage 4324 penetrates to the side wall of the valve core 432, and when the valve core 432 seals the second air passage 4313, the third air passage 4324 is kept in communication with the second air passage 4313; the present embodiment reduces the sliding resistance of the spool 432 by providing the third air passage 4324 so that air in the space formed between the end of the spool 432 and the wall of the valve chamber 4311 can be discharged through the third air passage 4324.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, based on the structural mode of the above embodiment, the adsorption unit 43 further includes a connecting club 437 and a third spring 438, wherein one end of the connecting club 437 is slidably inserted into one end of the first air channel 4312, the ball head of the vacuum chuck 435 is hinged to the other end of the connecting club 437, the third spring 438 is disposed in the first air channel 4312, and two ends of the third spring 438 are respectively abutted against one end of the connecting club 437 and the inner wall of the first air channel 4312.
According to the embodiment, the vacuum chuck 435 is arranged to be in ball joint with the connecting ball rod 437, and the third spring 438 is arranged to enable the connecting ball rod 437 to be elastically and floatingly connected with the adsorption body 431, so that the vacuum chuck 435 can rotate around a ball head of the connecting ball rod 437 within a certain angle range, the vacuum chuck 435 can be tightly attached to the porous aluminum single plate according to the surface form of the porous aluminum single plate, the self-adaptive attachment of the curved porous aluminum single plate can be realized, and the structure application range is wider.
As shown in fig. 2, based on the structural mode of the foregoing embodiment, the reset driving assembly 44 includes a reset push rod 441 and a reset frame 442, the reset push rod 441 is fixed at the center of the grabbing bracket 41, the reset frame 442 is adapted to the shape of the grabbing bracket 41, the grabbing bracket 41 is provided with a plurality of guide posts, the reset frame 442 is slidably sleeved on each guide post, and the reset frame 442 is connected with the output end of the reset push rod 441. In the embodiment, the reset push rod 441 is provided to push the reset frame 442 to move, so that the reset frame 442 simultaneously extrudes or releases the pressing force on the second push rod body 4362 of each adsorption unit 43, thereby realizing the reset action of the valve core 432; and by arranging the guide posts, the guide and limit of the movement of the reset frame 442 are improved, so that the movement of the reset frame 442 is more stable.

Claims (10)

1. The porous aluminum veneer conveying device is characterized by comprising a joint mechanical arm and a grabbing mechanism arranged at the output end of the joint mechanical arm;
the grabbing mechanism comprises an adsorption unit for adsorbing the porous aluminum single plate, and the adsorption unit comprises a vacuum adsorption channel, a valve core movably arranged and a blocking driving assembly capable of driving the valve core to block the vacuum adsorption channel under the action of continuous high-speed air flow generated in the vacuum adsorption channel.
2. The porous aluminum veneer transportation device of claim 1, wherein the adsorption unit further comprises an elastic locking component for locking the valve core in an unlocking manner.
3. The porous aluminum veneer transportation apparatus of claim 2, wherein the adsorption unit further comprises an elastic push rod for unblocking the valve core to the vacuum adsorption channel.

The porous aluminum veneer conveying device according to claim 3, wherein the adsorption unit comprises an adsorption body and a vacuum chuck, the adsorption body is provided with a valve cavity, a first air passage, a second air passage, an exhaust port and a locking cavity, the first air passage, the second air passage and the exhaust port form a vacuum adsorption channel, the vacuum chuck is connected to the first air passage, the valve core is arranged in the valve cavity, the valve cavity is penetrated and intersected with the second air passage, the locking cavity is communicated with the valve cavity, the elastic locking assembly is movably arranged in the locking cavity, and the plugging driving assembly is arranged on the adsorption body.

The porous aluminum veneer conveying device according to claim 4, wherein the plugging driving assembly comprises a screw rod rotationally arranged in the adsorption body, a rotor fixedly sleeved on the screw rod, a sliding block sleeved on the screw rod in a threaded manner, and a spiral spring connected with the screw rod, a driving cavity positioned above the valve cavity is arranged in the adsorption body, the rotor is positioned in the first air passage, and the sliding block is slidably arranged in the driving cavity; the valve core is convexly provided with a poking pin which is used for being matched with the sliding block in a one-way.

The porous aluminum veneer conveying device according to claim 4, wherein the elastic locking component comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a first spring and a roller, one end of the first connecting rod is movably hinged to the valve core, one end of the second connecting rod is slidably inserted into the other end of the first connecting rod, the first spring is arranged in the first connecting rod, two ends of the first spring are respectively abutted against the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, the roller is connected to the other end of the second connecting rod in an abutting mode, and the roller abuts against the inner bottom wall of the locking cavity under the action of elasticity of the first spring.
