Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,涉及复合管材技术领域。本发明非金属复合连续管从内之外依次为聚乙烯层、支撑层、可膨胀阻燃层、第一保温层以及第二保温层。本发明制备的非金属复合连续管具有较高的力学性能以及保温性能,其导热系数为0.01~0.015W/m·K。

技术领域
本发明属于非金属连续管技术领域,具体涉及一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管。
背景技术
连续管按照材质分为金属连续管(或称钢质连续管)与非金属连续管(或称复合材料连续管),其发展经历了高强度低合金碳钢.高强度低合金调质钢、钛合金和复合材料4个阶段。
非金属连续管是由两种或两种以上的不同材料制成的具有一定强度和韧性的可卷绕的管材。其与金属连续管相比,具有优异的强度、耐腐蚀性、弯曲疲劳寿命等性能。
但是目前非金属连续管的保温性能相对较差,而如何进一步提高非金属连续油管的保温性能是目前研究的热点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管。本发明的非金属复合连续管不仅具有较高的强度,耐腐蚀性能,同时还具有非常优异的保温性能。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,如图1所示,所述非金属复合连续管从内到外依次包括聚乙烯层1、支撑层2、可膨胀阻燃层3、第一保温层4以及第二保温层5,
所述支撑层2为玻璃纤维;
所述可膨胀阻燃层3是由可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂混合而成;
所述第一保温层4为硅橡胶;
所述第二保温层5为聚氨酯。
优选的,所述聚乙烯的分子量为300~400万,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为10~15cm。
优选的,所述支撑层厚度为3-10cm。
优选的,所述可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂的质量比为1~3:1。
优选的,有机磷系阻燃剂为磷酸甲苯二苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三苯酯中的至少一种。
优选的,所述可膨胀阻燃层的厚度为3-5cm。
优选的,所述第一保温层4厚度为5~10cm。
优选的,所述第二保温层5厚度为5-10cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,该非金属复合连续管从内至外依次为聚乙烯层、支撑层、可膨胀阻燃层、第一保温层以及第二保温层。本发明制备的非金属复合连续管具有较高的力学性能以及保温性能,其导热系数为0.01~0.015W/m·K。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。本发明以下实施例所制备的连续管的内径均为25cm,外径为65cm。
实施例1
一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,如图1所示,该非金属复合连续管从内到外依次为聚乙烯层1、支撑层2、可膨胀阻燃层3、第一保温层4以及第二保温层5,其中聚乙烯的分子量为350万,所述聚乙烯层1的厚度为10cm;
其中支撑层2为玻璃纤维;支撑层厚度为5cm;
其中可膨胀阻燃层3是由可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂按质量比为2:1混合而成;并且有机磷系阻燃剂为磷酸甲苯二苯酯;其中可膨胀阻燃层厚度为3cm。
其中,第一保温层4为厚度6cm的硅橡胶;第二保温层5为厚度6cm的聚氨酯。
实施例2
一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,如图1所示,该非金属复合连续管从内到外依次为聚乙烯层1、支撑层2、可膨胀阻燃层3、第一保温层4以及第二保温层5,其中聚乙烯的分子量为350万,所述聚乙烯层1的厚度为15cm;
其中支撑层2为玻璃纤维;支撑层厚度为3cm;
其中可膨胀阻燃层3是由可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂按质量比为3:1混合而成;并且有机磷系阻燃剂为磷酸三甲苯酯;其中可膨胀阻燃层厚度为5cm。
其中,第一保温层4为厚度7cm的硅橡胶;第二保温层5为厚度5cm的聚氨酯。
实施例3
一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,如图1所示,该非金属复合连续管从内到外依次为聚乙烯层1、支撑层2、可膨胀阻燃层3、第一保温层4以及第二保温层5,其中聚乙烯的分子量为400万,所述聚乙烯层1的厚度为10cm;
其中支撑层2为玻璃纤维;支撑层厚度为6cm;
其中可膨胀阻燃层3是由可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂按质量比为1:1混合而成;并且有机磷系阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯;其中可膨胀阻燃层厚度为3cm。
其中,第一保温层4为厚度6cm的硅橡胶;第二保温层5为厚度5cm的聚氨酯。
实施例4
一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,如图1所示,该非金属复合连续管从内到外依次为聚乙烯层1、支撑层2、可膨胀阻燃层3、第一保温层4以及第二保温层5,其中聚乙烯的分子量为300万,所述聚乙烯层1的厚度为10cm;
其中支撑层2为玻璃纤维;支撑层厚度为7cm;
其中可膨胀阻燃层3是由可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂按质量比为3:1混合而成;并且有机磷系阻燃剂为质量比1:1的磷酸甲苯二苯酯和磷酸三甲苯酯。其中可膨胀阻燃层厚度为3cm。
其中,第一保温层4为厚度5cm的硅橡胶;第二保温层5为厚度5cm的聚氨酯。
实施例5
一种具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,如图1所示,该非金属复合连续管从内到外依次为聚乙烯层1、支撑层2、可膨胀阻燃层3、第一保温层4以及第二保温层5,其中聚乙烯的分子量为350万,所述聚乙烯层1的厚度为10cm;

其中,第一保温层4为厚度4cm的硅橡胶;第二保温层5为厚度6cm的聚氨酯。
对实施例1-5制备的非金属复合连续管进行检测,具体检测如表1所示。

所述可膨胀阻燃层(3)是由可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂混合而成;
所述第一保温层(4)为硅橡胶;
所述第二保温层(5)为聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯的分子量为300~400万,所述聚乙烯层(1)的厚度为10~15cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,其特征在于,所述支撑层(2)厚度为3-10cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有保温功能的非金属复合连续管,其特征在于,所述可膨胀石墨和有机磷系阻燃剂的质量比为1~3:1。
