Working principle: longitudinally translating the crankshaft 10 to the bottom of the lifting platform 3, so that the crankshaft 10 is aligned with the center of the fixed head 26 of the main spindle box 8; then horizontally translating, and inserting one end of the crankshaft 10 close to the fixed head 26 into the fixed head; the traversing motor 29 in the motor cover 28 is started, the traversing motor 29 rotates to drive the driving wheel 30 to rotate, the driving wheel 30 drives the driven wheel 31 to rotate through the synchronous belt 32, the driven wheel 31 drives the screw 33 to rotate, the screw 33 drives the traversing slide block 36 to move, the traversing slide block 36 drives the guiding slide block 37 to move, and the guiding slide block 37 drives the clamping box 9 to move towards the other end of the crankshaft 10 until the clamping box 9 tightly abuts against the crankshaft 10; then, the spindle motor 18 is started, the spindle motor 18 rotates to drive the connecting rotating shaft 20 to rotate, the connecting rotating shaft 20 drives the driving bevel gear 21 to rotate, the driving bevel gear 21 drives the driven bevel gear 22 to rotate, the driven bevel gear 22 drives the spindle rotating shaft 23 to rotate, the spindle rotating shaft 23 drives the rotating disc 24 to rotate, the rotating disc 24 drives the fixed head mounting disc 25 to rotate, and the fixed head mounting disc 25 drives the fixed head 26 to rotate, so that the crankshaft 10 is driven to rotate under the clamping of the clamping box 9; the hydraulic cylinder 5 is retracted downwards to drive the lifting connection block 4 to descend, the lifting connection block 4 drives the lifting platform 3 to descend, the rotating crankshaft 10 is driven to be immersed into grinding liquid in the grinding box 7 at the bottom, the crankshaft 10 rotates in the grinding liquid, and relative displacement is formed between the crankshaft 10 and the grinding liquid, so that the purpose of polishing the crankshaft 10 is achieved; then, the transverse water-drawing motor 12 rotates to drive the transverse rotating shaft 13 to rotate, the water-drawing blades 14 are driven to rotate, and the rotation of the water-drawing blades 14 is similar to the rotation of a propeller, so that grinding fluid can be transversely pushed, the grinding fluid and the crankshaft 10 form horizontal and transverse relative displacement, and the grinding effect of the crankshaft 10 is enhanced; meanwhile, the longitudinal water drawing motor 15 rotates to drive the longitudinal rotating shaft 16 to rotate, the longitudinal water drawing roller 17 to rotate, the water drawing plate 47 is driven to rotate along the central line of the longitudinal rotating shaft 16 as the axis, and the water drawing plate 47 longitudinally pushes the grinding fluid, so that the grinding fluid and the crankshaft 10 form horizontal and longitudinal relative displacement, and the grinding effect of the crankshaft 10 is enhanced.
