Meanwhile, the device can effectively help primary tennis fans practice basic tennis actions, and the nonstandard actions of players can be effectively summarized through the AI scoring system, so that rapid personal skills are achieved, and the primary tennis fans can cross over a high threshold for learning the initial stage of tennis and enjoy the pleasure of tennis.
Through the above, the tennis training device comprises an enclosure structure, a ball receiving structure, a ball conveying structure, a ball feeding structure, a data acquisition structure, a power distribution control structure, a central data processing control unit, a projection structure, a network data transmission unit, a cloud platform management unit, a data sharing unit (terminal equipment and a mobile phone) and the like. The multiple systems cooperate to form an automatic ball receiving, delivering, serving and hitting practice and evaluation device.
The enclosure (frame assembly) includes a frame, a waterproof top cover, a side curtain, a front ball screen, a projection screen (the ball screen may also be considered as part of the enclosure tennis structure), and the like.
The frame is a cuboid formed by splicing square steel pipes or stainless steel square pipes with corrosion-resistant surfaces and special connecting pieces on site through bolts, and uniformly distributed hooks are welded on the upright posts and the cross bars, wherein the height is 2.5-3.5 meters, the width is 2-3 meters and the length is 5 meters. The four corners are respectively provided with a vertical rod, the lower parts of the vertical rods are fixed on the hardened ground at the selected mounting positions by expansion bolts, and a scissor-shaped diagonal bracing is respectively arranged between the two vertical rods at two sides so as to stabilize the frame from deformation. The whole ball blocking curtain is fixed and tensioned through the vertical rod and the cross rod.
The special connecting piece is a combination body formed by welding 3 (or 4) square tubes with the cross section smaller than that of the transverse vertical rod according to a specified angle. The square tubes of the connecting piece can be just inserted into the transverse and vertical rods, and small holes are formed in the same positions of the transverse and vertical rods and the connecting piece at the same time, and the connecting piece is fixedly clamped by bolts after being spliced. If a plurality of training positions are spliced together, the connecting piece at each upright rod in the middle is 4-head, the upright rods at the two ends or all upright rod connecting pieces at a single training position are 3-head, and 3 (or 4) connecting square tubes form an angle of 90O with each other and are respectively connected with the transverse rods and the upright rods in all directions.
The waterproof top cover is a transparent resin flat plate, two ends of the waterproof top cover are fixed on the cross rod by bolts, a plurality of waterproof top covers are transversely spliced, and glass cement is used for splicing seams.
The side curtain, the front ball blocking curtain and the projection screen are special chemical fiber anti-deformation waterproof cloth, and three sides (except the ground connection surface) are uniformly fixed with hanging rings which are respectively hung and tensioned with hooks on the corresponding vertical rods and the corresponding cross rods.
The ball collecting assembly consists of a tennis ball collecting tank, an inclined bottom ball rolling tank and a ball rolling inclined plate, wherein the tennis ball collecting tank is close to the front face of the rear end of the ball collecting tank, the inclined bottom ball rolling tank is arranged at the lower part of the tennis ball collecting tank, and the ball rolling inclined plate is arranged in front of the tennis ball collecting tank, and the ball collecting assembly comprises the ball rolling inclined plate, front and rear side baffles, an inclined surface bottom plate and an inclined bottom tennis ball rolling tank. The two ends of the rear baffle are connected with the connecting plate at the lower end of the rear upright post through screw threads in a fastening way, and the upper edge of the rear baffle is connected with the front ball blocking curtain through a pull ring and a hook. The distance between the front baffle and the rear baffle is 500mm, and the ball collecting groove is formed by connecting the end plate with the front and rear inclined bottom plate. The lower part of the ball receiving groove is connected with a ball rolling groove which inclines to one side left and right, and the width of the ball rolling groove is larger than the diameter of one tennis ball by 10mm. Tennis balls are beaten on the rear end ball blocking curtain, blocked from falling into the ball receiving groove below, rolled into the ball receiving groove below through the front-back inclined bottom plate, and then rolled into the ball conveying device at one end through the left-right inclined ball receiving groove.
Further, a rolling ball sloping plate is fixed on the upper edge of the baffle plate at the front side of the ball collecting groove through a hinge. During training, the ball inclined plate is tilted downwards and falls in front of the ball collecting groove, when the batting force is not enough during training, and when tennis falls on the ground in front of the rear end ball blocking net, the tennis can roll into the ball collecting groove forwards through the ball inclined plate by virtue of the residual force; or tennis balls scattered on the training field exist, and the tennis ball receiving personnel only need to lightly push the tennis balls to the direction of the tennis ball receiving groove, so that the tennis balls can roll into the tennis ball receiving groove, and the time and the labor are saved.
The ball conveying structure comprises a tennis ball lifting device (tennis ball lifting structure 14) and a chute pipe. Further, the tennis ball lifting device is a device which is vertically provided with a similar scraper conveyor, and can only accommodate one tennis ball between two adjacent partition boards, and the belt (or chain) is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the partition boards are lifted to the top continuously and enter similar chute pipes. The lower part of the lifting device is respectively fixed with the upright rod and the ball collecting groove of the frame through bolts, and the upper end of the lifting device is fixedly connected with the cross rod of the frame through bolts and connecting pieces.
The chute pipe is a round pipe with a front low and a rear high inclined installation, the inner diameter of the chute pipe is slightly larger than the diameter of a tennis ball, and the front end and the rear end of the chute pipe are respectively fixed on the cross rod of the frame. The rear end of the ball feeding turntable is close to the ball outlet of the tennis lifting device, and the front end of the ball feeding turntable is close to the ball feeding turntable.
The ball feeding device consists of a timing ball feeding turntable, a ball falling groove pipe and a left-right ball falling switching device (ball falling switching structure 17).
The timing ball feeding rotary table (ball feeding rotary table) comprises a gear motor, a rotary table with a ball containing notch, an outer cylinder and the like. The motor and the speed reducer are outsourcing general products, the turnplate with the notch is a round turnplate, 1-4 notches are symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the turnplate, and each notch can just hold the next tennis ball. The ball falling groove pipe is fixed on the front cross rod of the frame, the inner diameter of the pipe is slightly larger than the diameter of a tennis ball, the ball inlet end of the ball falling groove pipe is 50-100mm higher than the other end, ball falling holes are respectively formed in the left ball falling point and the right ball falling point, and a ball baffle plate is arranged behind the ball falling holes.
The telescopic tube with the locking device is connected below the ball falling hole, the telescopic tube can be locked and fixed according to 3-4 different lengths, and the damping device is arranged at the bottommost end of the telescopic tube so as to eliminate the falling speed and impact of tennis balls in the telescopic tube. The damping device can be that two curved spring pieces are relatively arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the telescopic pipe, the distance between the two spring pieces is smaller than the diameter of the tennis ball during diastole, when the tennis ball falls down from the upper surface, under the impact of the tennis ball, the spring pieces are opened, the tennis ball continuously falls down, and the two spring pieces are symmetrically arranged to ensure the stress balance of the tennis ball. Or, the damping device can also be an elastic net piece with a hole in the center, the diameter of the central hole is slightly smaller than that of the tennis ball when the central hole is normal, when the tennis ball falls from the upper surface, the central hole is expanded and enlarged under the action of impact, and the tennis ball can continuously fall, but the ball speed is very small. The damping device (damping deconstruct 0) is used for preventing the tennis ball from bouncing off the ground after freely falling from a high place, and is inconvenient for a practitioner to strike. The tennis ball is controlled to fall from a position slightly higher than the height of the human body, and practitioners with different heights can select different telescopic tube lengths.
The left and right ball falling switching devices are two sections of round tubes with the same tube diameter as the ball falling groove tube, the length is 200-400mm, one of the round tubes is a straight-through tube, no ball baffle plate and ball falling holes are arranged, the other round tube is provided with ball falling holes below, and the ball baffle plate is arranged behind the ball falling holes. The two tubes are fixed through a link mechanism, the link is connected with an actuating mechanism fixed on a front cross rod of the frame, the actuating mechanism can be of an electric type or a pneumatic type, the two tubes rotate along a certain point, two ends of rotation just enable the two tubes to be coaxially matched with the original fixed ball falling groove tube, the ball falling tube is broken, the ball falling tube is matched with any one of the two tubes after rotating in place, and tennis balls can fall on the left side or the right side of a batter.
The control component comprises a special RGB high-definition camera, a special tennis racket with an induction element and a signal line, wherein the special RGB high-definition camera, the special tennis racket with an induction element and the signal line are respectively fixed on the outer sides of the left batting point and the right batting point. The signal lines are laid along the cross bars and the vertical bars of the frame, the cameras are outsourcing products, and the special tennis racket with the induction elements is a patent product. The exerciser 1 can perform a control operation through the hand manipulator 6.
The power distribution control device is a small electric cabinet, and is fixed on the tennis lifting device shell, wherein the width dimension is 300 x 500 x 200 mm. The control items include: the tennis lifting device is started and stopped, the ball feeding speed, the switching of left and right ball falling points, the starting and stopping of shooting and projection, the collection and transmission of various signals and the like. The electric cabinet is outdoor waterproof type with a glass outer door guard plate, and an on-off and indication button is arranged on the inner door face, wherein a left-right falling ball switching control is further provided with an on-site switching button on a front upright post of the frame. Further, a remote control device can be attached for adjusting the ball falling speed and switching between left and right ball falling points at any time in practice.
The central data processing control unit is a site server 9, and can automatically and semi-automatically control various start and stop actions, ball feeding speed and ball falling point selection on the left side and the right side of the exercise device through specific software and programs, collect, analyze and store collected data, and perform specific AI intelligent simulation, data, image output and the like.
The projection device comprises a projector fixed on the upper part of the training device and a projection screen fixed on the back door frame. The simulation result of the central data processing control unit can be projected onto a screen in the form of an image, including a tennis flight path, a ball speed, a pole passing condition, a ball falling position and the like.
The network data transmission unit and the cloud platform sharing unit are existing networks and electronic products, and the training devices at the positions are subjected to centralized control, data collection, storage, analysis, feedback and the like at the far end through newly developed special software.
The data sharing unit comprises various terminal products, such as smart phones, networking computers, networking printers and the like, and can log in through newly developed APP applets, special computer software, user names and login passwords, so as to inquire and manage training conditions, data and the like of each trainer.
The length, width and height of the training device can be made into series products with different sizes, and the training device is selected according to the age of students and the training time. The power distribution control device is a small electric cabinet and is fixed on the tennis lifting device shell. The projection device comprises a projector fixed on the upper part of the training device and a projection screen fixed on the back door frame. The simulation result of the central data processing control unit can be projected onto a screen in the form of an image, including a tennis flight path, a ball speed, a pole passing condition, a ball falling position and the like.
The network data transmission unit 10, the cloud platform network server 11 and the data sharing receiving terminal 12 are existing networks and electronic products, and the training devices at the positions are subjected to centralized control, data collection, data storage, analysis, feedback and the like at the far end through newly developed special software.
The data sharing unit comprises various terminal products, such as smart phones, networking computers, networking printers and the like, and can log in through newly developed APP applets, special computer software, user names and login passwords, so as to inquire and manage training conditions, data and the like of each trainer.
The device can be manufactured in standard, packaged and shipped in parts, and manufactured and installed in an on-site assembly mode. In practice, the video monitoring and data acquisition device can identify parameters such as swing action, swing height, swing speed, ball striking point position and angle of a practicer, and the parameters are collected and transmitted to a site server (computer), and whether the ball striking action of the practicer is standard or not is determined by specific software operation, AI intelligent simulation and comparison, so that the score of the practice is given and is used as a measurement of the tennis ball striking action of the practicer. After the training is finished, the training person can check on the computer, and the computer can also give a concise form which is printed in real time for the training person to take away, learn and improve. The trainer and teacher can also install corresponding APP applet on their own mobile phone, and after the mobile phone is opened to connect with the training device, the training score can be checked on the mobile phone. The intelligent simulation can also predict the flying height, distance, track and ball drop point of the tennis after being sent out or hit, and the tennis is projected onto the projection screen in an image form, so that the exerciser can feel very intuitively. The screen throwing system is selectable, and a purchaser can select to purchase according to own conditions, so that normal service and batting practice are not affected by not purchasing the screen throwing system.
After the practice is finished, the ball loading basket can be placed below the ball falling point, the ball receiving gear is selected for the ball receiving device, all tennis balls are collected in the basket, and related personnel are handed for storage. All switches and power supplies on the electric cabinet are closed before leaving, the power socket is pulled out, and the front sloping plate of the ball collecting groove is turned up to be combined with the ball collecting groove. When the tennis ball is practiced next time, the practice person can practice the tennis ball repeatedly according to the steps after taking out the tennis ball.
As shown in fig. 4, the exercise may be performed in one or more exercise stations. For example, four exercise stations are arranged side by side, a tennis exercise device (tennis exercise device) purchased to a school is assembled on site, a plurality of exercise stations are assembled in a row, two adjacent exercise stations share a column, a cross bar and a side ball blocking curtain of a frame, and a site data control server is in a N-pulling mode. During practice, multiple persons can practice simultaneously, and the whole class students practice in turn. The operation procedures before, during and after the exercise are as described above.
The above embodiments only describe the mounting of the device in two specific situations. The device can be manufactured into products with various specifications according to peripheral size sequences which are distributed by single person, multiple persons or students according to ages, and is used for schools according to actual conditions. On this basis, the same industry personnel can make small changes in structure and arrangement and size, and all belong to the protection scope of the application.

Claims (26)

1. A tennis training device, comprising:
a ball blocking assembly;
the ball collecting assembly is arranged adjacent to the ball blocking assembly and is provided with a ball collecting opening;
and the ball feeding assembly is positioned on one side of the ball receiving assembly, which is far away from the ball blocking assembly, and is used for conveying the collected tennis balls to the ball feeding assembly, and the ball feeding assembly is provided with a ball outlet.
2. Tennis training device according to claim 1, wherein said ball receiving assembly (13) comprises a yo-yo groove (13.4), said yo-yo groove (13.4) comprising a floor, said floor of said yo-yo groove (13.4) being inclined, and wherein a position corresponding to the lower part of said floor of said yo-yo groove (13.4) has a ball outlet with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tennis ball.
3. Tennis training device according to claim 2, wherein said yo-yo groove (13.4) comprises side walls, wherein the floor of said yo-yo groove (13.4) is arranged gradually inclined in the width direction of said ball receiving assembly, and wherein said ball outlet is located at the bottom of said yo-yo groove (13.4).
4. A tennis training device according to claim 3, wherein the cross section of the floor of said yo-yo groove (13.4) taken in a plane perpendicular to the floor of said yo-yo groove (13.4) is circular arc, the inner diameter of said circular arc being adapted to the outer diameter of said tennis ball.
5. The tennis training device according to claim 2, wherein said ball receiving assembly further comprises:
the ball collecting box body comprises a front side plate (13.1), a rear side plate (13.2), a left side plate, a right side plate and an inclined bottom plate (13.3), wherein the front side edge of the inclined bottom plate (13.3) of the ball collecting box body is connected with the lower edge of the front side plate (13.1) of the ball collecting box body, the rear side edge of the inclined bottom plate (13.3) of the ball collecting box body is connected with the upper edge of the front side plate (13.1) of the ball sliding groove (13.4), the front side edge of the inclined bottom plate (13.3) is gradually lowered to the rear side edge of the inclined bottom plate (13.3), or the ball sliding groove is positioned in the middle of the front side plate (13.1) and the middle of the rear side plate (13.2), and the inclined bottom plate (13.3) is inclined from front to back side to side.
6. Tennis training device according to claim 5, wherein the ball receiving assembly further comprises a ball ramp (13.5), the upper side of the ball ramp (13.5) being adjacent to the upper edge of the ball receiving box, the lower side of the ball ramp (13.5) being in contact with the ground.
7. Tennis training device according to claim 6, characterized in that the upper side of the ball ramp (13.5) is pivotally connected to the ball receiving box.
8. Tennis training device according to claim 1, wherein the ball receiving assembly further comprises a tennis lifting structure (14), the tennis lifting structure (14) comprising a conveyor belt, a driving wheel and a driven wheel, the conveyor belt being of closed loop shape, the driving wheel and the driven wheel being located at the two ends of the conveyor belt, respectively.
9. Tennis training device according to claim 8, wherein said conveyor belt further comprises an inner conveyor belt, a housing and a plurality of lifting baffles (14.1), said plurality of lifting baffles (14.1) being connected to said inner conveyor belt at spaced intervals, said housing being provided over said inner conveyor belt and the circumferential outer sides of said plurality of lifting baffles (4.1).
10. Tennis training device according to claim 9, wherein the gap between adjacent lifting baffles (14.1) is larger than the diameter of one tennis ball.
11. Tennis training device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises:
the first pipe body is horizontally and obliquely arranged, the first end of the first pipe body is higher than the second end of the first pipe body, and the first end of the first pipe body is provided with a ball inlet;
the second pipe body (19), second pipe body (19) are vertical to be set up, the first end of second pipe body (19) with first pipe body is linked together, the second end of second pipe body (19) has the play ball mouth.
12. The ball feeding assembly of claim 11, wherein the extreme end of the second tube body is a short arc bent tube to simulate a ball throwing track of a coach hand, so that a ball is shot by a practicer after the tennis ball is sprung up; and/or the extreme end of the second pipe body faces downwards vertically.
13. Tennis training device according to claim 11, wherein there are two second tubes, one on the left side of the exerciser and one on the right side of the exerciser.
14. Tennis training device according to claim 11, wherein the second tube (19) is of telescopic construction.
15. Tennis training device according to claim 14, wherein said second tube (19) comprises a plurality of second tube segments, adjacent said second tube segments being telescopically connected.
16. The ball feed assembly according to claim 15, further comprising a damping structure (20), the damping structure (20) being arranged within the second tube body (19).
17. Tennis training device according to claim 16, wherein said damping structure (20) is provided in the lowermost second pipe section, said damping structure (20) comprising:
The tennis ball pressing device comprises a plurality of spring pieces, wherein each spring piece is of a curve structure, the minimum diameter between the spring pieces is smaller than the outer diameter of the tennis ball, the tennis ball is pressed against the spring pieces, and the tennis ball can pass through a through hole between the spring pieces; or alternatively
The tennis ball pressing device comprises an elastic net piece, wherein a through hole is formed in the middle of the elastic net piece, the inner diameter of the through hole is smaller than the outer diameter of the tennis ball, the tennis ball abuts against the through hole, and the tennis ball can pass through the through hole.

Tennis training device according to claim 11, wherein the first pipe body comprises a first horizontal pipe section (15) and a second horizontal pipe section (18), wherein the first end of the first horizontal pipe section (15) is a ball inlet, the second end of the first horizontal pipe section (15) is communicated with the first end of the second horizontal pipe section (18), the first horizontal pipe section (15) extends from a ball blocking net to a exerciser, the second horizontal pipe section (18) extends in the width direction of the ball blocking net, and the second pipe body (19) is arranged below the second horizontal pipe section (18).

The tennis training device according to claim 18, wherein said ball feeding assembly further comprises a ball feeding turntable structure (16), said ball feeding turntable being disposed between said first horizontal section and said second horizontal section, said ball feeding turntable structure (16) comprising a turntable motor and a turntable, said turntable motor being coaxially connected to said turntable, said turntable comprising a first turntable side plate, a second turntable side plate and a plurality of turntable partitions, each of said turntable partitions being radially disposed between said first turntable side plate and said second turntable side plate, a tennis ball receiving space being provided between adjacent turntable partitions, an inlet of said tennis ball receiving space being located at a side of said turntable.

Tennis training device according to claim 18, wherein said second tubular body (19) is a plurality, said plurality of second tubular bodies (19) being arranged under said second horizontal tubular section (18), said ball feeding assembly further comprising a ball drop switching structure (17), said ball drop switching structure (17) being arranged on said second tubular body (19).
21. Tennis training device according to claim 20, wherein the drop ball switching structure (17) comprises a switching actuator, a first communication pipe and a second communication pipe, both of which are connected to the switching actuator, the first communication pipe being a straight pipe section, the second communication pipe being a right-angled pipe section, the second horizontal pipe section (18) having a fracture section located directly above the second pipe body (19) near the first end of the second horizontal pipe section (18), the switching actuator driving either the first communication pipe or the second communication pipe in the fracture section.
22. The tennis training device according to claim 1, wherein said ball blocking assembly comprises a ball blocking curtain disposed on a side of said ball receiving assembly remote from said ball outlet of said ball feeding assembly.
23. The tennis training device according to claim 22, further comprising a frame assembly comprising a frame and a side screen, said ball blocking screen being secured to said frame assembly, said side screen being disposed to a side of said frame.
24. The tennis training device according to any one of claims 1 to 23, further comprising a control assembly comprising a control body and an information acquisition structure, said control body being electrically connected to said information acquisition structure.
25. The tennis training device according to claim 24, wherein said control assembly further comprises a projection structure electrically connected to said control body, said projection structure projecting action information of an exerciser onto said ball screen.
26. The tennis training device according to claim 24, wherein said control assembly further comprises a signal transmitter and a signal receiver, each of said signal transmitter and said signal receiver being electrically connected to said control body.
