本发明涉及一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂及其制备方法和应用。该脱毒剂包括以下质量百分比组分:MnFe2O4纳米酶45%、焦亚硫酸钠35%、维生素A 1%、维生素E 1%、谷氨酸9%和精氨酸9%。该脱毒剂用于降解猪全价配合饲料中的呕吐毒素,进而生产低呕吐毒素的猪全价配合饲料。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的呕吐毒素脱毒剂对呕吐毒素具有高效的降解作用,有效修复呕吐毒素对猪肠道黏膜的损伤,减少呕吐毒素的侵害,提高动物的生产性能,具有极高的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
呕吐毒素是一种单端孢霉烯族毒素,主要由禾谷镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌和雪腐镰刀菌等镰刀菌产生,对人和动物有着广泛的毒性效应。其中猪对呕吐毒素最为敏感。呕吐毒素能引起猪食欲减退或废绝、呕吐、体重下降、流产、死胎和弱仔、抑制免疫机能和降低机体抵抗力。呕吐毒素常常与其它霉菌毒素并存,毒素间协同作用,使得中毒后的动物症状加剧。
联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织年联合召开的第三次添加剂和污染物会议上,呕吐毒素被定为最危险的自然发生污染物,被列入国际研究的优先地位,严重危害人畜的安全。
几十年来,人们通常采用添加蒙脱石和含酵母细胞壁成分的添加剂来应对霉菌毒素污染问题。但是有研究表明,硅铝酸盐类吸附剂具有亲水性的负电荷表面,只适合吸附带有极性基团的霉菌霉素,如黄曲霉毒素。而对那些极性不强的呕吐毒素,则不易被吸附。而且这类吸附剂吸附微量元素和维生素,影响动物的生产性能和健康。酵母细胞壁也是对玉米赤霉烯酮有较好的吸附作用,对呕吐毒素吸附效果还有待提升。微生物发酵产生的生物酶对呕吐具有降解作用,但因其费用高,降解时间需要24小时以上,且不耐高温、效果不稳定,制约着该方法的广泛应用。
鉴于目前霉菌毒素脱毒方法都有其局限性,至今没有一种适合大规模饲料生产的理想去毒方法。因此,迫切需要找到一种有效的霉菌毒素脱毒措施。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷的至少一个而提供一种性能稳定、耐高温、不吸附日粮中营养物质的降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂及其制备方法和应用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂,该脱毒剂包括MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠(NaS2O5)、维生素和氨基酸。
MnFe2O4纳米酶是一种具有酶类活性的纳米材料,具有普通生物酶所不具有的性能稳定、耐高温等优良性能。随着MnFe2O4纳米酶尺寸的减小,其催化活性增加。这是因为较小的纳米酶具有较大的比表面积。
作用机理是,在饲料调质的高温高湿环境中对DON的毒性基团C-12、13环氧环和C3-OH基团进行去环氧化、脱乙酰、羟化等,使其生成毒性较弱的呕吐毒素衍生物3-酮基-DON(3-keto-DON)、3-异构化-DON(3-epi-DON)等,从而减弱或消除其毒性。
焦亚硫酸钠(NaS2O5)可以将DON转化成毒性较低的磺化-DON,其安全性较高,在中国食品工业中,焦亚硫酸钠是一种广泛使用的食品添加剂。
因为无论是物理、化学或者是微生物的方法都无法完全去除饲料中的呕吐毒素,且即使低剂量的呕吐毒素也会引起动物的慢性毒性反应,因此需要搭配营养手段减轻呕吐毒素的中毒反应。氧化应激是毒素引起细胞毒性的重要机制之一,因此补充抗氧化剂如硒、维生素A、C或E可增强畜禽对呕吐毒素的抵抗力。
饲粮中添加谷氨酸和精氨酸对减轻DON引起的内脏疾病、增强抗氧化能力和改善血液生理生化指标均有积极作用。饲粮添加2.0%左右谷氨酸可减轻DON对断奶仔猪生长性能的不良影响和肠道损伤。
进一步地,所述的维生素包括维生素A、维生素C或维生素E中的一种或多种;所述的氨基酸包括谷氨酸和/或精氨酸。
进一步地,该脱毒剂包括以下质量百分比组分:MnFe2O4纳米酶44-46%、焦亚硫酸钠34-36%、维生素A0.5-2%、维生素E 0.5-2%、谷氨酸8-10%和精氨酸8-10%。
进一步地,该脱毒剂包括以下质量百分比组分:MnFe2O4纳米酶45%、焦亚硫酸钠35%、维生素A 1%、维生素E1%、谷氨酸9%和精氨酸9%。
一种如上所述降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的制备方法,该方法为:按质量百分比,将MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠、维生素和氨基酸添加到混合机中混合,得到降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂。
进一步地,混合时的环境温度为25±2℃,环境相对湿度为45±5%。
一种如上所述降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的应用,该脱毒剂用于降解猪全价配合饲料中的呕吐毒素,进而生产低呕吐毒素的猪全价配合饲料。
进一步地,具体步骤为:在猪全价配合饲料中投入脱毒剂,经混合和调质后,降解呕吐毒素,然后制粒,得到低呕吐毒素的猪全价配合饲料。
进一步地,所述的猪全价配合饲料和脱毒剂的质量比为2:1000,调质的时间为3min。
进一步地,所述的猪全价配合饲料包括乳猪料、母猪料、育肥料或公猪料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)由于现代化的规模猪场对生物防控要求严格,饲料需要经过85℃高温3min,在这个严苛的条件下,通过微生物及其代谢酶来降解呕吐毒素的脱霉剂是完全失效的,而本发明的脱毒剂则性能稳定,耐高温,降解呕吐毒素的条件与实际生产条件一致,因此可以充分发挥作用;
(2)本发明与生物酶相比,在同样有效的情况下,大幅降低生产成本;
(3)与传统的硅铝酸盐类的脱毒剂相比,本发明不吸附日粮中营养物质;
(4)由于呕吐毒素对猪体毒害的第一道屏障就是小肠上皮细胞,因此本发明通过谷氨酸和精氨酸的添加可以有效修复呕吐毒素对猪肠道黏膜的损伤,减少呕吐毒素的侵害,提高动物的生产性能。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂及其制备方法和应用,脱毒剂由MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠NaS2O5、维生素A、维生素E、谷氨酸和精氨酸组成。
具体为:MnFe2O4纳米酶质量分数占45%,焦亚硫酸钠质量分数占35%,维生素A质量分数占1%,维生素E质量分数占1%,谷氨酸质量分数占9%,精氨酸质量分数占9%。
具体工艺如下:
按照配方比例分别称取,MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠、维生素A、维生素E、谷氨酸、精氨酸。
将MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠、维生素A、维生素E、谷氨酸、精氨酸添加到批次混合量500kg自动混合机中,混合时环境温度控制在25±2℃,环境湿度控制在45±5%。
在每吨生产猪全价配合饲料的配料阶段投2kg,然后混合、调质、制粒,脱毒剂在调质的高温高湿阶段,经过3min后,达到降解呕吐毒素的目的。
对照组
不添加任何脱毒剂。
对比例1
该对比例为蒙脱石组,与实施例1的区别在于,用等量的高纯度(98%)蒙脱石代替脱毒剂。
对比例2
该对比例为酵母细胞壁组,与实施例1的区别在于,用等量的酵母细胞壁混合物代替脱毒剂,其中,酵母细胞壁混合物中为60wt%酵母细胞壁和40wt%膨润土载体。
对比例3
该对比例为生物酶组,与实施例1的区别在于,用等量的生物酶代替脱毒剂,其中,生物酶为专利CN108893416B中的产品。
将所有实验组进行降解率的测试,结果如下:

从结果中可以看出,与生物酶相比,在同样有效的情况下,大幅降低生产成本。与传统的硅铝酸盐类的脱毒剂相比,本发明不吸附日粮中营养物质,且具备更高的降解率。说明本发明提供的呕吐毒素脱毒剂对呕吐毒素具有高效的降解作用,且耐高温,便于对生物防控要求较高的现代化养殖场所需的颗粒饲料脱毒,具有极高的应用价值。

Claims (10)
1.一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂,其特征在于,该脱毒剂包括MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠、维生素和氨基酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂,其特征在于,所述的维生素包括维生素A、维生素C或维生素E中的一种或多种;所述的氨基酸包括谷氨酸和/或精氨酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂,其特征在于,该脱毒剂包括以下质量百分比组分:MnFe2O4纳米酶44-46%、焦亚硫酸钠34-36%、维生素A0.5-2%、维生素E 0.5-2%、谷氨酸8-10%和精氨酸8-10%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂,其特征在于,该脱毒剂包括以下质量百分比组分:MnFe2O4纳米酶45%、焦亚硫酸钠35%、维生素A 1%、维生素E1%、谷氨酸9%和精氨酸9%。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法为:按质量百分比,将MnFe2O4纳米酶、焦亚硫酸钠、维生素和氨基酸混合,得到降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,混合时的环境温度为25±2℃,环境相对湿度为45±5%。
7.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的应用,其特征在于,该脱毒剂用于降解猪全价配合饲料中的呕吐毒素,进而生产低呕吐毒素的猪全价配合饲料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的应用,其特征在于,具体步骤为:在猪全价配合饲料中投入脱毒剂,经混合和调质后,降解呕吐毒素,然后制粒,得到低呕吐毒素的猪全价配合饲料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的应用,其特征在于,所述的猪全价配合饲料和脱毒剂的质量比为2:1000,调质的时间为3min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种降解饲料中呕吐毒素用脱毒剂的应用,其特征在于,所述的猪全价配合饲料包括乳猪料、母猪料、育肥料或公猪料。
