An obtaining unit 21, configured to obtain edge pixel parameters corresponding to the electrical connector sealing ring based on the target image; a detecting unit 22, configured to detect whether the edge pixel parameter meets an edge detection condition; if yes, determining that the sealing ring of the electric connector is normal; if the sealing ring is not matched with the sealing ring, determining that the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is abnormal. The detection unit 22 makes a judgment based on the edge pixel point parameters obtained by the acquisition unit 21. The pixels are data structures for describing the image information elements, and according to the image structure obtained by the photographing apparatus 1, edge pixel points may be identified and detected, that is, edge pixel points in the image, by image processing methods including, but not limited to, RGB color coding or YUV color coding. Wherein the RGB color coding scheme divides the pixel into 3 sub-pixels (or 3 components) of red, green and blue; the YUV color coding scheme represents colors by luminance, which means a black-and-white signal, and color difference, which means a color signal. Specifically, in the YUV color coding scheme, the edge pixel parameters are divided into Y (luminance) and UV (chrominance), and the chrominance is further divided into two independent signal storages. Of course, the image processing of the edge pixel point is not limited to the two modes, and the edge pixel point can be flexibly selected according to shooting environment, image format, output result standard, application interface and the like.
Based on the identification and determination of the pixel points, the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector can be restored according to the relative positions of the pixel points, such as whether the electric connector falls off or deforms; or determining the damage degree and the like of the obtained color parameters of the edge pixel points, for example, judging the exposed degree of the electric connector through the color represented by the pixel values, and further analyzing the specific damage or displacement condition under the deformation condition of the sealing ring of the electric connector.
According to the embodiment, aiming at the deformation problem or the falling-off condition of the sealing ring of the electric connector, the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is screened by adopting a means of detecting edge pixel points in a targeted manner, and whether the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is abnormal can be judged relatively accurately.
As a preferred embodiment, the edge pixel parameter includes an edge pixel coordinate value; the edge detection condition comprises a coordinate difference value threshold; the detecting unit 22 is specifically configured to detect whether two edge pixel points with coordinate value differences greater than a coordinate difference threshold exist; if the edge pixel point coordinate value does not meet the edge detection condition, the electric connector sealing ring is in a deformed state; if the coordinate value of the edge pixel point does not exist, the coordinate value of the edge pixel point is determined to accord with the edge detection condition.
In the detection method of the edge pixel point, since the edge pixel point can respond to the state of the electric connector sealing ring at the setting position through the outer contour, if the outer contour represented by the current edge pixel point is detected to be inconsistent with the specified contour shape, abnormal bulges or recesses are generated, and the deformation can be considered to be generated. Referring to fig. 4, a specific application example of the detection of the sealing ring of the electrical connector is shown, wherein the difference of coordinate values of two points A, B is greater than the threshold value of the difference of coordinate values, so that the sealing ring of the electrical connector of the a-B part can be considered to be deformed, specifically, the point B with the greater coordinate value is a protruding point, and then the sealing ring at the position of the point B can be considered to generate wrinkles, and the wrinkles protrude from the specified position.
In this embodiment, by detecting the edge pixel value, the possible edge concave-convex point can be found, and the deformation state of the sealing ring of the electrical connector can be further determined.
As a preferred embodiment, the control module 2 further comprises:
the dividing unit 23 is used for dividing the electric connector sealing ring in the target image into a plurality of pixel regions according to the edge direction;
the obtaining unit 21 is configured to obtain at least one edge pixel corresponding to each pixel interval, so as to obtain an edge pixel parameter corresponding to the electrical connector seal ring.
The dividing unit 23 divides the image corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring into a plurality of pixel regions according to the edge direction of the image, so that the acquiring unit 21 does not need to acquire all edge pixel points, but only needs to acquire the edge pixel points enough for edge detection on the premise of reasonably setting the span of the region, thereby carrying out edge segmentation on the image of the electric connector sealing ring, selecting part of pixel points according to the segmentation result to carry out sampling detection, reducing the operation amount of the detection process while ensuring the accuracy of the detection result, considering the detection efficiency, and enabling the application field of the image detection system of the embodiment to be wider by shortening the detection time. For example, in fig. 5, the pixel points T are obtained by sampling and detecting the pixel points in the divided n pixel regions 1 ~T n Therefore, aiming at the detection of the pixel points, the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector can be judged, and compared with the detection mode based on all the edge pixel points, the calculation amount can be greatly reduced, so that the detection efficiency is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the obtaining unit 21 is further configured to obtain a sampling point parameter of a preset sampling point in the target image; the detecting unit 22 is further configured to determine whether the electrical connector sealing ring is in a falling state according to a matching result of the sampling point parameter and the preset sampling value. The preset sampling value can be set pertinently according to the model of the sealing ring of the electric connector, the experimental parameters obtained through statistics and the like; i.e. the shape characteristics that the electrical connector sealing ring should have in normal state; therefore, the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector can be deduced only by detecting a plurality of sampling points from the acquired target image and matching the sampling points with preset sampling values. As shown in fig. 6, if the edge position of the electrical connector seal ring in the normal state should be L, the edge position of the electrical connector is actually L' because the electrical connector seal ring has fallen off. The sampling point parameters of the sampling points L1 to L5 are set to judge, and the fact that the sampling point parameters of the sampling points L1 to L5 are not matched with the preset sampling values is obtained through the image processing mode, so that whether the sealing ring of the electric connector is in a falling state or not can be determined.
According to the embodiment, the parameters of the preset sampling points are obtained from the shot image of the sealing ring of the electric connector and are matched with the preset sampling values for analysis, so that whether the sealing ring of the electric connector of the corresponding model falls off or not is detected.
As a preferred embodiment, the photographing device 1 is disposed on a path along which the battery pack is transferred to the battery rack after being removed from the battery-powered vehicle, and is located above a position corresponding to the sealing ring of the electrical connector. The battery pack is usually taken down from the battery-changing vehicle through the potential change, and is transported to a preset battery rack and the like through a transmission tool such as a shuttle and the like to be charged; in the present embodiment, the imaging device 1 is provided on the transport path, so that shielding of the battery pack at the battery rack, the battery replacement potential, or the like can be easily avoided, and imaging can be performed more clearly. As an example, referring to the power exchange station scenario shown in fig. 7, the power exchange station is provided with a power exchange chamber 50, charging chambers 51 are disposed immediately adjacent to both sides of the power exchange chamber 50, and after a battery pack having a power exchange potential 52 in the power exchange chamber 50 is removed from the power exchange vehicle, the battery pack is transported by a shuttle along a track Q to a battery rack 53 located in the charging chambers 51. The direction of travel of the shuttle is shown in fig. 7. Those skilled in the art will understand that the shuttle may flexibly select to transport the battery pack to any charging chamber 51 according to the situation of full storage, etc., and only the situation that the shuttle is operated to the left charging chamber 51 is shown in fig. 7, and the operation path of the shuttle is described as an example. The photographing device 1 may be disposed on the path of the transfer, and particularly a disposition range of the photographing device 1, for example, a region under the battery rack 53 shown in fig. 7, such as a CM1 position, may be determined according to the length and the pitch of the track Q, and the actual sizes of the battery rack 53 and the replacement potential 52; or on a partition 511 (on the side of the charging chamber 51) between the battery exchange chamber 50 and the charging chamber 51, such as a CM2 position; or on the ceiling of the area between the battery rack 53 and the partition 511, or below the equipment in the area between the battery rack 53 and the partition 511, when the equipment is provided in the area between the battery rack 53 and the partition 511, for example, in the CM3 position. CM1, CM2, CM3 in the figures are merely examples. It will be appreciated that a corresponding arrangement in the right charging chamber 51 may also be provided for the camera 1. Meanwhile, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the photographing lens in the photographing device 1 may be composed of a single lens or a plurality of lenses, and if the photographing lens is a plurality of lenses, the final target image may be obtained through a picture stacking and stitching process, and the above-described conditions are satisfied. Since the electric connector sealing ring is usually attached to the electric connector, the photographing device 1 is disposed above the corresponding position of the electric connector sealing ring, preferably, disposed directly above the electric connector sealing ring, and the photographing direction is parallel to the plane where the electric connector sealing ring is located, so that the state of the electric connector sealing ring can be better restored by the target image.
According to the battery pack charging and replacing device, the shooting device is arranged at a reasonable position on the conveying path from the battery replacing vehicle to the battery rack, so that the moving process of the battery pack in the whole power replacing process can be fully utilized for detection, on one hand, sufficient time is reserved for detection, on the other hand, the charging and replacing process of the battery pack cannot be influenced, and the checking accuracy and efficiency of the electric connector sealing ring are considered.
As a preferred embodiment, the image detection system further comprises a light source device 3, and the light source device 3 is in communication connection with the control module 2; the light source device 3 is arranged on a shuttle vehicle for transferring the battery pack and corresponds to the position of the electric connector sealing ring; the control module 2 is further configured to control the light source device 3 to provide illumination when the photographing device 1 captures an image of a subject.
The condition of insufficient illuminance possibly exists in the working environment of the shooting device 1, so that the quality of a shot target image containing an electric connector sealing ring is poor, and the subsequent image detection is influenced; the present embodiment thus provides the light source device 3 to satisfy the shooting requirements of the shooting device 1. Specifically, the setting position of the light source device 3 may be located on a shuttle vehicle that transports the battery pack; and the light source device 3 is correspondingly arranged with the position of the electric connector sealing ring, thereby ensuring that the illumination range covers the electric connector sealing ring.
The control module 2 controls the light source device 3 to provide illumination for shooting according to the shooting device 1. For example, the light source device 3 is turned on when the battery pack is conveyed close to or moved to the set position according to the set position of the photographing device 1, the corresponding illumination time length is set according to the shutter time of the photographing device 1, and the like.
According to the embodiment, the light source device and the shooting device are matched for use, so that the shot sealing ring image of the electric connector is clear, the recognition degree of the edge pixel point is higher, and the detection precision of the edge pixel point is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the electric connector sealing ring is positioned between the light source device 3 and the shooting device 1; the light source device 3 is arranged below the electric connector sealing ring and provides illumination towards the direction of the electric connector sealing ring.
The electric connector sealing ring is located between the light source device 3 and the shooting device 1, so that the light source emitted by the light source device 3 can enable a shot image to have better pixel quality through improving the ambient illumination intensity, thereby providing more reliable basis for image processing, and when the electric connector sealing ring is located between the light source device and the shooting device, the effect of a backlight source can be achieved, and the definition of the image edge is increased.
For the arrangement of the photographing device 1 and the light source device 3, in another preferred embodiment, the photographing device may be arranged on a path of the battery pack which is removed from the battery-changing vehicle and transferred to the battery rack, and is located below a corresponding position of the electric connector sealing ring, correspondingly, the light source device 3 is also arranged on a path of the battery pack which is removed from the battery-changing vehicle and transferred to the battery rack, and corresponds to a setting position of the photographing device 1 and is located above the electric connector sealing ring, so as to ensure that the battery is located between the photographing device 1 and the light source device 3 exactly when passing through the setting positions of the photographing device 1 and the light source device 3 in the transportation process of the battery by the shuttle, and the light source device 3 provides illumination towards the direction of the electric connector sealing ring for the photographing device. By the arrangement, the advantages of not influencing the power changing process, shooting clear images and the like can be obtained. The light source device 3 may be installed in a manner corresponding to the above-described requirements with reference to the scene shown in fig. 7 and the description corresponding thereto, and the light source device 3 and the imaging device 1 may be installed in a manner corresponding to the above-described requirements on the premise of determining the installation position of the imaging device 1.
The image detection system of the electric connector sealing ring of the battery pack fully utilizes the process that the battery pack is taken down from the battery replacement vehicle to be charged when the vehicle is replaced, and through shooting images and combining the characteristics of the electric connector sealing ring to carry out targeted image detection, the possible problems of the electric connector sealing ring can be timely and accurately found, so that basis is provided for further overhauling or replacing the battery pack, potential safety hazards of the battery replacement vehicle can be timely and efficiently found, and the safety of the vehicle can be ensured.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 8, the embodiment specifically provides a method for detecting an electric connector sealing ring image of a battery pack, which includes the steps of:
s31, collecting a target image; the target image at least comprises an image of a region corresponding to an electric connector sealing ring on a battery pack taken down from the battery change vehicle;
s32, acquiring a target image, and judging whether the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is normal or not according to the target image.
The electrical connector in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a circuit structure for connecting the battery pack in the battery pack, and may be generally disposed at an end of the battery pack, and the sealing ring is generally attached to the end of the battery pack for performing insulation, waterproof, dustproof, and fixing functions. Step S31, collecting a target image; since the target image is used for detecting whether the state of the electric connector sealing ring is normal, a person skilled in the art can understand that the target image is determined according to the setting position of the electric connector on the battery pack and at least comprises the image of the electric connector sealing ring on the battery pack, and of course, comprises the image of the electric connector when the electric connector sealing ring falls off; i.e., the target image may include the entirety or a part of the battery pack image.
Step S32 is used for acquiring a target image and judging whether the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is normal or not according to the target image. According to the state of the electric connector sealing ring judged by the target image, one of ordinary skill in the art can understand that one common fault of the electric connector sealing ring is to fall off from the electric connector sealing opening of the battery pack, so that the electric connector and even the whole battery pack lose corresponding protection; another common failure is the weakening of the protection of the electrical connector due to plastic deformation of the seal ring. The situation that the sealing ring of the electric connector drops or deforms is judged by adopting an image detection mode in the embodiment, so that the electric connector has higher accuracy and reference value.
Referring to fig. 9, as a preferred embodiment, step S32 includes:
s321, acquiring edge pixel point parameters corresponding to an electric connector sealing ring based on a target image;
s322, detecting whether the edge pixel point parameters meet edge detection conditions; if yes, determining that the sealing ring of the electric connector is normal; if the sealing ring is not matched with the sealing ring, determining that the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is abnormal.
Step S322 determines based on the edge pixel parameters obtained in step S321. As a preferred embodiment, the edge pixel parameter includes an edge pixel coordinate value; the edge detection condition comprises a coordinate difference value threshold; step S322 includes:
s3221, detecting whether two edge pixel points with coordinate value differences larger than a coordinate difference threshold exist or not;
s3222, if the coordinate value of the edge pixel point does not accord with the edge detection condition, the battery pack sealing ring is in a deformation state; if the coordinate value of the edge pixel point does not exist, the coordinate value of the edge pixel point accords with the edge detection condition.
In the detection method of the edge pixel point, since the edge pixel point can respond to the state of the electric connector sealing ring at the setting position through the outer contour, if the outer contour represented by the current edge pixel point is detected to be inconsistent with the specified contour shape, abnormal bulges or recesses are generated, and the deformation can be considered to be generated. Referring to fig. 4, a specific application example of the detection of the sealing ring of the electrical connector is shown, wherein the difference of coordinate values of two points A, B is greater than the threshold value of the difference of coordinate values, so that the sealing ring of the electrical connector of the a-B part can be considered to be deformed, specifically, the point B with the greater coordinate value is a protruding point, and then the sealing ring at the position of the point B can be considered to generate wrinkles, and the wrinkles protrude from the specified position.
In this embodiment, by detecting the edge pixel value, the possible edge concave-convex point can be found, and the deformation state of the sealing ring of the electrical connector can be further determined.
As a preferred embodiment, step S3220 is further included before step S3221, and step S3220 divides the electrical connector seal ring in the target image into a plurality of pixel regions according to the edge direction;
step S3221 includes: at least one edge pixel point corresponding to each pixel interval is obtained, so that edge pixel point parameters corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring are obtained.
Referring to fig. 5, in step S3220, the image corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring is divided into a plurality of pixel regions according to the edge direction thereof, so that when step S3221 is performed, all edge pixel points are not required to be acquired, but only enough edge pixel points for edge detection are required to be acquired on the premise of reasonably setting the span of the region, so that edge segmentation is performed on the image of the electric connector sealing ring, and partial pixel points are selected according to the segmentation result to perform sampling detection, the accuracy of the detection result is ensured, the operation amount of the detection process is reduced, the detection efficiency is considered, and the application scene of the image detection method of the embodiment is wider by shortening the detection time.
As a preferred embodiment, step S321 includes: acquiring sampling point parameters of a preset sampling point in a target image; the image detection method further comprises the following steps: and determining whether the sealing ring of the electric connector is in a falling state according to a matching result of the sampling point parameter and a preset sampling value.
Referring to fig. 6, preset sampling values can be set pertinently according to the type of the sealing ring of the electric connector, the experience parameters obtained through statistics, and the like; i.e. the shape characteristics that the electrical connector sealing ring should have in normal state; therefore, the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector can be deduced only by detecting a plurality of sampling points from the acquired target image and matching the sampling points with preset sampling values. As shown in fig. 6, if the edge position of the electrical connector seal ring in the normal state should be L, the edge position of the electrical connector is actually at L' because the electrical connector seal ring has fallen off. The sampling point parameters of the sampling points L1 to L5 are set to judge, and the fact that the sampling point parameters of the sampling points L1 to L5 are not matched with the preset sampling values is obtained through the image processing mode, so that whether the sealing ring of the electric connector is in a falling state or not can be determined.
According to the embodiment, the parameters of the preset sampling points are obtained from the shot image of the area corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring, and the parameters and the preset sampling values are matched and analyzed so as to detect whether the electric connector sealing ring of the corresponding model falls off or not.
According to the image detection method of the electric connector sealing ring of the battery pack, the process that the battery pack is taken down from the battery replacement vehicle and transferred to the battery rack when the vehicle is replaced is fully utilized, the image is shot, the characteristic of the electric connector sealing ring is combined to conduct targeted image detection, the possible problems of the electric connector sealing ring can be timely and accurately found, accordingly, basis is provided for further maintenance or replacement of the battery pack, potential safety hazards of the battery replacement vehicle can be timely and efficiently found, and safety of people and vehicles is guaranteed.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 10, the present embodiment specifically provides a power exchange station, which includes a power exchange station 71, a battery rack 72, a shuttle 73, and an image detection system 74 of an electrical connector sealing ring of a battery pack in embodiment 1, wherein the shuttle 73 is used for reciprocally shuttling the battery rack 72 and the power exchange station 71, and after taking down the battery pack of the power exchange vehicle staying at the power exchange station 71, transporting the battery pack to the battery rack 72; the photographing device 742 of the image detection system is disposed on the transfer path of the shuttle 73 and above the corresponding position of the electrical connector sealing ring.
As a preferred embodiment, the image detection system 74 further includes a light source device 741, wherein the light source device 741 is disposed on the shuttle 73 for transporting the battery pack and corresponds to the position of the electrical connector sealing ring; the electric connector sealing ring is positioned between the light source device 741 and the shooting device 742 of the image detection system; the light source device 741 is disposed below the electrical connector sealing ring and provides illumination in a direction toward the electrical connector sealing ring. According to the embodiment, the light source device and the shooting device are arranged to be used in a matched mode, so that the shot sealing ring image of the electric connector is clear, and the identification degree of the edge pixel point is higher; and the light source device is reasonably and correspondingly arranged according to the position of the electric connector sealing ring, so that the ambient illumination intensity is improved, the shot image has better pixel quality, more reliable basis can be provided for image processing, the detection accuracy of edge pixel points is improved in the detection process of the electric connector sealing ring by the image detection system of the battery pack sealing ring, and the detection accuracy of the electric connector sealing ring is further improved.
For the photographing device 742 and the light source device 741 in the image detection system 74, the mounting position can be adjusted according to the actual use requirement. Meanwhile, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the photographing lens in the photographing device 1 may be composed of a single lens or a plurality of lenses, and if the photographing lens is a plurality of lenses, the final target image may be obtained through a picture stacking and stitching process, and the above-described conditions are satisfied. Furthermore, the light source device may be arranged as described above. Of course, the specific installation positions of the photographing device 742 and the light source device 741 in the present embodiment are not limited thereto. In another preferred embodiment, the shooting device 742 may be disposed on a path of the battery pack which is removed from the battery-changing vehicle and transferred to the battery rack, and is located below a corresponding position of the electrical connector sealing ring, and the light source device 741 is also disposed on a path of the battery pack which is removed from the battery-changing vehicle and transferred to the battery rack, and is located above the electrical connector sealing ring, corresponding to a disposed position of the shooting device, so as to ensure that the battery is located between the shooting device 742 and the light source device 741 when passing through the disposed positions of the shooting device 742 and the light source device 741 in a transportation process of the battery by the shuttle, and the light source device 741 provides illumination towards the direction of the electrical connector sealing ring for the shooting device 742. By the arrangement, the advantages of not influencing the power changing process, shooting clear images and the like can be obtained.
In this embodiment, the working principles of the photographing device 742 and the control device included in the image detection system 74 of the electrical connector sealing ring of the battery pack, and the specific setting manner of the light source device 741 are described in the above descriptions, so that the description is omitted.
As a specific example of this embodiment, referring to the scenario of the power exchange station shown in fig. 7, the power exchange station is provided with a power exchange chamber 50, charging chambers 51 are disposed in close proximity to both sides of the power exchange chamber 50, and after a battery pack is removed from the power exchange vehicle at a power exchange potential 52 in the power exchange chamber 50, the battery pack is transported by a shuttle vehicle along a track Q to a battery rack 53 located in the charging chambers 51. The direction of travel of the shuttle is shown in fig. 7. Those skilled in the art will understand that the shuttle may flexibly select to transport the battery pack to any charging chamber 51 according to the situation of full storage, etc., and only the situation that the shuttle is operated to the left charging chamber 51 is shown in fig. 7, and the operation path of the shuttle is described as an example. The photographing device 1 may be disposed on the path of the transfer, and particularly a disposition range of the photographing device 1, for example, a region under the battery rack 53 shown in fig. 7, such as a CM1 position, may be determined according to the length and the pitch of the track Q, and the actual sizes of the battery rack 53 and the replacement potential 52; or on a partition 511 (on the side of the charging chamber 51) between the battery exchange chamber 50 and the charging chamber 51, such as a CM2 position; or on the ceiling of the area between the battery rack 53 and the partition 511, or below the equipment in the area between the battery rack 53 and the partition 511, when the equipment is provided in the area between the battery rack 53 and the partition 511, for example, in the CM3 position. CM1, CM2, CM3 in the figures are merely examples. It will be appreciated that a corresponding arrangement in the right charging chamber 51 may also be provided for the camera 1.
According to the battery pack replacement station, the shooting device is arranged at a reasonable position on the conveying path from the battery replacement vehicle to the battery rack of the battery pack replacement station, the image detection system of the battery pack sealing ring is used for carrying out relevant detection on the battery pack subjected to battery replacement, the moving process of the battery pack in the whole battery replacement process can be fully utilized for detection, on one hand, sufficient time is reserved for detection, on the other hand, the charging and replacement process of the battery pack cannot be influenced, and the detection accuracy and efficiency of the electric connector sealing ring are considered. The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the image detection method of the electrical connector seal ring of the battery pack in embodiment 2.
More specifically, among others, readable storage media may be employed including, but not limited to: portable disk, hard disk, random access memory, read only memory, erasable programmable read only memory, optical storage device, magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In a possible embodiment, the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to carry out the image detection method of the electrical connector sealing ring implementing the battery pack of example 2, when the program product is run on the terminal device.
Wherein the program code for carrying out the invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, the program code may execute entirely on the user device, partly on the user device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user device, partly on a remote device or entirely on the remote device.

Claims (16)

1. The image detection system of the electric connector sealing ring of the battery pack is characterized by comprising a shooting device and a control module, wherein the shooting device is in communication connection with the control module;
The shooting device is used for acquiring a target image; the target image at least comprises an image of an area corresponding to an electric connector sealing ring on a battery pack taken down from the battery changing vehicle;
the control module is used for acquiring the target image and judging whether the state of the electric connector sealing ring is normal or not according to the target image.
2. The image sensing system of an electrical connector gasket of a battery pack of claim 1, wherein the control module comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring edge pixel point parameters corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring based on the target image;
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the edge pixel point parameters meet the edge detection conditions; if yes, determining that the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is normal; and if the sealing ring is not in conformity with the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector, determining that the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is abnormal.
3. The image sensing system of an electrical connector seal ring of a battery pack of claim 2, wherein the edge pixel parameter comprises an edge pixel coordinate value; the edge detection condition comprises a coordinate difference value threshold;
the detection unit is specifically used for detecting whether two edge pixel points with coordinate value differences larger than the coordinate difference threshold value exist or not;
If the edge pixel point coordinate value does not meet the edge detection condition, determining that the electrical connector sealing ring is in a deformed state; if the coordinate value of the edge pixel point does not exist, determining that the coordinate value of the edge pixel point accords with an edge detection condition.
4. The image detection system of an electrical connector gasket of a battery pack of claim 3, wherein the control module further comprises:
the dividing unit is used for dividing the electric connector sealing ring in the target image into a plurality of pixel regions according to the edge direction;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring at least one edge pixel point corresponding to each pixel interval so as to acquire the edge pixel point parameters corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring.
5. The image detection system of an electrical connector gasket of a battery pack of claim 2, wherein the acquisition unit is further configured to:
acquiring sampling point parameters of a preset sampling point in the target image;

and determining whether the sealing ring of the electric connector is in a falling state according to a matching result of the sampling point parameter and a preset sampling value.

The system for detecting an image of a sealing ring of an electrical connector of a battery pack according to claim 1, wherein the photographing device is arranged on a path of the battery pack, which is transferred to a battery rack after the battery pack is removed from a battery-powered vehicle, and is located above or below a corresponding position of the sealing ring of the electrical connector.
7. The image detection system of an electrical connector seal ring of a battery pack of claim 1, further comprising a light source device communicatively coupled to the control module;
the light source device is arranged on a shuttle for transferring the battery pack or on a transfer path of the shuttle and corresponds to the position of the electric connector sealing ring;
the control module is also used for controlling the light source device to provide illumination when the shooting device collects the target image.

The image detection system of an electrical connector seal ring of a battery pack of claim 7, wherein the electrical connector seal ring is located between the light source device and the camera device; the light source device is arranged above or below the electric connector sealing ring and provides illumination towards the direction of the electric connector sealing ring.
9. The image detection method of the sealing ring of the electric connector of the battery pack is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting a target image; the target image at least comprises an image of an area corresponding to an electric connector sealing ring on a battery pack taken down from the battery changing vehicle;
And acquiring the target image, and judging whether the state of the electric connector sealing ring is normal or not according to the target image.

The method for detecting an image of an electrical connector gasket of a battery pack according to claim 9, wherein the step of judging whether the state of the electrical connector gasket is normal based on the target image comprises: acquiring edge pixel point parameters corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring based on the target image;
detecting whether the edge pixel point parameters meet an edge detection condition; if yes, determining that the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is normal; and if the sealing ring is not in conformity with the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector, determining that the state of the sealing ring of the electric connector is abnormal.

The method for detecting an image of an electrical connector gasket of a battery pack according to claim 10, wherein the edge pixel parameter comprises an edge pixel coordinate value; the edge detection condition comprises a coordinate difference value threshold; the step of detecting whether the edge pixel point parameter meets an edge detection condition comprises the following steps:
detecting whether two edge pixel points with coordinate value differences larger than the coordinate difference threshold value exist or not;
if the coordinate value of the edge pixel point does not meet the edge detection condition, the battery pack sealing ring is in a deformed state; if not, the coordinate value of the edge pixel point accords with the edge detection condition.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the step of detecting whether there are two edge pixels having coordinate value differences greater than the coordinate difference threshold further comprises:
dividing the electric connector sealing ring in the target image into a plurality of pixel regions according to the edge direction;
the step of detecting whether two edge pixel points with coordinate value differences larger than the coordinate difference threshold value exist comprises the following steps:
and acquiring at least one edge pixel point corresponding to each pixel interval to acquire edge pixel point parameters corresponding to the electric connector sealing ring.
13. The method for detecting an image of an electrical connector gasket of a battery pack according to claim 10, wherein the step of acquiring the edge pixel parameter corresponding to the electrical connector gasket based on the target image comprises:

A power exchange station, characterized in that the power exchange station comprises a power exchange potential, a battery rack, a shuttle vehicle and an image detection system of an electric connector sealing ring of a battery pack according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the shuttle vehicle is used for reciprocally shuttling the battery rack and the power exchange potential, and after the battery pack of the power exchange vehicle staying at the power exchange potential is taken off, the battery pack is transported to the battery rack; the shooting device of the image detection system is arranged on the transfer path of the shuttle and is positioned above or below the corresponding position of the electric connector sealing ring.
