Specifically, one end of the push rod 12 is connected to the sealing component 11, the other end of the push rod 12 is in sliding fit with the driving surface 524, when the driving key 51 is pressed, the driving key 51 moves, so as to drive the delivery pump 70 to work, meanwhile, the driving surface 524 of the first transmission structure 54 can push the push rod 12 to move, the push rod 12 drives the sealing component 11 to move, so that the first delivery hole 2145 is opened, and in the process, the first reset piece 14 is compressed to store elastic potential energy.
When the pressing action on the driving key 51 is removed, the driving key 51 moves toward the initial position, and in the process of moving the driving key 51 toward the initial position, the driving surface 524 of the first transmission structure 54 is separated from the push rod 12, and the push rod 12 resets under the action of the first resetting piece 14, so as to drive the sealing component 11 to move to close the first delivery hole 2145.
Therefore, the driving surface 524 can transmit the movement trend of the driving key 51 to the movement direction of the valve assembly 10 to the valve assembly 10, so as to realize the driving of the driving key 51 to the valve assembly 100, and the valve assembly has simple structure and easy assembly and disassembly.
In some embodiments, the drive surface 524 is disposed at an incline and the valve assembly 10 is disposed vertically. By matching the driving surface 524 with the valve assembly 10, the driving surface 524 is suitable for driving the valve assembly 10 to move downwards under the pressing of the driving key 51 so as to drive the sealing part 11 to open the first throwing hole 2145, so that the valve assembly is simple in structure and easy to realize.
In some embodiments, the second transmission structure 52 includes a worm and gear mechanism.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in other embodiments, the second transmission structure 52 includes a rack and pinion mechanism, where a rack 521 of the rack and pinion mechanism is engaged with the driving button 51, and a gear 522 of the rack and pinion mechanism is engaged with the dispensing pump 70, where the rack 521 extends along a moving direction of the driving button 51, for example, the rack 521 may extend in a horizontal direction or may extend in a diagonally downward direction.
Specifically, when the driving button 51 is pressed, the rack 521 moves synchronously, and the rack 521 is meshed with the gear 522, so that the rack 521 can drive the gear 522 to rotate, so that the delivery pump 70 can operate under the driving of the gear 522, and the delivery of the treating agent is realized. When the pressing action on the driving key 51 is canceled, the driving key 51 moves toward the initial position, so that the operation of the delivery pump 70 is stopped, and the structure is simple.
In some embodiments, the inner side of the driving key 51 is provided with a matching groove, and the dispensing device 100 further comprises a matching plate 525, wherein the matching plate 525 is in abutting matching with the bottom wall of the matching groove, and the matching is reliable. The first transmission structure 54 and the second transmission structure 52 are respectively disposed on a side of the matching plate 525 facing away from the driving key 51.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 11-12, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a second reset member 53 is disposed between the driving button 51 and the dispensing pump 70, for driving the driving button 51 to move toward the initial position, and the driving button 51 can be controlled to be automatically reset by the second reset member 53, so that the valve assembly 10 closes the first dispensing hole 2145, and the dispensing pump 70 is stopped, thereby stopping the dispensing of the treating agent and facilitating the subsequent control.
When the user presses the driving button 51, the rack 521 moves synchronously, the second reset member 53 is compressed, and because the rack 521 is meshed with the gear 522, the rack 521 can drive the gear 522 to rotate, so that the dispensing pump 70 can operate under the driving of the gear 522, and the dispensing pump 70 dispenses the treating agent, and meanwhile, the first transmission structure 54 can drive the valve assembly 10 to move, the first reset member 14 is compressed, and the valve assembly 10 opens the first dispensing hole 2145, so as to achieve dispensing of the treating agent.
When the pressing action on the driving key 51 is removed, the second transmission structure 52 moves towards the initial position under the action of the second reset element 53, so that the delivery pump 70 stops running, the driving surface 524 is separated from the push rod 12 in the process of moving the driving key 51 and the second transmission structure 52 towards the initial position, and the push rod 12 resets under the action of the first reset element 14, so that the sealing part 11 is driven to move to close the first delivery hole 2145.
Wherein the second reset member 53 is disposed between the mating plate 525 and the dispensing pump 70 to move the drive key 51 toward the initial position. That is, when the user removes the pressing action on the driving key 51, the second reset member 53 can return the driving key 51 to the initial position by driving the second transmission structure 52, so as to facilitate the subsequent control.
In some embodiments, the second transmission structure 52 has a first positioning portion 523, the dispensing pump 70 has a second positioning portion 703, and two ends of the second reset element 53 are respectively matched with the first positioning portion 523 and the second positioning portion 703, so that the second reset element 53 can be stably arranged between the second transmission structure 52 and the dispensing pump 70, and stable reset of the driving key 51 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 10-11, in some examples, the first locating portion 523/the second locating portion 703 form a locating hole or a locating post to achieve a better locating effect.
Specifically, a first positioning portion 523 is provided on a side of the second transmission structure 52 facing the delivery pump 70, a positioning hole is formed by the first positioning portion 523, a second positioning portion 703 is provided on a side of the delivery pump 70 facing the second transmission structure 52, a positioning column is formed by the second positioning portion 703, a spring is formed by the second reset member 53, one end of the spring is inserted into the positioning hole, and the other end of the spring is sleeved on the positioning column, so that the installation reliability of the spring is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the dispensing device 100 includes a nozzle body 20, the nozzle body 20 further has a mounting hole 216, one end of the push rod 12 passes through the mounting hole 216 to cooperate with the sealing member 11, a gasket 13 is sleeved on the push rod 12, the gasket 13 is located outside the dispensing cavity 213, and the first reset member 14 abuts against the gasket 13 so that the gasket 13 covers a gap between a hole wall of the mounting hole 216 and the push rod 12.
Therefore, by arranging the gasket 13, the first resetting piece 14 can be prevented from falling into the mounting hole 216 and cannot play a resetting role, and the gap between the hole wall of the mounting hole 216 and the push rod 12 can be covered, so that the leakage phenomenon can be prevented.
In some embodiments, the first restoring member 14 is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the push rod 12, one end of the spring can be abutted against a boss on the push rod 12, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the first restoring member 14, so that installation reliability and stability are ensured.
When in installation, the sealing component 11 is firstly arranged in the putting cavity 213, then the spring and the gasket 13 are sleeved on the push rod 12 in sequence, then one end of the push rod 12 is inserted into the putting cavity 213 from the installation hole 216, and one end of the push rod 12 is connected with the sealing component 11.
When the push rod 12 is pressed, the push rod 12 moves downward under the action of an external force, and simultaneously the spring is pressed to contract, and the sealing part 11 opens the first delivery hole 2145; when the external force acting on the push rod 12 is removed, the push rod 12 returns to the initial position under the action of the spring and closes the first delivery hole 2145 by the sealing member 11.
In embodiments where the delivery device 100 includes the reset member 14 and the spacer 13, one end of the reset member 14 may abut against the boss 122 and the other end abuts against the spacer 13, ensuring the reliability of the installation of the reset member 14, thereby ensuring that the valve assembly 10 can function properly.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the dispensing device 100 further has a second dispensing hole 2146, and the valve assembly 10 is used to simultaneously open and close the first dispensing hole 2145 and the second dispensing hole 2146. By providing first and second delivery apertures 2145, 2146, the dosage of treatment agent per single delivery may be increased; when one of the throwing holes fails, the other throwing hole can be utilized for throwing, normal use of the throwing device 100 is not affected, and use experience of a user is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 14, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the dispensing device 100 further includes a nozzle body 20, where the nozzle body 20 has a dispensing cavity 213, a first dispensing hole 2145, and a second dispensing hole 2146, and the first dispensing hole 2145 and the second dispensing hole 2146 are both in communication with the dispensing cavity 213, and a dispensing pump 70 is provided on the nozzle body 20 and is in communication with the first dispensing hole 2145 to dispense the treatment agent into the dispensing cavity 213.
In some embodiments, the spray head body 20 has a first flow channel (not shown) and a second flow channel 2143, the first delivery orifice 2145 communicating with the first flow channel and the delivery chamber 213, and the second delivery orifice 2146 communicating with the second flow channel 2143 and the delivery chamber 213, the first flow channel and the second flow channel 2143 being operable to deliver the respective internal treatment agent to the delivery chamber 213. By providing the first and second flow channels 2143, the single dose of treatment agent may be increased; when one of the runners fails, the other runner can be used for delivery, normal use of the delivery device 100 is not affected, and use experience of a user is guaranteed.
The top of the nozzle body 20 has an installation recess 215 with an upward opening, the delivery pump 70 is disposed above the installation recess 215 and located above the first flow channel, the first flow channel is connected with the delivery pump 70, and when the delivery pump 70 works, the treatment agent in the first flow channel can be delivered to the delivery cavity 213. That is, the delivery pump 70 can control the on-off of the first flow channel, and when the delivery pump 70 is pressed once, the quantitative liquid discharge can be realized once, so that the intermittent liquid discharge form of the treating agent is realized, and when the delivery pump 70 does not work, the first flow channel can be disconnected, so that the treating agent cannot be delivered in the first flow channel.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 14, the spray head body 20 has a liquid through hole 2142, the liquid through hole 2142 communicates with the first flow channel, the inlet 701 of the delivery pump 70 communicates with the liquid through hole 2142, and the outlet 702 of the delivery pump 70 communicates with the first delivery hole 2145. When the delivery pump 70 works, the treating agent at the liquid through hole 2142 can be delivered toward the first delivery hole 2145, so that the delivering of the treating agent is realized.
Further, the treating agent in the second flow path 2143 is adapted to be naturally dosed under the action of gravity, i.e. no separate power means are required for dosing the treating agent in the second flow path 2143 to the dosing chamber 213, but the treating agent is allowed to naturally flow to the dosing chamber 213 by gravity, whereby a continuous liquid discharge of the treating agent can be achieved.
In some examples, the second flow channel 2143 is provided with a liquid through hole 2144, the first flow channel is communicated with the second flow channel 2143 through the liquid through hole 2144, and a part of the treating agent entering the second flow channel 2143 can flow towards the second dispensing hole 2146 along the extending direction of the second flow channel 2143, so that a continuous liquid outlet form of the treating agent is realized, and another part of the treating agent entering the second flow channel 2143 can enter the first flow channel through the liquid through hole 2144, so that multiple liquid outlet modes are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in some embodiments, the nozzle body 20 has a liquid inlet 221, the liquid inlet 221 communicates with the second flow channel 2143, and a storage box is disposed at the top of the nozzle body 20, and a liquid outlet of the storage box communicates with the liquid inlet 221. Specifically, the treating agent in the storage box can be discharged from the liquid outlet hole and then enter the second flow channel 2143 and the first flow channel through the liquid inlet hole 221, so that various liquid outlet modes can be realized, the liquid outlet modes are enriched, and the use requirements of users in different scenes are met.
In some embodiments, the nozzle body 20 includes a nozzle body 21 and a cover plate 22, the liquid inlet 221 is formed in the cover plate 22, the second delivery hole 2146 is formed in the nozzle body 21, the nozzle body 21 is connected with the cover plate 22, so as to define a second flow channel 2143, the nozzle body 21 and the cover plate 22 can be connected in a clamping manner, can be connected through a fastener, can be connected through welding or bonding, and ensures the reliability of connection of the two.
The upper surface of the nozzle body 21 has a diversion trench, the top of the diversion trench is open, the cover plate 22 is arranged on the nozzle body 21, the cover plate 22 can close the top opening of the diversion trench, the cover plate 22 and the diversion trench define a second flow channel 2143, and the structure is simple and easy to form.
In some examples, the cover 22 is provided with an annular rib 222, the annular rib 222 protrudes from the surface of the cover 22, the annular rib 222 surrounds the liquid inlet 221, the storage box is provided with a detachable sealing plug, and the storage box can be matched with the annular rib 222 through the sealing plug. Specifically, the sealing plug is located in the storage box, the cover plate 22 is located outside the storage box, and the connection between the storage box and the cover plate 22 can be realized by matching the sealing plug with the annular ribs 222, so that the storage box is fixed on the nozzle body 20. Wherein, the sealing plug can be concentric with the annular rib 222, which is beneficial to the reliability and tightness of assembly.
In some specific examples, the sealing plug may form a unidirectional liquid outlet channel, when the storage box is separated from the spray head body 20, the sealing plug is in a blocking state, the liquid in the storage box cannot flow out from the position where the sealing plug is located, and when the storage box is matched with the spray head body 20 in place, the protruding columns in the annular protruding ribs 222 are stopped against the sealing plug, so that the sealing plug is switched to a conducting state, and smooth liquid outlet is ensured.
In some embodiments, the valve assembly 10 and the actuator button 51 are both provided on the spray head body 20. The driving button 51 is in driving connection with the valve assembly 10 and the dispensing pump 70, so that the dispensing pump 70 is controlled to work while the valve assembly 10 is controlled to open the first dispensing hole 2145 and the second dispensing hole 2146.
As shown in fig. 3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the top of the spray head body 20 is provided with an exterior member 60, the exterior member 60 defining a mounting channel 61, and the driving key 51 is slidably engaged with the mounting channel 61. By providing the mounting channel 61 in the exterior member 60, the movement of the drive key 51 can be positioned and guided by the mounting channel 61.
Specifically, the drive key 51 may be movable between a first position and a second position, where the drive key 51 may be restrained by the exterior member 60, thereby preventing the drive key 51 from being disengaged from the mounting channel 61. Wherein the first position is located outside the second position in the extending direction of the mounting channel 61, and the driving key 51 is located at the first position when the driving key 51 is in the initial state, and the user presses the driving key 51 to move the driving key 51 inward along the mounting channel 61, thereby controlling the operation of the dispensing pump 70.
As shown in fig. 15, in some embodiments, the dispensing device 100 further includes a drawer 30, the drawer 30 defining a dissolution chamber 31, the drawer 30 being slidably disposed within the dispensing chamber 213 between an open position and a closed position, the drawer 30 being spaced from a bottom wall of the dispensing chamber 213 when the drawer 30 is in the closed position to define a spray flow path 33.
The treating agent flowing out from the first and second delivery holes 2145 and 2146 enters the dissolution chamber 31, and after the water enters the dissolution chamber 31 and is fully mixed with the treating agent, the water enters the delivery chamber 213 through the liquid outlet 32 of the dissolution chamber 31, and finally is discharged from the plurality of through holes on the bottom wall of the delivery chamber 213 or the liquid spraying flow passage 33 between the drawer 30 and the bottom wall of the delivery chamber 213, so that the washing effect of the washing device is better.
In some embodiments, two opposite side walls of the drawer 30 are respectively provided with a guide rail 331, two opposite side walls of the delivery cavity 213 are respectively provided with a guide groove, and the two guide rails 331 and the two guide grooves are in one-to-one sliding fit, so that the drawer 30 can slide along the extending direction of the guide grooves, and smooth and stable opening and closing of the drawer 30 is ensured. And the guide grooves provided on the side walls of the putting cavity 213 can support the guide rail 331 of the drawer 30 so that the drawer 30 is stably installed in the putting cavity 213.
As shown in fig. 15, in some embodiments, the dispensing device 100 further includes a water diversion plate 40, where a plurality of water outlets 401 are formed in the water diversion plate 40, and the water diversion plate 40 is disposed in the dispensing cavity 213 and above the drawer 30, and the water diversion plate 40 can divert the water flow before the water flow enters the dissolution cavity 31, so as to ensure that the water flow uniformly flows into the dissolution cavity 31.
Specifically, the water diversion plate 40 and the top wall of the delivery cavity 213 define a water containing cavity 402, so that the water flow is buffered by the water containing cavity 402, and the flow speed of the water flow is slowed down, so that the water flow can uniformly flow into the delivery cavity 213, and further, the water flow and the treating agent are uniformly mixed.
As shown in fig. 15, the water diversion plate 40 and the top wall of the delivery chamber 213 can be connected by a plurality of fasteners, so that the installation reliability of the water diversion plate 40 is ensured.
The water diversion plate 40 has an avoiding hole 403 for avoiding the first releasing hole 2145, that is, the avoiding hole 403 can avoid the valve assembly 10, which not only ensures that the treating agent can directly enter the releasing cavity 213 and prevent the treating agent from being released into the water containing cavity 402, but also ensures that the valve assembly 10 can normally open and close the first releasing hole 2145 and the second releasing hole 2146.
The washing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
The washing apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention comprises a dosing device 100 according to the above described embodiment. The dispensing device 100 herein may be a laundry treatment device (e.g., a washing machine or a dryer), a dishwasher, or the like.
The dispensing device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above technical effects, so that the washing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above technical effects, that is, the dispensing device 100 can achieve quantitative dispensing of the treating agent, is convenient to control, and does not cause waste of the treating agent.
In some embodiments, the washing apparatus is a laundry treatment device. The clothes treatment device comprises a workbench, a clothes taking and placing opening communicated with a clothes treatment cavity is formed in the middle of the workbench, the throwing device 100 is arranged on the workbench, a storage box is further arranged on the workbench, the storage box is arranged at the rear of the workbench and protrudes out of the upper surface of the workbench, a spray head body 20 is arranged on the inner ring of the clothes taking and placing opening and connected with the storage box, and the spray head body 20 protrudes out of the inner ring of the clothes taking and placing opening.

Claims (15)

1. A delivery device, comprising:
a first delivery hole;
the delivery pump is used for delivering the treating agent and is communicated with the first delivery hole;
the valve assembly is arranged at the first throwing hole;
the driving key is in transmission connection with the valve assembly and is suitable for being pressed to drive the valve assembly to open the first delivery hole;
the driving key is in transmission connection with the delivery pump, and the driving key is suitable for being pressed to drive the delivery pump to deliver the treating agent to the first delivery hole.
2. The delivery device of claim 1, further comprising: the first transmission structure is in transmission connection with the valve assembly, and the second transmission structure is in transmission connection with the delivery pump.
3. The delivery device according to claim 2, wherein,
the driving key is connected with the first transmission structure and the second transmission structure;
the driving key is suitable for being pressed to drive the first transmission structure and the second transmission structure to move simultaneously.
4. The delivery device of claim 2, wherein the valve assembly comprises:
a sealing member for opening and closing the first dispensing hole;
a movable pushrod connected to the sealing member;
the first reset piece is sleeved outside the push rod, the push rod is suitable for moving under the pressing action of the driving key to drive the sealing part to open the first delivery hole, and the reset piece is matched with the push rod and used for driving the push rod to reset to drive the sealing part to close the first delivery hole.
5. The delivery device of claim 4, wherein the pushrod comprises:
the boss is located one side of the push rod, which is close to the first transmission structure, and one side of the boss, which is close to the first transmission structure, is provided with a hemispherical structure.
6. The delivery device of claim 5, wherein the boss has an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of the first restoring member.
7. The dispensing device of claim 4, wherein the sealing member is removably coupled to the pushrod.
8. The delivery device of claim 4, wherein the sealing member comprises:
the mounting seat is connected with the push rod, and the side wall of the mounting seat is provided with a connecting arm extending in a direction away from the central line of the mounting seat;
and the sealing piece is arranged on the connecting arm and used for opening and closing the first throwing hole.
9. The delivery device of claim 8, wherein the seal comprises:
a sleeve, the sleeve being mated with the connecting arm;
the first sealing part and the second sealing part are arranged on the peripheral wall of the sleeve and are distributed along the axial direction of the sleeve and are used for being matched with the hole edge of the first throwing hole.
10. The delivery device of claim 8, wherein the valve assembly further comprises:
the gasket is sleeved on the push rod and is positioned between the mounting seat and the first reset piece;
the outer diameter of the gasket is larger than that of the first reset piece.
11. A dispensing device according to any of claims 3-10, wherein the first transmission structure has an actuating surface which slidingly engages the valve assembly to actuate the valve assembly through the actuating surface to open the first dispensing aperture during depression of the actuation button.
12. A dispensing device according to claim 11, wherein the drive surface is inclined and the valve assembly is arranged vertically.
13. A dispensing device according to any one of claims 3 to 10, wherein the second transmission structure comprises a rack and pinion mechanism, the rack of which cooperates with the drive key, the gear of which cooperates with the dispensing pump.
14. The dispensing device of any one of claims 1-10, wherein a second reset member is provided between the actuation button and the dispensing pump for actuating the actuation button towards an initial position.
15. A washing apparatus comprising a dosing device according to any one of claims 1-14.
