In the claims, the specification and the drawings of the present invention, unless otherwise specifically limited, the terms "fixedly connected" or "fixedly connected" should be understood in a broad sense, i.e., any connection mode without displacement relationship or relative rotation relationship between the two, i.e., including non-detachably fixed connection, and fixedly connected through other devices or elements.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, an embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-drip shower head, which includes a body, a pressure-bearing member 20, a blocking member 30, a rotating direction-changing member 40, a first elastic member 50, and a second elastic member 60.
The body is enclosed by top cap 11 and water outlet member and forms the holding chamber in this body after the two enclose, pressure-bearing member 20, rotation switching member 40, shutoff member 30, first elastic member 50 and second elastic member 60 all assemble in this holding chamber. A water inlet channel communicated with a water source is arranged in the top cover 11, and a water outlet hole is formed in the water outlet piece.
In the embodiment of the invention, the thickness direction of the shower head is specially defined as a first direction. Since the outlet member of state of the art showers is usually configured to be substantially flat, the showerhead also typically emits water in its thickness direction, whereby the first direction is perpendicular to the plane of the outlet opening. It will be appreciated that the illustrated embodiment shows a top shower and thus the inlet passage extends entirely in a first direction, but in the practice of the invention as a hand shower, the inlet passage will be understood to be that part of the inlet which extends in the direction of the thickness of the shower head portion and not that part of the inlet which extends along the length of the handle portion.
The pressure-bearing part 20 is slidably arranged in the water inlet channel and used for bearing water pressure of water inlet so as to be directly driven by water pressure to be close to the water outlet hole in the first direction when water passes.
The blocking piece 30 is movably connected with the body and is provided with a water passing hole 31 corresponding to the water outlet hole, the water passing hole forms a water passing part 31, and the part without holes on the blocking piece 30 forms a blocking part. The closure 30 is movable relative to the body in a first direction to move away from or towards the outlet aperture and is configured to also engage the body ramp as it moves relative to the body in the first direction, so as to rotate relative to the body about an axis parallel to the first direction.
Rotation switching-over piece 40 is located between shutoff piece 30 and the play water spare, and its rotation connection body, and with the cooperation is all supported on top to bearing piece 20 and shutoff piece 30 to receive bearing piece 20 drive around the perpendicular to when logical water the axis of first direction is rotatory, will follow the drive power of first direction orientation apopore and rotate the switching-over for the drive power of keeping away from the apopore along the first direction through its self, thereby the top is supported shutoff piece 30 is kept away from the apopore along the first direction.
The two ends of the first elastic member 50 are respectively abutted against the body and the pressure-bearing member 20 so as to reposition the pressure-bearing member 20 when water is cut off, so that the pressure-bearing member is far away from the water outlet hole along the first direction. The two ends of the second elastic member 60 are respectively abutted against the body and the blocking member 30 so as to reposition the blocking member 30 when water is cut off, so that the blocking member is close to the water outlet hole along the first direction.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the working processes of each component of the shower head in the water on-off state are as follows: when leading to water, pressure-bearing piece 20 receives water pressure direct drive in the inhalant canal, pushes up rotate switching-over piece 40 and make it around the perpendicular to the axis of first direction is rotatory, should rotate switching-over piece 40 and still push up to block 30 and make it keep away from the apopore along the first direction, block 30 cooperates with body inclined plane in the motion process to relative body is rotatory around the axis parallel with the first direction, makes it align apopore, and the gondola water faucet goes out water through water portion 31. When cutting off the water, the water pressure that bearing part 20 received reduces, and it keeps away from the apopore along the first direction to first elastic component 50 drive, rotates reversing element 40 and has lost the top thrust back antiport of bearing part 20 and resets, makes shutoff piece 30 also lose its top thrust that acts on, therefore shutoff piece 30 follows under the effect of second elastic component 60 and self gravity the first direction is close to the apopore, still cooperates and the antiport with body inclined plane in its motion process, makes its water portion 31 apopore that staggers of crossing, shutoff portion shutoff apopore, the gondola water faucet stagnant water, therefore remaining water in the gondola water faucet can't follow the apopore and flow out, has realized the mesh of drip proof after the shower.
According to the anti-dripping shower head provided by the embodiment of the invention, the blocking piece 30 is configured to be away from or close to the water outlet hole along the first direction, and can rotate relative to the body in the movement process along the first direction to enable the water passing part 31 to selectively align with the water outlet hole, so that the shower head can discharge water when water is supplied, and the shower head can stop water when water is cut off. Because the gondola water faucet is when leading to water, the portion 31 of crossing of shutoff piece 30 can align the apopore, and water can lead to the apopore through this portion 31 of crossing after getting into the gondola water faucet inner chamber from the water inlet channel, therefore the stroke that shutoff piece 30 kept away from the apopore along the first direction need not too big, as long as it keeps away from the piece of water slightly in order to reduce its friction that the piece of water of in the rotation process applyed to it, makes its rotation more smooth and easy can. Therefore, in the shower head according to the embodiment of the present invention, the stroke of the blocking member 30 in the first direction is very small, and the shower head can achieve a large water outflow rate and a stable and smooth water outflow effect.
The detailed structure of each component of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in turn below, and by correspondingly describing other possible embodiments of each component of the present invention, the advantages of the present invention and each embodiment thereof will be more clearly recognized by those skilled in the art.
Reference is first made to fig. 1, 8-9 and 11 to describe the manner in which the closure 30 sealingly engages the body. In the embodiment of the present invention, since the block piece 30 is configured to have a rigid structure in order to improve the movement stability of the block piece 30, the position of the water outlet member corresponding to the water outlet hole should have a flexible structure in order to allow the block portion to reliably block the water outlet hole when the block portion is engaged with the water outlet hole. In this embodiment, the water outlet member includes a water outlet cover 12 and a water outlet rubber sleeve 13 fixedly connected to the water outlet cover 12, and the water outlet rubber sleeve 13 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes penetrating through the water outlet cover 12 to discharge water to the outside. Preferably, the water outlet rubber sleeve 13 is further provided with a sealing flange 131 facing the plugging piece 30 at a position corresponding to a water outlet hole of the water outlet rubber sleeve, and the sealing flange is in more tight sealing fit with the plugging part so as to ensure that the shower head can stop water when water is cut off.
In general, effective sealing is achieved as long as the sealing engagement of the block piece 30 with the outlet is ensured in such a way that the rigid piece presses the flexible piece, so that in other embodiments it is feasible to construct the blocking portion of the block piece as flexible or directly use a flexible outlet cover.
To achieve that the closure 30 and the body are also able to rotate relative to each other when moved relative to each other in the first direction, the present invention configures the closure and the body to be in ramped engagement, with the engagement ramp extending along (or part of) a path of revolution.
Referring to fig. 1, 12-15, the rotational path of an embodiment of the present invention is configured as a helical path, and the closure 30 is engaged with the body in a helical manner to also rotate relative to the body when it moves in a first direction relative to the body. In a specific structure, the body is fixedly provided with an inserting column 14 facing a plugging piece 30 at the center of the water outlet surface cover 12, and the center of the plugging piece 30 is provided with an inserting hole 32 in inserting fit with the inserting column 14. The outer wall of the plug post 14 and the inner wall of the insertion hole 32 are respectively provided with a spiral rib 141 and a spiral groove 321 which are in spiral fit and the spiral normal of which forms the rotation axis of the plugging piece 30. When the blocking piece 30 and the body move relatively along the first direction, the blocking piece and the body are enabled to rotate relatively through the spiral matching of the spiral rib 141 and the spiral groove 321, and the rotation axis of the blocking piece and the body is parallel to the first direction.
Of course, it is also feasible to arrange the spiral ribs and the spiral grooves in opposite correspondence with the body and the plugging member so as to be respectively arranged on the plugging member and the body. In addition, the spiral rib can be replaced by a common sliding block which is matched with the spiral groove in a sliding mode, so that the movement path of the sliding block is restricted by the spiral path of the spiral groove.
The invention configures the rotary path into a spiral path, which is easy to control the stroke ratio of the linear motion and the rotary motion of the plugging piece 30 relative to the body, so that the control of the alignment relation between the water passing part 31 and the water outlet hole is more accurate. In other embodiments, the revolving path may be another curved path as long as the revolving path has a certain extension along the revolving axis direction, but in this embodiment, when the plugging member 30 moves along the first direction at different initial positions with the same stroke, the rotation angle of the plugging member relative to the body may be different, and the corresponding relationship of the stroke is not linear as in the case of adopting a spiral path.
The following will describe the implementation of the movement of the block piece 30 in a first direction relative to the body. It should be noted that although the present embodiment preferably uses the pressure-bearing member 20, the rotation reversing member 40 and other transmission members to realize the movement of the block piece 30 away from the water outlet hole in the first direction relative to the body, the primary purpose of the present invention is not how to realize the movement, so that the implementation using the prior art buoyancy lifting method is still feasible, but still has some drawbacks in terms of water outlet stability.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5-10, the present invention employs a rotary reversing element 40 to reverse the driving force towards the outlet opening in the first direction to the driving force away from the outlet opening in the first direction, so as to drive the plugging element 30 away from the outlet opening in the first direction.
As mentioned above, the rotary direction switching member 40 switches the driving force input in one direction to the driving force output in the other direction by its own rotation. In the application scenario of the present embodiment, since the water inlet direction of the shower head is the first direction, and the moving direction of the blocking member 30 to be actuated is also the first direction, the rotating direction-changing member 40 adopts a linear configuration, i.e. a configuration similar to a seesaw, as in the illustrated embodiment. It should be understood that the rotating reversing element 40 may take other profiled configurations based on space usage and input force to output force direction considerations. Therefore, even in a scene corresponding to a shower (or a shower head part of a handheld shower) in which the water inlet direction is perpendicular to the water outlet direction, the water pressure driving force can be changed to a driving force for driving the plugging member 30 away from the water outlet hole by using the rotation changing member having a right-angle structure.
After the rotating reversing piece 40 is adopted, the action positions of the input force and the output force relative to the rotation axis of the rotating reversing piece can be configured, so that a lever model which is labor-saving can be formed by utilizing a moment principle, the size of the input force is effectively reduced, the starting water pressure of the shower head does not need to be large, the blocking piece 30 can be easily driven to be far away from a water outlet hole, and in other words, the water outlet response of the shower head is fast. In addition, because the blocking piece 30 is not directly driven by the water pressure of the inner cavity of the shower head, the blocking piece does not influence the water pressure of the inner cavity of the shower head basically during movement, so that the water outlet flow cannot be influenced by the movement of the blocking piece 30, and the water outlet stability is improved.
Specifically, the rotating direction-changing member 40 has a driven portion 42, an actuating portion 43, and a pivoting portion 41 therebetween. The pivoting portion 41 is rotatably engaged with the body such that the body supports the rotating direction-changing member 40 through the pivoting portion 41. The passive portion 42 is directly or indirectly driven by water pressure when water is supplied thereto, so that the rotating direction changing member 40 rotates about its rotational axis. The actuating portion 43 is disposed on a side of the blocking member 30 close to the water outlet hole, and is in abutting engagement with the blocking member 30 to actuate the same.
In this embodiment, the body is provided with a support pillar on the water outlet cover 12, a rotation groove 121 is formed on the support pillar, and the pivot portion is configured as a rotation protrusion 41 which is rotatably matched with the rotation groove 121. In other embodiments, the pivoting portion may be configured as a turning groove, and the body has a corresponding turning protrusion.
In this embodiment, the actuating portion is configured as an actuating protrusion 43 provided on one side of the pivoting portion 41. Preferably, the portion of the blocking element 30 abutting against the actuating portion 43 has a slope structure 33, which guides the blocking element to make the abutting engagement between the two smoother. Furthermore, in order to achieve a stable actuation of the closure member 30, the rotary diverter 40 may be configured in plurality, and the actuating portion 43 of each rotary diverter 40 is arranged rotationally symmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation of the closure member 30.
In order to improve the transmission stability of the water inlet driving force transmitted to the rotating direction-changing member 40, the present embodiment employs the pressure-bearing member 20 slidably disposed in the water inlet passage and directly receiving the water pressure, so as to actuate the driven portion 42 of the rotating direction-changing member 40 to rotate. In addition to the above advantages, it also simplifies the water path structure and sealing structure of the inner cavity of the shower head, otherwise, a water guide channel can be designed in the inner cavity of the shower head to make the water pressure of the inlet water directly drive the rotation reversing member 40 to rotate.
In a specific structure, the pressure-bearing part 20 includes a pressure-bearing part 21 and a push rod 22 fixedly connected to each other. The pressure bearing part 21 is used for bearing water pressure, and the pressure bearing part and the rotating reversing piece 40 are respectively positioned at two sides of the blocking piece 30. The block piece 30 is provided with a yielding hole 34, the passive part is configured to be a passive groove 42 arranged on one side of the pivoting part 41, and the ejector rod 22 passes through the yielding hole 34 and is in abutting fit with the passive groove 42. Therefore, the pressure-bearing portion 21 and the rotating direction-changing member 40 of the present embodiment are respectively located at both sides of the blocking member 30, and the rotating direction-changing member 40 is completely located between the blocking member 30 and the water outlet member, thereby reducing the lateral space occupation of the rotating direction-changing member.
In this embodiment, the pressure-bearing portion 21 of the pressure-bearing member 20 is sleeved with a sealing ring, the water inlet channel has a segmented structure along a first direction, a peripheral wall of one end of the water inlet channel, which is far away from the water outlet member, is circumferentially closed, and a peripheral wall of one end of the water inlet channel, which is close to the water outlet member, is provided with a notch. When the pressure-bearing part 20 is located the position of keeping away from the apopore, the bearing part 21 cooperates with the sealed of water inlet channel inner wall, leads to water when the gondola water faucet, and water suppresses the pressure for a short period in the top of bearing part 21, drives it afterwards and is close to the apopore, and after the motion of pressure-bearing part 20 put in place, water flowed into the gondola water faucet inner chamber from this breach, through the action of rotating switching-over piece 40 and shutoff piece 30, by apopore play water.
It should be noted that, for the resetting actions of the pressure-bearing member 20, the rotating direction-changing member 40 and the blocking member 30, the first elastic member 50 and the second elastic member 60 are adopted in the embodiment of the present invention to provide a relatively stable resetting force to the resetting process, so that the resetting is smoother. However, it should be understood that, since the pressure-bearing member 20, the rotating direction-changing member 40 and the blocking member 30 constitute an interlocking whole, only one of the first elastic member 50 and the second elastic member 60 is needed to provide an integral restoring force for the interlocking whole. When the pressure-bearing member 20 is not used, the first elastic member 50 may also be in abutting engagement with the driven portion 42 to drive the rotating direction-changing member 40 to return. Even when the mass of the blocking member 30 is large, it can overcome the friction force of each sealing ring, the resistance force during transmission, and the gravity of the pressure-bearing member 20 by its own gravity and realize the integral reset of the interlocking unit, so that any elastic reset member may not be needed. It goes without saying that this embodiment requires a high water pressure to drive the closure element 30 when water is supplied; moreover, this embodiment is often possible on top shower, and for hand shower, because the water outlet direction is not always directly downward, it is still a preferred embodiment to provide an elastic member to reset the inner member of the hand shower.
The description of the above specification and examples is intended to be illustrative of the scope of the present invention and is not intended to be limiting. Modifications, equivalents and other improvements which may occur to those skilled in the art and which may be made to the embodiments of the invention or portions thereof through a reasonable analysis, inference or limited experimentation, in light of the common general knowledge, the common general knowledge in the art and/or the prior art, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
