Through establishing fluid infusion mouth 121 at the top of stock solution portion 120, on the one hand clothing finishing agent can flow into in stock solution portion 120 through fluid infusion mouth 121 under the action of gravity, and on the other hand can simplify user's fluid infusion operation degree of difficulty, and the user does not worry clothing finishing agent and flows out at the in-process of fluid infusion, also does not have too much requirement to the fluid infusion pressure of fluid infusion in-process. If the fluid infusion port 121 is disposed at another position, the fluid infusion pressure needs to overcome the gravity of the laundry treating agent in the liquid storage portion 120 during the fluid infusion process, so as to achieve fluid infusion.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7, the dispensing device 100 further includes a cover 122, the cover 122 is detachably disposed on the liquid storage portion 120, and the cover 122 can close the fluid infusion port 121.
In this embodiment, the dispensing device 100 further includes a sealing member 122, the sealing member 122 is detachably disposed on the liquid storage portion 120 and can seal the liquid feeding port 121, and since the laundry treating apparatus 200 may largely shake during operation, the sealing member 122 can effectively prevent the laundry treating agent in the liquid storage portion 120 from leaking from the liquid feeding port 121, and meanwhile, the sealing member 122 can also prevent external impurities from falling into the liquid storage portion 120, thereby avoiding the problem of blockage of the dispensing assembly 130, which may be caused by the external impurities, and ensuring normal and quantitative dispensing of the dispensing device 100.
Example two
In addition to the foregoing embodiments, in order to facilitate observing the remaining laundry treatment agent in the dispensing device 100, the present embodiment further describes the structure of the dispensing device 100, and further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a visible window, and the visible window is disposed in the liquid storage portion 120.
In this embodiment, the dispensing device 100 further includes a visible window, the visible window is disposed on the liquid storage portion 120, and the user can observe the remaining amount of the laundry treatment agent in the liquid storage portion 120 through the visible window, so as to replenish the laundry treatment agent in time, and avoid that the normal cleaning function cannot be realized due to the lack of the laundry treatment agent.
Specifically, the number of the visual windows is at least one. The viewing window may be disposed on the top wall of the liquid storage part 120, or on the front side wall of the liquid storage part 120, or on both the top wall of the liquid storage part 120 and the front side wall of the liquid storage part 120, so that the user can observe and know the remaining amount of the laundry treating agent from a plurality of angles.
It is noted that the liquid reservoir 120 may be made of a transparent or non-transparent tank.
Further, the reservoir 120 includes a front side wall facing away from the dispensing assembly 130, at least a portion of the front side wall being a light transmissive wall, and the viewing window includes a light transmissive wall.
In this embodiment, the reservoir 120 comprises a front side wall facing away from the dispensing assembly 130, at least a portion of which may form a viewing window, i.e. at least a portion of the front side wall is a light-transmitting wall through which a user may directly observe the remaining amount of the laundry treatment agent inside the reservoir 120. It is worth to say that the light-transmitting wall is made of a light-transmitting material.
It is noted that the front sidewall may be a light-transmitting wall as a whole, or a part of the front sidewall may be a light-transmitting wall. Specifically, the light-transmitting wall extends in the up-down direction, which facilitates the user to observe the bottom wall of the liquid storage part 120.
Further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a mark portion 140, and the mark portion 140 is disposed on a front side wall of the liquid storage portion 120.
In this embodiment, the dispensing device 100 further includes a mark part 140, and the mark part 140 is disposed on a front side wall of the liquid storage part 120, so that a user can conveniently determine the amount of detergent by pressing the mark part 140. The identification portion 140 can also be used to determine the remaining amount of the laundry treatment agent in the reservoir 120, providing a reference for the replenishment liquid. Specifically, the identification part 140 may be a graduation mark, and the identification part 140 is integrally formed with the reservoir part 120. Specifically, the identification portion 140 and the reservoir portion 120 may be formed by injection molding.
Further, the number of the reservoir 120 is plural, and the plural reservoirs 120 are arranged at intervals inside the detergent box 110.
In this embodiment, the number of the liquid storage portions 120 is plural, the plural liquid storage portions 120 are arranged inside the detergent box 110 at intervals, each liquid storage portion 120 can move relative to the detergent box 110, and each liquid storage portion 120 is correspondingly provided with a corresponding feeding assembly 130, that is, each group of the liquid storage portions 120 and the feeding assemblies 130 can independently realize the feeding function of the laundry treatment agent, that is, the plural groups of the liquid storage portions 120 and the feeding assemblies 130 are relatively independent and do not affect each other.
It should be noted that different laundry treatment agents may be provided in the plurality of liquid storage portions 120, respectively. When the number of the liquid storage portions 120 is three, one of the liquid storage portions 120 may be used to contain a detergent, the other liquid storage portion 120 may be used to contain a softener, and the last liquid storage portion 120 may be used to contain a disinfectant.
EXAMPLE III
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the structure of the detergent box 110 is specifically described in the present embodiment, and further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the detergent box 110 includes a first box 111 and a second box 112, and the first box 111 is provided with a water inlet pipe 113. The second box 112 is connected with the first box 111 to form a cavity 115, the second box 112 has a liquid outlet pipe 114, the cavity 115 is respectively communicated with the water inlet pipe 113 and the liquid outlet pipe 114, and the liquid storage part 120 is arranged on the second box 112 and is positioned in the cavity 115.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 110 includes a first box 111 and a second box 112, the first box 111 is provided with a water inlet pipe 113, and the water inlet pipe 113 is used to introduce a water source, thereby pre-dissolving the laundry treatment agent inside the detergent box 110. The first box 111 and the second box 112 are detachably connected, and can form a cavity 115 after being assembled, and the cavity 115 is used for accommodating the liquid storage part 120 and the dispensing assembly 130. Second container 112 has an outlet conduit 114. After the laundry treating agent is put into the detergent box 110 from the liquid storage part 120 through the putting component 130, the water flow introduced through the water inlet pipe 113 can dissolve and dilute the laundry treating agent inside the detergent box 110, and then the laundry treating agent flows out from the water outlet pipe 114, and the diluted laundry treating agent is contacted with the laundry, so that the laundry damage caused by the direct contact of the high-concentration laundry treating agent and the laundry can be avoided.
Further, the first case 111 forms a water passing chamber, and the water inlet pipe 113 is communicated with the water passing chamber. The feeding device 100 further comprises a plurality of spraying ports, the plurality of spraying ports are distributed on the first box body 111 at intervals, and the plurality of spraying ports are communicated with the water passing cavity.
In this embodiment, the first container 111 can form a water passing cavity, i.e. the first container 111 has a hollow structure. The water inlet pipe 113 is disposed on the top wall of the first container 111, and the water inlet pipe 113 is communicated with the water passing chamber. The feeding device 100 further comprises a plurality of spraying openings, the plurality of spraying openings are communicated with the water passing cavity, and the plurality of spraying openings are distributed on the bottom wall of the first box body 111 at intervals. That is to say, the water inlet pipe 113, the water passing cavity and the plurality of spraying ports can form a water flow channel from top to bottom, and a water source can enter the water passing cavity through the water inlet pipe 113 and then be sprayed into the cavity 115 from the plurality of spraying ports, so that the laundry treatment agent attached to the inner wall of the detergent box 110 can be dissolved and diluted by the water flow and can flow out through the liquid outlet pipe 114 as far as possible, and the possibility of laundry treatment agent residue inside the detergent box 110 is reduced.
Example four
In addition to the foregoing embodiments, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the specific structure of the dispensing assembly 130 is described, and further, the dispensing assembly 130 includes a first cylinder 131, a second cylinder 132, and an outlet valve 131a, and the first cylinder 131 is disposed at an end of the reservoir 120 away from the mounting port and is communicated with the reservoir 120. The second cylinder 132 is movably sleeved on the first cylinder 131 along the axial direction. The outlet valve 131a is disposed at the outlet of the second cylinder 132, and the liquid storage part 120 is pressed to drive the first cylinder 131 to move, so that the outlet valve 131a is separated from the outlet of the second cylinder 132.
In this embodiment, the dispensing assembly 130 comprises a first cylinder 131, a second cylinder 132 and an outlet valve 131a, wherein the first cylinder 131 is arranged at an end of the reservoir 120 remote from the assembly opening, and the first cylinder 131 is in communication with the reservoir 120. The second cylinder 132 is axially slidably disposed inside the first cylinder 131 or outside the first cylinder 131. In the embodiment of the present application, the second cylinder 132 is sleeved in the first cylinder 131. The inlet of the second cylinder 132 is provided with an inlet valve 133, the outlet of the second cylinder 132 is provided with an outlet valve 131a, and the reservoir 120 opens the inlet valve 133 or the outlet valve 131a in a manner of driving the first cylinder 131 to slide along the second cylinder 132 in a reciprocating manner.
Specifically, the dispenser 100 can dispense a certain amount of the laundry treatment agent by pressing (pressing) the reservoir 120, thereby simplifying the structure of the dispenser 100 and improving the user experience. Further, the liquid storage part 120 slidably extends into the detergent box 110 from the assembly opening, when the liquid storage part 120 is forced to move outwards, the liquid storage part 120 drives the first cylinder 131 to slide towards the assembly opening, so that the inlet valve 133 at the inlet of the second cylinder 132 is opened, the outlet valve 131a at the outlet of the second cylinder 132 is closed, the laundry treatment agent in the liquid storage part 120 is sucked into the second cylinder 132 through the inlet of the second cylinder 132, when the user pushes the liquid storage part 120 inwards at the assembly opening, the liquid storage part 120 drives the first cylinder 131 to slide towards the inside of the detergent box 110, so that the inlet valve 133 at the inlet of the second cylinder 132 is closed, the outlet valve 131a at the outlet of the second cylinder 132 is opened, the laundry treatment agent put into the component 130 is put into the outlet of the second cylinder 132, and as the capacities of the first cylinder 131 and the second cylinder 132 are fixed, the liquid inlet amount and the liquid amount of the put into the component 130 can be fixed, thereby achieving the purpose of quantitatively adding the detergent.
Further, the feeding assembly 130 further comprises an inlet valve 133, and the inlet valve 133 is disposed at the inlet of the second cylinder 132. The inlet valve 133 includes an elastic member 133a and a spool 133b, and the elastic member 133a is provided at the inlet of the second cylinder 132. The valve core 133b is disposed at a free end of the elastic element 133a, and the elastic element 133a can drive the valve core 133b to extend to the first cylinder 131, so that the first cylinder 131 and the second cylinder 132 are not conducted.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 133a applies a pressing force to the valve element 133b toward the inside of the first barrel 131, and during the sliding process of the first barrel 131 relative to the second barrel 132 toward the assembling opening of the detergent box 110, the pressing force applied to the valve element 133b by the elastic member 133a gradually decreases, and the pressures in the first barrel 131 and the second barrel 132 gradually decrease, so that the liquid in the reservoir 120 can push the valve element 133b away against the elastic force of the elastic member 133a and enter the second barrel 132, and after a sufficient amount of liquid is accumulated in the second barrel 132, the resultant force of the liquid pressure in the second barrel 132 and the elastic force of the elastic member 133a pushes the valve element 133b to close the inlet of the second barrel 132, thereby achieving the purpose of accumulating a certain amount of detergent in the second barrel 132. Further, the valve core 133b may be one of a ball valve, an oval ball valve, and a conical ball valve, the diameter of the conical section 131b in the first cylinder 131 gradually increases from outside to inside, and the valve core 133b can be matched with the conical section 131b in the first cylinder 131 to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the inlet of the second cylinder 132.
Further, the first cylinder 131 includes an L-shaped cylinder section 131c extending to the bottom of the liquid storage part 120 and an accommodating cylinder section 131d accommodating the elastic member 133a, an inner diameter of the accommodating cylinder section 131d is larger than that of the L-shaped cylinder section 131c, and the cone-shaped cylinder section 131b is connected between the L-shaped cylinder section 131c and the accommodating cylinder section 131 d.
In this embodiment, a channel extending to the bottom of the liquid storage portion 120 is formed in the L-shaped cylinder section 131c, and the inner diameter of the channel in the L-shaped cylinder section 131c is smaller than the inner diameter of the accommodating cylinder section 131d, so that a strong suction force can be formed in the L-shaped cylinder section 131c, and a smooth flow channel can be formed in the accommodating cylinder section 131d, so that the detergent in the liquid storage portion 120 can be quickly sucked into the dispensing device 100 and smoothly flow in the first cylinder 131 and the second cylinder 132, thereby improving the dispensing capability of the dispensing device 100.
According to the embodiment of the present application, specifically, the outlet of the second cylinder 132 is provided with a cone-shaped baffle 133c cooperating with the outlet valve 131a, and the outlet valve 131a and the cone-shaped baffle 133c cooperate to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the outlet of the second cylinder 132. Further, the feeding device 100 further includes an L-shaped feeding cylinder disposed at the outlet of the second cylinder 132, the outlet of the L-shaped feeding cylinder extends to the bottom of the liquid storage portion 120 in a direction away from the conical baffle 133c, and the second elastic element is disposed on the L-shaped feeding cylinder.
In this embodiment, the L-shaped dispensing cylinder can guide the detergent in the second cylinder 132, so that the detergent in the second cylinder 132 can be accurately dispensed to the designated position of the detergent box 110. In addition, the L-shaped dispensing cylinder is fixed inside the detergent box 110 or slidably disposed inside the detergent box 110, when the L-shaped dispensing cylinder is fixed inside the detergent box 110, the L-shaped dispensing cylinder is fastened to the second cylinder 132, the first cylinder 131 is supported by the second cylinder 132 and reciprocates relative to the second cylinder 132, when the L-shaped dispensing cylinder is slidably disposed inside the detergent box 110, in the process that the liquid storage part 120 pushes the first cylinder 131 to move into the detergent box 110, the second cylinder 132 and the L-shaped dispensing cylinder are simultaneously driven to slide into the detergent box 110 until the L-shaped dispensing cylinder contacts with the inner wall of the detergent box 110, at this time, the liquid storage part 120 pushes the first cylinder 131 to slide relative to the second cylinder 132, so as to achieve the purpose of dispensing detergent into the detergent box 110.
According to the embodiment of this application, the inner wall that a section of thick bamboo was put in to the L type is provided with the joint arch, and the outer wall of second barrel 132 is provided with the joint groove with the protruding complex of joint, and a section of thick bamboo is put in to the L type is installed to second barrel 132 through joint arch and joint groove.
In this embodiment, the joint arch and the joint groove not only can play the purpose that a fixed L type was put in a section of thick bamboo and second barrel 132, can also reach the purpose that sealed L type was put in a clearance between a section of thick bamboo and the second barrel 132, further, the L type is put in a section of thick bamboo and second barrel 132 and all has certain elasticity, put in a section of thick bamboo and second barrel 132 at the assembly L type in-process, through pressing the mode that the L type was put in a section of thick bamboo, make the joint protruding joint of joint that the L type was put in on a section of thick bamboo connect to the joint inslot of second barrel 132.
According to the embodiment of the present application, at least a portion of the accommodating cylinder section 131d extends out of the liquid storage portion 120, a connection section that is matched with at least a portion of the accommodating cylinder section 131d extending out of the liquid storage portion 120 is disposed on the liquid storage portion 120, and the dispensing device 100 further includes an annular groove tube 134 for clamping at least a portion of the accommodating cylinder section 131d with the connection section on the liquid storage portion 120.
In this embodiment, the mode of clamping the accommodating cylinder section 131d and the liquid storage part 120 through the annular groove tube 134 can improve the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the first cylinder 131 and the liquid storage part 120, thereby facilitating the user to assemble the dispensing device 100 and disassemble the dispensing device 100 from the liquid storage part 120, and supplementing the detergent at the position of the dispensing device 100 on the liquid storage part 120.
According to the embodiment of the present application, the outer wall of the second cylinder 132 is provided with T-shaped fasteners distributed along the axial direction of the second cylinder 132, and the annular groove tube 134 radially fixes the second cylinder 132 on the first cylinder 131 through the T-shaped fasteners. The T-shaped clamping piece also has elasticity, so that a user can conveniently disassemble and assemble the second cylinder 132, and in addition, the T-shaped clamping piece can also play a role in sealing the second cylinder 132 and the first cylinder 131.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present application, a sliding groove is formed at the bottom of the detergent box 110, a baffle 116 is disposed on a side of the detergent box 110 opposite to the mounting opening, the liquid storage part 120 is installed in the sliding groove, and after the liquid storage part 120 slides to a specific position in the detergent box 110, the L-shaped dispensing cylinder selectively contacts with the baffle 116.
In this embodiment, the sliding groove provides a sliding path for the liquid storage portion 120, so that the liquid storage portion 120 can slide along a predetermined path in the detergent box 110, and meanwhile, the baffle 116 limits the liquid storage portion 120, so that after the liquid storage portion 120 moves to a specific position, the L-shaped dispensing cylinder and the second cylinder 132 stop moving, so that the first cylinder 131 can slide relative to the second cylinder 132 to complete the detergent dispensing operation. Further, the outlet end of the L-shaped dispensing cylinder extends to the bottom of the liquid storage part 120 at a position close to the baffle 116, so that the L-shaped dispensing cylinder can dispense detergent to a preset dispensing area.
Further, when the detergent box 110 is equipped with a plurality of liquid storage portions 120 therein, a plurality of sliding grooves are provided in the detergent box 110 in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of liquid storage portions 120, and a plurality of liquids, such as detergent and softener, are stored in the plurality of liquid storage portions 120.
Specifically, the dispenser 100 includes a detergent box 110, a liquid storage part 120, a liquid supply port 121, and a dispenser assembly 130. The detergent box 110 has a fitting opening that can facilitate the installation and fitting of the detergent box 110 with other structures. The reservoir 120 extends into the detergent box 110 from the fitting opening. Specifically, the reservoir 120 and the detergent box 110 are each hollow. It is noted that at least a portion of the reservoir 120 can be located within the detergent box 110. Specifically, when the reservoir 120 is mounted inside the detergent box 110, the reservoir 120 can also reciprocate with respect to the detergent box 110. The dispensing assembly 130 is disposed at an end of the liquid storage portion 120 away from the assembly opening, and at least a portion of the dispensing assembly 130 can move relative to the detergent box 110 under the driving of the liquid storage portion 120. Specifically, the reservoir 120 is movable in a front-and-rear direction with respect to the detergent box 110. Specifically, when a user applies an external force to the reservoir 120, the reservoir 120 is forced to move inside the detergent box 110. If the liquid storage part 120 is forced to move outward, the laundry treating agent in the liquid storage part 120 may enter the inside of the dosing assembly 130 through the inlet of the dosing assembly 130. If the user presses the liquid storage part 120 inwards, the laundry treatment agent in the dispensing assembly 130 can be dispensed through the outlet of the dispensing assembly 130, and the volume of the dispensing assembly 130 is fixed, so that the liquid inlet amount and the liquid dispensing amount of the dispensing assembly 130 are fixed, and the purpose of dispensing the laundry treatment agent quantitatively is achieved, meanwhile, the user can dispense the quantitative laundry treatment agent only by pressing the liquid storage part 120, the dispensing device 100 is simple in structure and low in cost, and the user experience is excellent.
EXAMPLE five
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a laundry treating apparatus 200 comprising the dispensing device 100 provided in any of the above embodiments.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the laundry treating apparatus 200 provided by the present invention includes the dispensing device 100 provided in any of the above embodiments, so that the laundry treating apparatus has all the advantages of the dispensing device 100, and will not be described herein again.
It is noted that the laundry treating apparatus 200 may be a washing machine, a dryer, or a dry cleaning all-in-one machine.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus 200 includes a housing having a receiving cavity, the dispensing device 100 is disposed in the housing, and at least a portion of the dispensing device 100 extends into the receiving cavity.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 200 includes a housing formed with a receiving cavity. Specifically, when the laundry treating apparatus 200 is a washing machine, the receiving cavity may be used to receive an inner tub, an outer tub, driving parts, and the like of the washing machine. The dispensing device 100 is connected to the housing, and at least a portion of the dispensing device 100 extends into the accommodating cavity, that is, a portion of the dispensing device 100 extends into the accommodating cavity through the housing, and another portion of the dispensing device 100 may protrude out of the housing, and the portion of the dispensing device 100 protruding out of the housing may be conveniently used for pressing operation, thereby achieving dispensing of the laundry treatment agent. Specifically, a part of the liquid storage portion 120 of the dispensing device 100 protrudes out of the housing, and a user can press the liquid storage portion 120 to dispense the laundry treating agent quantitatively. Conceivably, in order to achieve the contact between the user and the liquid storage portion 120, an avoidance opening is correspondingly formed on the housing corresponding to the mounting position of the dispensing device 100, the dispensing device 100 is mounted on the housing, and the free end of the liquid storage portion 120 in the dispensing device 100 extends into or out of the avoidance opening.
Further, the housing includes a casing and a control panel 210, the control panel 210 is connected to the casing and forms an accommodating cavity, the dispensing device 100 is disposed on the control panel 210, and a portion of the liquid storage portion 120 of the dispensing device 100 protrudes out of an outer wall surface of the control panel 210.
In this embodiment, the housing includes a housing and a control panel 210, and the housing and the control panel 210 are detachably connected to form a receiving cavity, which can facilitate the repair and replacement of the control panel 210. The control panel 210 is provided with an avoiding opening, a part of the liquid storage part 120 of the dispensing device 100 extends into the avoiding opening to enter the detergent box 110, and the other part of the liquid storage part 120 protrudes out of the outer wall surface of the control panel 210. It is worth mentioning that "inner" refers to a direction towards the inside of the receiving cavity. "outer" means a direction away from the receiving cavity. The liquid storage part 120 is integrally arranged on the control panel 210, so that the operation convenience of a user is facilitated, and after the user presses the liquid storage part 120 to put in a proper amount of the clothes treating agent, corresponding function keys can be controlled at other positions of the control panel 210, so that the clothes treating device 200 can be operated quickly, and the time is saved.
It is noted that the launching device 100 may be disposed on the left or right side of the control panel 210. An escape opening having a suitable shape is correspondingly formed according to the shape of the liquid storage part 120, so that the front end (the depressible portion) of the liquid storage part 120 is exposed out of the control panel 210. Specifically, the avoidance opening may be a square hole, a circular hole, or the like, and may be adapted and adjusted according to the specific shape of the liquid storage portion 120.
Specifically, the first container 111 and the second container 112 may be assembled, and then the assembled detergent container 110 may be assembled with the control panel 210. The dosing assembly 130 and the reservoir 120 are rotatably assembled and then inserted into the interior of the detergent box 110 from the assembly opening of the detergent box 110.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus 200 further comprises a washing drum disposed in the housing, and the liquid outlet pipe 114 of the dispensing device 100 is communicated with the washing drum.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 200 further comprises a washing drum disposed in the accommodating cavity of the housing, and the liquid outlet pipe 114 of the dispensing device 100 is communicated with the washing drum, so that the dissolved and diluted laundry treating agent can be introduced into the washing drum for further treatment of the laundry. The user may dispense the desired amount of laundry treatment agent by pressing one or more times depending on the wash load in the washing drum.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the dispensing device 100 includes a detergent box 110, a liquid storage part 120, a liquid supply port 121 and a dispensing assembly 130, wherein the detergent box 110 has a fitting port. The reservoir 120 is movably extended from the mounting opening into the detergent box 110. The fluid infusion port 121 is provided at one end of the fluid reservoir 120. The dispensing assembly 130 is disposed at the other end of the liquid storage part 120, and the liquid storage part 120 can drive at least a part of the dispensing assembly 130 to move relative to the detergent box 110, so as to guide the liquid to flow from the liquid storage part 120 into the detergent box 110 through the dispensing assembly 130.
The dispensing device 100 provided by the invention comprises a detergent box 110, a liquid storage part 120, a liquid supplementing port 121 and a dispensing assembly 130. The detergent box 110 has a fitting opening that can facilitate the installation and fitting of the detergent box 110 with other structures. The reservoir 120 extends into the detergent box 110 from the fitting opening. Specifically, the reservoir 120 and the detergent box 110 are each hollow. It is noted that at least a portion of the reservoir 120 can be located within the detergent box 110.
