As shown in fig. 2, the clothes treating agent fixing frame 1 provided by the invention is provided with a mounting cavity for placing at least one clothes treating agent box, the clothes treating agent box is a closed box structure with a cavity inside for containing a clothes treating agent, the clothes treating agent box is provided with a one-way vent valve 6 and a liquid outlet 7, and the liquid outlet 7 is provided with an on-off valve.
The clothes treating agent box is also internally provided with a suction device, an inlet of the suction device is communicated with the cavity, and an outlet of the suction device is communicated with an inlet of the on-off valve.
The suction device extends towards the bottom wall of the clothes treating agent box, the inlet of the suction device is arranged towards the bottom wall of the clothes treating agent box, and a gap for liquid to pass through is reserved between the suction device and the bottom wall.
In this embodiment, a suction device is provided, the inlet of which is disposed toward the bottom wall of the laundry treatment agent box, and a gap for the passage of liquid is left between the suction device and the bottom wall, so that the laundry treatment agent in the laundry treatment agent box can be completely extracted without waste. Furthermore, the suction device is of a hollow tubular structure, a flow channel is formed inside the suction device, one end of the flow channel faces to the bottom wall of the clothes treating agent box, the other end of the flow channel is communicated with an inlet of the on-off valve, an arc-shaped reversing flow guide channel is formed between the inlet and an outlet of the flow channel, and the reversing position of the flow channel, which corresponds to the inlet of the on-off valve, is an outward-expanding arc surface; preferably, the radius of the arc surface is larger than that of the flow passage. The reversing part corresponding to the inlet of the on-off valve on the flow channel is an outward-expanding arc surface which is beneficial to the flow of the clothes treating agent in the flow channel, and compared with the method that a right angle or a corner similar to the right angle is adopted at the reversing part, the method of the invention has the advantage that the outward-expanding arc surface at the reversing part is beneficial to the flow of liquid rather than generating intermittent flow.
Preferably, the on-off valve comprises a drainage channel, and a piston and a return spring which are arranged in the drainage channel, and the piston blocks the drainage channel under the action of the return spring.
Preferably, the on-off valve include drainage channel and the piston of setting in drainage channel, piston outer wall and drainage channel's inner wall between leave the space that is used for the liquid to flow, drainage channel is located export one end and is equipped with the narrowing section, the piston extrude under reset spring's effect on narrowing section, seal drainage channel.
Preferably, the liquid outlet 7 is used for communicating a feeding pipeline in the water box so as to feed the clothes treating agent into a washing chamber of the washing machine, and the feeding pipeline is provided with a communicating structure for opening the on-off valve when the liquid outlet 7 is communicated with the feeding pipeline.
The communicating structure can be a convex structure or a convex structure, the convex structure is horizontally arranged in the water box and corresponds to the position of the liquid outlet 7 of the clothes treating agent box, and when the distribution box is pushed into the water box, the convex structure can extend into the liquid outlet 7 to be matched with the piston. In the above scheme, the communicating structure is a cylindrical structure, is horizontally arranged in the water box, is internally provided with a flow passage, has one end used for being matched with the clothes treating agent box to open the on-off valve, and has the other end used for being communicated with a feeding pipeline in the water box. The side wall of one end matched with the clothes treating agent box is provided with an opening communicated with an internal flow passage of the clothes treating agent box, so that when the end part props against the piston, the opening can guide the clothes treating agent to flow into the flow passage of the communicating structure, and then the clothes treating agent enters the washing machine through the feeding pipeline.
Preferably, the laundry treatment agent box is a cube or cuboid structure, and the liquid outlet 7 is flush with the outer surface of the laundry treatment agent box. Of course, the liquid outlet 7 may protrude from the surface of the laundry treatment agent box, in order to reduce the processing difficulty and simplify the structure of the installation cavity for accommodating the laundry treatment agent box, the laundry treatment agent box is preferably designed to be a regular cube or a cuboid, and the liquid outlet 7 is flush with the outer surface of the laundry treatment agent box, so that the structure of the installation cavity on the distribution box is simplified, and the installation cavity is also set to be a regular cube or a cuboid, thereby reducing the processing complexity.
The liquid outlet 7 is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the clothes treating agent box, and the suction device is of a hollow tubular structure which is horizontally arranged; wherein, the liquid outlet 7 is arranged at the bottom of the side wall, which is beneficial for the suction device to fully suck the clothing treating agent in the clothing treating agent box.
Or, the liquid outlet 7 is arranged at any position of the side wall, the suction device is a hollow tubular structure with an inlet end bent towards one side of the bottom wall of the clothing processing agent box, the inlet of the suction device faces towards the bottom wall, and a gap for liquid to pass through is reserved between the suction device and the bottom wall.
Furthermore, at least one placing space for placing the clothes treatment agent box is limited in the mounting cavity, and a limiting structure is arranged on the mounting cavity and used for limiting the movement of the clothes treatment agent box when the clothes treatment agent box is arranged on the mounting cavity.
The limiting structure comprises an elastic part arranged on one side of the mounting cavity and is used for elastically deforming between the clothes treating agent box and the side wall of the mounting cavity when the clothes treating agent box is arranged on the mounting cavity. Preferably, the laundry treatment agent box has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the elastic member is disposed along a length direction of the laundry treatment agent box. In the scheme, the elastic piece can fix the clothes processing box and has a buffering effect on the clothes processing box in the vibration of the washing machine. Preferably, the elastic member may be provided integrally with the distribution box, thereby simplifying the structure.
As described in the above embodiment, the plurality of laundry treatment agent boxes are respectively arranged in the mounting cavity in parallel, and the limiting structure further comprises at least one separating rib arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity for separating the laundry treatment agent boxes to form at least two placing spaces for placing the laundry treatment agent boxes.
In the above scheme, the partition ribs can limit the movement of the clothes treatment agent box, and can divide the installation cavity into a plurality of different placing spaces, so that even if the quantity of the clothes treatment agent box is smaller than that of the placing spaces, the clothes treatment agent box is also limited by the partition ribs when being arranged in the installation cavity, and the partition ribs have the effect of fixing the treatment agent box.
Preferably, the partitioning ribs are disposed in the same direction as the elastic members, the partitioning ribs restrict movement of the laundry treatment agent box in a first direction, and the elastic members restrict movement of the laundry treatment agent box in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
In the above scheme, be provided with an elastic component in each placing space respectively, this elastic component sets up with separating the muscle syntropy, sets up between two adjacent separation muscle, because spacing direction between them is different to can be with the stable spacing of clothing treatment agent box inside the installation cavity.
Preferably, the side wall of the installation cavity, which is positioned at the opposite side of the elastic piece, is provided with a handle buckling position;

The one-way ventilation valve 6 is arranged on the clothes treating agent box and comprises a ventilation element and a switch element, the ventilation element is provided with a ventilation hole, the switch element comprises a switch part, the switch part is opened or closed by the change of air pressure on the inner side and the outer side of the clothes treating agent box, and the ventilation hole is ventilated or closed in a one-way mode.
The ventilating element is provided with two air holes, the air holes penetrate through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ventilating element, and air outlets of the air holes are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end surface.
The ventilating element is of two coaxial cylindrical structures which are integrally formed and have different diameters, and the diameter of the upper end face is slightly larger than that of the lower end face.
And the ventilation element is also coaxially provided with a connecting hole for connecting the switch element and an annular groove for sealing the auxiliary switch element.
The connecting hole runs through ventilative component, and with ventilative component is coaxial, connect including coaxial and the different two holes of diameter, the junction in two holes forms the joint the screens boss of switching element. The air holes are uniformly and circumferentially arranged around the shaft of the connecting hole.
The annular groove is arranged on the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the air outlet of the air vent is arranged on the lower end face within the annular groove. The switch part is of an inverted umbrella-shaped structure, covers the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove.
The switch part is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove, and the air holes are sealed; the switch part is opened, the switch part deforms, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and the air holes are ventilated in one direction.
Connecting portion are provided with annular boss and changeover portion, and the screens boss cooperation on this annular boss and the connecting hole is with connecting portion joint in the connecting hole, the changeover portion sets up between annular boss and switch portion, the inside cavity hole that is equipped with auxiliary switch portion deformation of this changeover portion.
Preferably, the section of the annular boss is semicircular; the inside cavity hole that is equipped with of changeover portion extends and runs through switch portion, further reduces the required power of switch portion emergence deformation.
The laundry treatment agent box of the present invention comprises a liquid outlet 7, and further comprises the above-mentioned one-way vent valve 6, and the laundry treatment agent box has two states: the clothes treating agent is extracted from the liquid outlet 7, the air pressure in the clothes treating agent box is reduced, the air pressure in the clothes treating agent box is smaller than the external air pressure, the switch part is deformed, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and air enters through the air holes; the second state is that the extraction is stopped, the liquid outlet 7 is sealed, the air pressure in the clothes treating agent box is equal to the external air pressure, the switch part is restored to the original state, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove to seal the clothes treating agent box.
The suction device and the one-way ventilation valve 6 in the embodiment are simultaneously controlled by a circuit program corresponding to a menu option on a panel of the washing machine, so that the intelligent delivery of various clothes treating agents is realized.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A control method for automatically feeding multiple clothes treating agents in a washing machine is characterized in that the automatic feeding device comprises a fixed type treating agent box for holding the fixed type clothes treating agents and a variable type treating agent box for selectively holding one or more clothes treating agents simultaneously;
the washing machine controls the throwing of the clothes treating agent in different washing stages of a washing program according to the selected types of the clothes treating agent in the fixed type treating agent box and/or the clothes treating agent in the variable type treating agent box; the options of the fixed type treatment agent box and the variable type treatment agent box corresponding to the menu options on the panel of the washing machine can be selected independently or in multiple combinations, when the multiple combinations are selected, the treatment agents are put in sequence according to the putting sequence of the treatment agents, corresponding warning prompts are sent out when the corresponding treatment agents need to be replaced, and then the user replaces the variable type treatment agent box filled with the correct treatment agents into the fixed frame.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the laundry machine controls the laundry amount corresponding to the laundry treatment agent to be input in the different laundry programs according to the selected kinds of the laundry treatment agent in the fixed kind treatment agent cartridge and/or the laundry treatment agent in the variable kind treatment agent cartridge.
3. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the fixed type treating agent box contains detergent, and when the fixed type treating agent box is selected, the automatic feeding device executes a detergent feeding process in a washing water inlet stage of the washing machine;
when one clothes treating agent in the variable type treating agent box is selected, the washing machine controls the automatic feeding device to feed the clothes treating agent at the clothes treating stage corresponding to the clothes treating agent in the clothes washing program.
4. The control method according to claim 1, wherein when the softener is contained in the variable-type treating agent box, the softener feeding process is executed by the automatic feeding device when the washing machine enters a softening stage;
when the detergent is contained in the variable type treating agent box, the detergent putting process is executed when the washing machine enters a washing stage, and when the silk detergent is contained in the variable type treating agent box, the silk detergent putting process is executed when the washing machine enters the washing stage.
5. An automatic putting device for implementing a control method for automatically putting multiple kinds of laundry treatment agents in a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the putting device comprises a fixing frame, and the fixed kind treatment agent box for containing the fixed kind of laundry treatment agents and the variable kind treatment agent box for containing the multiple kinds of laundry treatment agents alternatively or simultaneously are installed in the fixing frame through a mounting member;
the clothes treating agent box is a closed box body structure, a cavity is formed in the clothes treating agent box and used for containing the clothes treating agent, the treating agent box is provided with a one-way vent valve (6) and a liquid outlet (7), and the liquid outlet (7) is provided with an on-off valve;
the treating agent box is also provided with a suction device, an inlet of the suction device is communicated with the cavity, and an outlet of the suction device is communicated with an inlet of the on-off valve.
6. The automatic dispensing device of claim 5, wherein the variable-type and fixed-type treatment agent boxes are detachably connected to the fixing frame, the mounting member is of a foolproof design and comprises a plurality of protruding ribs integrally formed with the fixing frame, each protruding rib is located under a corresponding treatment agent box and is different from the corresponding treatment agent box in relative spatial position, grooves matched with the protruding ribs are formed at the bottoms of the fixed-type and variable-type treatment agent boxes respectively, and the grooves are matched with the protruding ribs to fix the corresponding treatment agent boxes with the fixing frame.
7. The automatic dosing device of claim 5, further comprising menu options disposed on the panel of the washing machine corresponding to the fixed type and variable type of treatment agent cartridges, the menu options controlling dosing of laundry treatment agents in different treatment agent cartridges by controlling water intake of the corresponding fixed type or variable type treatment agent cartridges.
8. The automatic dispensing device of claim 7, wherein the variable-type treatment agent box comprises a plurality of independent chambers, each chamber is filled with different types of laundry treatment agents, and the dispensing control of the laundry treatment agents is realized through corresponding menu options.
