In a preferred scheme, the washing machine comprises a control part, wherein the control part is in control connection with the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism and is used for controlling the feeding mechanism to be opened/closed; the control part comprises a control button which is arranged on a control panel 7 of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 4, a 'foam reagent' button 71 is arranged on the control panel 7 of the washing machine, when clothes are washed, after the button is triggered, the washing machine puts in foam clothes treating agent, when a user selects 'washing liquid' 72, the washing machine puts in liquid clothes treating agent, and the washing machine can carry out the putting in of liquid or foam clothes treating agent according to the selection of the user, thereby meeting different requirements of the user. When the washing machine is provided with a touch display screen, the control part can be the touch display screen, the touch display screen displays an icon for controlling the feeding mechanism to work, and when the icon is triggered, the feeding mechanism is controlled to feed the clothes treating agent. The icon may be one time of triggering to start and once again stop the laundry treatment agent, or may be a time of pressing the icon, wherein the laundry treatment agent is continuously dosed, and the dosing of the laundry treatment agent is stopped immediately when the finger is disengaged from the icon.
Example four
The fourth embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that a pressing type laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism is provided.
The principle structure of the device is shown in figures 5 and 6.
When the nozzle part of the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism is pressed, the foam-shaped clothes treating agent can be sprayed.
The clothes treating agent feeding mechanism comprises a liquid storage device 101 used for storing liquid clothes treating agent, the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism comprises a foaming device 102, the foaming device 102 is communicated with the liquid storage device 101, and the liquid clothes treating agent in the liquid storage device 101 is sprayed out after being foamed by the foaming device 102.
The foaming device 102 comprises a foaming chamber 1021 and a screen 103 disposed within the foaming chamber 1021, the liquid laundry treatment agent flowing through the screen 103 to form a foam;
preferably, a plurality of screens 103 are spaced in the foaming chamber 1021.
The clothes treating agent feeding mechanism further comprises a liquid pumping device, a liquid pumping end of the liquid pumping device extends to the liquid storage device 101, a liquid discharging end of the liquid pumping device is communicated with the foaming device 102, and liquid clothes treating agent discharged by the liquid pumping device flows through the foaming device 102 to form foam and then is sprayed out.
The liquid extraction device comprises:
the main shell 104 extends to the liquid storage device 101, the main shell 104 comprises a liquid storage pipe section 1041 and a liquid extraction pipe section 1042 extending from the liquid storage pipe section 1041 to the liquid storage device 101, and a check valve 1043 is arranged on the liquid extraction pipe section 1042;
the piston part 106 comprises a rod part 105 and a plug part 106, the rod part 105 and the plug part 106 are provided with a liquid channel in a penetrating way, and the plug part 106 can be arranged in the liquid storage pipe section 1041 in a vertically movable way;
the foaming device 102 is connected to the rod 105, and the foaming chamber 1021 of the foaming device 102 is communicated with the liquid passage of the rod 105.
Preferably, the main housing 104 includes an accommodating housing 107, and a bottom wall of the accommodating housing 107 is connected to the liquid storage pipe section 1041 and is provided with a through port communicated to the liquid storage pipe section 1041; the end of the rod 105 away from the plug 106 is provided with a guide seat 1051 in a protruding manner in the radial direction, the guide seat 1051 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the accommodating housing 107, and a return spring 108 is arranged between the guide seat 1051 and the bottom wall of the accommodating housing 107 in a compressed manner.
Preferably, the laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism includes an air supply structure for supplying air to the foaming chamber 1021.
The air supply structure is formed by matching the support shell, the foaming device 102 and the guide seat 1051, the support shell is covered and installed on the top opening of the accommodating shell 107, a negative pressure chamber is formed between the support shell and the guide seat 1051, a convex ring 109 is arranged on the top surface of the guide seat 1051, the outer wall of the foaming device 102 is sleeved on the convex ring 109, and a vent hole 1091 communicated to the foaming chamber 1021 is formed in the surface of the convex ring 109 avoiding the foaming device 102.
The supporting shell is provided with a cylindrical barrel communicated with the accommodating cavity, the foaming device 102 sequentially comprises a first barrel wall 1022 and a second barrel wall 1023 from bottom to top, the diameter of the first barrel wall 1022 is larger than that of the second barrel wall 1023, the first barrel wall 1022 and the second barrel wall 1023 are connected through an annular surface, the first barrel wall 1022 is sleeved on the convex ring 109, and the annular surface is abutted and limited with the end surface of the bottom of the cylindrical barrel under the extrusion of the reset spring 108;
preferably, the laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism further comprises a nozzle portion 110, the nozzle portion 110 is movably engaged with the cylindrical barrel up and down, and a gap is formed between the nozzle portion 110 and the inner wall of the cylindrical barrel, the nozzle portion 110 is inserted into the second barrel wall 1023, a liquid spraying channel 1101 communicated with the foaming chamber 1021 is formed inside the nozzle portion 110, and the foamed laundry treating agent is sprayed out from the liquid spraying channel 1101.
In use, as shown in fig. 5, after the nozzle unit 110 is released, the guide 1051 moves upward, the plug 106 moves upward, so that the air pressure inside the reservoir pipe 1041 is reduced, the check valve 1043 is opened, and the laundry treating agent in the reservoir 101 is sucked into the reservoir pipe 1041.
Referring to fig. 6, when the nozzle unit 110 is pressed, the guide base 1051 moves downward, the plug 106 moves downward, so that the air pressure inside the reservoir 1041 increases, the laundry treatment agent inside the reservoir 1041 reaches the lower end of the foaming device 102 through the liquid passage in the rod 105, and the external air introduces the air into the filter screen 103 of the foaming device 102 through the air injection path, and the laundry treatment agent and the air pass through the two filter screens 103 together to generate fine bubbles and then enter the outlet of the nozzle unit 110.
EXAMPLE five
The embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine, comprising the following steps: in the process of executing a washing program by the washing machine, the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism controls the feeding nozzle 43 to feed the laundry treating agent into the washing chamber of the washing machine; when the washing machine does not execute the washing program and receives a laundry treating agent feeding instruction, the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism controls the feeding nozzle 43 to spray the laundry treating agent.
The laundry treating agent feeding mechanism of the washing machine of the embodiment can feed the laundry treating agent into the washing machine during washing, and can also spray the laundry treating agent for special use of a user when the washing machine is not used for washing, such as manual rubbing and washing of the laundry.
Specifically, a control panel 7/display screen of the washing machine is provided with a foam reagent option and a washing liquid option, when a user selects a washing program, the foam reagent option or the washing liquid option can be simultaneously selected, and when the washing machine closes a machine door 9 to execute the washing program, the liquid clothes treating agent or the foam clothes treating agent is controlled to be put in according to the selection of the user. The washing machine can default to 'foam reagent' or 'washing liquid', and when a user does not select the detergent, the washing machine puts in the detergent according to default information.
Further, when the door 9 of the washing machine is opened, the sensing device 5 senses the clothes information to control the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism to feed the foamy clothes treating agent, and when the door 9 is closed, the feeding operation is not executed even if the clothes information is sensed, so that the phenomenon that after the door 9 is closed, the motion of clothes in the washing machine interferes with a sensing signal of the sensing device to influence the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism is avoided.
When the door 9 is opened, a set value of the distance between the clothes and the sensing device 5 or the clothes input opening is set for preventing misjudgment, and when the sensing device 5 judges that the distance between the clothes and the clothes is less than the set value, the clothes treating agent input mechanism starts to input the foamy clothes treating agent, so that the misoperation is prevented.
It is to be noted that the laundry treating agent defined by the present invention includes: at least one of a detergent, a softener, a disinfectant, a bleaching agent and a flavoring agent.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine comprises a box body, an outer barrel arranged in the box body, and a door seal arranged between the outer barrel and the box body, and is characterized by further comprising a laundry treating agent feeding mechanism arranged in the box body, wherein the feeding end of the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism penetrates through the door seal to be communicated to a washing chamber of the washing machine, and laundry treating agent is fed into the washing chamber.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door seal is provided with a through hole, the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism comprises a feeding pipeline, the feeding pipeline passes through the through hole and extends into the washing chamber, and a feeding nozzle is arranged on a pipe section of the feeding pipeline located in the washing chamber.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the input pipe comprises an input pipe and a transition pipe, the top of the door seal is provided with the through hole, the transition pipe is arranged through the through hole and comprises an inner end positioned in the washing chamber and an outer end positioned outside the washing chamber, the input pipe is connected with the outer end of the transition pipe, and the inner end of the transition pipe is provided with the input nozzle;
preferably, the throwing nozzle is bent towards one side of the interior of the washing chamber;
more preferably, the dispensing nozzle is of a flat structure.
4. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the door seal is provided with a sensing device, the sensing device being electrically connected to the laundry treatment agent dispensing mechanism, the sensing device being adapted to sense a laundry signal and to control the laundry treatment agent dispensing mechanism to dispense the laundry treatment agent when the laundry signal is sensed.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein the top of the dock seal is provided with a mounting opening adjacent the through-opening, the sensing means being secured to the mounting opening;
preferably, the sensing device is an infrared sensor.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2 or 3 wherein the laundry treatment agent dispensing means comprises a foaming device disposed on the dispensing conduit through which liquid laundry treatment agent is dispensed after being foamed;
preferably, the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism includes an air supply portion for supplying air to the foaming device;
more preferably, the foaming device includes a filter screen provided on the feeding pipe, the liquid laundry treating agent flows through the filter screen to form foam, and the air supply part includes an air supply pipe connected to a pipe section of the feeding pipe located upstream of the foaming device.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 6 wherein the laundry treatment agent dispensing mechanism comprises a reservoir for storing liquid laundry treatment agent, the dispensing conduit being in communication with the reservoir;
preferably, the washing machine further comprises a laundry treatment agent box connected to the washing chamber of the washing machine by a liquid dosing pipe for dosing liquid laundry treatment agent into the washing machine.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2 or 3 wherein the laundry treatment agent dispensing means comprises a power means for providing power to the dispensing conduit for drawing the laundry treatment agent and dispensing it into the washing machine;
preferably, the power device comprises a water pump arranged on the throwing pipeline.
9. A washing machine according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized by comprising a control part, wherein the control part is in control connection with the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism and is used for controlling the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism to be opened/closed;
preferably, the control part includes a control button provided on a control panel of the washing machine.
10. A method of controlling a washing machine according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the laundry treatment agent dosing means controls dosing of the laundry treatment agent into the washing chamber of the washing machine by the dosing nozzle during the washing program; when the washing machine does not execute the washing program and receives a laundry treating agent feeding instruction, the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism controls the feeding nozzle to spray the laundry treating agent.
