the first case is: the machine door 2 comprises a door frame 21 and a glass basin 22 arranged on the door frame 21, the liquid storage device 4 is arranged on the door frame 21, and the liquid storage device 4 on the door frame 21 is connected to a throwing nozzle 6 on the machine door 2 through a throwing pipeline 5.
For example, an accommodating space is provided in the door frame 21, the accommodating space is the liquid storage device 4, a filling port communicated to the accommodating space is provided on the surface of the door frame 21, and the laundry treating agent can be filled into the accommodating space through the filling port, or the liquid storage device 4 is a storage box, an installation position is provided on the door frame 21, and the liquid storage device 4 is a box body structure and can be directly installed on the installation position.
The second case is: the liquid storage device 4 is installed on the glass basin 22, the glass basin 22 comprises a concave cavity 221 which is concave towards the inner side of the door body, and the delivery nozzle 6 and the liquid storage device 4 are both arranged in the concave cavity 221. In this scheme, all parts are arranged in the concave cavity 221 directly by means of the structural characteristics of the glass basin 22, the structure is the simplest and practical, the maintenance is convenient, the delivery pipeline is also positioned in the concave cavity 221 and is respectively connected with the delivery nozzle 6 and the liquid storage device 4, and the delivery pipeline limited by the invention needs to be noted and comprises a power device, such as a water pump, which can be powered by a washing machine and can also be provided with a special storage battery. The liquid storage device 4 is arranged in a concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22, the delivery nozzle 6 can also be arranged on the outer side surface of the glass basin 22, so that a through hole is formed in the glass basin 22, one end of a delivery pipeline 5 of the delivery device is connected with the liquid storage device 4, the other end of the delivery pipeline penetrates through the through hole from the concave cavity 221 and is connected to the delivery nozzle 6, and the delivery pipeline 5 is in sealing fit with the through hole to prevent washing water in the washing cavity from leaking; the other scheme is that the delivering pipeline 5 extends from the inner wall of the concave cavity 221 to the edge of the machine door 2/glass basin 22, and after the edge of the machine door 2/glass basin 22 is bent, the delivering pipeline extends to the delivering nozzle 6 along the inner surface of the machine door 2/the outer side surface of the glass basin 22 to be connected with the delivering nozzle 6, and the scheme does not need to open holes in the glass basin 22, so that the structural strength of the glass basin 22 is maintained, and the appearance of the glass basin 22 is integrated.
Preferably, the door 2 is provided with a glass basin cover 3 which can close/open the concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22; preferably, the glass basin cover 3 is of a transparent structure. In this scheme, at least part of the structure of clothing treating agent delivery mechanism is located in the concave cavity 221 of glass basin 22, through setting up glass basin lid 3 can protect each structure, and makes gate 2 surface level and beautiful.
Example IV
In the fourth embodiment, a foaming device is disposed on the delivery pipe 5 and/or the delivery nozzle 6 of the delivery device, and the liquid laundry treating agent flows through the foaming device to generate a laundry treating agent foam, and then is sprayed out from the delivery nozzle 6. In the embodiment, the clothes treating agent is directly foamed before being put in, so that the clothes treating agent is not easy to fall off after being adhered to clothes 9, the process of adhering water to rub, wash and foam is omitted, the effective components in the foam are fully utilized, the cleaning, sterilizing and moistening effects are good, and the washing effect of the washing machine is greatly improved.
Specifically, the detergent delivery mechanism comprises a foaming device arranged on the delivery pipeline 5, and the liquid laundry treatment agent flows through the foaming device to form foam and then is sprayed out;
the detergent delivery mechanism comprises an air supply part for supplying air to the foaming device;
preferably, the foaming device comprises a filter screen arranged on the delivery pipe 5, the liquid laundry treatment agent flows through the filter screen to form foam, and the air supply part comprises an air supply pipe which is connected to a pipe section of the delivery pipe 5 which is positioned upstream of the foaming device.
The detergent delivery mechanism comprises a power device, wherein the power device is used for providing power for the delivery pipeline 5 to absorb the clothes treating agent and deliver the clothes treating agent into the washing machine; the power device comprises a water pump arranged on the delivery pipeline 5.
The washing machine is provided with a sensing device 7, the sensing device 7 is electrically connected with the clothes treating agent delivery mechanism, and the sensing device 7 is used for sensing clothes 9 signals and controlling the clothes treating agent delivery mechanism to deliver clothes treating agent when sensing the clothes 9 signals. The sensing means 7 are arranged close to said dispensing nozzle 6, which sensing means 7 are preferably infrared sensors. When the infrared sensor detects that the object approaches to the distance and reaches the set distance range, the clothes treating agent throwing mechanism is controlled to be started to throw the clothes treating agent.
In a preferred scheme, the washing machine comprises a control part which is in control connection with the laundry treatment agent delivery mechanism and is used for controlling the opening/closing of the delivery mechanism; the control part comprises a control button and is arranged on a control panel of the washing machine, and certainly when the washing machine is provided with a touch control display screen, the control part can be the touch control display screen, the touch control display screen displays an icon for controlling the operation of the throwing mechanism, and the icon is triggered to control the throwing mechanism to throw in the clothes treating agent. The icon may be triggered to start to throw in the laundry treatment agent once and then to stop throwing in the laundry treatment agent once, or may be continuously thrown in the laundry treatment agent when the icon is pressed, and immediately stops throwing in the laundry treatment agent when the finger is separated from the icon, in a preferred scheme, the icon is triggered once, and then the throwing mechanism executes the laundry treatment agent for a set time/a set amount.
It should be noted that the laundry treatment agent defined in the present invention includes: at least one of a detergent, a softener, a disinfectant, a bleaching agent, and a flavoring agent.
Example five
The fifth embodiment differs from the fourth embodiment in that a push-type laundry treatment agent dispensing mechanism is provided.
The principle structure of which is shown in figures 3 and 4.
When the nozzle portion of the laundry treatment agent dispensing mechanism of the present embodiment is pressed, the foam laundry treatment agent can be ejected.
The clothes treating agent delivery mechanism comprises a liquid storage device 101 for storing liquid clothes treating agent, the clothes treating agent delivery mechanism comprises a foaming device 102, the foaming device 102 is communicated with the liquid storage device 101, and the liquid clothes treating agent in the liquid storage device 101 is sprayed out after being foamed by the foaming device 102.
The foaming device 102 comprises a foaming chamber 1021 and a filter screen 103 arranged in the foaming chamber 1021, wherein liquid laundry treatment agent flows through the filter screen 103 to form foam;
preferably, a plurality of filter screens 103 are arranged in the foaming chamber 1021 at intervals.
The clothes treating agent delivery mechanism further comprises a liquid extracting device, a liquid extracting end of the liquid extracting device extends to the liquid storage device 101, a liquid discharging end of the liquid extracting device is communicated with the foaming device 102, and liquid clothes treating agent discharged by the liquid extracting device flows through the foaming device 102 to form foam and then is sprayed out.
The liquid extracting device comprises:
the main housing 104, the main housing 104 extends to the liquid storage device 101, the main housing 104 includes a liquid storage pipe section 1041 and a liquid pumping pipe section 1042 extending from the liquid storage pipe section 1041 to the liquid storage device 101, and a one-way valve 1043 is arranged on the liquid pumping pipe section 1042;
the piston part 106 comprises a rod part 105 and a plug part 106, a liquid channel is arranged between the rod part 105 and the plug part 106 in a penetrating way, and the plug part 106 is arranged in the liquid storage pipe section 1041 in a vertically movable way;
the foaming device 102 is connected with the rod 105, and the foaming chamber 1021 of the foaming device 102 is communicated with the liquid channel of the rod 105.
Preferably, the main housing 104 includes a housing 107, and a bottom wall of the housing 107 is connected to the liquid storage tube 1041 and provided with a through hole connected to the liquid storage tube 1041; the end of the rod 105 far away from the plug 106 is provided with a guide holder 1051 in a radial protruding manner, the guide holder 1051 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the accommodating housing 107, and a return spring 108 is arranged between the guide holder 1051 and the bottom wall of the accommodating housing 107 in a compressed manner.
Preferably, the laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism comprises an air supply structure for supplying air to the foaming chamber 1021.
The air supply structure is formed by cooperation of the support shell, the foaming device 102 and the guide holder 1051, the support shell is installed on the top opening of the accommodating shell 107 in a covering mode, a negative pressure cavity is formed between the support shell and the guide holder 1051, a convex ring 109 is arranged on the top surface of the guide holder 1051, the outer wall of the foaming device 102 is sleeved on the convex ring 109, vent holes 1091 communicated to the foaming cavity 1021 are formed in the surface of the convex ring 109, and the vent holes are formed in the surface of the foaming device 102.
The supporting shell is provided with a cylindrical barrel communicated with the accommodating chamber, the foaming device 102 sequentially comprises a first barrel wall 1022 and a second barrel wall 1023 from bottom to top, the diameter of the first barrel wall 1022 is larger than that of the second barrel wall 1023, the first barrel wall 1022 and the second barrel wall 1023 are connected through an annular surface, the first barrel wall 1022 is sleeved on the convex ring 109, and the annular surface is in butt joint with the end surface of the bottom of the cylindrical barrel to be limited under the extrusion of the reset spring 108;
preferably, the laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism further includes a nozzle portion 110, the nozzle portion 110 is movably matched with the cylindrical drum up and down, a gap is provided between the nozzle portion 110 and the inner wall of the cylindrical drum, the nozzle portion 110 is inserted into the second cylinder wall 1023, a spraying channel 1101 communicating with the foaming chamber 1021 is provided in the nozzle portion, and the foam laundry treating agent is sprayed out from the spraying channel 1101.
In use, as shown in fig. 3, after the nozzle 110 is released, the guide 1051 moves upward, and the plug 106 moves upward, so that the air pressure in the reservoir tube 1041 becomes smaller, the check valve 1043 opens, and the laundry treating agent in the reservoir device 101 is sucked into the reservoir tube 1041.
Referring to fig. 4, the nozzle portion 110 is pressed, the guide holder 1051 moves downward, the plug portion 106 moves downward, the air pressure inside the liquid storage tube section 1041 becomes large, the laundry treating agent in the liquid storage tube section 1041 reaches the lower end of the foaming device 102 through the liquid passage in the rod portion 105, and at the same time, the external air introduces the air into the filter screen 103 of the foaming device 102 through the air injection path, and the laundry treating agent and the air generate fine bubbles after passing through the two layers of filter screens 103 together, and then enter the liquid outlet of the nozzle portion 110.

Claims (6)

1. the machine door comprises a door frame and a glass basin arranged on the door frame, and the liquid storage device is arranged on the door frame or the glass basin;
the glass basin comprises a concave cavity which is concave towards the inner side of the door body, and the throwing nozzle and the liquid storage device are both arranged in the concave cavity;
a through hole is formed in the glass basin, one end of a delivery pipeline of the delivery device is connected with the other end of the liquid storage device, penetrates through the through hole from the concave cavity and is connected to the delivery nozzle, or the delivery pipeline extends to a gate edge from the inner wall of the concave cavity, and extends to the delivery nozzle along the inner surface of the gate after being bent from the gate edge;
the clothes treating agent throwing mechanism is provided with a foaming device with a foaming cavity, a filter screen is arranged in the foaming cavity, and liquid clothes treating agent can flow through the filter screen to form foam;
the clothes treating agent delivery mechanism is also provided with a liquid pumping device, the liquid discharging end of the liquid pumping device is communicated with the foaming device, the liquid pumping end extends into the liquid storage device, and the liquid clothes treating agent in the liquid storage device can be sent into the foaming device.
2. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a glass tub is provided on the door, the glass tub having an inner side surface remote from an inner tub opening of the washing machine, and the delivery nozzle is provided on the inner side surface to deliver the laundry treating agent to the outside of the washing machine.
3. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein a laundry treating agent recovery box is provided in the recessed cavity;
the clothes treating agent recovery box is detachably arranged in the concave cavity and is positioned at the bottom of the throwing nozzle.
4. A washing machine according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the liquid storage device is arranged on a box of the washing machine, and a delivery pipeline of the laundry treatment agent delivery mechanism extends from the machine door to the box of the washing machine to be communicated with the liquid storage device; or the liquid storage device is arranged on the machine door, and the throwing pipeline is arranged on the machine door and connected with the liquid storage device.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a glass tub cover is provided on the door to close/open the concave cavity of the glass tub; the glass basin cover is of a transparent structure.
6. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the foaming means is located on the dispensing conduit and/or the dispensing nozzle, and liquid laundry treating agent is sprayed from the dispensing nozzle after flowing through the foaming means to generate a foam of laundry treating agent.
