Preferably, a glass basin cover capable of closing/opening the concave cavity of the glass basin is arranged on the machine door; preferably, the glass basin cover is of a transparent structure.
In the scheme, at least part of the structure of the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism is positioned in the concave cavity of the glass basin, and the glass basin cover is arranged to protect the structures, so that the outer surface of the machine door is smooth and attractive.
Preferably, a foaming device is arranged on the throwing pipeline and/or the throwing nozzle of the throwing device, and the liquid clothes treating agent flows through the foaming device to generate the clothes treating agent foam and then is sprayed out from the throwing nozzle.
In the scheme, the clothes treating agent directly foams before being put in, so that the clothes treating agent is not easy to fall off after being bonded on clothes, the process of washing and foaming by using viscous water is omitted, the effective ingredients in the foam are fully utilized, the cleaning, sterilizing and moistening effects are good, and the washing effect of the washing machine is greatly improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a washing machine, comprising a laundry treatment agent feeding mechanism, wherein the laundry treatment agent feeding mechanism comprises a liquid storage device 4 and a feeding device, the feeding device comprises a feeding nozzle 6, the feeding nozzle 6 is arranged on a door 2 of the washing machine, and the laundry treatment agent is fed into a washing chamber in the door 2 or to the outer side of the door 2. In the invention, the putting-in nozzle 6 can be arranged on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the machine door 2, when the washing machine is arranged on the inner side surface of the machine door 2, the putting-in nozzle 6 can directly put the clothes treating agent into the washing chamber of the washing machine, the structure is novel, a user can directly observe the spraying of the clothes treating agent by the putting-in nozzle 6, and when the putting-in nozzle 6 is arranged on the outer side surface of the machine door 2, the user can conveniently wash the clothes 9 locally: when the collar, cuff, etc. of the clothes 9 are seriously soiled, the user can control the feeding nozzle 6 outside the door 2 to spray the clothes treating agent to the collar, cuff, etc. and then the user can manually or by means of equipment rub and wash the clothes 9.
Example one
In this embodiment, the door 2 is provided with the glass basin 22, the glass basin 22 has an outer side surface close to the inner bung of the washing machine and an inner side surface far away from the inner bung, the throwing nozzle 6 is arranged on the outer side surface to throw the laundry treatment agent into the washing chamber of the washing machine, it should be noted that the outer side surface of the limited glass basin 22 belongs to a part of the inner side surface of the door 2, and the inner side surface of the glass basin 22 belongs to the outer side surface of the door 2, in this embodiment, the throwing nozzle 6 is arranged on the glass basin 22, when the throwing nozzle 6 is arranged on the outer side surface of the glass basin 22, when the door 2 is closed, the throwing nozzle 6 is positioned inside the washing chamber of the washing machine, the laundry treatment agent can be thrown into the washing chamber of the washing machine, because the glass basin 22 is transparent, the user can directly observe whether the throwing nozzle 6 throws the laundry treatment agent, the normal operation of the feeding mechanism is ensured, while the conventional automatic feeding washing machine cannot see the feeding process when detergent is fed, and cannot see when the feeding mechanism is damaged and cannot normally feed the laundry treatment agent.
Two specific arrangements of the delivery nozzle 6 are provided below,
the first specific arrangement structure is: referring to fig. 2, a through hole is formed in the glass basin 22, and the dispensing nozzle 6 extends from the inner side of the glass basin 22 to the outer side of the glass basin 22 through the through hole. The dispensing nozzle 6 may be fixedly mounted in the through opening through which the dispensing nozzle 6 extends to the outside of the glass tub 22 of the washing machine, such that when the door 2 is closed, the dispensing nozzle 6 is located in the washing chamber of the washing machine, so that the laundry treatment agent can be dispensed directly into the washing machine. The dispensing nozzle 6 has an outer end located on the outer side of the glass bowl 22 and an inner end located on the inner side of the glass bowl 22, the outer end being provided with a spray outlet for spraying the laundry treatment agent into the washing chamber, and the inner end being connected to the dispensing pipe 5.
The second specific structure is as follows: the throwing nozzle 6 is fixedly installed on the outer side face of the glass basin 22, the throwing device comprises a throwing pipeline 5 arranged on the outer side face of the glass basin 22, the throwing pipeline 5 is attached to the outer side face of the glass basin 22 and connected with the throwing nozzle 6, in the scheme, a through hole does not need to be formed in the glass basin 22 of the washing machine, so that the glass basin 22 is complete in integral structure, and how the throwing pipeline 5 is connected to the liquid storage device 4 needs to be determined according to the position of the liquid storage device 4 and will be described in detail below.
Example two
In the second embodiment, a glass basin 22 is disposed on a door 2 of the washing machine, the glass basin 22 has an outer side surface close to an inner bung of the washing machine and an inner side surface far away from the inner bung, and the feeding nozzle 6 is disposed on the inner side surface of the glass basin 22 to feed the laundry treatment agent to the outside of the washing machine, it should be noted that the outer side surface of the defined glass basin 22 belongs to a part of the inner side surface of the door 2, and the inner side surface of the glass basin 22 belongs to the outer side surface of the door 2, in the second embodiment, the feeding nozzle 6 is disposed on the inner side surface of the glass basin 22, and when the door 2 is closed, the feeding nozzle 6 is located outside a washing chamber of the washing machine. In this embodiment, when the dispensing nozzle 6 is disposed on the inner side surface of the glass basin 22, the user can wash the clothes 9 locally: if the collar and the cuffs of the clothes 9 are seriously soiled, the user can control the feeding nozzle 6 outside the machine door 2 to spray the clothes treating agent to the collar and the cuffs, then the user can manually or by means of equipment rub and wash the clothes 9, after the clothes 9 are partially washed, the clothes 9 are fed into the washing machine to be further washed by the washing machine. Of course, even if the dispensing nozzle 6 is disposed on the inner side of the glass tub 22, the dispensing into the washing chamber of the washing machine can still be achieved, for example, the user can use the container to receive the laundry treatment agent dispensed from the dispensing nozzle 6 and then manually dispense the laundry treatment agent into the washing machine.
Specifically, the glass basin 22 includes a concave cavity 221 which is concave towards the inner side of the door body, and the feeding nozzle 6 is arranged in the concave cavity 221. In this scheme, considering that the glass basins 22 of the washing machine are all provided with the recessed cavities 221, the present application utilizes the existing structure to arrange the dispensing nozzles 6 in the recessed cavities 221, so as to fully utilize the space of the washing machine, or the present embodiment is provided with the recessed cavities 221 suitable for installing the dispensing mechanisms, and installation structures are arranged in the recessed cavities 221, so as to realize that at least part of the structures of the dispensing mechanisms are installed in the recessed cavities 221.
Further, a laundry treating agent recovery box 8 is provided in the recess chamber 221. When the clothes treating agent is scattered, the clothes treating agent is received by the clothes treating agent box, so that the clothes treating agent is saved, and the viscera of the concave cavity 221 are prevented from being polluted. The laundry treating agent recovering box 8 is detachably installed in the recess cavity 221 at the bottom of the dispensing nozzle 6. Further, the depressed cavity 221 is a circular depressed cavity 221 having a circular arc-shaped wall, and the laundry treatment agent box is shaped to match with the bottom structure of the depressed cavity 221 so as to be entirely installed at the bottom of the depressed cavity 221 in a covering manner.
Further, a glass basin cover 3 capable of closing/opening the concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22 is arranged on the machine door 2; preferably, the glass bowl cover 3 is a transparent structure. In this embodiment, at least a part of the structure of the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism is located in the concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22, and the glass basin cover 3 is arranged to protect each structure, so that the outer surface of the door 2 is smooth and beautiful.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment describes the liquid storage device 4 of the dispensing mechanism in detail.
The washing machine comprises a box body 1 and a machine door 2 which is rotatably arranged on the box body 1, wherein the liquid storage device 4 can be arranged on the box body 1 of the washing machine and also can be arranged on the machine door 2 of the washing machine.
When the liquid storage device 4 is arranged on the box body 1 of the washing machine: and a feeding pipeline 5 of the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism extends from a feeding nozzle 6 on the machine door 2 to the box body 1 of the washing machine and is communicated with a clothes treating agent box of the washing machine. In order to avoid influencing the throwing pipeline 5 when the machine door 2 is opened and closed, in the scheme, a pipeline switching structure is arranged at the hinged position of the machine door 2 and the box body 1 of the washing machine, the throwing pipeline 5 extends to the hinged position of the machine door 2 and the box body 1 from the machine door 2, and then the throwing pipeline 5 stretches out of the machine door 2 and extends to the box body 1 of the washing machine through the pipeline switching structure. The machine door 2 is connected with the box body 1 through a hinge, the hinge comprises a first part fixed on the machine door 2 and a second part fixed on the box body 1, the first part and the second part can be arranged in a relatively rotating mode, the pipeline switching structure comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve which are respectively arranged on the first part and the second part, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are coaxially arranged, the first sleeve and the second sleeve can be arranged in a relatively rotating mode, and the throwing pipeline penetrates through the first sleeve and the second sleeve and then extends to the box body 1 of the washing machine.

The liquid storage device 4 is arranged in the concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22, the throwing nozzle 6 can also be arranged on the outer side surface of the glass basin 22, so that a through hole is formed in the glass basin 22, one end of a throwing pipeline 5 of the throwing device is connected with the other end of the liquid storage device 4, the concave cavity 221 penetrates through the through hole and is connected to the throwing nozzle 6, and the throwing pipeline 5 is in sealing fit with the through hole to prevent washing water in the washing cavity from leaking; in another scheme, the throwing pipeline 5 extends from the inner wall of the concave cavity 221 to the edge of the door 2/glass basin 22, and after being bent from the edge of the door 2/glass basin 22, extends to the throwing nozzle 6 along the inner surface of the door 2/the outer side of the glass basin 22 to be connected with the throwing nozzle 6, so that holes do not need to be formed in the glass basin 22, the structural strength of the glass basin 22 is maintained, and the appearance of the glass basin 22 is integrated.
Preferably, the machine door 2 is provided with a glass basin cover 3 which can close/open the concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22; preferably, the glass bowl cover 3 is a transparent structure. In the scheme, at least part of the structure of the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism is positioned in the concave cavity 221 of the glass basin 22, and the glass basin cover 3 is arranged to protect each structure, so that the outer surface of the machine door 2 is smooth and attractive.
Example four
In the fourth embodiment, the dispensing pipeline 5 and/or the dispensing nozzle 6 of the dispensing device are/is provided with a foaming device, and the liquid laundry treatment agent flows through the foaming device to generate the laundry treatment agent foam and then is sprayed out from the dispensing nozzle 6. In the embodiment, the clothes treating agent directly foams before being put in, so that the clothes treating agent is bonded on the clothes 9 and is not easy to fall off, the process of washing and foaming by using viscous water is omitted, the effective ingredients in the foam are fully utilized, the cleaning, sterilizing and moistening effects are good, and the washing effect of the washing machine is greatly improved.
Specifically, the detergent feeding mechanism comprises a foaming device arranged on the feeding pipeline 5, and the liquid laundry treating agent flows through the foaming device to form foam and then is sprayed out;
the detergent feeding mechanism comprises an air supply part for supplying air to the foaming device;
preferably, the foaming device comprises a filter screen disposed on the feeding pipe 5, the liquid laundry treating agent flows through the filter screen to form foam, the air supply part comprises an air supply pipe connected to a pipe section of the feeding pipe 5 located at the upstream of the foaming device.
The detergent feeding mechanism comprises a power device, and the power device is used for providing power for the feeding pipeline 5 to suck the laundry treatment agent and feed the laundry treatment agent into the washing machine; the power device comprises a water pump arranged on the throwing pipeline 5.
The washing machine is provided with a sensing device 7, the sensing device 7 is electrically connected with the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism, and the sensing device 7 is used for sensing a signal of clothes 9 and controlling the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism to feed the clothes treating agent when sensing the signal of the clothes 9. The sensing means 7 is arranged close to the delivery nozzle 6, the sensing means 7 preferably being an infrared sensor. When the infrared sensor detects that an object approaches the distance and reaches a set distance range, the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism is controlled to be started to feed the clothes treating agent.
In a preferred scheme, the washing machine comprises a control part, wherein the control part is in control connection with the laundry treating agent feeding mechanism and is used for controlling the feeding mechanism to be opened/closed; the control part comprises a control button and is arranged on a control panel of the washing machine, when the washing machine is provided with a touch display screen, the control part can be the touch display screen, an icon for controlling the putting mechanism to work is displayed on the touch display screen, and when the icon is triggered, the putting mechanism is controlled to put the clothes treating agent. The icon may be one time of triggering to start and once again stop the laundry treatment agent, or may be a time of pressing the icon, wherein the laundry treatment agent is continuously dosed, and the dosing of the laundry treatment agent is stopped immediately when the finger is disengaged from the icon.
It is to be noted that the laundry treating agent defined by the present invention includes: at least one of a detergent, a softener, a disinfectant, a bleaching agent and a flavoring agent.
EXAMPLE five
The fifth embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that a pressing type laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism is provided.
The principle structure of the device is shown in figures 3 and 4.
When the nozzle part of the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism is pressed, the foam-shaped clothes treating agent can be sprayed.
The clothes treating agent feeding mechanism comprises a liquid storage device 101 used for storing liquid clothes treating agent, the clothes treating agent feeding mechanism comprises a foaming device 102, the foaming device 102 is communicated with the liquid storage device 101, and the liquid clothes treating agent in the liquid storage device 101 is sprayed out after being foamed by the foaming device 102.
The foaming device 102 comprises a foaming chamber 1021 and a screen 103 disposed within the foaming chamber 1021, the liquid laundry treatment agent flowing through the screen 103 to form a foam;
preferably, a plurality of screens 103 are spaced in the foaming chamber 1021.
The clothes treating agent feeding mechanism further comprises a liquid pumping device, a liquid pumping end of the liquid pumping device extends to the liquid storage device 101, a liquid discharging end of the liquid pumping device is communicated with the foaming device 102, and liquid clothes treating agent discharged by the liquid pumping device flows through the foaming device 102 to form foam and then is sprayed out.
The liquid extraction device comprises:
the main shell 104 extends to the liquid storage device 101, the main shell 104 comprises a liquid storage pipe section 1041 and a liquid extraction pipe section 1042 extending from the liquid storage pipe section 1041 to the liquid storage device 101, and a check valve 1043 is arranged on the liquid extraction pipe section 1042;
the piston part 106 comprises a rod part 105 and a plug part 106, the rod part 105 and the plug part 106 are provided with a liquid channel in a penetrating way, and the plug part 106 can be arranged in the liquid storage pipe section 1041 in a vertically movable way;
the foaming device 102 is connected to the rod 105, and the foaming chamber 1021 of the foaming device 102 is communicated with the liquid passage of the rod 105.
Preferably, the main housing 104 includes an accommodating housing 107, and a bottom wall of the accommodating housing 107 is connected to the liquid storage pipe section 1041 and is provided with a through port communicated to the liquid storage pipe section 1041; the end of the rod 105 away from the plug 106 is provided with a guide seat 1051 in a protruding manner in the radial direction, the guide seat 1051 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the accommodating housing 107, and a return spring 108 is arranged between the guide seat 1051 and the bottom wall of the accommodating housing 107 in a compressed manner.
Preferably, the laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism includes an air supply structure for supplying air to the foaming chamber 1021.
The air supply structure is formed by matching the support shell, the foaming device 102 and the guide seat 1051, the support shell is covered and installed on the top opening of the accommodating shell 107, a negative pressure chamber is formed between the support shell and the guide seat 1051, a convex ring 109 is arranged on the top surface of the guide seat 1051, the outer wall of the foaming device 102 is sleeved on the convex ring 109, and a vent hole 1091 communicated to the foaming chamber 1021 is formed in the surface of the convex ring 109 avoiding the foaming device 102.
The supporting shell is provided with a cylindrical barrel communicated with the accommodating cavity, the foaming device 102 sequentially comprises a first barrel wall 1022 and a second barrel wall 1023 from bottom to top, the diameter of the first barrel wall 1022 is larger than that of the second barrel wall 1023, the first barrel wall 1022 and the second barrel wall 1023 are connected through an annular surface, the first barrel wall 1022 is sleeved on the convex ring 109, and the annular surface is abutted and limited with the end surface of the bottom of the cylindrical barrel under the extrusion of the reset spring 108;
preferably, the laundry treating agent dispensing mechanism further comprises a nozzle portion 110, the nozzle portion 110 is movably engaged with the cylindrical barrel up and down, and a gap is formed between the nozzle portion 110 and the inner wall of the cylindrical barrel, the nozzle portion 110 is inserted into the second barrel wall 1023, a liquid spraying channel 1101 communicated with the foaming chamber 1021 is formed inside the nozzle portion 110, and the foamed laundry treating agent is sprayed out from the liquid spraying channel 1101.
In use, as shown in fig. 3, after the nozzle unit 110 is released, the guide 1051 moves upward, the plug 106 moves upward, so that the air pressure inside the reservoir pipe 1041 is reduced, the check valve 1043 is opened, and the laundry treating agent in the reservoir 101 is sucked into the reservoir pipe 1041.
Referring to fig. 4, when the nozzle unit 110 is pressed, the guide base 1051 moves downward, the plug 106 moves downward, so that the air pressure inside the reservoir 1041 increases, the laundry treatment agent inside the reservoir 1041 reaches the lower end of the foaming device 102 through the liquid passage in the rod 105, and the external air introduces the air into the filter screen 103 of the foaming device 102 through the air injection path, and the laundry treatment agent and the air pass through the two filter screens 103 together to generate fine bubbles and then enter the outlet of the nozzle unit 110.
