The present invention relates to an enterprise real-time information system, and more particularly, to a system and method for integrating an attendance mark with enterprise real-time information.
Background
An attendance system (also called as attendance system, attendance System) for enterprises is used for recording attendance status of staff, and the existing attendance systems on the market have the following: independent punching systems (such as punching clock), integration with access card punching systems (such as integrating face recognition, fingerprint recognition or access card punching), integration with personnel systems/personnel management systems (such as integrating salary settlement, leave application), integration with on-line punching (such as integrating calculator web on-line punching, mobile phone punching), etc. …. Although various attendance systems are available on the market for enterprises, the various systems are still insufficient for enterprises providing staff's "home work" (Working From Home).
One prior art, taiwan patent publication No. I563463 discloses a mobile card punching system and method and cloud system thereof, the system comprising: the system comprises a database, a database and a database, wherein the database stores a plurality of member information, each member information comprises at least one organization identifier and a card printing message, and each organization identifier corresponds to an organization; the server is used for accessing the database and establishing a network connection with at least one mobile communication device with one of the member information, and generating a card punching request according to an electronic map position coordinate, a designated time and a receiving end list, wherein the receiving end list comprises at least one push identifier corresponding to one of the member information; the push gateway generates a push notification according to the card punching request and sends the push notification to the mobile communication device through a push host; the server receives the organization identifier and the card punching information uploaded by the mobile communication device through the network connection, wherein the organization identifier is used for verification, and the card punching information is stored in the database; the cloud end is formed by combining the database, the server and the push gateway. The technical effect achieved by the prior art is suitable for staff card punching of enterprises, and a supervisor sends a card punching request through a system to request specific staff to punch cards at specific time and place and return card punching information.
There is a second prior art, taiwan patent publication No. I609342 discloses an enterprise mobile information system and method, the system comprising: a database storing at least one information, a plurality of member information and at least one read/unread information, wherein the information comprises an information content and a receiving end setting, and the read/unread information records a read/unread state of the member information on the information; a server for accessing the database, comprising: a first network communication module for establishing network connection with a mobile communication device associated with one of the member information; a login verification module for verifying that the mobile communication device is connected with the server through a network; the first information module generates an information receiving end list according to the receiving end setting of the information, wherein the information receiving end list comprises a push identifier associated with the mobile communication device; the information processing module is used for receiving the information sent by the user and sending the information to the information sending module; the pushing gateway generates a pushing notice according to the information and sends the pushing notice to the mobile communication device corresponding to the information receiving end list or the resending list through an external pushing host; the cloud end is formed by combining the database, the server and the push gateway. In the second prior art, a read list or an unread list is generated according to the read/unread information, so that the unread text is resent for the members in the unread list.
When an enterprise carries out a house-keeping work, a manager needs to exchange work comments in real time and conduct discussion on an online meeting for subordinate or colleagues, and usually uses an enterprise real-time information system (Enterprise Instant Message System) to conduct collaborative cooperation, so that the manager who cannot work face to face with the staff can also assign tasks and master the progress through the system under the condition of long-distance office work, however, the manager cannot know the attendance status of the staff through the same set of system. In the first prior art, although the attendance checking module (see fig. 1 of the first specification of the prior art) is integrated into the mobile card punching system, the mobile card punching system is not integrated with the real-time information system of the enterprise, and a manager in the enterprise cannot directly know the attendance and absence status of the staff through the real-time information system of the enterprise, so that in order to solve the attendance and absence status of the staff, other systems (such as the card punching system of the first prior art) other than the real-time information system of the enterprise need to be used for inquiring. In the second prior art, an enterprise mobile information system (i.e., an enterprise real-time information system) discloses a technology of a read list and an unread list, but a manager in the enterprise cannot know the attendance status of staff therefrom, when the manager carries out a household working period, the staff possibly needs to ask for something but not read information/text of a working task when the staff appears in the unread list, and if the manager does not observe the information/text of the working task which is subordinate to lazy but not read at any time, the manager is easy to generate error. In addition, when the household working period is implemented, if staff can directly use the enterprise real-time information system to automatically sign in to replace the complex card punching request and the return card punching information in the prior art, the sign-in process of the staff can be greatly simplified. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the existing method, and to provide a system and method for integrating real-time information of enterprises with attendance marks by using the resources of the collaborative operation of hardware and software, so that the manager of the enterprises can communicate with employees who are not in the same space (such as at home or at different working sites) in real time through the same set of real-time information system of the enterprises, and master the attendance status of the employees, so as to make up for the defects in the prior art.

Detailed Description
The "real-time information" of the present invention, in one embodiment, is Bulletin Board information applied to a mobile Bulletin Board, and may be applied to up-to-down distribution information in an enterprise or an organization, for example: a corporate importance bulletin; in one embodiment, the Chat information is applied to a mobile Chat Room (Chat Room), for example: all members carry out multi-person online conferences in a chat room and mutually transmit chat information; in one embodiment, the text (text) is applied to a mobile dynamic message (or New Feed), such as: one member sends a posting to other members within the enterprise organization.
Referring to fig. 1, a system architecture diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a server-side database 24, the server 10 and push gateway 22, and a client-side mobile communication device 28. Here, the server side can send information to the client side via the external pushing system, but the external pushing system is not the scope of the system of the present invention, and is only for illustration.
The database 24 stores a plurality of members of an organization and a plurality of corresponding member information (Member Information), each member information including an account number and a password.
The server 10 includes one or more processors and implements the following modules in hardware and software co-operation: the system comprises a first network communication module 12, a login verification module 14, an attendance management module 16, a first information module (First Message Module) 18 and a reading record management module 20.
The first network communication module 12 is configured to establish a network connection with the second network communication module 32 of the mobile communication device 28 of the client, and in various embodiments of the present invention, the network connection is based on a TCP protocol (including Socket and WebSocket connection), an HTTP protocol, an HTTPs protocol, an HTTP/2 protocol, or an SPDY protocol.
The verification module 14 is logged in to verify that the mobile communication device 28 is connected to the server 10 via the network, and receives the account number and the password uploaded by a member through the mobile communication device 28, and then verifies the account number and the password with the account number and the password of the member information stored in the database 24.
The attendance management module 16 receives the leave request from one of the members, generates a leave status and stores the leave status in the database 24 to associate the members who submitted the leave request, and generates a leave list according to the leave status of the current day and the associated members. Any member in the organization can issue a leave request (Apply for a leave), and two methods of issuing a leave request are provided, one method is that the member issues a leave request to a third party system (for example, a personnel management system, a personnel information system or an attendance checking system), and then the third party system exports the data of the leave request to the attendance checking management module 16 (for example, integrating in an API interface mode to export the data); the second method is that the member directly submits the leave request through the application program 30 of the mobile communication device 28 and uploads the leave request to the attendance management module 16. The attendance management module 16 generates an leave status after receiving the leave request and stores the leave status in the database 24 in association with the member who submitted the leave request (i.e. the leave status on the same day is stored in the database 24 in the "member who submitted the leave request" information of the member). In some embodiments, the "leave status" only indicates that the member has submitted a leave request ", and the system of these embodiments does not include the signing function of the leave request, and the leave request needs to be exported to the attendance system (or the personnel system/personnel management system) to complete the signing process. The purpose of the present invention is to enable the person in the manager or organization to know the attendance status of the remote staff (e.g. whether the staff is asking for the leave) at the first time in the same collaborative software (i.e. the enterprise real-time information system). The attendance management module 16 of the present invention may be integrated with a third party system selected from the group consisting of: the personnel management system, the personnel information system and the attendance system are two methods, in some embodiments, the EIM system is arranged at the front end of the third party system, the member firstly uses the application program 30 to issue the leave application (i.e. the member issues the leave application through the EIM system), and then the EIM system automatically (for example, provides an API to perform system integration) or manually derives the leave list and the related attendance information so as to complete the follow-up leave process of the check or the calculation of the personnel salary; in some embodiments, the EIM system is disposed at a back end of the third party system, and the member first submits a leave request to the third party system, and then the third party system exports the leave request data to the attendance management module 16. The attendance management module 16 generates an inventory of the leave according to the leave status of the current day and the associated members, i.e. all the members who have submitted the leave application are listed in the inventory of the current day (the members who have the leave status stored in the database 24 on the same date). In some embodiments, the leave application may be further subdivided into the following: false, sick (which can be subdivided into sick and wounded), vacated (special vacation), dubious, typhoon, infant-care, …, etc.
In some embodiments, to simplify the attendance process of remote or household staff, the present invention allows a supervisor (such as a department owner or a higher-level supervisor) or an administrator with related authority (such as a personnel owner) to send the first job-related information on each working day as "roll-call information" (Roll Calling Message), the staff only needs to select and read the roll-call information, the application program 30 in the mobile communication device 28 of the client automatically returns the read status of the roll-call information to the server 10, the read record management module 20 stores the read status in the database 24 to associate the uploaded staff after receiving the read status, and then the attendance management module 16 converts the read status into the attendance status on the current day and stores the attendance status in the database 24 to associate the staff uploading the read status. That is, the roll call information is sent once every working day by the manager or administrator, and the staff can automatically complete the check-in on the current day by simply reading the information on the screen 44 of the application 30. The attendance management module 16 then generates an attendance list based on the attendance status of all employees. In some embodiments, when an employee opens roll-call information presented on screen 44 of application 30 (i.e., clicks on the time of the information), application 30 generates a time stamp (Timestamp) of the read status and uploads it to server 10. The time stamp of this read status is treated by the attendance management module 16 of the server 10 as the attendance time of the employee on the day and stored in the database 24 in association with the employee uploading the read status, and the time stamp (treated as the attendance time of the employee on the day) is also recorded in the aforementioned attendance list.
The first information module 18 receives information uploaded by the mobile communication device 28 (including general information transmitted by members and roll call information sent by a manager/administrator once every workday) and generates an information receiving end list according to the receiving end setting, wherein the information receiving end list includes at least one Push identifier (Push ID) associated with the mobile communication device 28, and one Push identifier corresponds to a receiving device of a member (i.e. the mobile communication device 28). When setting the distribution object of the information (i.e., the receiving end setting), the members in the organization address book are usually selected in a checking manner, and the first information module 18 needs to perform a matching operation (Mapping) to convert the distribution object (i.e., "the selected members in the organization address book") into the information receiving end list (i.e., "push identifier" of the selected members).
The reading record management module 20 receives the read status of the corresponding specific information uploaded by one of the members and stores the read status in the database 24 to associate the uploaded member, generates a read list according to the read status and the associated uploaded member, and generates an unread list according to the read status and the receiving end setting. Each of the read states of the information is respectively stored in the database 24 by the read record management module 20 and is associated with a member uploading the read state, the read record management module 20 generates a read list corresponding to a specific information according to the read state of the specific information and the member uploading the read state (i.e. the read list corresponds to only one specific information and lists the read members), and the read record management module 20 sets the receiving end (i.e. all members in the information receiving end list) according to the read state ratio so as to generate an unread list corresponding to the specific information (i.e. the unread information members in the information receiving end list).
In the embodiment of the present invention, the modules of the server 10 are understood to be a resource for cooperating with hardware and software, and technical features of each module may be expressed as a plurality of program instructions or a part of application programs, but technical effects of each module must be implemented in the form of one or more processors executing the program instructions or the application programs (i.e. the resource for cooperating with hardware and software), and the problem to be solved by the present invention is improved by such a resource for cooperating with hardware and software.
The server 10 and the database 24 are not limited to being disposed on a specific number of devices, and in various embodiments of the present invention, both the server 10 and the database 24 may be disposed on the same device, or both may be disposed on devices in a Cluster (Cluster) structure, or on Cluster devices in different places.
The push gateway 22 generates a push notification according to the information, and sends the push notification to the mobile communication device 28 corresponding to the information receiving end list through the external push host 26 (e.g., microsoft Azure, MPNS, GCM, and APNS). Wherein in one embodiment of the invention, the push notification of the message comprises a partial or complete message content and a push identifier on the list of message receivers, and the push notification comprises a non-duplicate push notification sequence number (or at least non-duplicate in the range of recent data inquires).
In various embodiments of the present invention, the mobile communication device 28 is a smart phone or tablet running iOS, android or Windows 10 operating systems, and the mobile communication device 28 includes one or more processors and a screen, the processors executing a plurality of program instructions or applications 30 (i.e., applications). The application 30 executed by the processor includes: the system comprises a second network communication module 32, a login module 34, a data access module 36, a second information module (Second Message Module) 38, an information input module (Message Input Module) 40 and a leave application module 42.
The second network communication module 32 is configured to establish a network connection with the first network communication module 12 of the server 10, and in various embodiments of the present invention, the network connection is based on a TCP protocol, an HTTP protocol, an HTTPs protocol, an HTTP/2 protocol, or an SPDY protocol.
The login module 34 receives the account number and the password input by the user (i.e., member) from the input interface of the mobile communication device 28, and uploads the account number and the password to the server 10 for verification.
The data access module 36 downloads information, a read list, an unread list, an ask list, an attendance list …, etc. from the server 10 through the network connection (TCP protocol, HTTP protocol, HTTPs protocol, HTTP/2 protocol, or SPDY protocol) established by the second network communication module 32 with the first network communication module 12 of the server 10.
The second information module 38 generates an information view (not shown in the prior art) and a status view 46, and displays the information view on the screen 44 of the mobile communication device 28, the information view is a graphical user interface of the application program 30 for users to browse or operate information, when the users click to read the information (generate the reading instruction of the information), the second information module 38 automatically uploads the read status corresponding to the information to the server 10, when the users click to view the reading status of the information (generate the status view display instruction), the second information module 38 triggers the data access module 36 to download the read list corresponding to the information and generate the status view 46 accordingly, the status view 46 is used for displaying the member reading status (including the read status and the unread status) of the specific information, and meanwhile, the attendance marks of the member can be also viewed, so that the users can immediately understand the reason (such as the member temporarily proposes the falsely-required application) of the unread information of the member when inquiring the reading status of the specific information, and whether the member is required to be compared and falsely-required to be inquired or not by other systems (such as attendance system …). When the user clicks the "unread button" or "unread tab" (generates an unread list query command), the second information module 38 triggers the data access module 36 to download an unread list corresponding to the information and display it in the status view 46. In addition, the second information module 38 triggers the data access module 36 to download the current day's leave list and accordingly generate a leave flag to correspond to the member associated with the leave status (i.e. the member submitting the leave application) in the status view 46. In some embodiments, second information module 38 triggers data access module 36 to download the attendance list and generate attendance indicia accordingly to correspond to the members associated with the attendance status in status view 46. In some embodiments, the attendance list also includes a timestamp representing "read roll-up information" (also "time stamp of check-in on duty"). In some embodiments, database 24 pre-stores the on-duty time (e.g., "8:30 in the morning," "9:00 in the morning," "10:00 in the morning," …, etc.), and when the "time stamp of the on-duty check-in" is later than the on-duty time, second information module 38 generates a late-arrival flag to correspond to the late-arrival member in status view 46.
The information input module 40 receives a user command to input information content (including general information and roll call information), a receiving end setting and a subject, wherein the input information is a click information input box (generated by the information input module 40, not shown) and generates an information which includes the receiving end setting (i.e. the distribution object and the setting interface are also generated by the information input module 40) in addition to the information content. The so-called "receiver-side settings" may be: when a new message is input, a specific member is selected from the address book (e.g. the organization address book) in a hooked mode, and when the message is replied, the receiver of the original message is used as the receiving end for setting (i.e. the address book is not required to be hooked additionally). In some embodiments, the roll call information includes a special Attribute (Attribute) that is checked or checked (e.g., checked by a check box or checked by a button/menu, not shown) by the manager or authorized manager.
In some embodiments, the application 30 also includes a leave application module 42. The leave application module 42 is configured to receive a leave application from a user and upload the leave application to the server 10. The user can generate the leave application instruction, not shown, according to the selection result such as the leave date, time number, etc. filled in the leave application form by the user through the leave menu, the leave icon, or the leave button of the application program 30 (when clicking, the leave application form is generated), and the leave application module 42 uploads the text, symbol, code, or flag corresponding to the leave application to the server 10 after receiving the leave application instruction.
The processor may execute a plurality of program instructions comprising: first program instructions for causing the mobile communication device 28 to establish a network connection with the server 10 for log-in authentication; the second program instruction causes the mobile communication device 28 to download information from the server 10 and display the information on the screen, causes the mobile communication device 28 to receive a reading instruction of the information and upload the read status, causes the mobile communication device 28 to receive a status view display instruction of the information to trigger the data access module 36 to download a read list of the corresponding information and generate the status view 46 according to the read list, causes the mobile communication device 28 to receive an unread list query instruction of the information to trigger the data access module 36 to download an unread list of the corresponding information and display the unread list of the corresponding information on the status view 46, and causes the mobile communication device 28 to trigger the data access module 36 to download a current-day leave list and generate a leave mark according to the read list of the corresponding leave status in the status view 46; third program instructions for causing the mobile communication device 28 to receive an input of information and an input of a receiver setting, the receiver setting being associated with at least one of the members; fourth program instructions for causing the mobile communication device 28 to upload information to the server 10, the information comprising a time stamp; and fifth program instructions for causing the mobile communication device 28 to upload the leave application to the server 10.
In various embodiments of the present invention, the first program instruction, the second program instruction, … respectively represent a plurality of sets of program instructions, and the first, second, …, etc. are not used to limit the technical features or steps of the method described in connection with the first program instruction, the second program instruction, …. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative features and acts of the methods described herein in connection with the first and second program instructions, … may be combined or combined in various combinations of program instructions.
Referring to FIG. 2, a screen 44 is schematically shown for a status view 46 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates a graphical user interface presented by the status view 46 on the screen 44 when the mobile communication device 28 is executing the application program 30. The status view 46 is generated by the second information module 38 triggering the data access module 36 to download a read list corresponding to a specific information when the user clicks the read status of the specific information in the information view (not shown in the prior art). The status view 46 illustrates member reading status (including read and unread) of specific information while also viewing attendance indicia of members (objects to be posted), and FIG. 2 is a default display of a read list (presented as a read tab) in which "member Adam" is clearly shown with a please false indicia 48.
Referring to fig. 3, a screen 44 of a status view 46 is shown in a second embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates that after the user clicks "unread tab" in the status view 46 of fig. 2 (generates an unread list query command), the second information module 38 triggers the data access module 36 to download the unread list corresponding to the information and display it in the status view 46. It is clear from the legend that each of the "member vivia" and "member Ben" is labeled with a please leave flag 48. Therefore, the invention can make a manager immediately know the reason that a member does not read information (for example, the member temporarily applies for asking for the leave due to the current cause) when inquiring the reading state of a certain specific information, without using a complicated operation flow to compare and inquire whether the member asks for the leave through other systems (such as the attendance system, the punching system …, etc.).
Referring to FIG. 4, a screen 44 is schematically shown for a three-state view 46 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is provided with a attendance flag 50, a late arrival flag 52, and a time stamp in addition to the leave flag 48 indicating the member. In some embodiments, the timestamp represents the time at which the information was read (i.e., the time at which the read state occurred); in the embodiment of FIG. 4, the time stamp represents the time when the member checked in to work (e.g., the time in the legend) or the time when the member submitted a leave application (e.g., the time stamp of "member Adam" in the legend is "8:50:04").
Referring to FIG. 5, a flowchart illustrating operation of a manager in querying member attendance status and read/unread status using a status view 46 for a message in an enterprise real-time information system is shown in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the method of the present embodiment includes:
step S101: the database 24 stores a plurality of members (i.e., employees) of an organization and a plurality of corresponding member information (e.g., account numbers, passwords, contact information, member attributes (attributes) …, etc.), and the server 10 accesses the database 24.
Step S102: a leave application of the member is received. When a member wants to ask for a false, two methods can be provided, one is that the member provides a false request to a third party system (such as a personnel management system, a personnel system or an attendance system), and then the third party system exports the data of the false request to the attendance management module 16; the second method is that the member uses the "leave menu", "leave icon" or "leave button" of the application 30 (the leave application instruction is generated after clicking and operating, not shown), and the leave application module 42 receives the leave application instruction and then passes the text, symbol, code or flag of the leave application to the attendance management module 16 of the server 10.
Step S103: the leave status is generated and stored in the database 24 to associate the members who submitted the leave application. After receiving the leave request, the attendance management module 16 in the server 10 generates a leave request state and stores the leave request state in the database 24 to associate the members who have submitted the leave request, i.e. store a leave request state on the same day in the "member who submitted the leave request" in the database 24; the application for leave may be several hours of the day, or multiple days.
Step S104: generating a leave list according to the leave status of the current day and the associated members. The attendance management module 16 in the server 10 generates an order list according to the order status of the current day and the associated members, i.e. all members who have submitted the order request are listed in the order list of the current day (members who have the order status stored in the database 24 on the same date). When the leave request of a member is a leave request for multiple days, the attendance management module 16 automatically generates a leave status corresponding to the current day of the member in the leave list every day according to the period of the leave request.
Step S105: and receiving the information uploaded by one member and generating an information receiving end list according to the receiving end setting. The first information module 18 in the server 22 receives the information uploaded by the mobile communication device 28 (which may include general information transmitted by the members and roll call information sent once every day by the manager/administrator), and generates an information receiving end list according to the receiving end setting. The message recipient list includes push identifiers of at least one associated mobile communication device 28, and the first message module 18 performs a collation operation to convert the distribution object (i.e., "selected member in the organization address book") into a message recipient list (i.e., "push identifier" of the selected member). After logging into the server 10, the application program 30 in the mobile communication device 28 of the host records the member attribute (which is the manager of the host or the authority) of the server 10, and the application program 30 regards the information of all the members sent to the list of information receiving ends as possible "roll call information", and marks the information on the screen of the application program 30, so that the host checks and confirms. Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present invention, the application 30 may determine whether the information sent by the host is roll call information according to the current time stamp and comparing the working hours recorded by the system.
Step S106: a push notification is generated and sent to the associated mobile communication device 28 by the external push host. The push gateway 22 generates a push notification according to the information, and sends the push notification to the mobile communication device 28 corresponding to the information receiving end list through the external push host 26 (e.g., microsoft Azure, MPNS, GCM, and APNS).
Step S107: the information is downloaded and displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device 28. The data access module 36 in the mobile communication device 28 of all the members in the list of information receiving terminals downloads information from the server 10 through the network connection (such as TCP protocol, HTTP protocol, HTTPs protocol, HTTP/2 protocol or SPDY protocol) established by the second network communication module 32 with the first network communication module 12 of the server 10, and after downloading the information, the second information module 38 in the mobile communication device 28 of all the members in the list of information receiving terminals generates an information view (belonging to the prior art, not shown) and displays the information view on the screen of the mobile communication device 28.
Step S108: accept the reading instruction of the information and upload the read status to the server 10. When the user in the list of information receiving terminals clicks the information for reading (generates a reading command of the information) in the information view displayed on the mobile communication device 28, the second information module 38 automatically uploads the read status corresponding to the information to the server 10.
Step S109: the read state is received and stored in a database to associate members that uploaded the read state. After the read record management module 20 in the server 10 receives the uploaded read status, it stores the read status in the database 24 in association with the member uploading the read status.
Step S110: and generating a read list according to the read state and the members uploaded in the association mode. The read record management module 20 in the server 10 generates a read list of corresponding information according to the read status of the information and the members associated with the upload (i.e., the read list only corresponds to a specific piece of information, lists the read members), and simultaneously generates an unread list.
Step S111: the read manifest is downloaded and a status view 46 is generated accordingly. When the user clicks to view the reading status of a message (generate status view display instructions), the second information module 38 of the application 30 in the mobile communication device 28 triggers the data access module 36 to download a read list corresponding to the message and generate the status view 46 accordingly.
Step S112: the unread manifest is downloaded and displayed in the status view 46. When the user clicks the "unread button" or "unread tab" (generates an unread list query command), the second information module 38 of the application 30 in the mobile communication device 28 triggers the data access module 36 to download the unread list corresponding to the information and display it in the status view 46.
Step S113: the current day's list of leave is downloaded and a leave flag is generated accordingly to correspond to the associated member in the status view 46. The second information module 38 of the application 30 in the mobile communication device 28 triggers the data access module 36 to download the current day of the credit list generated by the server 10 and accordingly generate the credit mark 48 to correspond to the member associated with the credit status (i.e. the member submitting the credit request) in the status view 46, as shown in fig. 2 or 3.
Step S114: the attendance list for the current day is downloaded and accordingly an attendance flag is generated to correspond to the associated member in the status view 46. Second information module 38 triggers data access module 36 to download the attendance list and accordingly generate attendance indicia 50 and late arrival indicia 52 to correspond to the members of the associated attendance status in status view 46 as shown in fig. 4. Step S113 is similar to step S114, when the application program 30 determines that the logged-in user has a special attribute (which is a manager with authority) in the mobile communication device 28, the current day 'S attendance list or current day' S attendance list can be downloaded at the time point (e.g. at the beginning of the daily attendance period, after the roll-call information is sent, or before the daily attendance list) set by the attendance management module 16 in the server 10. The method for generating the attendance list on the same day can be as follows: the attendance management module 16 of the server 10 receives the roll call information of step S105, and determines and generates the roll call information from the read list and the unread list of step S110. That is, when the application program 30 confirms that roll call information is generated in the mobile communication device 28 of the host and transmits the roll call information to the server 10, the server 10 collates the read information generated by the user in the information receiving end list associated with the host and collates the read information into the attendance list.
