Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于成型机的驱动单元和具有这种驱动单元的成型机。
背景技术
滚珠丝杆机构形式的驱动单元长期以来一直用于驱动成型机的部件。大致可以区分两种不同实施方式的滚珠丝杆机构,即:
——带有不可相对转动地设置的螺母和可转动地设置的丝杆的滚珠丝杆机构,从而当丝杆转动时螺母沿丝杆运动;以及
——带有不可相对转动地设置的丝杆和可转动地设置的螺母的滚珠丝杆机构,从而当螺母转动时丝杆穿过螺母运动。
发明内容
本发明涉及第一种实施方式的滚珠丝杆机构。
本发明的目的是提供一种驱动单元和一种成型机,其中,驱动单元具有更高的动力性和更高的负载能力。
该目的通过一种具有权利要求1特征的驱动单元和一种具有这种驱动单元的成型机来实现。在从属权利要求中定义了本发明的有利的实施方式。
在根据本发明的驱动单元中至少设有:
——第一载体,
——以一个端部可转动地支承在第一载体中或上并从第一载体伸出的丝杆,
——用于转动丝杆的驱动装置,
——第二载体,
——不可相对转动地设置在第二载体中或上并且能通过丝杆转动而与第二载体一起沿着丝杆运动的螺母(该螺母连同丝杆一起形成滚珠丝杆机构),
——至少一个设置在所述第二载体中或上的杆,所述杆能与所述成型机的要被驱动的所述至少一个部件连接或者能构成为所述至少一个部件的一部分,
——油密封的密封件,该密封件设置在第一载体的丝杆从其伸出的那侧,从而与第一载体一起形成油密封的空间并且丝杆、第二载体和螺母在第二载体和螺母沿着丝杆的每个运动位置中设置在该油密封的空间之内。
由于丝杆可转动地设置,根据本发明的驱动单元的突出优点在于小的惯性。由此,在相同的驱动功率下产生更高的动力。油密封的密封件允许充分润滑滚珠丝杆机构,而不必忍受环境污染。
密封件优选地以不可改变的几何形状构成,例如以罐形的铸件或单侧敞开的圆筒的形式,并且因此从它们的尺寸方面针对丝杆、螺母和第二载体的最大空间需求来设计。因此不需要构成为推力套筒。
通过驱动单元的封闭独立的构成,使得在成型机中进行补充装备是可能的。
用于丝杆的驱动装置可以通过传动装置、例如具有马达的齿轮传动装置实现,该马达例如可以支承在第一载体上。
可以规定,驱动装置设置在油密封的空间之外,优选地设置在第一载体的与丝杆从其伸出的那侧相反的侧(干式结构方式)。这可以有利地是齿形带传动装置或在丝杆延长线中的直接驱动装置。
替代地可以规定,驱动装置位于油密封的空间中并且优选地至少部分地设置在油密封的空间的油槽中(湿式结构方式)。
优选规定,第一载体以板的形式构成并且优选地被所述至少一个杆穿过。
可以规定,所述至少一个杆具有圆形的横截面,穿过所述第一载体并由油密封的杆密封件密封。
可以规定,丝杆通过油密封的径向轴密封环或通过油密封的盖朝向第一载体密封。
优选规定,第二载体以轭的形式构成。
优选规定,在油密封的空间中设置有油槽,丝杆至少部分地位于该油槽内。除了滚珠丝杆机构的充分润滑外,这还允许通过油槽进行冷却。同样,齿轮箱和/或丝杆的支承结构也可以因此得到冷却和润滑。
可以规定,对于第二载体,除了所述至少一个杆之外,在油密封的空间之内还设置有直线引导件。由此实现对螺母的驱动扭矩的改进的支持。
可以规定,驱动所述驱动装置的传动装置构成有平行或任意的轴。
优选地在根据本发明的成型机中规定,第一载体由成型机的顶出器载体、端板或模具夹紧板形成。
优选地在根据本发明的成型机中规定,所述至少一个杆与成型机的肘杆闭合机构的十字头连接。
优选地在根据本发明的成型机中规定,所述至少一个杆尤其是通过顶出器载体而与成型机的模具闭合单元的闭合缸连接。
优选地在根据本发明的成型机中规定,所述至少一个杆与成型机的塑化单元的塑化驱动装置连接。
根据本发明的成型机优选为注塑机、特别优选为塑料注塑机或注射压力机。

在所示实施例中,第一载体1以板的形式构成。丝杆2经由油密封的转动轴承不可移动地支承在第一载体1中。用于转动丝杆2的驱动装置3可由图1中未示出的马达通过传动装置驱动。两个杆6经由杆密封件8相对于第一载体1密封。丝杆2的支承结构通过径向轴密封环相对于第一载体1密封。
第二载体4以轭的形式构成,该轭在中央被丝杆2穿过并且螺母5不可相对转动地设置在该轭上。在第二载体上支承有两个杆6,这两根杆穿过第一载体并且可以连接于成型机的部件以驱动该部件或者可以构成为这样的部件的一部分。
在图2中示出了三板式注塑机形式的根据本发明的成型机,其中,两个杆6与肘杆闭合机构的十字头10处于作用连接。

Claims (14)
1.用于驱动成型机的至少一个部件的驱动单元,包括:
——第一载体(1),
——以一个端部可转动地支承在第一载体(1)中或上并从第一载体(1)在一侧伸出的丝杆(2),
——用于转动丝杆(2)的驱动装置(3),
——第二载体(4),
——不可相对转动地设置在第二载体(4)中或上并且能通过丝杆(2)转动而与第二载体(4)一起沿着丝杆(2)运动的螺母(5),
——至少一个设置在所述第二载体(4)上的杆(6),所述杆能与成型机的要被驱动的所述至少一个部件连接或者能构成为所述至少一个部件的一部分,
——油密封的密封件(7),该密封件设置在第一载体(1)的、丝杆(2)从其伸出的那侧,从而与第一载体(1)一起形成油密封的空间并且丝杆(2)、第二载体(4)和螺母(5)在第二载体(4)和螺母(5)沿着丝杆(2)的每个运动位置中设置在该油密封的空间之内。

7.根据前述权利要求中的至少一项所述的驱动单元,其中,所述驱动装置(3)位于所述油密封的空间中,并且优选地至少部分地设置在所述油密封的空间的油槽中。
