Background
In the process of production and processing of a display glass substrate of an LCD, the glass substrate needs to be baked to remove surface organic solvents or surface water stains; the glass substrate baking process is performed by a glass substrate baking apparatus. In the baking cavity of the existing substrate baking equipment, the substrate cannot independently lift up and move, and feeding or taking is needed by means of external equipment, so that not only is the degree of automation and the production efficiency low, but also secondary pollution of the baked substrate and damage of a sheet glass plate are easy to form, and the quality of the baked substrate is directly affected.

The jacking motor 9 is arranged on an inner bracket of the glass baking oven through the jacking support 1, and the jacking rotating shaft 2 is also rotatably supported on the inner bracket of the glass baking oven through the other jacking support 1. The jacking bracket 8 formed by overlapping aluminum alloy sections can be arranged in the lower cavity of the baking oven in an up-down reciprocating manner, a plurality of jacking rods 3 are vertically and fixedly arranged on the jacking bracket 8 through jacking connecting seats 7, each jacking rod 3 corresponds to a jacking rod hole of a baking partition plate in the baking oven, and therefore the jacking rods 3 can penetrate through the jacking rod holes from below to extend into the baking cavity of the baking oven.
