Claims (10)

1. An intelligent inspection early warning maintenance system of water treatment facilities, its characterized in that, intelligent inspection early warning maintenance system includes: the data acquisition and transmission system and the control system; the data acquisition and transmission system comprises a data acquisition terminal; the data acquisition terminal is in communication connection with the control system;
the control system is used for sending out a patrol instruction according to the user demand;
the data acquisition terminal is used for acquiring the operation parameters of the water treatment equipment according to the inspection instruction and feeding the operation parameters back to the control system;
the control system is also used for analyzing the operation parameters and sending out early warning instructions and maintenance instructions when the water treatment equipment fails;
the data acquisition terminal is also used for carrying out early warning and maintenance on the water treatment equipment according to the early warning instruction and the maintenance instruction.

The intelligent inspection early warning maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the water treatment device comprises a pretreatment system, an ultrafiltration system, a reverse osmosis system, an EDI system, a chemical cleaning system, a dosing system, a pump, a fan, and an instrument; the instrument comprises an analysis instrument, a pressure instrument, a liquid level instrument and a flow instrument.

The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system further comprises: a water treatment automatic control system; the water treatment automatic control system is used for setting the operation parameters of the water treatment equipment.
4. The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition and transmission system further comprises a server; the data acquisition terminal is also used for uploading the operation parameters to the server.
5. The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 4, wherein the data acquisition and transmission system further comprises a first database; the server is used for storing the operation parameters into the first database.

The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system further comprises: a data storage management system; the data storage management system includes a second database; the second database is used for storing the operation parameters obtained from the first database through an API interface.

The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition transmission system further comprises a video acquisition terminal; the video acquisition terminal comprises a plurality of cameras arranged on the site where the water treatment equipment is located; the video acquisition terminal is used for acquiring video data when the water treatment equipment operates.

The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 7, wherein the intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system further comprises: a display system; the display system is used for displaying the operation parameters, video data and early warning data of the water treatment equipment; the early warning data comprise early warning water treatment equipment and early warning time.
9. The intelligent patrol early warning service system according to claim 8, wherein the display system is further configured to display cost data and consumption data of the water treatment apparatus.
10. The intelligent patrol early warning maintenance system according to claim 8, wherein the control system comprises a PC-side control system and a mobile phone-side APP control system; the PC end control system is used for logging in the display system through a browser and carrying out inspection, early warning and maintenance control; the mobile phone terminal APP control system is used for logging in the display system through the mobile phone APP to carry out inspection, early warning and maintenance control.
