In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a cost objection marking method of an embodiment of the present invention.
The method comprises the following steps:
S101, order information of a user is acquired.
S102, estimating the cost according to the order information to obtain estimated cost.
S103, when a driver arrives at a destination of an order, generating a bill; the bill includes the actual cost.
S104, comparing the actual cost in the bill with the estimated cost, and marking the order with the actual cost not in a reasonable range.
In this embodiment, S101, order information of a user is acquired. The user refers to a user who registers and logs in the network taxi-taking platform. And the network about vehicle platform entrance user orders or plans to order, order information is generated, and the platform agent layer orders information makes a request to the charging system. The order information comprises an order number, an order service type, a city, a longitude and latitude of getting on and off, a reserved vehicle time and basic information of a passenger.
In this embodiment, S102, a cost estimate is performed according to the order information, so as to obtain an estimated cost. The estimated cost comprises one or more of estimated high-speed cost, estimated waiting cost, estimated parking cost, estimated duration cost and estimated mileage cost, and estimated total cost; the estimated total fee is the sum of the estimated high-speed fee, the estimated waiting fee, the estimated parking fee, the estimated time length fee and the estimated mileage fee.
In this embodiment, the charging system responds to the request of the platform agent layer, and generates the estimated key in combination with the information prepaid amount such as the longitude and latitude of getting on or off, city, order service type, etc., and the payment mode field. The platform agent layer assembles the order parameters and simultaneously transmits the estimated key to the order system. Recording the estimated value and detail item of the estimated key, and returning the estimated key after the estimated is successful. The order system receives the request, starts the order placing process, generates an order, and is bound with the estimated key.
In some embodiments, after the order is generated, the dispatch system is invoked to screen the driver, bind the driver, etc. and the driver starts the service according to the order information, and the service content includes arriving at the place where the order is designated to take the passenger, sending the passenger to the designated destination, etc.
In the present embodiment, S103, when the driver arrives at the destination of the order, a bill is generated by the operation. Such as clicking on "reach destination" or the like. The bill includes the actual cost. The actual cost comprises one or more of actual high-speed cost, actual waiting cost, actual parking cost, actual duration cost and actual mileage cost, and actual total cost realityAmount; the actual total fee realityAmount is the sum of the actual high-speed fee, the actual waiting fee, the actual parking fee, the actual time duration fee and the actual mileage fee.
In the above embodiment, the high-speed fee is a high-speed fee generated by the vehicle passing through a high speed. Waiting fees are fees generated by waiting for passengers to get on the bus after the driver receives a bill and reaches a preset get-on point and exceeding the free waiting time. For example: the free waiting time is set in the package, if the free waiting time reaches the scheduled boarding point, the free waiting time can be 5 minutes for passengers, and the part exceeding 5 minutes needs to be charged, namely the waiting fee. The parking fee is a fee generated by a driver who needs to enter a parking lot to get to a destination. Such as the type of pickup service, where the driver arrives at a parking lot at an airport to wait for passengers to get on, where the driver enters the parking lot to collect a parking fee. The premise of parking fees is that a driver needs to enter a parking lot and corresponds to fees generated by parking, and in general, waiting fees and parking fees can be charged simultaneously, namely, one is charging waiting before the beginning of a journey, and the other is fees required for entering a parking place.
The duration is a cost corresponding to the length of time that the vehicle speed is below a minimum speed value, which may be set to 10m/s. Mileage charges are charges generated by the distance travelled by the vehicle.
In this embodiment, S104, the actual cost in the bill is compared with the estimated cost, and the order with the actual cost not in a reasonable range is marked.
Specifically, the comparing the actual cost in the bill with the estimated cost includes:
A cost objection MQ message is sent to the message component RocketMQ, which consumes the cost objection MQ message by the message component.
The message component RocketMQ is a general message component for receiving a message from a producer, and providing temporary storage for consumption by the message producer.
Judging whether the actual payment difference between the actual total cost in the actual cost and the estimated total cost estimatedAmount in the estimated cost is larger than a first threshold value, if so, calculating the high-speed cost difference, the waiting cost difference and the parking cost difference of the actual cost realityAmount and the estimated cost; otherwise, the actual cost is within a reasonable range, and the order is not marked with a cost objection.
Specifically, the actual payment difference is the difference between the actual total cost and the estimated cost, i.e., realityAmount-estimatedAmount. The first threshold may be set between 3-7 elements, for example 5 elements, as desired.
Specifically, high speed Fei Cha = actual high speed fee-estimated high speed fee; waiting fee difference = actual waiting fee-estimated waiting fee; parking fee difference = actual parking fee-estimated parking fee.
If the ratio of the parking fee difference to the real payment difference is larger than a second threshold, the actual parking fee corresponding to the parking fee difference exceeds a reasonable range, and the fee objection marking is requested to be carried out on the order. The second threshold may be set to between 0.4 and 0.6, for example to 0.5, as desired.
If the ratio of the waiting fee difference to the actual payment difference is larger than a third threshold, the actual waiting fee corresponding to the waiting fee exceeds a reasonable range, the order is requested to be marked with the fee objection, and the fee objection detail item information is noted. The third threshold may be set to between 0.4 and 0.6, for example, to 0.5, as desired.
If the ratio of the high speed Fei Cha to the actual payment difference is greater than the fourth threshold, the actual high speed fee corresponding to the high speed Fei Cha is out of a reasonable range, and the order is requested to be marked with a fee objection and the detailed item information of the fee objection is noted. The fourth threshold may be set to between 0.4 and 0.6, for example, to 0.5, as desired.
If the parking fee difference, the waiting fee difference and the high speed Fei Cha are not larger than the corresponding thresholds respectively after the judgment, judging whether the order is rerouted, if so, the estimated fee of the order is invalidated, the estimated fee cannot be used as a reference, and the process is ended; otherwise, calculating the time duration difference between the actual cost and the estimated cost. Time duration difference = actual time duration time-estimated time duration time.
If the ratio of the time length fee difference to the real payment difference is larger than a fifth threshold, the actual time length fee corresponding to the time length fee difference exceeds a reasonable range, and the order is requested to be marked with a fee objection and the detailed item information of the fee objection is noted; otherwise, the order detail price difference is smaller, and the manual expense objection complaints are marked. The fifth threshold may be set to between 0.4 and 0.6, for example, to 0.5, as desired.
Specifically, mileage expense difference = actual mileage expense-estimated mileage expense.
If the ratio of the mileage expense difference to the actual payment difference is larger than a sixth threshold, the actual mileage expense corresponding to the mileage expense difference exceeds a reasonable range, and the order is requested to be marked with expense objection, and the information of expense objection detail items is noted; otherwise, the price difference of each expense detail of the order is smaller, the threshold value is not exceeded, and the manual expense objection complaints are marked. The sixth threshold may be set to between 0.4 and 0.6, for example, to 0.5, as desired.
According to the embodiment of the invention, through accessing the automatic responsibility judging flow of the system expense objection, after the user journey is finished and the bill is generated, the platform can intuitively analyze the duty ratio of the price difference of each detail item for each detail item, mark and process orders exceeding the system threshold value in time, and the efficiency of processing the expense objection and responsibility judging efficiency of the platform are improved. In addition, when customer service personnel check in the background, specific problems can be positioned according to the problem detail items marked by orders, the customer service does not need to perform secondary calculation, and the customer service is assisted to improve the working efficiency.
