本发明公开了一种如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,所述防喷溅厕纸在纸浆中添加有遇水延时溶解的物质,或在纸张表面施胶有遇水延时溶解的物质,所述遇水延时溶解的物质为湿强剂或施胶剂。有益效果:通过在纸浆中添加有遇水延时溶解的物质,或在纸张表面施胶有遇水延时溶解的物质,从而使如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸在一定时间内不会溶解,遇到冲击时,可以防止马桶内的污水喷溅,且能在一定时间后开始软化或溶解,不会堵塞马桶和下水道。

本发明涉及纸技术领域,具体涉及一种如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸。
背景技术
马桶作为生活中不可缺失的一个器具,在使用时,常常会遇到尴尬的情况---污水喷溅。而普通的生活卫生用纸因其行业要求,为了防止堵塞马桶和污水管道,几乎都是遇水即溶。所以普通的生活卫生用纸难以起到防止污水喷溅的目的。
因此需要一种如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防污水喷溅的厕纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,通过在纸浆中添加有遇水延时溶解的物质,或在纸张表面施胶有遇水延时溶解的物质,从而使如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸在一定时间内不会溶解,遇到冲击时,可以防止马桶内的污水喷溅,且能在一定时间后开始软化或溶解,不会堵塞马桶和下水道。通过控制添加比例,从而实现让厕纸在一定时间内浮在水面上,当过了这一时间段之后,即可开始软化或溶于水,能够顺利地被水冲走,避免堵塞马桶和下水道。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,所述防喷溅厕纸在纸浆中添加有遇水延时溶解的物质,或在纸张表面施胶有遇水延时溶解的物质,所述遇水延时溶解的物质为湿强剂或施胶剂。
进一步地,所述湿强剂的添加比例为0.1-20%之间,所述施胶剂的添加比例为0.01-20%之间。
进一步地,所述湿强剂为自交联型湿强剂、纤维静电结合型湿强剂、纤维共价键合型湿强剂和外交联型湿强剂中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,所述湿强剂为纤维静电结合型湿强剂的聚乙烯亚胺。
进一步地,所述纤维静电结合型湿强剂的聚乙烯亚胺的添加比例为0.7%。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在厕纸的纸浆中添加有遇水延时溶解的物质,或在纸张表面施胶有遇水延时溶解的物质,从而使厕纸铺设于马桶内时能浮在水面上,起到防止污水喷溅的作用。通过控制添加比例,从而实现让厕纸在一定时间内浮在水面上,当过了这一时间段之后,即可开始软化或溶于水,能够顺利地被水冲走,避免堵塞马桶和下水道。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作详细说明。
具体实施方式
一种如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,所述防喷溅厕纸在纸浆中添加有遇水延时溶解的物质,或在纸张表面施胶有遇水延时溶解的物质,所述遇水延时溶解的物质为湿强剂或施胶剂,所述湿强剂的添加比例为0.1-20%,所述施胶剂的添加比例为0.01-20%之间。湿强剂或施胶剂其拥有的特定性能使厕纸维持一定的时间不溶于水。使用时,将厕纸铺设于马桶水面上,既能防止污水喷溅,又能在一定时间之后开始软化或溶于水中,防止堵塞马桶和下水道。本专利厕纸涉及的技术参数主要为10秒湿耐破强度指标,因为根据大多数人的如厕习惯,可以采用10秒作为“一定时间”的衡量标准。通过不同比例的添加可以满足不同人群如厕时间长短的需要。在本发明限定的添加比例内,随着添加量的增加,不溶于水的时间延长。采用浆内添加时,不论是湿强剂还是施胶剂,其添加的最佳时机是在浆浓调节器和冲浆泵的程序之间。
所述湿强剂为自交联型湿强剂、纤维静电结合型湿强剂、纤维共价键合型湿强剂和外交联型湿强剂中的一种或几种的组合。本发明中的施胶剂或湿强剂添加的比例计算是根据纸浆烘干后的重量来计算的。自交联型湿强剂可以选用脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷、聚合型多功能羧酸、环氧化阳离子树脂、热固性酚醛树脂、热固性丙烯酸树脂等,纤维静电结合型湿强剂可以选用壳聚糖类湿强剂、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、聚丙烯酰胺接枝阳离子淀粉湿强剂、阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚酰胺等;纤维共价键合型湿强剂主要是双醛淀粉(此处提到的双醛淀粉与前文提到的表面施胶剂双醛淀粉为同一物质。一般为了提高湿强度指标在纸浆内添加时习惯称其为湿强剂,作表面施胶时一般习惯称其为施胶剂);外交联型湿强剂可以选用聚丙烯酰胺-乙二醛树脂、高分子化合物胶乳湿强剂、酪素-甲醛湿强剂、聚丙烯酰胺、热塑型酚醛树脂-六亚甲基四胺(乌洛托品)、阳离子淀粉等。
所述湿强剂为纤维静电结合型湿强剂时,优选聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)。聚乙烯亚胺具有良好的暂时性湿强度,添加到厕纸中后,能够提供厕纸暂时性的湿耐破强度,由此起到一定时间内的防喷溅的作用。
所述纤维静电结合型湿强剂的聚乙烯亚胺的添加比例为0.7%。
所述湿强剂作为添加到纸浆内的遇水延时溶解的物质使用。
所述施胶剂为表面施胶剂和浆内施胶剂中的一种或几种的组合。所述表面施胶剂为抗水型施胶剂和增强型施胶剂中的一种或几种的组合。抗水型的表面施胶剂可选用烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物等;增强型施胶剂可选用淀粉、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、聚乙烯(PVA)醇等。
所述施胶剂为增强型施胶剂时,优选双醛淀粉。
所述双醛淀粉的添加比例为8.5%。按此比例表面施胶后,防溅厕纸入水10秒时,其湿强度能够满足硬物冲击的需要。因为防喷溅厕纸的功能决定,用户使用体验主要看10秒湿耐破强度指标。
所述施胶剂作为浆内施胶(浆内施胶剂)或纸张表面施胶(表面施胶剂)的遇水延时溶解的物质使用。浆内施胶剂主要有松香施胶剂、合成施胶剂、石蜡施胶剂及中性施胶剂。表面施胶剂可选用烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、淀粉(淀粉包含天然淀粉和改性淀粉,改性淀粉包含双醛淀粉)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、聚乙烯(PVA)醇等。浆内施胶是在纸张成形前(打浆或配料时),通过添加一定比例的施胶剂,将施胶剂均匀分布于纸张中,可提高纸张抗水性能,同时提高憎水性。表面施胶是在纸张成形后,通过在纸张表面涂布均整的薄层胶料,提高纸张的表面强度或抗水性,减少纸张的两面差,不受抄纸水质和水温的影响,施胶效果比较稳定,胶料留着效果好,施胶成本低。当然也可以将表面施胶和浆内施胶同时使用,可弥补浆内施胶的一些缺陷。
普通的生活用纸因其行业要求,要么像卫生纸一样即溶于水,要么像面巾纸一样难溶于水。
以下用市场采购的普通卫生纸和面巾纸为例进行测试:
1.2022年7月12日
以四川省丹妮生态生活防护用品有限公司生产的斑布BASE系列卫生卷纸(批号2020/09/01DNFM08)为例,干耐破强度为277克,10秒湿耐破强度为7.6克,湿干强度比例为2.74%。
结论:普通卫生用纸为了防止堵塞马桶和下水道,几乎遇水即溶。
2、2022年7月13日
以北京倍舒特科技有限公司生产的慕风全能纸(批号2021.11.17.12)为例,干耐破强度为316克,10秒湿耐破强度为49.6克,湿干强度比例为15.7%。
结论:面巾纸干耐破强度比普通卫生用纸稍高,但湿耐破强度明显提高,湿干强度比例为卫生纸的5.7倍,表明其遇水难溶。
3、2022年7月14日
以北京倍舒特科技有限公司生产的慕风全能纸(批号2021.11.17.12)为例,24小时湿耐破强度为57.8克,对比10秒湿耐破强度49.6克,不降反升。
结论:面巾纸具有稳定的湿耐破强度,一定时间内,几乎不随时间延长而降低。
4、2022年7月27日
以四川省丹妮生态生活防护用品有限公司生产的斑布BASE系列卫生卷纸(批号2020/09/01DNFM08)使用本申请技术参数(8.5%双醛淀粉)表面施胶后的10秒湿耐破强度为48.9克,与面巾纸的49.6克相当,可以满足用户需求。30分钟湿耐破强度为10.9克,与卫生纸的7.6克接近,可以满足不堵塞马桶和下水道的使用要求。
本申请中干耐破强度和湿耐破强度,单位为克。
干耐破强度测试方法,将实验用纸置于直径为8cm的圆形塑料杯口上,用橡皮筋固定,置于电子天平之上,手持M16钢球(有柄)慢速施压实验用纸的中心部位至破,以最高承重为干耐破强度。
10秒湿耐破强度测试方法,将实验用纸置于直径为8cm的圆形塑料杯口上,用橡皮筋固定,置于电子天平之上,将5ML水滴到实验用纸的中心部位,10秒后依照上述方法测试。
其他时间湿耐破强度测试方法,测试前将实验用纸置于水中浸泡,达到规定时间后依照上述方法测试。

2.根据权利要求1所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述湿强剂的添加比例为0.1-20%之间,所述施胶剂的添加比例为0.01-20%之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述湿强剂为自交联型湿强剂、纤维静电结合型湿强剂、纤维共价键合型湿强剂和外交联型湿强剂中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述湿强剂为纤维静电结合型湿强剂中的聚乙烯亚胺。
5.根据权利要求3所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述纤维静电结合型湿强剂的聚乙烯亚胺的添加比例为0.7%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述湿强剂作为添加到纸浆内的遇水延时溶解的物质使用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述施胶剂为表面施胶剂和浆内施胶剂中的一种或几种的组合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述表面施胶剂为增强型施胶剂和抗水型施胶剂中的一种或几种的组合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述增强型施胶剂为双醛淀粉。
10.根据权利要求9所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述双醛淀粉的添加比例为8.5%。
11.根据权利要求1所述的如厕前铺设于马桶水面的防喷溅厕纸,其特征在于:所述施胶剂作为添加到纸浆内施胶或纸张表面施胶的遇水延时溶解的物质使用。
