Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides: a dammar resin surface layer protective liquid comprises the following components: isopropyl alcohol, dammar resin.
The dammara resin is 100% pure refined dammara resin, and is obtained by physical extraction of dammara resin.
The isopropyl alcohol was 99.5% isopropyl alcohol (formula C3H 8O).
Isopropanol and dammar resin in the ratio of (2-3): 1.
the isopropyl alcohol is prepared from propylene or propane through catalytic hydrogenation reaction, is also called 2-propanol, has a chemical formula of C3H8O and is colorless transparent liquid. It is prepared from propylene or propane through catalytic hydrogenation reaction. IUPAC is named as propan-2-ol, which is equivalent to 1-methyl ethanol, is colorless and has strong odor and is a flammable liquid with irritation at normal temperature and normal pressure. The molecular formula is C3H8O. And methylethyl ether and 1-propanol (n-propanol) as isomers. Isopropanol is the simplest secondary alcohol and is one of the propanol isomers, which is miscible with water, alcohols, ethers and chloroform. It dissolves ethylcellulose, polyvinyl butyral, various oils, alkaloids, gums and natural resins. Unlike ethanol or methanol, it is insoluble in saline solution. The isopropyl alcohol can be separated by adding a salt, such as sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, or any of several other inorganic salts, to the aqueous solution because the isopropyl alcohol is not so soluble in the aqueous solution of saline, a process commonly known as salting out, which can concentrate the isopropyl alcohol and separate it into different layers. Isopropyl alcohol has a boiling point of 80.37 ℃ (176.67 °f) when azeotroped with water at a weight percent concentration of 87.7% (91% by volume). The melting point and boiling point of the water isopropanol mixture are lower than those of the original pure substances. Isopropyl alcohol has a bitter taste [ source request ], but is toxic and cannot be drunk. Isopropanol becomes increasingly viscous with decreasing temperature. At temperatures below-70 ℃ (-94°f), the viscosity of isopropyl alcohol resembles maple syrup, isopropyl alcohol being miscible with water, alcohols, ethers and chloroform. The melting point and boiling point of the water-isopropanol mixture are lower than those of the original pure substances. Isopropyl alcohol has a bitter taste [ source request ], but is toxic and cannot be drunk. Isopropanol becomes increasingly viscous with decreasing temperature. At temperatures below-70 ℃ (-94°f), the viscosity of isopropyl alcohol resembles that of maple syrup, and most of isopropyl alcohol is used as a solvent or cleaner for coating or industrial processes (e.g., semiconductor chip washing impurities) [1]. In particular for pharmaceutical applications, since he is considered to have low toxicity of any residues. Some isopropyl alcohol is used as a chemical intermediate. Isopropanol can be converted to acetone, but the cumene process is more commonly used. A small portion of the year (5.4 tons) is consumed for home use and personal care products. It can also be used as a gasoline additive.
Isopropanol is a polar compound with a wide dissolution range. It also evaporates very quickly compared to other solvents and is relatively non-toxic. Therefore, it is widely used as a solvent and as a cleaning liquid, particularly for dissolving oil. Alcohol solvents belonging to the same group as ethanol, n-butanol and methanol. In 2011, about 640 ten thousand tons are used worldwide. Examples of applications include cleaning electronic devices such as contact pins (like on ROM cards), magnetic tape and disc heads (e.g. recorders and discs), laser lenses (e.g. CDs, DVDs) in optical disc drives and removing thermal stickers on heat sinks and IC packages (like CPUs). The isopropanol can be used for cleaning keyboards, LCD and notebook computers, and can also be used as a commercially available whiteboard cleaner, and is a powerful but safer substitute for common household cleaning products. It can be used to clean the optical fibers just before splicing. It can be used to clean LCD and glass computer display screens, and to record the gloss of a new appearance to a second hand or worn non-vinyl containing gramophone. Isopropanol should not be used to clean the record because it may contain vinyl-eluting plasticizers to harden it. It is very effective for removing hot melt adhesive from a variety of large surfaces. Although some other adhesives used in tape and paper labels are resistant to isopropyl alcohol, they are still effective in removing the residual adhesive of some adhesive labels. It can also be used to remove stains from most fibers, wood, cotton, and the like. In addition, it can also be used to clean paint or other oil-based products so that they can be reused, commonly referred to as "redrawing". It is used as a fountain solution in lithographic printing and is typically used as a solvent for polishing uv films at the time of cabinet manufacture, and isopropanol is esterified to give isopropyl ester (another solvent). It reacts with carbon disulphide and sodium hydroxide to give sodium isopropylxanthate (a herbicide and ore floatation reagent). The isopropanol reacts with the metals of titanium tetrachloride and aluminum to give titanium and aluminum isopropoxide, respectively the former catalyst and the latter chemical reagent. This compound itself can act as a chemical reagent by acting as a dihydro donor for hydrogen transfer.
