The hydrophilic texture of the present invention is mainly used to promote the hydrophilicity of the inner surface of the liner body 1, or, in other words, the inner surface of the first metal layer 3, and the specific embodiment is only an example, and the skilled person can promote the hydrophilicity of the inner surface of the stainless steel by setting the texture, so as to realize non-sticking, which should belong to the scope of the hydrophilic texture of the present invention.
