Cooking utensil, including organism and interior hot type culinary art container, the organism has steam generator and intercommunication steam generator's steam output channel, interior hot type culinary art container can be got to put and place in the open space in the organism outside and with the butt joint of steam output channel, interior hot type culinary art container includes the pot body and pot cover, the pot body is including outer courage body and inner container body, outer courage body with enclose into the cavity between the inner container body, its characterized in that, be equipped with heat-locking layer and insulating layer in the cavity, the inner container body with the insulating layer separates the heat-locking layer, the heat-locking layer is for being used for balancing the air bed of the internal and external difference in temperature of inner container.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the heat-locking layer is a closed air layer.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the heat-locking layer extends downward from the level of the opening of the inner container body and surrounds the side wall of the inner container body.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein said heat-locking layer extends below a bottom wall of said inner container body.
5. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the insulation layer is a separately provided insulation.
6. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the insulating layer is attached to the inner wall of the outer container body in the form of a coating.
7. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the outer container body comprises an upper container body and a lower container body, the opening of the inner container body has a flange extending outwards, the inner side of the upper container body abuts against the flange, and the outer side of the upper container body is connected with the lower container body.
8. The cooking apparatus of claim 7, wherein a first sealing member is provided between the inner side of the upper container and the flange, and a second sealing member is provided between the bottom of the lower container and the bottom wall of the inner container for sealing the cavity.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein said upper bladder body is a plastic member.
