Abstract
本发明涉及生物芯片领域,提供了一种半导体芯片表面连接体及其制备方法和应用,所述芯片表面连接体通过以硅烷化分子为溶质,甲苯为溶剂,与芯片表面反应形成连接在芯片表面的键合分子,并与功能化分子反应修饰羟基和酯基制得。本发明获得的芯片表面连接体能稳定地结合于芯片表面,在酸性和碱性条件下稳定,具有较好的导电性、加电稳定性以及抗核酸合成所需有机溶剂,对于后续的核酸合成及其他应用极其有利。
