Abstract
The invention discloses a compound preservative for washing, a preparation method and application thereof, and the compound preservative comprises the following components: and a component a: methyl isothiazolinone, b component: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sodium salicylate, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium formate, sodium propionate optionally one or more of them, component c: at least one or more of deionized water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol; the compound preservative for washing can be prepared by stirring the components until the components are completely dissolved. The compound preservative for washing provided by the invention has the advantages that as a plurality of components are compounded and synergistic, even if the dosage of the preservative is reduced, a better preservative effect can be achieved; the additive amount is reduced in the detergent, the cost is reduced, the safety is improved, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by excessive use of the preservative is solved.

Background
In recent years, the detergent is widely introduced into thousands of households, is an indispensable important product in life, and the stability and reliability of the product are more and more important. Most of washing products are non-disposable products, and the washing products are easy to cause multiple pollution so that washing deterioration cannot be used. Most washing is rich in water, minerals and carbon sources required by microbial growth, and once the microbes in the environment enter, the microbes can quickly multiply to a certain amount, so that the appearance of the product can be damaged, and the product cannot be used. The existing preservatives which can be used for washing products are various, but a preservative which is small in dosage and good in preservative effect is lacking, so that a compound type washing preservative with higher practicability, and a preparation method and application thereof are provided.

(2) The components are mixed according to the proportion and stirred at the temperature of 20-40 ℃ until the components are completely dissolved, and the compound preservative for washing is obtained.

Comparative example 1
A method for preparing a preservative for washing was basically the same as in example 4 except that in step (1), the same mass of the c component was used instead of the original b component in example 4, i.e., the b component was not added.

Example 5

wherein the component a is methyl isothiazolinone, the component c is deionized water, and the component b comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10% of sodium benzoate, 20% of potassium sorbate, 15% of sodium dehydroacetate, 15% of sodium formate, 10% of sodium propionate and 30% of sodium salicylate;
(2) The components are mixed according to the proportion and stirred at the temperature of 20-40 ℃ until the components are completely dissolved, and the compound preservative for washing is obtained.
A detergent comprising 0.1wt% of the built-up laundry preservative made by the above process.
Equal amounts of the above 8 detergent samples (one for each of examples 1-7 and comparative example 1) were taken, and equal amounts of bacteria and mold were added to each sample: staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC9027, aspergillus niger ATCC 6404, escherichia coli ATCC25922, candida albicans ATCC 0231, and initial seed amount of 6.0X10 6 CFU/g or 3.0X10 6 CFU/g。
The above 8 sterilized detergent samples were cultured under the same conditions for 28 days, and the results of the bacteria content detection were shown in the following table every 7 days:

It can be seen from Table 1 that the detergents using the preservatives prepared in examples 1 to 7 reduced the bacterial and fungal counts to less than 10cfu/ml within 7 days, whereas the detergents using the preservatives prepared in the comparative examples failed to reduce the bacterial and fungal counts to less than 10cfu/ml within 7 days, and that 21 days were required to reduce the bacterial and fungal counts to less than 10cfu/ml, examples 1 to 7 were superior to the comparative examples in terms of the preservative effect, i.e., demonstrated that the built-up detergent preservative of the present invention was superior to the preservative of methylisothiazolinone alone (the preservative prepared in comparative example 1) even at lower amounts of the preservative composition used.

Claims (6)
1. The compound preservative for washing is characterized by comprising 5-10% of a component, 10-30% of a component b and 60-85% of a component c in percentage by weight;
wherein, the component a is methylisothiazolinone; the component b is more than one of sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sodium salicylate, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium formate and sodium propionate; and the component c is more than one of deionized water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol.
2. The compound preservative for washing according to claim 1, wherein the component b comprises 10-20% of sodium benzoate, 10-20% of potassium sorbate, 10-20% of sodium salicylate, 10-20% of sodium dehydroacetate, 10-20% of sodium formate and 10-20% of sodium propionate in percentage by weight.
3. A process for preparing a built-up laundry preservative according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized by the following steps:
