Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将可折叠内袋从容器的相关联的刚性外容器的内壁分离的设备,内袋和外容器以共挤出方法制造,其中内袋具有相当大的刚度(内袋具有一定的刚度、并非完全刚性)和粗糙表面,该粗糙表面具有微观上小的突起和凹部并因此仅以低附着力附着到外容器而并非被焊接到外容器,并且其中外容器在其基部上具有至少部分地敞开的夹缝,内袋的被焊接的基缝保持在该基部中。
背景技术
所考虑类型的容器的内袋和外容器彼此不形成焊接连接,而是当它们以挤出方法生产时彼此粘附。在这种容器能够被使用之前、即被填充液体或例如糊状容器填充物(该液体或例如糊状容器填充物然后借助无气泵(airless pump)或通过将容器挤压被逐渐分配)之前,必须将内袋从外容器的壁分离,然后再次施加到外容器上。为此目的,已知一种设备,其通过容器开口向内袋施加减压,内袋随后极快地塌缩。该设备随后再次将压缩空气传导到内袋中,以将内袋再次施加到外容器,使得外容器可以用容器填充物完全被填充。如果内袋没有从外容器的壁均匀地分离,则在分配填充材料时,尽管在外容器的壁中存在压力平衡开口,但在内袋中仍产生相对大的亚大气压,从而可能损害通常被提供的泵的功能能力。
DE 10 2006 012 487A1公开了一种改进的分离设备,在设备已经密封了容器开口之后,分离设备穿过外容器钻孔并且随后将压力介质引入在外容器和内袋之间的间隙中,由此当达到预定压力阈值时停止将压力介质引入间隙中,并且由此在由设备释放压力之后,将压力介质引入内袋中,以将内袋再次施加到容器壁。
这种用于将内袋从外容器的内壁分离的设备具有复杂的构造,并且相当大地增加了所考虑类型的可用容器的制造时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种简单构造的用于将可折叠内袋从相关联的刚性外容器的内壁分离的设备,利用该设备可以非常快速地执行该工艺。
根据本发明,该目的通过技术方案1的特征实现。

根据本发明的设备包括用于直立容器的传送轨道,该传送轨道由转动的水平传送带和竖直固定带构成,其中传送轨道由沿相同方向转动并且配置在水平传送带的一侧的竖直传送带界定,竖直固定带在相对侧,其中在竖直传送带和固定带之间的距离略小于容器的外径,使得容器当在转动的竖直传送带和竖直固定带之间经过时围绕其竖直轴线转动并被侧向挤压,由此内袋极快地从外容器分离。由此通过在外容器的基部上的部分地敞开的夹缝在内袋和外容器之间的间隙中产生压力平衡。内袋凭借其弹性再次自动地接合外容器,之后不会产生新的附着力。
根据本发明的设备具有简单的结构并且以非常短的循环时间操作。
有利地规定,在转动的竖直传送带和竖直固定带之间的距离是可调节的,由此固定带的位置是可方便地调节的。两个带的高度优选地也是可调节的。
根据本发明的另一规定,竖直传送带设置有其自身的驱动装置。
两个传送带有利地由织物或橡胶构成,而竖直固定带可以由铝合金或钢构成。与竖直固定带相比,在两个传送带和在它们之间经过的容器之间存在更高的摩擦力,使得容器以转动的水平传送带的传送速度均匀地被输送并且在转动的竖直传送带处围绕它们的纵向轴线转动。
传送带的尺寸及其运行速度被设定为使得容器在他们离开传送带时相对于转动的竖直传送带转动至少一次360°。因此,内袋在其整个周边上从刚性外容器的内壁分离。
水平传送带优选地配置成靠近共挤出机的吹塑模具,在此处夹持器将被吹塑的容器从吹塑模具移除并将它们定位在水平传送带上。因此,根据本发明的设备是共挤出-吹塑设施的部件。成品容器在水平传送带的端部处被接收在收集容器中。
以共挤出工艺制造的容器的内袋可以由至少两层构成,其中指向外容器的层由EVOH和具有弹性特性的塑料材料的混合物构成。内袋由此获得相当大的刚度,尽管在分配容器的内容物时它们是可完全折叠的,这是由于具有弹性特性的塑料材料组分。对于弹性材料建议Surlyn,其以分散相中存在于EVOH中。例如,85EVOH 15SY被建议用于内袋的外层。例如,Surlyn适用于与产品接触的内层。

竖直固定带6配置在水平带式传送机2的上行程段3的相对的纵向侧的上方,该竖直固定带构成反向支撑件并且由光滑材料(例如铝合金或钢)构成。两个转动传送带2和4由织物或橡胶合金构成。
挤压传送带4的内行程段5平行于固定带6的内行程段7延伸,由此彼此间的间距a略小于待处理的容器8的外径。当在挤压传送带4和固定带6之间经过时,容器8至少一次围绕其竖直轴线沿箭头b的方向完全转动,由此容器8的内袋极快地从外容器脱离,这从声音方面也可觉察。
整个设备1紧固在框架9上,其结构细节参考附图。挤压传送带4设置有其自身的马达10,其以与水平传送带转动的速度相同的运行速度驱动挤压传送带4。
Claims (8)
1.用于将可折叠内袋从容器的相关联的刚性外容器的内壁分离的设备,所述内袋和所述外容器以共挤出工艺制造,其中所述内袋具有相当大的刚度和粗糙表面,所述粗糙表面具有微观上小的突起和凹部并因此仅以低附着力附着到所述外容器而并非被焊接到所述外容器,并且其中所述外容器在其基部处具有至少部分地敞开的夹缝,所述内袋的被焊接的基缝保持在所述夹缝中,其特征在于,所述设备(1)包括用于直立容器(8)的传送轨道,所述传送轨道由转动的水平传送带(2)、沿相同方向转动的竖直传送带(4)和竖直固定带(6)构成,所述竖直传送带配置在所述水平传送带(2)的一侧,所述竖直固定带位于相对侧,并且在所述竖直传送带(4)和所述固定带(6)之间的距离(a)略小于所述容器(8)的外径,使得所述容器(8)当在转动的所述竖直传送带(4)和所述竖直固定带(6)之间经过时围绕其竖直轴线转动并被侧向挤压并且所述内袋从所述外容器分开。

5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述水平传送带(2)和所述竖直传送带(4)由织物或橡胶构成。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述竖直固定带(6)由铝合金或钢构成。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述传送带(2、4)的运行速度能够使所述容器(8)相对于所述竖直传送带(4)转动至少一次360°。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,转动的所述水平传送带(2)配置成靠近相关联的共挤出吹塑机的吹塑模具或配置在相关联的共挤出吹塑机的吹塑模具的下方。
