The compression ratio of the engine 1 is more than or equal to 15, and the ignition energy of the spark plug is more than or equal to 90mJ;
the fuel supply module comprises an ammonia fuel tank 2, an alcohol fuel tank 3, oil rails 4 and nozzles 5, wherein the ammonia fuel tank 2 is connected with the alcohol fuel tank 3 through a first pipeline 6, the alcohol fuel tank 3 is connected with the oil rails 4 through a second pipeline 7, the nozzles 5 are connected with the oil rails 4, and in the embodiment, the number of the nozzles 5 corresponds to the number of the cylinders 101 one by one;
the intake manifolds 1022 are connected to the cylinders 101 in one-to-one correspondence.
Further, in order to achieve the state switching of the intake manifold 1022 and the exhaust passage 103, in the present embodiment, valves are provided between the intake manifold 1022 and the exhaust passage 103 and the cylinders 101, respectively, and by providing the valves, the connection state between the intake manifold 1022 and the exhaust passage 103 and the cylinders 101 can be switched between the on state and the off state. The mixture of the ammonia alcohol mixed fuel and air enters the cylinder 101 from the intake manifold 1022 through a valve, and a spark plug (not shown) is ignited by spark to ignite the combustible mixture in the cylinder 101, so as to push the piston to do work.
The number of the cylinders 101 may be one or plural, and the number of the nozzles 5 and the intake manifold 1022 may be set in one-to-one correspondence with the number of the cylinders 101, and in this embodiment, the number of the cylinders 101 is four as an example.
The ammonia fuel in the ammonia fuel tank 2 is introduced into the alcohol fuel tank 3 through the first pipeline 6 to be mixed with the alcohol fuel, then the ammonia alcohol mixed fuel is introduced into the oil rail 4 through the second pipeline 7, and the nozzles 5 on the oil rail 4 are used for spraying the ammonia alcohol mixed fuel into the air inlet manifolds 1022 or the air cylinders 101 respectively, so that the injection of the ammonia alcohol mixed fuel can be realized by using one set of nozzles 5 and one oil rail 4 on the premise of ensuring the power requirement of the whole automobile.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a pressure reducing valve 8 is provided in the first pipe 6. By adjusting the opening of the pressure reducing valve 8, the pressure of the ammonia gas leaving the ammonia fuel tank 2 through the first pipeline 6 can be adjusted, so that the amount of ammonia gas dissolved into the alcohol fuel is adjusted, and the adjustment of the ammonia-alcohol ratio in the mixed fuel is realized.

The pressure of the mixed fuel in the second pipe 7 can be regulated by the oil pump 9, and the fuel in the alcohol fuel tank 3 can be pressurized by the oil pump 9 and then enter the rail 4 without introducing high-pressure ammonia gas into the alcohol fuel tank 3. In the present embodiment, the oil pump 9 is in a normally-on state when not energized. In some embodiments, if the oil pump 9 is in a normally closed state under the condition of no power on, the oil rail 4 is connected with two pipelines, one pipeline is a second pipeline 7, the other pipeline is directly communicated with the alcohol fuel tank 3 without passing through the oil pump 9, the inlet end of the pipeline is also positioned at the lower part in the inner cavity of the alcohol fuel tank 3, a valve is arranged on the pipeline, and the on-off of the pipeline can be controlled through the valve.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the inlet end of the first pipe 6 is provided at the upper portion of the inner cavity of the ammonia fuel tank 2, the outlet end of the first pipe 6 is provided at the upper portion of the inner cavity of the alcohol fuel tank 3, and the inlet end of the second pipe 7 is provided at the lower portion of the inner cavity of the alcohol fuel tank 3. In this way, in practice, since the fuel injection needs to build a certain pressure in the fuel rail 4, ranging from 0.4MPa to 1.0MPa, the pressure in the fuel rail 4 can be built up in the alcohol fuel tank 3 by high-pressure ammonia, the upper portion of the inner cavity of the alcohol fuel tank 3 is filled with high-pressure ammonia, and the liquid level of the fuel in the inner cavity of the alcohol fuel tank 3 is squeezed, so that the fuel with a certain pressure enters the fuel rail 4 through the second pipeline 7. Obviously, without introducing high-pressure ammonia gas into the alcohol fuel tank 3, the fuel in the alcohol fuel tank 3 may be pressurized by the oil pump 9 and then enter the rail 4.
In this embodiment, the arrangement of the nozzles 5 can be made in two ways:
mode one: the nozzles 5 are arranged in the intake manifold 1022 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the injection mode is port injection at this time;

According to the control strategy of the engine 1, when the main valve of the thermostat 12 is opened, cooling water of the engine 1 flows through the heat exchanger 10 outside the ammonia fuel tank 2 and then flows into the cooling water tank 11 to heat liquid ammonia, so that the gasification speed of liquid ammonia is increased, and the supply of ammonia fuel is ensured; when the main valve of the thermostat 12 is closed, the cooling water of the engine 1 does not flow through the heat exchanger 10 and the cooling water tank 11 outside the ammonia fuel tank 2, so that the heat dissipation capacity is reduced, and the heat engine speed of the engine is ensured. The control strategy of the thermostat 12 is the same as that of the thermostat 12 of the general engine 1.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the ammonia engine system further includes an aftertreatment module 14, where the aftertreatment module 14 is connected to the exhaust passage 103, and the aftertreatment module 14 is configured to treat exhaust gas (including nitrogen oxides, unburned hydrocarbons, unburned ammonia, carbon monoxide, and other harmful pollutants) of the engine 1. When the engine 1 is stoichiometric combustion, the aftertreatment module 14 includes an oxygen sensor, a three-way catalytic converter; if the engine 1 is lean-burn, the aftertreatment module 14 includes an oxidation-catalytic converter, a selective catalytic reducer, and an ammonia-selective oxidizer.
In addition, the ammonia alcohol engine system of the present embodiment further includes a controller, i.e. an electronic control unit, which is signal-connected to the spark plug, the nozzle 5, the oxygen sensor, the pressure reducing valve 8 and other sensors and actuators necessary for the engine 1, for monitoring the operation state of the engine 1 and issuing corresponding control instructions.
In the invention, the alcohol fuel mainly refers to methanol, ethanol or a mixed fuel thereof, and can be other liquid alcohols or liquid mixed fuels thereof without creative labor, and the alcohol fuel is replaced by gasoline fuel.
As can be seen from the description of the above embodiments, the ammonia alcohol engine system provided by the present invention further has the following advantages: the ammonia and the alcohol are burnt, and the characteristic that the fuel such as methanol is easy to preignite can be limited by utilizing the chemical inertia of the ammonia, so that the occurrence of super knocking and damage to the engine 1 can be prevented; the combustion performance of ammonia can be improved by utilizing the characteristic of high flame speed of fuel such as methanol, ethanol and the like.
