Abstract
本发明涉及自流平水泥生产技术领域,特别是一种自流平水泥组合物,包括水泥熟料65.5~70份、脱硫石膏3~4份、磷石膏1.5~2份、粉煤灰5~7份、采矿废石12~18份;其有益效果在于,水泥具有和易性好、外加剂适应性强特点;通过磷石膏脱硫石膏、采矿废石、水泥熟料进行合理配料调整,生产自流平水泥的同时,消耗大量的磷石膏、采矿废石,实现废渣的综合利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及自流平水泥生产技术领域,尤其是一种自流平水泥组合物。
背景技术
水泥与混凝土外加剂适应性问题一直困扰着水泥企业,通过改善水泥矿物成分,改善水泥中石膏的形态,从而改善水泥与混凝土外加剂适应性。目前己经知道,所有的普通减水剂,如木钙、木镁、木钠、糖蜜、糖钙、糖镁等对水泥所使用的石膏调凝剂中的无水石膏、硬石膏、萤石膏、镁石膏、工业膏渣、半水石膏、脱水石膏均存在化学上的不适应。另外,铝酸三钙越高外加剂剂量适应性越差,由于其强大的吸附能力,几乎对所有的(高效)减水剂都存在剂量不适应问题。
磷石膏在我国综合利用率较低,磷石膏仅仅作为一种危险固体废物来对待,由于我国天然石膏和脱硫石膏资源丰富而忽略了磷石膏的综合利用,使得磷石膏价格相对低30份多,做好磷石膏利用工作,促进我国固废可持续发展同时降低企业生产成本。
某些矿山存有大量石灰石,CaO含量在38~43份之间,达不到使用条件,造成大量采矿废石堆存在废渣场,造成大量土地被毁,还需要进行治理,造成资源较大浪费。
利用矿山采矿废石代替水泥中非活性混合材料,改善水泥矿物成分同时有利于矿山资源综合利用,减少排废量,增加矿山使用年限。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自流平水泥组合物,解决现有技术中的问题。
本发明公开了一种自流平水泥组合物,以质量分数计,包括水泥熟料65.5~70份、脱硫石膏3~4份、磷石膏1.5~2份、粉煤灰5~7份、采矿废石12~18份;
所述熟料、磷石膏与脱硫石膏搭配使用和所述粉煤灰、采矿废石按照比例要求进行粉磨,控制该水泥中所述SO3质量百分数为2~3份;
所述采矿废石化学成分为:
LOI 27.76~30.81份、SiO2 22.25~25.25份、Al2O3 5.09~7.25份、Fe2O33.13~4.25份、CaO 32.95~37.95份、MgO 2.62~3.95份、水0.50~6.00份;
所述磷石膏化学成分为:
LOI 16.09~19.80份、SiO2 8.14~9.80份、Al2O3 2.35~2.80份、Fe2O3 1.57~1.98份、CaO 29.26~30.80份、MgO 0.43~1.48份、SO3 38.11~43.82份、水0.50~6.00份。
进一步地,所述磷石膏容重0.733~0.88g/cm3。
进一步地,所述磷石膏主要成分为二水硫酸钙,所述磷石膏中所述二水硫酸钙质量百分数70~90份。
其中所含的次要成分随磷矿石产地不同而各异,一般都含有岩石成分Ca、Mg的磷酸盐及硅酸盐。
进一步地,所述二水硫酸钙分解后形成含Ca或Mg的化合物。
进一步地,所述磷石膏还含有机磷和硫氟类化合物。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、水泥具有和易性好、外加剂适应性强特点;
2、通过磷石膏脱硫石膏、采矿废石、水泥熟料进行合理配料调整,生产自流平水泥的同时,消耗大量的磷石膏、采矿废石,实现废渣的综合利用。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3
一种自流平水泥组合物,熟料、磷石膏、脱硫石膏和采矿废石、粉煤灰按照比例要求进行粉磨,比例要求见表1-3。控制该硅酸盐水泥中SO3质量百分数为2%-3%,比表面积大于等于380m2/kg,凝结时间200-750min,水泥净浆流动度240-280MM。

为了验证本发明的有益效果,特对实施例1-3进行如下检测:
1、化学分析检验结果
自流平水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、胶砂强度按照《GB/T1346-2011水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性检验方法》和《GB/T17671-2021水泥胶砂强度检验方法(I SO法)》检验;净浆流动度按照《GB/T8017-2012混凝土外加剂匀质性试验方法》检验。
自流平水泥化学成分按照《GB/T176-2018水泥化学分析方法》进行检验。测试结果如下:

以上水泥安定性全部合格。

通过数据对比可以看到,调整磷石膏掺量在1.0%~1.5%之间,采矿废石掺量4%~6%之间,水泥各项指标能够满足混凝土企业质量要求。

1.一种自流平水泥组合物,其特征在于,以质量分数计,包括水泥熟料65.5~70份、脱硫石膏3~4份、磷石膏1.5~2份、粉煤灰5~7份、采矿废石12~18份;
所述熟料、磷石膏与脱硫石膏搭配使用和所述粉煤灰、采矿废石按照比例要求进行粉磨,控制该水泥中所述SO3质量百分数为2~3份;
所述采矿废石化学成分为:
LOI 27.76~30.81份、SiO2 22.25~25.25份、Al2O3 5.09~7.25份、Fe2O33.13~4.25份、CaO 32.95~37.95份、MgO 2.62~3.95份、水0.50~6.00份;
所述磷石膏化学成分为:
