s4, the cotton soft towel in the step S1 is lifted to the opening end of the sleeved die head at the bottom under the action of the lifting mechanism, and meanwhile, the paper pushing head horizontally pushes the cotton soft part into the inner cavity of the sleeved die head, and air is blown into the inner cavity of the sleeved die head by the paper pushing head in the process of entering the inner cavity of the sleeved die head to bulge the packaging bag;
and S5, continuously pushing the paper pushing head, pushing the packaging bag out of the sleeved die head, and sending the packaging bag into a sealing device, and sealing the other end of the packaging bag.
