Claims (2)

1. A device for removing attachments on the surface of a roller of a cold rolling mill is characterized in that: the device comprises a spraying and hammering integrated device (1), a device shell (2), a waterway system (3) and a refrigerating system (4), wherein the spraying and hammering integrated device (1) is arranged in the device shell (2), the spraying and hammering integrated device (1) is movably connected in the device shell (2) through a screw rod, the waterway system (3) is arranged outside the device shell (2), the waterway system (3) is fixedly connected outside the device shell (2) through a flange, the refrigerating system (4) is arranged outside the device shell (2), and the refrigerating system (4) is fixedly connected outside the device shell (2) through a flange;
the spraying and hammering integrated device (1) comprises a movable base (101), a rotary screw rod (102), a water supply pipeline (103), a frame (104), a spraying device (105), a nozzle (106), a hammering device (107), a connecting rod (108), a lifting rod (109), a rotary rod (110), a roller (111), a screw rod rotary gear (112), a roller rotary gear (113), a gear (114), a temperature probe (115) and a water drain (116), wherein the movable base (101) is arranged on the upper part of the rotary screw rod (102), and the movable base (101) is movably connected to the rotary screw rod (102) through threads;
the water supply pipeline (103) is arranged on the upper portion of the movable base (101), the water supply pipeline (103) is fixedly connected to the movable base (101) through threads, the frame (104) is arranged on the upper portion of the movable base (101), the frame (104) is fixedly connected to the movable base (101) through electric welding, the spraying device (105) is arranged on the front portion of the frame (104), the spraying device (105) is fixedly connected to the front portion of the frame (104) through electric welding, the nozzle (106) is arranged in the spraying device (105), and the nozzle (106) is fixedly connected to the spraying device (105) through a fixing bolt;
the hammering device (107) is arranged on the upper portion of the frame (104), the hammering device (107) is fixedly connected to the frame (104) through a fixing screw, the connecting rod (108) is arranged on the upper portion of the hammering device (107), the connecting rod (108) is fixedly connected to the hammering device (107) through electric welding, the lifting rod (109) is arranged on the front portion of the connecting rod (108), the lifting rod (109) is fixedly connected to the connecting rod (108) through a fixing screw, the rotating rod (110) is arranged on the front portion of the lifting rod (109), and the rotating rod (110) is connected to the lifting rod (109) through a shaft body in a rotating mode;
the screw rotating gear (112) is arranged at the front part of the rotating screw (102), the screw rotating gear (112) is fixedly connected with the rotating screw (102) through a flat key, the roller rotating gear (113) is arranged at the front part of the roller (111), the roller rotating gear (113) is fixedly connected with the roller (111) through a flat key, the gear (114) is arranged at the front part of the rotating rod (110), the gear (114) is fixedly connected with the rotating rod (110) through a flat key, the temperature probe (115) is arranged at the upper part of the movable base (101), the temperature probe (115) is fixedly connected with the movable base (101) through a fixing bolt, a water drain port (116) is arranged at the lower part of the frame (104), and the water drain port (116) penetrates through the frame (104) through a cutting process;
the hammering device (107) comprises an upper table top (1071), a multi-layer connecting column (1072), a spring base (1073), a spring (1074), a middle table top (1075), a double-layer connecting rod (1076), a mounting base (1077), a torsion spring (1078), a lower table top (1079), a hard rubber hammer (10710), a connecting column foot (10711) and a connector (10712), wherein the multi-layer connecting column (1072) is arranged on the upper portion of the lower table top (1079), the multi-layer connecting column (1072) is fixedly connected to the lower table top (1079) through electric welding, the spring base (1073) is arranged on the upper portion of the multi-layer connecting column (1072), the spring (1074) is arranged on the upper portion of the spring base (1073) through a fixing screw, and the spring (1074) is fixedly connected to the spring base (1073) through a screw;
the middle table top (1075) is arranged in the middle of the multi-layer connecting column (1072), the middle table top (1075) is movably connected with the multi-layer connecting column (1072) through a hole, the double-layer connecting rod (1076) is arranged at the lower part of the upper table top (1071), the double-layer connecting rod (1076) is fixedly connected with the lower part of the upper table top (1071) through electric welding, the mounting base (1077) is arranged at the bottom of the double-layer connecting rod (1076), the mounting base (1077) is fixedly connected with the double-layer connecting rod (1076) through a fixing screw, the torsion spring (1078) is arranged at the upper part of the mounting base (1077), the torsion spring (1078) is fixedly connected with the mounting base (1077) through a fixing screw, the lower table top (1079) is arranged at the lower part of the double-layer connecting rod (1076), the lower table top (1079) is fixedly connected with the double-layer connecting rod (1076) through a fixing screw, the hard rubber hammer (10710) is arranged at the lower part of the middle table top (1075), the hard rubber hammer (10710) is fixedly connected with the lower part of the middle table top (1075) through a fixing screw, the upper table top (10711) is fixedly connected with the upper table top (10711), the connector (10712) is rotatably connected to the connecting column base (10711) through a shaft body;
the waterway system (3) comprises a buffer water tank (301) and a water inlet and return waterway (302), wherein the water inlet and return waterway (302) is arranged at the front part of the buffer water tank (301), and the water inlet and return waterway (302) is fixedly connected with the buffer water tank (301) through a flange;
the refrigerating system (4) comprises a refrigerator (401) and a cold air conveying pipeline (402), wherein the cold air conveying pipeline (402) is arranged at the front part of the refrigerator (401), and the cold air conveying pipeline (402) is fixedly connected to the refrigerator (401) through a flange.
