Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath preparation for treating tinea, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Tinea belongs to infectious skin diseases, and the skin has red rash or small red plaque, and the more the skin is scratched, the more the affected area is widened. The skin lesions may become dark red over time, with thin scales thereon, and may have pigmentation in the local area. Patients often have itching and the local skin is mossy due to scratching. Dermatomycosis is a superficial infection of hair, skin and nails caused by dermatophytes, but it is also reported to cause a deep infection. Clinically, it is usually tinea capitis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manuum, tinea pedis and tinea rubella. The skin tinea bacteria invade the horny layer to cause tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manus and pedis and the like, and the skin tinea bacteria appear as hyphae separated by branches in dandruff, can be broken into chain spores, the skin lesions are generally round or polycyclic, are scattered singly or fused with each other, and can cause tissue reaction from erythema, scales to crusting, suppuration and even granuloma, and subjective feeling is avoided or itching is caused to different degrees. Dermatophytes involve the nail plate and are usually characterized by thickening, discoloration and breakage of the nail plate, and the perinail tissue is generally free of inflammation and pain. Dermatophytes cause deep tissue infection in rare cases, and are manifested by cellulitis, folliculitis, tinea, subcutaneous tissue abscess, lymph node abscess, podophy abscess, wart hyperplasia, and the like.
Tinea is a common and frequently occurring group of diseases, next to dermatitis and eczema, and is the leading one among the infectious skin diseases. Psoriasis (Psoriasis) is a common chronic skin tinea and is commonly known as Psoriasis. Called "cowhide," there are two understandings: firstly, the disease repeatedly attacks and is difficult to radically cure, and the toughness of the disease is like cowhide; secondly, some patients have rough skin surface like cowhide due to the repeated attack and treatment process of the rash. Psoriasis is complicated in pathogenesis, and the treatment by the antifungal western medicines often has no ideal effect, is stubborn in pathology and repeated in illness state, and causes a certain wound to patients in psychology and physiology during the pathogenesis. The onychomycosis is also a common and frequent skin disease, the onychomycosis is difficult to treat, the common modes for treating the onychomycosis include an external antibacterial medicament, an oral antibacterial medicament and a surgical nail removing therapy, but the antibacterial medicament is usually an antibiotic, the external and oral antibacterial medicament has larger side effect, and the surgical nail removing therapy brings larger pain to patients. Because itch and pain of skin diseases can lead patients to sit restlessness, and the infectivity of the diseases also causes a certain threat to skin health of other people, and seriously affects life and work of people, a traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath preparation for treating skin tinea and a preparation method thereof are needed to be researched.
