The invention discloses a wheat protein repairing hair care composition and a hair conditioner, wherein the composition comprises hydrolyzed wheat protein/cystine bis-PG-propyl silane triol copolymer and hydrolyzed Xanthomonas campestris polysaccharide, and the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed wheat protein/cystine bis-PG-propyl silane triol copolymer to the hydrolyzed Xanthomonas campestris polysaccharide is 1-5:0.5-2. Experiments prove that the hair conditioner containing the composition of hydrolyzed wheat (TRITICUM VULGARE) protein/cystine bis-PG-propylsilanetriol copolymer and hydrolyzed xanthomonas campestris polysaccharide component has better use effect, can repair damaged hair, smooth hair scales, restore hair luster and keep hair sagging. The composition and the hair conditioner of the invention can improve the use experience without adding silicone oil.
