As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the method for identifying a vehicle of the present invention is applied to the cloud 21 of the traffic management department in fig. 2; specifically, the method for identifying a vehicle works as follows:
a public camera 22 is arranged in a road, and the public camera 22 is used for collecting a vehicle image corresponding to a vehicle 23 to be identified in fig. 2 and sending the vehicle image to the cloud 21; after the cloud 21 receives the vehicle image, the cloud 21 identifies the vehicle image, and finds that no license plate information of the vehicle 23 to be identified is in the vehicle image after identification, at this time, the cloud 21 sends a request instruction to request license plate information of the vehicle 23 to be identified to the front vehicle 24 and the rear vehicle 25 located in front of the vehicle 23 to be identified and the rear vehicle 25 located behind the vehicle 23 to be identified; after the front vehicle 24 and the rear vehicle 25 receive the request instruction, the license plate information of the vehicle 23 to be identified is sent to the cloud 21 based on V2X; finally, after the cloud 21 receives the license plate information of the vehicle 23 to be identified, the vehicle 23 to be identified can be identified based on the license plate information.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the method for identifying a vehicle of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S1, judging whether a vehicle image corresponding to the vehicle to be identified can be acquired.
Specifically, the vehicle image is acquired through a camera; considering that there may be a situation that the camera is just blocked when the vehicle to be identified passes the camera, there is a situation that the camera cannot acquire the image of the vehicle (at this time, the image acquired by the camera is usually the image corresponding to the blocking object).
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the determining whether the vehicle image corresponding to the vehicle to be identified can be obtained includes the following steps:
step S111, acquiring a first image acquired by a public camera in public facilities.
In particular, the public camera is a road camera and/or a camera arranged in a parking lot.
Step S112, identifying the first image.
Specifically, the image recognition technology adopts a technical means conventional in the field, so that detailed description thereof is omitted.
Step S113, judging whether the vehicle image can be acquired according to the identification result.
Specifically, if the recognition result is that the first image includes the vehicle to be recognized, the vehicle image can be obtained; otherwise, if the recognition result is that the first image does not include the vehicle to be recognized, the vehicle image cannot be acquired.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, the determining whether the vehicle image corresponding to the vehicle to be identified can be obtained includes the following steps:
step S121 is performed when there is a front vehicle in front of the vehicle to be identified and/or there is a rear vehicle behind the vehicle to be identified.
Step S121, acquiring a second image acquired by a vehicle-mounted camera on the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle.
Specifically, an on-vehicle camera is provided on the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle, and a second image is acquired by the on-vehicle camera.
Step S122, identifying the second image.
Step S123, judging whether the vehicle image can be acquired according to the identification result.
It should be noted that, the steps S122 and S123 correspond to the steps S112 and S113, respectively, and the principle is the same, so detailed descriptions thereof are omitted here.
Further, both embodiments of fig. 4 and fig. 5 are the determination as to whether the vehicle image can be acquired in step S1, and the difference is that the camera for acquiring the image is different, the embodiment of fig. 4 is a public camera in public facilities (generally, a road camera, a camera of a parking lot, etc.), and the embodiment of fig. 5 is a vehicle-mounted camera on a front-rear vehicle.
It should be noted that, in practical application, the specific use of the camera disposed at the position to collect the image is not a condition limiting the present invention, and the public camera in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 4 or the vehicle-mounted camera in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 5 may be selected in an alternative manner; of course, the public camera and the vehicle-mounted camera may be selected at the same time, so as to improve the probability of acquiring the vehicle image in step S1; in addition, through the combination of the public camera and the vehicle-mounted camera, the accuracy and the reliability of the acquired vehicle image can be further enhanced.
When the vehicle image can be acquired, step S2 and step S3 are performed.
And step S2, identifying the vehicle to be identified based on the vehicle image.
After the vehicle image is obtained in step S1, the vehicle recognition function may be implemented based on the vehicle image; however, since the accuracy of the manner of identifying the vehicle based on the vehicle image is relatively low in consideration of the high similarity of the vehicle appearance, in order to further improve the accuracy of vehicle identification, it is possible to accurately identify the vehicle to be identified based on the license plate information by acquiring the license plate information of the vehicle to be identified.
Specifically, the principle of realizing accurate identification of a vehicle to be identified based on license plate information is as follows:
and step S3, judging whether license plate information of the vehicle to be identified can be acquired based on the vehicle image.
In the actual application scenario, there is a possibility that the license plate is not hung (including the license plate, the license plate information can be sent in the V2X information) or the license plate is blocked, and at this time, even if the vehicle image is acquired in the step S1, the license plate information of the vehicle to be identified cannot be acquired based on the vehicle image.
Specifically, by recognizing the vehicle image (principle similar to step S112 and step S122), it is then determined whether license plate information of the vehicle to be recognized is contained in the vehicle image according to the recognition result.
It should be noted that, if the identification result is that the vehicle image includes license plate information, the license plate information can be obtained; otherwise, if the identification result is that the vehicle image does not include license plate information, the license plate information cannot be acquired.
And when the vehicle image is not acquired or the license plate information is not acquired based on the vehicle image, executing step S4.
And S4, judging whether the license plate information can be acquired based on a front vehicle in front of the vehicle to be identified and/or a rear vehicle behind the vehicle to be identified.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the determining whether the license plate information can be acquired based on a front vehicle in front of the vehicle to be identified and/or a rear vehicle behind the vehicle to be identified includes the steps of:
step S41, determining whether the preceding vehicle and/or the following vehicle are present.
The manner in which the presence of the preceding vehicle and/or the following vehicle is determined in step S41 is not a limitation of the present invention.
Preferably, whether a front vehicle and/or a rear vehicle exists or not can be judged through the public camera, or an instruction can be sent through the cloud or the terminal, so that whether the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle exists or not can be judged through whether the cloud or the terminal can receive the feedback instruction (only vehicles in a preset range in front of the vehicle to be identified or vehicles in a preset range behind the vehicle to be identified can receive the instruction sent by the cloud or the terminal and can send the feedback instruction to the cloud/the terminal).
When the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle are present, step S42 is performed.
Step S42, acquiring the license plate information based on the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle.
Preferably, the cloud end or the terminal sends a request instruction to the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle (the request instruction is that the cloud end or the terminal requests license plate information of the vehicle to be identified to the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle), and the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle sends the license plate information (including the temporary license plate) of the vehicle to be identified to the cloud end or the terminal in a V2X mode based on the request instruction.
It should be noted that V2X, which is identical to popular B2B, B C, means vehicle to everything, i.e., information exchange between the vehicle and the outside; the internet of vehicles establishes a new development direction of automobile technology by integrating a Global Positioning System (GPS) navigation technology, a vehicle-to-vehicle communication technology, wireless communication and a remote sensing technology, and realizes the compatibility of manual driving and automatic driving.
It should be noted that, according to the relative positions of the vehicle to be identified and the front and rear vehicles, the license plate of the vehicle to be identified is obtained by means of the front and rear vehicles, so that the situation that the license plate is not hung or is blocked is avoided.
In an embodiment, step S43 is performed when the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle are not present.
Step S43, responding to a vehicle information acquisition request corresponding to the vehicle to be identified, so as to acquire the license plate information based on the vehicle information acquisition request.
Specifically, when there is no preceding vehicle and/or no following vehicle, license plate information of the vehicle to be identified cannot be acquired through step S42, at this time, the vehicle to be identified.
The vehicle information obtaining request is used for requesting to obtain the vehicle information of the vehicle to be identified; the vehicle information includes at least the license plate information.
The working principle of step S43 is further explained by a specific embodiment.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, a vehicle to be identified is driven in a parking lot, and when the vehicle to be identified is to be driven out of the parking lot, on one hand, no vehicle is located in front of and behind the vehicle to be identified, i.e. license plate information of the vehicle to be identified cannot be obtained through the front and rear vehicles; on the other hand, the camera at the exit of the parking lot is just blocked by obstacles such as pedestrians, namely, a vehicle image corresponding to the vehicle to be identified cannot be acquired through the camera, and license plate information of the vehicle to be identified cannot be acquired based on the vehicle image; at this time, judgment can be performed by the information of the vehicle itself to be identified and the travel track; in particular, the method comprises the steps of,
the parking lot terminal judges whether the vehicle to be identified reaches the vicinity of a parking lot exit according to the position of the vehicle to be identified in the parking lot; judging whether the vehicle to be identified runs in front of the rod or not according to the camera in front of the vehicle to be identified; when the vehicle to be identified is judged to travel to the parking lot release lever and the camera in front of the vehicle to be identified judges that the parking lot release lever is not lifted, the parking lot terminal sends a vehicle information acquisition request corresponding to the vehicle to be identified to the parking lot cloud end to request to acquire the vehicle information of the vehicle to be identified.
When a camera in front of the vehicle to be identified identifies a parking lot release rod, actively requesting parking lot information from the cloud of the Internet of vehicles; the cloud end of the Internet of vehicles searches for parking lot information, is connected with the cloud end of the parking lot, and notifies the cloud end of the parking lot of license plate information of the vehicle to be identified; the parking lot cloud sends the license plate information to a parking lot terminal so that the parking lot terminal can realize charge management and lifting release of the vehicle to be identified.
It should be noted that, the vehicle may send the position of the own vehicle in real time according to the positioning information (satellite/base station/road information, etc.) acquired by V2X; the communication module of the vehicle can store license plate information of the own vehicle, and can also send the license plate information of the own vehicle through a wireless communication mode (wireless communication technologies such as 4G/5G and the like or technologies such as V2X and the like).
It should be noted that, in the present invention, through flexible application to technologies such as internet of vehicles/V2X, the following are: if the vehicle positioning accuracy is enough, the vehicle can directly acquire the position information from the vehicle by utilizing the V2X technology parking lot toll gate/road equipment, and whether the vehicle needs to lift the rod or not is judged, or the toll gate can be directly deducted without camera identification.
And when the license plate information can be acquired, executing a step S5.
And S5, identifying the vehicle to be identified based on the license plate information.
It should be noted that, the license plate information in the step S5 may be the license plate information obtained in the step S3 or the license plate information obtained in the step S4.
As shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment, when the license plate information can be acquired, the identifying the vehicle to be identified based on the license plate information includes the following steps:
when license plate information can be acquired based on the preceding vehicle and/or the following vehicle, the vehicle to be identified can be identified based on the license plate information acquired by the preceding vehicle and/or the following vehicle, via step S4.
It should be noted that, generally, if the license plate information of the vehicle to be identified (the license plate information is obtained based on the vehicle image) can be obtained through step S3, the vehicle to be identified can be identified based on the license plate information, but considering that in the actual application scenario, the vehicle may have a fake license plate, at this time, the license plate information obtained through step S3 is not the actual license plate information of the vehicle to be identified, so that the identification of the vehicle to be identified based on the license plate information obtained through step S3 is naturally inaccurate.
In the invention, after obtaining the license plate information of the vehicle to be identified through step S3, the real license plate information of the vehicle to be identified is further obtained, and the specific working principle is as follows:
when license plate information can be acquired based on the vehicle image, step S51 is performed.
Step S51, determining whether license plate information can be acquired based on the preceding vehicle and/or the following vehicle.
When license plate information can be acquired based on the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle, step S52 is performed.
And step S52, judging whether license plate information acquired based on the vehicle image is consistent with license plate information acquired based on the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle.
When the determination result of step S52 is inconsistent, step S53 is executed.
And step S53, identifying the vehicle to be identified based on license plate information acquired by the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle.
When the determination result in step S52 is consistent, that is, the vehicle to be identified is identified based on the license plate information acquired by the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle, or the vehicle to be identified is identified based on the license plate information acquired by the vehicle image, the identification effect is the same, so that the vehicle to be identified is identified based on the license plate information acquired by the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle, and/or the vehicle to be identified is identified based on the license plate information acquired by the vehicle image.
When the judgment result in step S52 is inconsistent, the vehicles to be identified have possibility of fake license plates, and license plate information (real license plate information) acquired based on the front vehicles and/or the rear vehicles is recorded at this time to be used as a penalty for the traffic management department.
Further, when it is determined in step S3 that license plate information (including a temporary license plate) cannot be acquired based on the vehicle image, the possibility that the license plate is not suspended in the vehicle to be identified (for the case of license plate shielding, the non-suspended license plate processing is also performed), and at this time, license plate information acquired based on the front vehicle and/or the rear vehicle is still recorded and used as a penalty for the traffic management department.
When the license plate of the vehicle is found or the license plate is not hung, the vehicle can be remotely controlled to be unable to start or perform other actions, so that the vehicle is prevented from being illegally continued.
The principle of the method for recognizing a vehicle according to the present invention for recognizing a vehicle is further explained by means of specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 9, in an embodiment, the method for identifying a vehicle is applied to identifying a vehicle in a road; firstly, judging whether an image acquired based on a camera (comprising a road camera and/or vehicle-mounted cameras on front and rear vehicles of a vehicle to be identified) can acquire license plate information of the vehicle to be identified; if not, the vehicle to be identified is processed according to the non-suspended license plate; if yes, license plate information of the vehicle to be identified is obtained based on the front and rear vehicles of the vehicle to be identified.
Then judging whether license plate information acquired based on cameras is consistent with license plate information acquired based on front and rear vehicles; if yes, the vehicle to be identified is processed according to normal identification; if not, the vehicles to be identified are processed according to the vehicle fake plate.
