Referring to fig. 13-14, centrifugal self-locking mechanism 26 includes a fixed disk 261, a rotating disk 262, and a centrifugal assembly 263; the fixed disc 261 is vertically arranged on one side of the rope collecting roller 23 far away from the rotating motor 25, one side of the fixed disc 261 far away from the rope collecting roller 23 is provided with an opening, and a plurality of inwards extending clamping teeth 2611 are arranged in the opening; the rotary disk 262 is vertically and rotatably arranged in the fixed disk 261, and the rotary disk 262 is coaxially connected with the rope collecting roller 23; the centrifugal assemblies 263 have a plurality of the centrifugal assemblies 263 arranged in an annular array on a side of the rotating disk 262 away from the rope winding roller 23.
When the hanging basket 3 descends rapidly, the rope collecting roller 23 needs to be locked, the fixed disc 261 is arranged on one side, far away from the rotating motor 25, of the rope collecting roller 23, the fixed disc 261 is provided with the hole on one side, far away from the rope collecting roller 23, and is internally provided with the plurality of inwards extending clamping teeth 2611, the rotating disc 262 which is vertical and can rotate is arranged in the hole of the fixed disc 261, the rotating disc 262 is provided with the plurality of centrifugal assemblies 263, when the hanging basket 3 descends rapidly, the rope collecting roller 23 can rotate rapidly through the hanging rope 24, the rotating disc 262 can rotate rapidly through the rapid rotation of the rope collecting roller 23, the plurality of centrifugal assemblies 263 can shift in position, so that the plurality of centrifugal assemblies 263 are in contact with the clamping teeth 2611, the rotating disc 262 is locked, the locking of the rope collecting roller 23 is realized due to the fact that the rotating disc 262 is coaxially connected with the rope collecting roller 23, and the shifting of the positions of the centrifugal assemblies 263 cannot be triggered when the hanging basket 3 descends at a uniform speed.
Referring to fig. 13 to 14, the centrifugal assembly 263 includes a centrifugal block 2631, a fixed block 2633, a slide bar 2634, and a second spring 2636; one end of the centrifugal block 2631 is rotatably hung on the rotating disk 262 through a fixed rod 2632, and the centrifugal block 2631 can rotate around the fixed rod 2632; the fixed block 2633 is arranged on the inner side of the centrifugal circle away from one end of the fixed rod 2632; the sliding rod 2634 is slidably arranged on the fixed block 2633, one end of the sliding rod 2634 is connected with one end of the centrifugal block 2631 away from the fixed rod 2632, and the other end of the sliding rod 2634 is provided with a limiting plate 2635 which faces the circle center of the rotating disk 262; the second spring 2636 is sleeved on the sliding rod 2634, one end of the second spring 2636 is abutted against the limiting plate 2635, and one end of the second spring 2636 away from the limiting plate 2635 is abutted against the fixed block 2633.
When the rotating disc 262 rotates rapidly, the centrifugal assembly 263 and the latch 2611 need to be locked, so that the rotating disc 262 is locked, when the rotating disc 262 rotates rapidly, the centrifugal block 2631 can rotate outwards with the fixed rod 2632 as the axis, so that one end of the centrifugal block 2631 far away from the fixed rod 2632 is in contact with the latch 2611, and thus the rotating disc 262 is locked, when the rotating disc 262 rotates at a constant speed normally, the centrifugal block 2631 can make the centrifugal block 2631 not shift in position under the elasticity of the second spring 2636, so that the locking of the centrifugal assembly 263 and the latch 2611 cannot be realized, normal operation of the rotating disc 262 and the rope collecting roller 23 can be realized, and thus the hanging basket 3 which descends at a constant speed normally cannot be locked.
