Abstract
本发明公开了蓄电池外壳技术领域的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,包括,基础组件,所述基础组件包括上下对称的上壳和下壳;上壳,所述上壳包括外壳,且外壳内设置有内壳,所述内壳和外壳之间形成有流动腔,所述内壳的四周外壁均匀线性设置有多组散热翅片。本发明的蓄电池外壳由上壳和下壳组装二成,上壳和下壳通过矩形围边一和矩形围边四配合,矩形围边三和矩形围边二配合实现高效连接密封,且通过定位块进入定位槽,卡柱进入盲孔内实现上壳和下壳的连接固定,方便上壳和下壳的快捷拆装,实现快捷的内部蓄电池维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池外壳技术领域,具体为一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳。
背景技术
蓄电池外壳是蓄电池组成的一部分,起到对蓄电池进行安装和防护的作用,蓄电池是将化学能直接转化成电能的一种装置,是按可再充电设计的电池,通过可逆的化学反应实现再充电,通常是指铅酸蓄电池,它是电池中的一种,属于二次电池,它的工作原理是充电时利用外部的电能使内部活性物质再生,把电能储存为化学能,需要放电时再次把化学能转换为电能输出。
现有的蓄电池外壳大多为一体式结构,现有的蓄电池难以快捷拆装实现内部蓄电池维护,同时散热质量较差,且因为大多蓄电池外壳处于户外,传统的蓄电池外壳还存着耐腐性能差的问题。为此,我们提出一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,包括,
基础组件,所述基础组件包括上下对称的上壳和下壳,所述上壳和下壳结构相同,所述上壳顶部前后侧均插设有保护套筒,前后侧所述保护套筒内分别设置有负极接头和正极接头,所述下壳底部设置有底座;
上壳,所述上壳包括外壳,且外壳内设置有内壳,所述内壳和外壳之间形成有流动腔,所述保护套筒底部贯穿上壳的内壳顶部,所述内壳的四周外壁均匀线性设置有多组散热翅片,且散热翅片另一端贯穿外壳。
优选的,顶部所述外壳的底部外侧设置有矩形围边一,且底部外壳的顶部内侧设置有与矩形围边一内壁贴合的矩形围边四,顶部所述内壳的底部内侧设置有矩形围边二,且底部内壳的顶部外侧设置有与矩形围边二外壁贴合的矩形围边三,所述矩形围边三的内壁和矩形围边四的外壁均设置有矩形密封条。
优选的,所述矩形围边四的四周外壁中央均设置有定位块,且矩形围边一的底部四周均开设有与定位块匹配的定位槽。
优选的,所述矩形围边一的四周外壁且处于定位槽两侧的位置均通过横向的T形滑槽滑动设置有T形滑块,且T形滑块外侧通过弹簧一与T形滑槽的外侧内壁连接,所述T形滑块的另一侧设置有卡柱,且卡柱贯穿T形滑槽另一侧并延伸至定位槽内,所述定位块的两侧均开设有与卡柱适配的盲孔。
优选的,顶部外壳的顶部左右侧均设置有与顶部流动腔相连通的连接管。
优选的,所述外壳的内壁和内壳的外壁均设置有耐腐蚀层一,所述散热翅片处于流动腔内的外壁部分均匀开设有渗孔。
优选的,所述外壳的外壁设置有防水层,所述防水层的外壁设置有耐腐蚀层二。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的蓄电池外壳由上壳和下壳组装二成,上壳和下壳通过矩形围边一和矩形围边四配合,矩形围边三和矩形围边二配合实现高效连接密封,且通过定位块进入定位槽,卡柱进入盲孔内实现上壳和下壳的连接固定,方便上壳和下壳的快捷拆装,实现快捷的内部蓄电池维护,同时设置有散热翅片,且在外壳和内壳之间设置有流动腔,可通过冷却液在流动腔内流动实现对内部蓄电池的快捷降温,同时设置有耐腐蚀层一,使得外壳的外壁和内壳内壁不会受到冷却液的腐蚀,同时设置有防水层和耐腐蚀层二,进一步的提高该蓄电池外壳的耐腐性能,延长该蓄电池外壳的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,包括,基础组件1,基础组件1包括上下对称的上壳11和下壳12,形成安装蓄电池的外壳,上壳11和下壳12结构相同,上壳11顶部前后侧均固定插设有保护套筒17,保护套筒17保护内部接头,避免受到液体干涉,前后侧保护套筒17内分别设置有负极接头16和正极接头15,负极接头16和正极接头15属于现有技术,在此不另做详述,下壳12底部设置有底座13;上壳11,上壳11(下壳12与其结构相同)包括外壳111,且外壳111内设置有内壳112,内壳112和外壳111之间形成有流动腔113,用于冷却的液体在内部流动,保护套筒17底部固定贯穿上壳11的内壳112顶部,用于内部的蓄电池接头穿过,内壳112的四周外壁均匀线性固定设置有多组散热翅片14,散热翅片14属于现有技术,用于导出内部蓄电池使用时产生的热量,且散热翅片14另一端固定贯穿外壳111。
请参阅图2-3,顶部外壳111的底部外侧固定设置有矩形围边一114,且底部外壳111的顶部内侧固定设置有与矩形围边一114内壁贴合的矩形围边四121,使得上壳11和下壳12连接时密封性更好,顶部内壳112的底部内侧固定设置有矩形围边二115,且底部内壳112的顶部外侧固定设置有与矩形围边二115外壁贴合的矩形围边三120,矩形围边二115和矩形围边三120进一步提高上壳11和下壳12连接的密封性,矩形围边三120的内壁和矩形围边四121的外壁均套设设置有矩形密封条,可采用橡胶材料制成,使得上壳11和下壳12对接密封性更高;
请参阅图2-3,矩形围边四121的四周外壁中央均固定设置有定位块119,且矩形围边一114的底部四周均开设有与定位块119匹配的定位槽,上壳11和下壳12对接后,定位块119处于定位槽内,方便实现定位安装;
请参阅图2-3,矩形围边一114的四周外壁且处于定位槽两侧的位置均通过横向的T形滑槽滑动设置有T形滑块118,T形滑块118可在T形滑槽内横向移动,且不会脱离T形滑槽,且T形滑块118外侧通过弹簧一116与T形滑槽的外侧内壁连接,T形滑块118的另一侧设置有卡柱117,且卡柱117贯穿T形滑槽另一侧并延伸至定位槽内,定位块119的两侧均开设有与卡柱117适配的盲孔,通过拨动T形滑块118向外侧移动,使得卡柱117脱离盲孔,即可使得上壳11和下壳12分离;
请参阅图2-3,顶部外壳111的顶部左右侧均设置有与顶部流动腔113相连通的连接管18,两组连接管18分别与外界供液设备管道和抽液设备管道设备连接,使得冷却液体在上壳11和下壳12之间的流动腔113内流动,实现对蓄电池的高效散热。
实施例2
请参阅图3-4,外壳111的内壁和内壳112的外壁均设置有耐腐蚀层一101,耐腐蚀层一101可采用聚四氟乙烯层,使外壳111内壁和内壳112的外壁具有耐腐蚀和耐高温的特性,保护了内部的蓄电池,散热翅片14处于流动腔113内的外壁部分均匀开设有渗孔,方便冷却液在散热翅片14之间流动,还有效的带走散热翅片14导出的热量,提高散热翅片14的散热质量;
请参阅图4,外壳111的外壁设置有防水层102,防水层102为沥青防水涂层,起到阻挡雨水进入的情况,防水层102的外壁设置有耐腐蚀层二103,耐腐蚀层二103为过氯乙烯漆层、环氧云铁漆层、聚酰胺树脂涂料层中的一种或多种。

基础组件(1),所述基础组件(1)包括上下对称的上壳(11)和下壳(12),所述上壳(11)和下壳(12)结构相同,所述上壳(11)顶部前后侧均插设有保护套筒(17),前后侧所述保护套筒(17)内分别设置有负极接头(16)和正极接头(15),所述下壳(12)底部设置有底座(13);
上壳(11),所述上壳(11)包括外壳(111),且外壳(111)内设置有内壳(112),所述内壳(112)和外壳(111)之间形成有流动腔(113),所述保护套筒(17)底部贯穿上壳(11)的内壳(112)顶部,所述内壳(112)的四周外壁均匀线性设置有多组散热翅片(14),且散热翅片(14)另一端贯穿外壳(111)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,其特征在于:顶部所述外壳(111)的底部外侧设置有矩形围边一(114),且底部外壳(111)的顶部内侧设置有与矩形围边一(114)内壁贴合的矩形围边四(121),顶部所述内壳(112)的底部内侧设置有矩形围边二(115),且底部内壳(112)的顶部外侧设置有与矩形围边二(115)外壁贴合的矩形围边三(120),所述矩形围边三(120)的内壁和矩形围边四(121)的外壁均设置有矩形密封条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,其特征在于:所述矩形围边四(121)的四周外壁中央均设置有定位块(119),且矩形围边一(114)的底部四周均开设有与定位块(119)匹配的定位槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,其特征在于:所述矩形围边一(114)的四周外壁且处于定位槽两侧的位置均通过横向的T形滑槽滑动设置有T形滑块(118),且T形滑块(118)外侧通过弹簧一(116)与T形滑槽的外侧内壁连接,所述T形滑块(118)的另一侧设置有卡柱(117),且卡柱(117)贯穿T形滑槽另一侧并延伸至定位槽内,所述定位块(119)的两侧均开设有与卡柱(117)适配的盲孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,其特征在于:顶部外壳(111)的顶部左右侧均设置有与顶部流动腔(113)相连通的连接管(18)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,其特征在于:所述外壳(111)的内壁和内壳(112)的外壁均设置有耐腐蚀层一(101),所述散热翅片(14)处于流动腔(113)内的外壁部分均匀开设有渗孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种便于安装的蓄电池外壳,其特征在于:所述外壳(111)的外壁设置有防水层(102),所述防水层(102)的外壁设置有耐腐蚀层二(103)。
