secondly, starting the electric telescopic rod (18) to extend, driving the moving plate (14) to move downwards, covering the upper end of the sample preparation barrel (20) by the barrel cover (19) through the downward movement of the moving plate (14), and completing sample preparation through a sample preparation mechanism;
thirdly, starting the electric telescopic rod (18) to extend continuously, driving the moving plate (14) to move downwards continuously, pressing the pressing valve (10) through the pressing rod (11), and adding the sample in the sample preparation barrel (20) into the sample tank (5) through the sample outlet pipe (8) to finish sample separation;
and fourthly, starting the electric telescopic rod (18) to shrink, driving the moving plate (14) to move upwards to the limit position, extruding the elastic telescopic bag (15) through the moving plate (14), and adding the detection reagent in the elastic telescopic bag (15) into the sample in the sample tank (5) through the reagent tube (9).
