And the counterweight 3 is shifted: firstly, placing the counterweight 3 on the sliding plate 8 through other machines such as a crane and the like, and fixing the counterweight 3 on the sliding plate 8 through a positioning bolt 10; then the second driving mechanism drives the sliding plate 8 to move, when the second detecting element detects that the horizontal position of the sliding plate 8 corresponds to the position of the lug plate 4 detected by the first detecting element, the controller controls the second driving mechanism to stop, and the controller controls the linear driving piece of the brake to drive the piston 15 to move to the second position, so that the elastic piece 17 of the brake tightly props the piston 15 and the friction plate 14, the braking of the sliding plate 8 is realized, and the sliding plate 8 is kept at a specified position; the lifting driving piece 7 drives the supporting plate 9 to move upwards, and when the vertical detection element detects that the counterweight 3 moves to the required height, the controller controls the lifting driving piece 7 to stop moving so as to keep the counterweight 3 at the designated height; finally, the counterweight 3 is connected with the ear plate 4 through the second fixing piece, the counterweight 3 is fixedly installed on the ear plate 4, the positioning bolt 10 is detached, the counterweight 3 is separated from the sliding plate 8, and the controller controls the lifting driving piece 7 to drive the supporting plate 9 and the sliding plate 8 to move downwards to the initial position, so that the deflection of the counterweight 3 is completed.

a first detecting element for detecting a horizontal position of the ear plate;
a slip plate for supporting the weight;
the second driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding plate to move, and the moving path of the sliding plate is consistent with the moving path of the lug plate;
the lifting driving mechanism is arranged on the frame of the working machine and used for driving the sliding plate to lift;
and the controller is in communication connection with the first driving mechanism, the first detection element and the second driving mechanism, and respectively controls the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism to stop according to detection signals of the first detection element so as to enable the horizontal positions of the lug plate and the counterweight to be matched.
2. A weight displacement device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting drive mechanism comprises:
the sliding plate is in sliding connection with the supporting plate;
and the lifting driving piece is arranged on the frame and used for driving the supporting plate to lift.
3. A weight deflection apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:
and the controller is in communication connection with the controller, and controls the brake to act according to the detection signal of the first detection element so as to enable the sliding plate and the supporting plate to be relatively fixed.

5. A weight deflection apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the brake drive assembly comprises:
a linear drive for driving the piston between a first vertical position and a second vertical position, wherein:
when the piston is positioned at the first vertical position, a gap exists between the piston and the friction plate; when the piston is in the second vertical position, the piston is in contact with the friction plate.
6. A weight deflection apparatus according to claim 5 wherein the brake drive assembly further comprises:
the elastic piece, the both ends of elastic piece respectively with the slip board with the piston links to each other or offsets, wherein:
when the piston is positioned at the first vertical position, the elastic piece is in a compressed state;
when the piston is positioned at the second vertical position, the elastic piece is in a unfolding state and enables the piston to be abutted against the friction plate.
7. A weight displacement device according to claim 1, wherein the first driving mechanism comprises:
the screw is arranged on the winding box, and the lug plate is in threaded connection with the screw;
the driving motor is used for driving the screw to rotate, and the first detection element is used for detecting the rotation number of turns of the driving motor.
8. A weight deflection apparatus according to claim 2 wherein rollers are provided between the support plate and the slip plate.
