For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description will be made by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a vegetable feeding method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step S101: and controlling the cooking device to enter a vegetable feeding step.
The invention is mainly applied to cooking equipment, and the cooking equipment comprises a vegetable throwing device and a cooking device. The cooking device comprises a heating device, a pot body, a pot cover on the pot body, a stirring shovel and a plurality of vegetable boxes, wherein the heating device is used for heating the pot body; the stirring shovel is used for stirring the vegetable in the pot body; the plurality of vegetable boxes are arranged in sequence and are movable.
Wherein, the control of the cooking device to enter the step of dish feeding may be achieved by controlling the cooking device, for example by a user operating a button on the cooking device to enter the step of dish feeding or by a remote control of the cooking device to enter the step of dish feeding. The above is merely an example, and the present application is not limited to the above-described manner of controlling the cooking apparatus to enter the dish step.
Step S102: and detecting whether the preset vegetable feeding condition of the current cooking device is met.
When entering the step of dish feeding, the current cooking device needs to be detected to judge whether the preset condition is met. Specifically, a dish box of a current cooking device is mainly detected, and firstly, whether a target menu supports dish feeding is judged, wherein the target menu is a current cooking menu; secondly, detecting whether the connection state of the vegetable box is normal, wherein the connection state of the vegetable box comprises, but is not limited to, whether the vegetable box is installed, whether the placement position of the vegetable box is proper, whether vegetable materials are placed in the vegetable box or not, and the like; and detecting whether the vegetable material in the vegetable box meets the requirement or not.
Judging whether the target menu supports the automatic dish feeding mode or not, and if the target menu supports the automatic dish feeding mode, entering a step of detecting whether the connection state of the dish box is normal or not; if the automatic dish feeding mode is not supported, the automatic dish feeding mode is switched to a manual dish feeding mode, and the dish box can not automatically perform dish feeding action in the manual dish feeding mode.
Judging whether the target menu supports dish feeding or not is suitable for the condition that a dish box is needed during cooking, and if the dish box is not needed during cooking, judging whether the target menu supports dish feeding or not is not needed.
The detection mode of whether the connection state of the dish box is normal includes, but is not limited to, by a special detection device, a sensor and the like. Such as detection by a mechanical proximity switch, detection by a sensor such as gravity, photo-electric, etc.
Detecting a sensor arranged on the cooking equipment in a detection mode, and generating prompt information when detecting that the connection state of the vegetable box is abnormal, wherein the prompt information is used for reminding a user to adjust or replace the vegetable box; if the connection state of the dish box is normal, feedback information of a user is to be received, wherein the feedback information is used for representing that the dish material corresponding to the target menu is arranged in the dish box, and the output modes of the feedback information include but are not limited to modes of voice, keys, touch and the like.
Detecting whether the vegetable material in the vegetable box meets the requirement or not, mainly detecting the weight of the vegetable box filled with the vegetable material, specifically weighing the vegetable box filled with the vegetable material, and calculating the weight of the vegetable material, wherein the weight of the vegetable material is greater than or equal to 5g, the purpose of the vegetable material is to avoid detection errors, it is known that in actual weighing, due to the limitation of a structure, weighing errors are likely to exist, and repeated actions caused by system error values can be effectively avoided by setting a basic error value of 5g.
For this reason, if the weight of the vegetable meets the preset condition, executing continuous vegetable feeding of the target menu; if the weight of the vegetable does not meet the preset condition, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for reminding a user to adjust or replace the vegetable box.
Illustratively, when the user feedback vegetable material has been placed in the vegetable box, and the cooking device receives this feedback information, the vegetable box containing the vegetable material is weighed to calculate the weight of the vegetable material. Specifically, the weight of the dish box filled with the dish material can be determined through the arranged weighing sensor, and the weight of the dish material can be obtained by subtracting the known weight of the single dish box from the weighing of the sensor because the weight of the single dish box is known.
In addition, when the vegetable box filled with vegetable material is weighed, the judgment condition can be set in advance to exclude the situation that the gram weight is smaller than 5g, namely when the weighed gram weight is smaller than 5g, the judgment result is equivalent to the judgment result of 0g, so that the error of weighing by a weighing sensor can be excluded, namely the gram weight range of the vegetable box weighing is larger than or equal to 5g.
Step S103: after the preset vegetable throwing condition is met, judging whether the current step is continuous vegetable throwing or single vegetable throwing.
Automatic dish feeding in the application comprises continuous dish feeding and single dish feeding. Wherein, the continuous vegetable feeding is continuous automatic vegetable feeding of various vegetable materials. For example, if multiple ingredients are needed for the food to be cooked currently, different ingredients are continuously put into the pot during the dish feeding.
After the detection process of step S102 is performed, it is required to determine whether the current step is continuous or single, where the determining modes include an automatic identification determining mode and a manual determining mode, where the automatic identification determining mode may be based on recipe information of a target recipe stored in the cooking apparatus or according to a parameter instruction set in advance by a user.
The automatic dish throwing can be adapted to a turnover type dish throwing structure, and specifically, after the cooking equipment enters the automatic dish throwing, the dish box can be utilized to turn over to throw the dish materials in the dish box into the pot body.
At this time, the state of the pan body and the connection state of the dish box need to be detected, and the detection mode is suitable for the detection mode described in step S102, which is not described herein.
When the state of the pot body and the connection state of the dish box are detected, the heating device pauses to heat the pot body, and the stirring shovel stops rotating and gradually lifts up along with the opening of the pot cover. And then detecting whether the vegetable box is positioned on the vegetable throwing position or not, and if the vegetable box is not positioned on the vegetable throwing position, controlling the vegetable box to move and move to the vegetable throwing position. The detection mode includes, but is not limited to, detection by a special detection device, a sensor and the like, such as detection by a mechanical proximity switch, detection by a sensor such as gravity, photoelectricity and the like.
Because automatic dish throwing is realized by utilizing a dish box overturning dish throwing mode, the accuracy and the net throwing rate of the dish throwing can be influenced to a certain extent by the overturning angle of the pot cover, and the overturning angle of the pot cover plays a vital role in dish throwing. Therefore, after detecting whether the vegetable box is positioned on a vegetable throwing position or detecting the opening and closing angle of the pot cover, whether the opening and closing angle of the pot cover meets the requirements or not needs to be detected.
For the detection of the overturning angle of the pot cover, when the angle is detected to be not in accordance with the requirements, the pot cover is controlled to overturn again, if the overturning angle is not in accordance with the requirements, the cooking equipment can report errors correspondingly or prompt a user to check whether the retarder exists. Wherein, the detection mode can be through installing angle sensor on the pivot of pot cover swinging boom and detect the feedback.
After the overturning of the pot cover is detected, the dish box performs continuous dish feeding or single dish feeding.
Step S104: if the current step judges that continuous dish feeding is performed, controlling the pot cover to be kept in an open state, controlling the dish feeding device to perform continuous dish feeding, and controlling the pot cover to be closed after continuous dish feeding.
When the current step is a continuous dish feeding mode and continuous dish feeding action can be executed according to the judgment mode, the pot cover is controlled to be kept in an open state, and the dish feeding device is controlled to continuously feed dishes.
The method comprises the steps of controlling a vegetable throwing device to throw vegetables continuously, detecting the connection state of a vegetable box, if the connection state of the vegetable box is normal, waiting to receive feedback information of a user, wherein the feedback information is used for representing that vegetable materials corresponding to a target menu are arranged in the vegetable box, detecting the weight of the vegetable box filled with the vegetable materials, and executing continuous vegetable throwing of the target menu based on the weight of the vegetable box filled with the vegetable materials.
Detecting the weight of the vegetable box filled with the vegetable material, and executing continuous vegetable feeding of the target menu based on the weight of the vegetable box filled with the vegetable material, weighing the vegetable box filled with the vegetable material, calculating the weight of the vegetable material, and executing continuous vegetable feeding of the target menu if the weight of the vegetable material meets the preset condition. Wherein the weight of the vegetable is more than or equal to 5g.
The detecting of the connection state of the vegetable box in the continuous vegetable feeding step for controlling the vegetable feeding device is performed, if the connection state of the vegetable box is normal, feedback information of a user is to be received, and the detecting of the weight of the vegetable box filled with the vegetable material is similar to the detecting in the step S102, and will not be described herein again.
In addition, in the present application, no matter when continuous dish feeding operation or single dish feeding operation is performed, the stirring shovel is controlled to stop stirring, the heating device is controlled to stop heating, and after the corresponding dish feeding operation is completed, stirring of the stirring shovel and heating of the heating device are resumed.
If the current step is single-time dish feeding, the dish feeding device is controlled to carry out single-time dish feeding, meanwhile, after the single-time dish feeding is completed, the pot cover is controlled to be closed, and meanwhile, whether an undelivered dish box exists is judged while the pot cover is controlled to be closed, if the undelivered dish box exists, the dish box is controlled to act and move to a dish feeding position, the cooking time length can be further shortened, when most cooking equipment works, the operation of the next step is carried out after the completion of one step, even the situation of single-time dish feeding can be met, the preparation of the next dish feeding can be carried out immediately after the dish feeding is finished, so that invalid cooking time length is saved, and the fact that the pot cover is controlled to be closed and the dish box is controlled to move to the dish feeding position can be understood as the preparation time length of cooking is needed to be understood, and the preparation time length can be overlapped at the same time, so that the taste of dishes is ensured.
The embodiment of the invention provides a vegetable throwing method, which comprises the following steps: and controlling the cooking device to enter a dish feeding step, detecting whether the preset dish feeding condition of the current cooking device is met, judging whether the current step is continuous dish feeding or single dish feeding after the preset dish feeding condition is met, if the current step is judged to be continuous dish feeding, controlling the pot cover to be kept in an open state, controlling the dish feeding device to continuously feed dishes, and controlling the pot cover to be closed after the continuous dish feeding. According to the invention, aiming at different dishes, the automatic dish feeding mode is set to continuously feed dishes and feed dishes for a single time, the pot cover does not need to be repeatedly opened and closed and heated, and the dish feeding time is shortened, so that the cooking time is shortened, and the taste of cooked food is further improved.
