Description

Control method of cooking appliance and cooking appliance
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cooking appliances, in particular to a control method of a cooking appliance and the cooking appliance.
Background
There is a cooking appliance currently available in the market, which is capable of calculating calories of food taken by a user and informing the user of the obtained calories. The cooking utensil generally detects the initial weight of food in the inner pot by arranging the weighing sensor, and detects the real-time weight of the food in the inner pot, so that the difference value between the initial weight and the real-time weight is calculated, the corresponding calorie value is calculated according to the calorie coefficient, and finally the difference value is displayed on the display panel.
However, the user can open and close the upper cover of the cooking utensil before and after food is contained, and the gravity center of the cooking utensil is offset in the process of opening and closing the upper cover, so that weight change is caused. When the weight change is detected by the load cell, the weight change is mistaken for the weight change of the food, and thus the calorie content of the food obtained by the user is not accurate.
Accordingly, there is a need for a cooking appliance and a control method thereof to at least partially solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In the summary, a series of concepts in a simplified form are introduced, which will be further described in detail in the detailed description. The summary of the invention is not intended to define the key features and essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.
To at least partially solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a control method of a cooking appliance,
the cooking appliance includes:
the cooker body is internally provided with an inner pot;
the cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, and when the cover body covers the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner cooker;
the weighing module is used for detecting the weight of food;
the cover opening and closing detection mechanism is used for detecting the opening and closing state of the cover;
the control device is electrically connected with the weighing module and the cover opening and closing detection mechanism,
the control method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the weighing module detects weight change or not;
if yes, judging whether the cover opening and closing detection mechanism detects the opening or closing action of the cover;
if yes, resetting the weight change, otherwise, recording the weight change as the weight of the food, and calculating the calorie according to the weight of the food.
According to the control method provided by the invention, the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover can be cleared, so that the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover is prevented from being used as the weight change of food, the weight of the food is ensured to be accurately calculated, and the accurate calorie is obtained.
Further, after cooking is completed, the weighing module detects the weight of food in the inner pot and sets the weight value to zero when the cover opening and closing detection mechanism detects that the cover is opened.
According to the scheme, after cooking is finished, the cooking utensil is automatically set to zero after the cover body is opened, and then the weight change value collected by the weighing module is the weight value for containing food, so that the conversion of a difference value is not needed, meanwhile, the manual key starting function operation of a user is avoided, the operation steps of the user are simplified, errors can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Further, after the weight is set to zero, the weighing module detects the weight change value to obtain the weight of the food, and the calorie of the food is calculated according to the weight value of the food.
Therefore, the weight change value acquired by the weighing module is the weight value for containing food, and error can be avoided without carrying out difference conversion.
Further, calculating the calorie amount of the food item according to the weight value of the food item includes:
calculating the calorie amount of the food item according to the following formula: kcal=g×k,
wherein Kcal is the calorie of the food, G is the weight change value detected by the weighing module, i.e. the weight value of the food, and K is the calorie factor.
Therefore, the calorie content of the food is calculated through the calorie coefficient, different values can be obtained according to different types of the food, and the accuracy is high.
Further, the calorie factor K is determined according to current cooking food material information and current cooking function information of the cooking appliance.
Therefore, the cooking utensil can automatically acquire the calorie coefficient, the steps of user input are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the zeroing out the weight change includes:
and resetting the difference value between the weight value before opening/closing the cover and the weight value after opening/closing the cover, which are detected by the weighing module.
Thus, the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover is accurately cleared, so that the calculated calorie content is more accurate.
Further, a plurality of acquisition periods M are set in the process of detecting the weight of the food by the weighing module, and the duration of the acquisition periods M meets the following conditions: and the weight of the food is detected by the weighing module every time the weighing module passes through one acquisition period M, if the weight of the food detected by the weighing module is unchanged after the weighing module continuously passes through N acquisition periods M, the weighing period is judged to be executed, wherein N is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 200.
Therefore, after the weighing period, the user can be guaranteed to take the weight (one spoon is taken at a time to record one weight change or a plurality of spoons are taken continuously to record one weight change) completely, and then the weight change can be accurately obtained, so that the calculation result is more accurate.
Further, determining whether the cover opening/closing detection mechanism detects the cover opening or the cover closing action includes:
if the cover opening and closing detection mechanism detects a cover opening signal and lasts for a first preset time period, judging that the cover is opened; and/or
And if the cover opening and closing detection mechanism detects a cover closing signal and lasts for a second preset time, judging that the cover is closed.
Thus, the cover can be accurately judged in what state, and further the subsequent weight change clearing action can be executed.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a cooking appliance including:
the cooker body is internally provided with an inner pot;
the cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, and when the cover body covers the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner cooker;
the weighing module is used for detecting the weight of food;
the cover opening and closing detection mechanism is used for detecting the opening and closing state of the cover;
the control device is electrically connected with the weighing module and the cover opening and closing detection mechanism,
the control device is configured to control the cooking appliance to perform the steps of the control method of the first aspect described above.
According to the cooking utensil disclosed by the invention, the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover can be cleared, so that the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover is prevented from being used as the change of the weight of food, the weight of the food is accurately calculated, and the accurate calorie is obtained.
Further, the cover opening and closing detection mechanism comprises a magnetic sensor and a magnetic element, wherein one of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element is arranged on the cover, the other one of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element is arranged on the cooker body, and the magnetic sensor is configured to be in the induction range of the magnetic element when the cover is closed, and to be out of the induction range of the magnetic element when the cover is opened.
Thus, the magnetic sensor outputs different level signals when the cover is in the open state and the closed state, and the control device can clearly distinguish the open and close states of the cover.
Further, one of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element is arranged on the inner side of the lining plate of the cover body, the other of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element is arranged on the inner side of the middle plate of the cooker body,
wherein, when the lid is in the closed position, the projection of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element in the height direction of the cooking utensil coincides.
According to the scheme, the installation and implementation are convenient, and the projection coincidence of the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element can enable the magnetic sensor and the magnetic element to obtain more sensitive induction.
Further, the magnetic sensor is a hall sensor or a reed sensor.
According to the scheme, the components are easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
Further, the cover opening and closing detection mechanism comprises a detection switch, the detection switch is arranged on one of the cooker body and the cover body, a trigger part is arranged on the other one of the cooker body and the cover body, and in the rotating process of the cover body, the trigger part can trigger the detection switch.
Thus, the cover opening/closing detection mechanism can detect the cover opening signal at the same time of the occurrence of the cover opening operation.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cooking appliance 100 of the present invention generally includes a pot 110 and a cover 120. The pot body 110 is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical inner pot accommodating chamber into which the inner pot 111 can be freely placed or from which the inner pot 111 can be taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 111. The inner pot 111 is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for holding a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The cooker body 110 includes therein a heating means for heating the inner pot 111.
The cover 120 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot 110. The cover 120 is pivotally connected to the pot 110 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot 110. When the cover 120 is covered on the pot body 110, a cooking space is formed between the cover 120 and the inner pot 111. The cooking appliance 100 may further have a temperature sensing device (not shown), such as an upper temperature sensing device provided in the cover 120 and/or a lower temperature sensing device provided under the inner pot accommodating chamber. The cooking appliance 100 further includes an open-cover button mechanism, which is preferably provided on the pot body 110, and which is connected to a locking mechanism for locking the cover 120 to the pot body 110 through a transmission mechanism, and when the open-cover button mechanism is pressed, the cover 120 can be automatically opened.
The cooking appliance 100 includes a control device and a heating device. The control means, which may be a micro-processing unit (Micro Control Unit, MCU), is used for the purpose of achieving cooking control of the cooking appliance 100. The heating means, which may be a coil disc, is used for heating the inner pot 111. The control device is electrically connected with the heating device to realize the control of heating.
Preferably, the cooking appliance further comprises a lower temperature sensing device and an upper temperature sensing device. The upper and lower temperature sensing devices are electrically connected with the control device of the cooking appliance 100 to feed back the sensed temperature signal to the control device after sensing the temperature of the inner pot 111, so that the control device can achieve more precise control of the cooking process based on the temperature signal. Wherein, when the inner pot 111 is placed in the inner container receiving cavity of the pot body 110, the lower temperature sensing device may sense the temperature of the bottom wall of the inner pot 111, for example, the lower temperature sensing device may be in direct or indirect contact with the bottom wall.
In addition, the cooker body 110 may further include a power panel, and a display module and/or a voice module may be further disposed on the cooker body 110. The power panel may be used to supply power to a control device, a display module, etc.
Reference is now made to fig. 1 and 2. The cooking appliance 100 further includes a weighing module 130 and a cover opening and closing detection mechanism 140. Wherein the weighing module 130 is used to detect the weight of the food. The cover opening/closing detection mechanism 140 is used for detecting the opening/closing state of the cover 120. The control device is electrically connected with the weighing module 130 and the cover opening and closing detection mechanism 140 to receive signals or send instructions.
Specifically, the weighing module 130 may be disposed at the bottom of the pot 110. In the illustrated embodiment, the weighing module 130 may be disposed on the legs at the bottom of the pot 110, the number corresponding to the number of legs, for example, four.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover opening/closing detection mechanism 140 may be configured as a magnetic sensor 141 and a magnetic element 142. One of the magnetic sensor 141 and the magnetic element 142 is provided on the cover 120, and the other is provided on the pot 110. Wherein the magnetic sensor 141 is configured to be within a sensing range of the magnetic element 142 in a state where the cover 120 is closed, and to be out of the sensing range of the magnetic element 142 in a state where the cover 120 is opened. Thus, the level signals output from the magnetic sensor 141 in the open state and the closed state are different, so that the control device can clearly recognize the open and closed states of the cover.
Preferably, one of the magnetic sensor 141 and the magnetic element 142 is disposed inside the liner plate of the cover 120, and the other of the magnetic sensor 141 and the magnetic element 142 is disposed inside the middle plate of the pot 110, wherein projections of the magnetic sensor 141 and the magnetic element 142 in the height direction of the cooking appliance 100 coincide when the cover 120 is in the closed position. According to this scheme, the installation implementation is convenient, and the projection coincidence of magnetic sensor 141 and magnetic element 142 can make both obtain more sensitive response.
In an embodiment according to the present invention, the magnetic sensor 141 may be configured as a hall sensor or a reed sensor.
Illustratively, when the magnetic sensor 141 is configured as a hall sensor, the hall element is disposed on the cover 120 and the magnetic element 142 is correspondingly disposed on the pot 110. The hall element and the magnetic element 142 can be fixed by bonding, or can be fixed by using a mounting plate through a screw or a clamping manner.
Preferably, the Hall element is disposed at the inner side of the liner plate of the cover 120, and the magnetic element is disposed at the inner side of the middle plate of the pot body 110, so that the magnetic shielding material can be omitted. It will be appreciated that when the hall element is disposed on the pot 110, it is necessary to isolate the direction away from the magnetic element 142 from the magnetic shield material to prevent the magnetic field generated after the coil disk is energized from affecting the hall element.
Specifically, the hall element and the magnetic element 142 operate as follows. When the cover 120 is in the closed position, the hall element and the magnetic element 142 have a minimum spacing L (shown in fig. 1), and the hall element is capable of sensing the magnetic field generated by the magnetic element 142, at which time the hall element outputs a low level signal for a second predetermined period of time, such as for 3 seconds. After receiving the low level signal for a second predetermined period of time, the control device determines that the cover 120 is in the closed state. Preferably, 5 mm.ltoreq.L.ltoreq.50 mm.
When the cover 120 is in the open position, the hall element and the magnetic element 142 have a shortest distance D (shown in fig. 2). The hall element cannot sense the magnetic field generated by the magnetic element 142 and the hall element outputs a high signal for a first predetermined period of time, such as 5s. The control device receives the high level signal for a first predetermined period of time, and then considers that the user has uncapped, and determines that the cover 120 is in an open state. Preferably, D > 50mm.
It is understood that the first predetermined time period and the second predetermined time period may be equal or different. After the control device receives the electric signal for a certain duration, it can be determined that the user does complete the opening or closing action.
Illustratively, when the magnetic sensor 141 is configured as a reed sensor, the cover opening and closing detection mechanism 140 may include a reed sensor and a magnetic element 142. The reed sensor and magnetic element 142 are mounted in a similar manner and principle to the hall element and magnetic element 142, one of which is disposed on the cover 120 and the other of which is disposed on the pot 110. The reed sensor may be located within the sensing range of the magnetic element 142 in the closed state of the cover 120, and may be located outside the sensing range of the magnetic element 142 in the open state of the cover 120. According to the present aspect, the reed sensor outputs an electrical signal in one of the open state and the closed state of the cover, and does not output an electrical signal in the other state, whereby the control device can clearly distinguish the open and closed states of the cover.
In another alternative embodiment, the cover opening and closing detection mechanism 140 may be a detection switch, which is disposed on one of the pot 110 and the cover 120, and the other of the two is provided with a trigger portion. The triggering portion can trigger the detection switch during the rotation of the cover 120. Thus, the cover opening/closing detection mechanism 140 can detect the cover opening signal at the same time as the cover opening operation, and the reaction is quick and sensitive.
The present invention also provides a control method of the cooking appliance 100, which can implement a function of automatically calculating calories of food held by a user, and remove the influence of the switch cover on weight variation. The control method of the present invention will be described below with reference to specific preferred embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3, the process of the user's meal after cooking is completed may be divided into three stages: a cover opening stage in which the user opens the cover 120, a meal holding stage in which the user holds meal, and a cover closing stage in which the user closes the cover 120.
Uncovering stage
Referring now to fig. 4, 5 and 7, during the door opening phase, it is first defaulted that the lid 120 is in a closed state after cooking is completed, and the weight change cannot be detected by the weighing module 130. The control device may perform the following steps in the uncapping phase:
s1: judging whether the cover opening/closing detecting mechanism 140 detects that the cover 120 is opened; if yes, executing:
s2: the weight of the food in the inner pan 111 is detected, and the detected weight of the food in the inner pan 111 is set to zero.
Specifically, the user can press the cover opening button mechanism in the cover opening stage, and the cover 120 can be automatically opened. At this time, the control device receives the cover opening signal for the first period of time, and the control device determines that the cover 120 has been opened. The control device then controls the weighing module 130 to detect the weight of the food in the inner pan 111 and zero it in preparation for sensing the weight of the food held by the user.
The step S2 specifically includes: and according to the real-time weight value detected by the weighing module 130, the weight change rate in the preset time period is obtained. In a state where the weight change rate is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, the current weight value detected by the weighing module 130 is set as the weight detection reference zero point reference value, which is saved as 0.
Therefore, after the cover 120 is opened, the cooking utensil 100 is automatically set to zero, and then the weight change value collected by the weighing module 130 is the weight value of the food, so that the conversion of a difference value is not needed, the starting function operation of a user key is avoided, the operation steps of the user are simplified, errors can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Meal holding stage
Reference is now made in detail to fig. 6 and 7. In the rice containing stage, the lid is in an open state, if the user performs a rice containing operation, the lid 120 may be closed due to accident or other reasons, it will be understood that the closing of the lid 120 may cause the center of gravity of the cooking appliance 100 to change, so that the weighing module 130 detects the weight change, and therefore, in order to exclude the weight change caused by closing the lid, the control device is further configured to perform the following steps:
s3: it is determined whether the weight change is detected by the weighing module 130.
In step S3, the weighing module 130 sets a plurality of collection periods M during the process of detecting the weight of the food, where the duration of the collection period M satisfies: and (3) detecting the weight of the food once every time the weighing module 130 passes through one acquisition period M, wherein if the weight of the food detected by the weighing module 130 is unchanged after the continuous N acquisition periods M, judging that the weighing period is executed, wherein N is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 200. Thus, the weight change can be accurately obtained, so that the calculation result is more accurate.
Wherein in an alternative embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 weighs and calculates calories for each meal that the user holds. Thus, the continuous passage of N acquisition periods M can be understood as waiting for the metering to stabilize.
In another alternative embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 meters the meal in multiple spoons taken by the user only once, i.e., considers the user taking the meal in multiple spoons to be a complete meal taking action. Therefore, the continuous passing of N collection periods M can be understood as the total time of the above-mentioned complete meal-holding behavior, where N is the number of scoops held by the user.
If a weight change is detected, performing:
s4: whether the cover opening/closing detection mechanism 140 detects the cover closing operation is determined.
Wherein if the closing of the cover 120 is not detected, that is, the control device does not receive the closing signal of the cover 120 for the second period of time, it is determined that the weight change is caused by the meal holding of the user, the steps of:
s41: the control device calculates the calorie of the food according to the weight change. The calorie amount of the food is calculated by the following formula:
Kcal=G*K,
where Kcal is the calorie amount of the food, G is the weight change value detected by the weighing module 130 after the weighing period (refer to fig. 3), and K is the calorie factor. Thus, the weight change value G is multiplied by the calorie factor K, which is the calorie content of the food held by the user.
Since the zeroing step has been performed during the uncapping phase, if the cooking appliance cooks 400g of rice, zeroing the weighing module can be understood as: the value read by the weighing module is 0, corresponding to the sum of the weights of the inner pot and 400g of rice. Alternatively, it may be understood as peeling.
Therefore, it can be understood that if the user performs a meal holding operation, the value read by the weighing module is-100, which indicates that the change value of the weight of the rice held this time is 100, that is, the weight value of the food held this time is 100g, and then the corresponding calorie amount can be calculated.
If the weight change is then detected by the weighing module 130 again, for example, the current weighing module 130 reads a value of-300; and, the closing of the cover 120 is not detected, that is, the control device does not receive the closing signal of the cover 120 for the second time period, and determines that the weight change is caused by the meal holding of the user, and then, the corresponding calorie amount is calculated continuously according to the weight change (the weight change is 200).
The calorie factor K is determined according to the current cooking food material information and the current cooking function information of the cooking appliance 100. Thus, the cooking appliance 100 can automatically acquire the calorie factor, reduce the steps of user input, and improve user experience.
After calculating the calorie content, the control device controls the display module and/or the voice module to output information of the calorie content of the food. Therefore, the calculated calorie content of the food can be informed to the user, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, the weight of the food is zeroed in the cover opening stage, and in another embodiment, if the weight of the food is not zeroed before the meal is filled, the cooking appliance needs to calculate the calorie content according to the weight difference before and after the meal. For example, after cooking is finished, the weight value weighed by the weighing module (the weight of the food added by the inner pot) is 500g, the weight value weighed again by the weighing module after the user holds the meal is 300g, if the opening and closing actions are not performed at this time, the control device needs to calculate the weight of the food held by 500g-300 g=200g, and obviously, the possibility of errors is high in the way of calculating the difference between the two times of weighing.
Closing the lid
If it is detected in step S4 that the cover 120 is closed, for example, the control device receives a cover 120 closing signal for a second period of time, performs:
s42: the weight change is cleared.
It will be appreciated that assuming the weighing module has become-120 after reading-100, the weight change is cleared, which is the change from-100 to-120 described above. After zero clearing, the value read by the weighing module is still-100. That is, the difference between the value after the closure of the cover (120) is detected and the value before the closure of the cover (120) is detected is cleared.
For the scheme of calculating the weight of the food and the corresponding calories by calculating the difference between the front weight value and the rear weight value, taking the above example, the weight change zero clearing can be understood as: the weight value (the weight of the food added to the inner pot) weighed by the weighing module is 500g, the weight value weighed again is 480g, and when the closing of the cover 120 is detected, the weight change is cleared, that is, the change from 500g to 480g is cleared. After zero clearing, the value read by the weighing module is still 500g.
The influence of closing the cover is eliminated, and the weight in the cover opening stage can be reset to zero when the cover is opened again.
In an embodiment not shown, the weight change caused by the uncapping can be cleared directly without zeroing when uncapping is performed again. It will be appreciated that, given the example above, assuming that the weighing module reads-100 before the cover 120 is again opened, and then becomes-110, the weight change is cleared, and the change from-100 to-110 is cleared. After zero clearing, the value read by the weighing module is still-100.
According to the cooking utensil and the control method, the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover can be cleared, so that the weight change caused by opening and closing the cover is prevented from being used as the weight change of food, the weight of the food is accurately calculated, and the accurate calorie is obtained.
