Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly discloses a green herbicide containing cloquintocet-mexyl and a preparation process thereof, wherein the herbicide comprises clodinafop-propargyl, a complexing agent, a synergistic complexing agent, a humectant, a safener, a surfactant and deionized water; the complexing agent is selected from one of oxalic acid, tartaric acid and sodium citrate; the synergistic complexing agent is selected from one of diethylene triamine penta sodium acetate and diethylene triamine penta sodium calcium acetate; the safener is cloquintocet-mexyl; the humectant is selected from one or more of isopropanol, trehalose and polyethylene glycol; the surfactant is selected from one or more of alkyl glycoside, cocamidopropyl betaine and N-acyl sarcosinate; the green herbicide disclosed by the invention does not contain an organic solvent, has no residue, and is low in harm to the agricultural land and low in preparation cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly discloses a green herbicide containing cloquintocet-mexyl and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Herbicides are agents, also known as herbicides, which thoroughly or selectively kill weeds and are used to kill or inhibit plant growth. The clodinafop-propargyl (chemical name is (R) -2- [4- (5-chloro-3-fluoro-2-pyridyloxy) phenoxy ] propargyl propionate), the structural formula is a novel chiral, fluorine-containing and aromatic phenoxypropionic acid efficient herbicide, and the clodinafop-propargyl herbicide is a cereal post-emergence herbicide developed by Ciba-Geigy company and is mainly used for preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds such as wild oat, wheat-viewing, ryegrass, green bristlegrass and the like. Trade names of Topic, celio, tip, clodinafop, etc., pure products are white crystals, the melting point is 59.5 ℃, the relative density is 1.37 (20 ℃), the solubility in water is 4.0mg/L (20 ℃), and the solubility in toluene, acetone and ethanol is high. The organic fertilizer is relatively stable in an acidic medium and is hydrolyzed in an alkaline medium, is easy to decompose under illumination, and is quickly degraded into free acid phenyl and pyridine moieties in soil to enter the soil and mineralized matters, so that the organic fertilizer has no influence on succeeding crops. The clodinafop-propargyl has the action mechanism and the characteristics that the clodinafop-propargyl inhibits the activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase), is a systemic conductive herbicide, is absorbed by leaves and leaf sheaths of plants, is conducted by phloem, is accumulated in meristematic tissues of the plants, inhibits the acetyl-CoA carboxylase, stops the synthesis of fatty acid, prevents the growth and division of cells from being normally carried out, damages lipid-containing structures such as membrane systems and the like, finally leads to death of plants, and researches find that the clodinafop-propargyl herbicide is hydrolyzed into acid after entering the plants, and then plays a role of weeding in the form of acid. The dosage form of the clodinafop-propargyl herbicide in the current market is mainly wettable powder. The wettable powder is a pesticide formulation which is mainly prepared by mixing clodinafop-propargyl, auxiliary agents (surfactant, thickener and the like) and solid fillers (kaolin, light calcium and diatomite) and the like and then carrying out jet milling. Because the particles of the wettable powder are relatively coarse, the wettable powder is adhered to the surfaces of weeds by larger solid particles in the use process, is not easy to be absorbed by the weeds, and has more loss of pesticide active ingredients, so that the relative dosage can be increased, and the environment is easy to be polluted. Meanwhile, the wettable powder adopts jet milling in the processing process, dust emission can be generated in the production process, and the environment is polluted and meanwhile, the producer is endangered. Meanwhile, the wettable powder can cause secondary pollution to the environment due to dust emission in the use process. The Chinese patent No. 201410370769.2 discloses a clodinafop-propargyl microemulsion, a preparation method and an application method thereof, wherein the clodinafop-propargyl microemulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-20% of clodinafop-propargyl, 1-5% of a safener, 15-40% of a solvent, 1-4% of a stabilizer, 10-24% of an emulsifier, 1-5% of a high-efficiency dispersing agent and the balance of water. The invention mainly aims at the safety problem of clodinafop-propargyl on crops, and detoxicated quindox is added as a safener so as to promote the growth of the crops while ensuring weeding. Meanwhile, aiming at the problem of storage stability of clodinafop-propargyl and safener, the components of the stabilizer are added to ensure that the preparation components have a valid period of 2 years and the safener is not obviously degraded; however, the preparation is an emulsifier, a large amount of organic solvent is needed to be added, and the residual amount of toxic substances is large in use, so that the preparation is not environment-friendly.
