Claims (10)

1. A cost management system for insurance business, characterized in that the system comprises a cost factor management module, a cost rule matching module, an approval module and a follow-up rule matching module;
the cost factor management module is used for determining a corresponding cost factor according to a sales channel and generating a cost rule template according to the priority of the cost factor, wherein the sales channel comprises online commodities and online risks;
the cost rule matching module is used for acquiring basic table data from a database, determining a plurality of cost rules meeting the basic table data from a cost rule set through the cost rule template, determining a weight value of each cost rule in the plurality of cost rules, sequencing the weight values from high to low to determine a cost rule with the highest weight value, and generating a target cost rule according to the cost rule matching with the highest weight value;
the approval module is used for carrying out auditing management on the target expense rule and generating a documentary rule from the target expense rule which passes the auditing;
the follow-up rule matching module is used for determining a target policy according to the follow-up rule and returning expense data through the target policy.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the cost factor management module includes a cost factor editing unit therein;
the cost factor editing unit is used for editing and managing the cost factors, wherein the editing and managing comprises adding, deleting, modifying and inquiring.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein a fee rule update template is generated in accordance with the fee factor after any of the adding, the deleting, and the modifying, when the fee factor is subject to the editing management of any of the adding, the deleting, and the modifying.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the approval module includes a fee threshold management unit therein;
the expense threshold management unit is used for determining the expense proportion of the target expense rule, determining the expense proportion to be checked exceeding a preset threshold, and appointing the checking staff to check the expense proportion to be checked, wherein the expense proportion comprises one or more of a commission expense proportion, a sales person subsidy proportion, a customer support expense proportion and a customer service value proportion.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the review fee rule specifies the reviewer to review when any of the commission fee proportion, the sales person plus proportion, the customer support fee proportion, and the customer service value proportion exceeds the preset threshold.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the fee to be audited rule specifies the auditor to audit when the aggregate value exceeds the preset threshold; the total value is the sum of the commission rate, the salesperson benefit rate, the customer support rate and the customer service value rate.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the fee rule matching module includes a fee rule edit management unit therein;
the expense rule editing management unit is used for editing and managing all expense rules in the expense rule set, wherein the editing and managing comprises adding, deleting and modifying.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the fee rule matching module includes an authentication unit therein;
the authentication unit is used for unified authority authentication of the visitor, and only authorized users can access the expense rule.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the fee rule matching module further comprises a reminder unit;
the reminding unit is used for counting all the basic table data without the target expense rule to generate miss rule information when the target expense rule corresponding to the basic table data does not exist in the expense rule template in the expense rule set, and sending the miss rule information to a corresponding target person.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the expense rule matching module further comprises a log unit;
the log unit is used for generating a log file according to the hit process of the target expense rule when the target expense rule is generated in the expense rule set according to the expense rule template.
