As shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 9, a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard is provided, wherein a first hard pipe 802 or a second hard pipe 804 is provided with a connecting component 9, the connecting component 9 comprises a threaded structure formed on the outer ring of the first hard pipe 802 or the second hard pipe 804, a first threaded sleeve 901 is connected to the first hard pipe 802 or the second hard pipe 804 in a threaded manner, the first threaded sleeve 901 is matched with the first hard pipe 802 or the second hard pipe 804, the other end of the first threaded sleeve 901 is communicated with a flexible pipe 902, and the other end of the flexible pipe 902 is communicated with a second threaded sleeve 903.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard is provided with an anti-blocking component 10 on a spray pipe 706, wherein the anti-blocking component 10 comprises a circular ring pad 1001 arranged in the spray pipe 706, a water outlet of the spray pipe 706 is provided with a plurality of spray holes 1002, water flows through the circular ring pad 1001 and then is sprayed out of the spray holes 1002, a spring 1003 is arranged in the spray pipe 706, the spring 1003 is arranged along the vertical direction of the spray pipe 706, the other end of the spring 1003 is connected with a movable ball 1004 which is matched with the water outlet of the circular ring pad 1001, and when no water pressure exists, the movable ball 1004 falls on the water outlet of the circular ring pad 1001 to form a blocking for the circular ring pad 1001; when there is water pressure, the movable ball 1004 moves away from the circular pad 1001 to release the water outlet of the circular pad 1001.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 8, a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard is provided with a rotating mechanism 11 for driving a rotary pipe 709 to rotate on a concrete outer clamping plate 1, the rotating mechanism 11 comprises a motor 1101 installed on the concrete outer clamping plate 1, the motor 1101 is electrically connected with a processor 602, an output shaft bearing of the motor 1101 is connected on the concrete outer clamping plate 1, belt wheels 1102 are fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 1101 and an outer ring of the rotary pipe 709, and two belt wheels 1102 are in transmission connection through a belt 1103.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wall panel, two sides of a concrete outer clamping plate 1 are provided with clamping pieces 13, each clamping piece 13 comprises a T-shaped groove 1301 formed in one side of the concrete outer clamping plate 1, a T-shaped block 1302 matched with the T-shaped groove 1301 is arranged on the other side of the concrete outer clamping plate 1, and the T-shaped blocks 1302 can be clamped in the T-shaped grooves 1301, so that the two concrete outer clamping plates 1 can be assembled together.
Working principle: when the concrete outer clamping plate 1 is assembled, a plurality of concrete outer clamping plates 1 are installed together to form a fence or a partition wall by utilizing T-shaped blocks 1302 and T-shaped grooves 1301 on two sides of the concrete outer clamping plate 1; at the first hard pipe 802, the second rotary threaded sleeve 903 is communicated with a water source, the first rotary threaded sleeve 901 is communicated with the first hard pipe 802, at the second hard pipe 804, the second rotary threaded sleeve 903 is communicated with the first uninstalled hard pipe 802, the first rotary threaded sleeve 901 is communicated with the second hard pipe 804, and the first hard pipe 802 and the second hard pipe 804 which are sequentially communicated with a plurality of uninstalled concrete external splints 1 form a passage of a pipeline; when the fire is on, the probes 601 around the concrete outer splint 1 can detect the intensity and range of the fire, and the probes 601 can collect the fire information and feed back to the processor 602; when the fire is small, the processor 602 controls the first electromagnetic valve 801 to be opened and the second electromagnetic valve 803 to be closed after analyzing, and at the moment, the water source passes through the first hard pipe 802 and the first electromagnetic valve 801, and the water source at the position of the next concrete outer clamping plate 1 cannot be cut off through the second hard pipe 804; the water flow passes through the water inlet pipe 702, enters the transverse pipe 701, then enters the vertical pipe 704 and the branch pipe I705, pushes the movable ball 1004 open under the action of water pressure through the spray pipe 706 and the circular ring pad 1001, compresses the spring 1003, passes through the gap between the spray pipe 706 and the movable ball 1004, sprays water into the water absorption layer 5 under the action of the spray hole 1002, and timely blocks an inner fire source when the fire burns to the heat preservation layer 4; when no water pressure exists, the spring 1003 returns to the original state, the movable ball 1004 is abutted against the circular ring pad 1001, so that the first branch pipe 705 is protected, the first branch pipe 705 is prevented from being blocked, and the smooth ejection of water flow during use is ensured; meanwhile, water flows through the branch pipe II 707, the water storage chamber 708, the rotary pipe 709 and the spray nozzle 7010, water is sprayed to the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate 1, an outside fire source is blocked in time, the processor 602 controls the motor 1101 to start, the output shaft of the motor 1101 rotates to drive the belt pulley 1102 to rotate, the rotary pipe 709 and the spray nozzle 7010 rotate under the action of the belt 1103, the range of the spray nozzle 7010 for spraying water to the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate 1 is enlarged, and spraying capacity is improved; when the fire is large, the processor 602 controls the first electromagnetic valve 801 to be opened, the second electromagnetic valve 803 to be opened, and at the moment, the water source can sequentially complete the repeated operation through all pipelines; in conclusion, can in time extinguish the outside fire source of the outer splint 1 of concrete according to the condition of the fire, can block simultaneously that the fire of heat preservation 4 inside is spread, reach the purpose of automatic in time putting out a fire, reduce the loss, control mechanism 8's setting can be according to the condition of the fire, can selectively spray water to the outer splint 1 of concrete, do benefit to the outer splint 1 of other concrete that are not burnt by the fire, save the cost of maintaining.
Embodiment III:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard comprises: the fireproof isolation strip comprises a concrete outer clamping plate 1 and a sandwich layer 2 arranged in the concrete outer clamping plate 1, wherein a fireproof isolation strip 3 is arranged between the concrete outer clamping plate 1 and the sandwich layer 2, and a containing space for containing the sandwich layer 2 and the fireproof isolation strip 3 is formed in the concrete outer clamping plate 1;
the sandwich layer 2 comprises a heat preservation layer 4 arranged on the inner wall of the concrete outer clamping plate 1 and a water absorption layer 5 arranged in the heat preservation layer 4, wherein the water absorption layer 5 (such as water absorption cotton and the like) is filled in the heat preservation layer 4, and when fire happens, the water absorption layer 5 can absorb water and timely block the fire of the heat preservation layer 4;
the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate 1 is provided with a fire detection unit 6, and the fire detection unit 6 is used for detecting fire source flames around the concrete outer clamping plate 1;
the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate 1 is provided with a spraying mechanism 7 communicated with a water source, and the spraying mechanism 7 is used for spraying water to the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate 1 to extinguish an external fire source and guiding the water into the water absorption layer 5 to be used for blocking flame spreading on the heat preservation layer 4;
the spraying mechanism 7 is provided with a control mechanism 8 electrically connected with the fire detection unit 6, and the fire detection unit 6 collects fire source information and feeds back the fire source information to the control mechanism 8 to control the on-off of the spraying mechanism 7.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 10, a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard is provided, an iron box 401 capable of giving out air is arranged in a heat preservation layer 4, a plurality of air outlets are formed in the iron box 401, the iron box 401 is communicated with a water absorption layer 5, the iron box 401 can conduct heat to a glass bottle 402, a plurality of glass bottles 402 are arranged in the iron box 401, carbon dioxide gas is filled in the glass bottles 402, filling cotton is filled between the glass bottles 402 and the iron box 401, collision between the glass bottles 402 and the iron box 401 is reduced, and after the ambient temperature of the glass bottles 402 is raised by a fire source, the glass bottles 402 are broken to release the carbon dioxide gas.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 7, in a fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard, a gas supplementing assembly 12 is arranged on a concrete outer clamping plate 1, the gas supplementing assembly 12 comprises a gas tank 1201 arranged on the concrete outer clamping plate 1, carbon dioxide gas is filled in the gas tank 1201, an output end of the gas tank 1201 is communicated with a connecting pipe 1202 arranged on the concrete outer clamping plate 1, the connecting pipe 1202 is fixed on the concrete outer clamping plate 1, a plurality of gas distributing pipes 1203 are communicated with the connecting pipe 1202, the gas distributing pipes 1203 penetrate through the concrete outer clamping plate 1 and a heat insulation layer 4, and the gas distributing pipes 1203 are sequentially communicated with a glass bottle 402.
Working principle: when the fire is on fire, the temperature around the concrete outer clamping plate 1 and the sandwich layer 2 can be continuously increased, the temperature of the iron box 401 can be increased, at the moment, as the glass bottle 402 is placed on the iron box 401, after the glass bottle 402 reaches a certain temperature, the glass bottle 402 can be broken, carbon dioxide gas can be released, the oxygen content in the air can be reduced, and the fire can be extinguished; after the carbon dioxide gas in the glass bottle 402 is completely released, the carbon dioxide in the gas tank 1201 is released to the broken glass bottle 402 through the connecting pipe 1202 and the gas distribution pipe 1203, so that the release of carbon dioxide for a period of time is ensured, the gas distribution pipe 1203 can uniformly disperse the gas into the water absorption layer 5, the diffusion of the carbon dioxide gas is facilitated, the combustion is prevented to the maximum extent, in conclusion, the release of flame-retardant gas such as carbon dioxide is utilized, the oxygen content is reduced, further fire extinguishment is facilitated, the fire extinguishment treatment is performed at multiple angles, and the capability of timely fire extinguishment is improved.

Claims (8)

1. A fire protection structure for a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard, comprising: the fireproof isolation strip comprises a concrete outer clamping plate (1) and a sandwich layer (2) arranged in the concrete outer clamping plate (1), wherein a fireproof isolation strip (3) is arranged between the concrete outer clamping plate (1) and the sandwich layer (2); it is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of,
the sandwich layer (2) comprises an insulation layer (4) arranged on the inner wall of the concrete outer clamping plate (1) and a water absorption layer (5) arranged inside the insulation layer (4), wherein the water absorption layer (5) can absorb water and timely block the fire of the insulation layer (4);
the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate (1) is provided with a fire detection unit (6), and the fire detection unit (6) is used for detecting fire source flames around the concrete outer clamping plate (1);
the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate (1) is provided with a spraying mechanism (7) communicated with a water source, the spraying mechanism (7) is used for spraying water to the outer wall of the concrete outer clamping plate (1) to extinguish an external fire source and guide the water into the water absorbing layer (5) to be used for blocking flame from spreading on the heat insulating layer (4);
the spraying mechanism (7) is provided with a control mechanism (8) electrically connected with the fire detection unit (6), and the fire detection unit (6) collects fire source information and feeds the fire source information back to the control mechanism (8) to control the on-off of the spraying mechanism (7);
an iron box (401) capable of giving off air is arranged in the heat preservation layer (4), a plurality of glass bottles (402) are arranged in the iron box (401), carbon dioxide gas is filled in the glass bottles (402), and after the ambient temperature of the glass bottles (402) is raised by a fire source, the glass bottles (402) are broken to release the carbon dioxide gas;
the concrete external splint (1) is provided with air supplementing component (12), air supplementing component (12) is including installing gas tank (1201) on the concrete external splint (1), carbon dioxide gas is equipped with in gas tank (1201), the output intercommunication of gas tank (1201) has to set up connecting pipe (1202) on the concrete external splint (1), the intercommunication has a plurality of minute pipes (1203) on connecting pipe (1202), minute pipe (1203) run through concrete external splint (1) with heat preservation (4), minute pipe (1203) in proper order with glass bottle (402) intercommunication.

The fireproof structure of the concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard according to claim 1, wherein the fire detection unit (6) comprises a plurality of probes (601) connected to the periphery of the heat insulation layer (4), the probes (601) penetrate through the concrete outer clamping plate (1), the heads of the probes (601) are exposed out of the concrete outer clamping plate (1) to detect the intensity of a fire source, a processor (602) is arranged on the concrete outer clamping plate (1), the processor (602) is electrically connected with the probes (601), and the processor (602) is used for processing and analyzing the intensity and the range of flame detected by the probes (601).

The fireproof structure of the concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard according to claim 2, wherein the spraying mechanism (7) comprises a transverse pipe (701) arranged in the water absorption layer (5), a water inlet pipe (702) and a water outlet pipe (703) which are communicated with a water source are arranged on the transverse pipe (701), the water outlet pipe (703) is communicated with a water inlet part of an uninstalled wallboard, a vertical pipe (704) arranged in the water absorption layer (5) is communicated on the transverse pipe (701), a plurality of branch pipes (705) arranged in the water absorption layer (5) are communicated on the vertical pipe (704), a spray pipe (706) is arranged on the branch pipe (705), a branch pipe two (707) penetrating through the heat insulation layer (4) is communicated on the vertical pipe (704), a water storage chamber (708) is connected to the end part of the branch pipe two (707), a rotating pipe (709) is connected to an upper bearing of the water storage chamber (708), and a spray head (7010) is connected to the end part of the rotating pipe (709).

A precast concrete sandwich composite wall panel fireproof structure according to claim 3, wherein the control mechanism (8) comprises a first electromagnetic valve (801) installed on the water inlet pipe (702), the output end of the first electromagnetic valve (801) is communicated with the water inlet pipe (702), the input end of the first electromagnetic valve (801) is connected with a first hard pipe (802) communicated with a water source, a second electromagnetic valve (803) is installed on the water outlet pipe (703), the input end of the second electromagnetic valve (803) is communicated with the water outlet pipe (703), the output end of the second electromagnetic valve (803) is connected with a second hard pipe (804) which can be communicated with the water inlet end of an uninstalled wall panel, and the processor (602) is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic valve (801) and the second electromagnetic valve (803).

The fireproof structure of a concrete prefabricated sandwich composite wallboard according to claim 4, wherein the first hard pipe (802) or the second hard pipe (804) are respectively provided with a connecting component (9), the connecting component (9) comprises a threaded structure formed in the outer ring of the first hard pipe (802) or the second hard pipe (804), the first hard pipe (802) or the second hard pipe (804) is in threaded connection with a first threaded sleeve (901), the first threaded sleeve (901) is matched with the first hard pipe (802) or the second hard pipe (804), the other end of the first threaded sleeve (901) is communicated with a hose (902), and the other end of the hose (902) is communicated with a second threaded sleeve (903).
