The following describes the embodiments of the present invention further with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of these embodiments is for aiding in understanding the present invention, but is not to be construed as limiting the invention. In addition, the technical features of the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.

The tool magazine comprises a storage device, a picking and placing device and a control system.
The storage means is at least one vertical grid-like storage 6. Each vertical grid-shaped storage warehouse 6 comprises a plurality of first upright posts 12, the first upright posts 12 are arranged in two rows, each storage space 5 described below is formed by fixing two first box supporting plates 13 on four first upright posts 12, one end of each first box supporting plate 13 is fixed with one first upright post 12 of one row, and the other end of each first box supporting plate 13 is fixed with the other first upright post 12 of the other row. One row being shown in fig. 4 as the row closest to the first rail 21 and the second rail 19 and the other row being shown as the row further from the outside of the first rail 21 and the second rail 19. The bottoms of the first upright posts 12 are fixed with the bottom plate 61, and the tops are fixed with the top plate 59. Several can be understood as tens or so. The first upright 12 can be rectangular steel with a vertical through hole in the middle of the cross section and vertical grooves in the four sides, and the vertical through hole and the vertical groove vertically penetrate through the first upright 12.
A plurality of storage spaces 5 for storing cartridges 18 containing tools are equally spaced in each column and each row. The storage space 5 can also be understood as a magazine receiving space or magazine receiving structure.
As described above, each storage space 5 is constituted by two equal-height and parallel first pallet plates 13 fixed to a plurality of, for example, four first columns 12, and each first pallet plate 13 is fixed to one first column 12 at both ends. Each first box supporting plate 13 is an inclined plate, the cutter box inlet and outlet ends 14 of the first box supporting plates 13 of each storage space 5 are high, the cutter box limiting parts 11 are arranged at the lower ends of the first box supporting plates 13, the side parts of each first box supporting plate 13 are provided with side blocking parts 62, and the bottom parts are provided with box supporting parts 17. It will be understood that the storage spaces 5 are equally spaced in each column and each row, that is, the first box supporting plates 13 in each column are on the same vertical line, the vertical spacing of each first box supporting plate 13 is equal, the first box supporting plates 13 in each row are on the same horizontal line, and the spacing of each pair of first box supporting plates 13 is equal. It will be understood that, except for the two first upright posts 12 at the outermost side, the two sides of the remaining two first upright posts 12 of each vertical grid-shaped storage warehouse 6 are both fixed with a first box supporting plate 13, that is, a first box supporting plate 13 is fixed on the left side of the two first upright posts 12, and a first box supporting plate 13 is also fixed on the right side of the two first upright posts 12.
A plurality of transverse connecting rods 60 can be fixed to the outer side of the first upright posts 12 of the vertical grid-like storage 6, which are located away from the cutter box access end 14 of the first box supporting plate 13, i.e., at the lower end of the first box supporting plate 13.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 and 9, the picking and placing device comprises a vertical lifting mechanism 22 and a horizontal driving mechanism 25 for driving the vertical lifting mechanism 22 to move horizontally, wherein the horizontal driving mechanism 25 is positioned at the bottom of the first box supporting plate 13 on the side of the cutter box inlet and outlet end 14 of the storage space 5 of the vertical grid-shaped storage 6. The vertical lift mechanism 22 has a pick and place mechanism 28 for picking up or placing or depositing a tool box 18 on each pair of first pallet plates 13 extending from the tool box access end 14 between each pair of first pallet plates 13. The pick-and-place device may further comprise a turning mechanism 27 described below.
The control system is a prior art, and generally comprises a main controller, such as a PLC chip, a single-chip microcomputer, a computer host, etc., a display screen 1 can be provided on a panel of a housing 4 described below, and the control system may further comprise a plurality of control components electrically connected to the main controller, such as a code scanner, a plurality of sensors, a plurality of relays, etc., for controlling the start or stop of a first stepping motor 30, a second stepping motor 34, a third stepping motor 37, and a fourth stepping motor 9 described below, thereby controlling a horizontal driving mechanism 25, a vertical lifting mechanism 22, a rotating mechanism 27, and a picking and placing mechanism 28 to accurately and rapidly pick or place a tool box 18 containing tools. The top surface of the top plate of the tool box 18 may be provided with a two-dimensional code (not shown in the figure), where the two-dimensional code contains information about the tool box 18, and it may also be understood that the two-dimensional code contains information about the tools contained in the tool box 18, such as a number or a numerical code of the tool box 18, that is, a number or a numerical code of the tools contained in the tool box and the tools contained in the tool box, and other information about the tools, such as a model number of the tools, a specification of the tools, a size of the tools, a use of the tools, performance parameters of the tools, a manufacturer of the tools, a date of production of the tools, and the like. The outer top surface of the top plate of the cutlery box 18 may be provided with a numerical number of the cutlery box 18.
As shown in fig. 4 to 10, the two vertical grid-shaped storage libraries 6 are preferably symmetrically arranged, the cutter box inlet and outlet ends 14 of the first box supporting plates 13 of the storage spaces 5 of the two vertical grid-shaped storage libraries 6 are oppositely arranged, and the horizontal driving mechanism 25 and the vertical lifting mechanism 22 are arranged in the middle of the two vertical grid-shaped storage libraries 6. The middle upper part of the panel of the shell 4 can be provided with a display screen 1 of the control system, and one side of the panel of the shell 4 can be provided with a cutter box taking and placing opening 3. The tool magazine of the invention can also comprise a base 10, wherein the vertical grid-shaped storage 6, the horizontal driving mechanism 25 and the bracket 8 for placing the tool taking and placing port 3 are all arranged on the base 10. The base 10 may be provided at its bottom with a plurality of universal wheels 2 for movement within the workshops and even between each other to meet certain specific requirements for the concentrated use of a large number of tools.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9, the horizontal driving mechanism 25 may have a specific structure that a fourth stepping motor 9 is provided on the base 10, and an output shaft of the fourth stepping motor 9 drives a second screw of a second nut screw pair to rotate through a worm gear or a bevel gear or directly or through a gearbox, so as to drive a supporting seat 24 of the vertical lifting mechanism 22 fixed with the second nut to linearly move along an elongated guide groove 26 of the first guide rail 21. Gearboxes are also known as gearboxes. The fourth stepper motor 9 is schematically shown. The elongated guide slot 26 may also be referred to as a guide slot. The horizontal driving mechanism can be specifically structured that a fourth stepping motor drives a driving synchronous pulley, an annular synchronous belt and a driven synchronous pulley to rotate, and the synchronous belt drives a supporting seat of a vertical lifting mechanism fixed on the synchronous belt to linearly move. The horizontal driving mechanism can also be that a fourth stepping motor drives the driving chain wheel, the annular chain and the driven chain wheel to rotate, and the chain drives the supporting seat of the vertical lifting mechanism fixed on the chain to linearly move.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9, the specific structure of the vertical lifting mechanism 22 may be that a second upright post 20 is fixed on a supporting seat 24 connected with a horizontal driving structure 25, for example, connected with a second nut of a second nut screw pair and driven, a first stepping motor 30 is installed at the top end of the second upright post 20, a first screw rod 29 of the first nut screw pair is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the first stepping motor 30, a first nut of the first screw nut pair is fixed with a lifting table 23, the second upright post 20 also serves as a third guide rail, a sliding block connected with the first nut is slidingly matched in a sliding groove 64 on the inner side surface of the second upright post 20, that is, a vertical groove of the second upright post 12 described below, and a rolling bearing sleeved at the bottom of the first screw rod 29 may be arranged on the supporting seat 24. The second guide rail 19 parallel to the first guide rail 21 of the horizontal driving mechanism 25 can be arranged on the inner top wall of the shell 4 or the vertical grid-shaped storage warehouse 6, and a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the second guide rail 19 can be fixed at the top end of the vertical lifting mechanism 22, so that the horizontal movement of the vertical lifting mechanism 22 is better in guiding performance, and the horizontal movement is more flexible, stable and reliable. The second upright post 20 can also be rectangular steel with a vertical through hole in the middle and vertical grooves in the four sides, and the vertical through hole and the vertical groove vertically penetrate through the second upright post 20.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 10, the rotation mechanism 27 includes a large first driven gear 35 fixed to the elevating table 23 of the vertical elevating mechanism 22, a small first driving gear 40 fixed to the output shaft of the second stepping motor 34 on a rotation seat 41, and the small first driving gear 40 is engaged with the large first driven gear 35 to drive the rotation seat 41 and rotate the pick-and-place mechanism 28 by 180 ° around the axis of the large first driven gear 35.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 10, the picking and placing mechanism 28 comprises an inclined sliding seat 45 fixed on the rotating seat 41, a third stepping motor 37 is fixed on the inclined sliding seat 45, a second driving gear 46 on an output shaft of the third stepping motor 37 is meshed with at least two second driven gears 47 as shown in the drawing, the second driven gears 47 are meshed with racks 33 at the bottom of a picking and placing plate 32 which is in sliding fit on the inclined sliding seat 45, and a bottom end limiting block 39 and a top end limiting block 38 of the cutter box 18 are fixed on the upper surface of the picking and placing plate 32. The inclined sliding seat 45 is provided with a plurality of first rollers 43 which are vertically arranged, the bottom surface of the taking and placing plate 32 is in rolling fit with the top surfaces of the plurality of first rollers 43, and the taking and placing plate 32 is in threaded connection with an L-shaped guide plate 36 positioned on the bottom surface through a plurality of screws. The inclined sliding seat 45 is also provided with a plurality of second rollers 44 which are transversely arranged, the inner side surface of the rack 33 is in rolling fit with the outer side surfaces of the second rollers 44, and the taking and placing plate 32 is in threaded connection with the rack 33 through a plurality of screws. The outer end surfaces of the shaft of the second driving gear 46 and the shaft of the second driven gear 47 can be connected with a reinforcing plate 42 through a plurality of screws in a threaded manner, so that the second driving gear 46 and the second driven gear 47 can be axially limited and the gear shaft can be reinforced. The first cover 31 is also fixed on the inclined sliding seat 45 for safety protection.

The tool magazine further comprises a tool box taking and placing opening 3 arranged on the side edge of the vertical grid-shaped storage magazine 6, the tool box taking and placing opening 3 comprises two vertical side plates 50 and two second box supporting plates 48 which are fixed on the inner sides of the inclined planes of the tops of the two vertical side plates 50 and are equal in height, each second box supporting plate 48 is an inclined plate, a taking and placing mechanism inlet and outlet end 49 of each second box supporting plate 48 is high, a hand inlet and outlet end 54 of each second box supporting plate 48 is low, one end of each second box supporting plate 48 which is low is provided with a tool box limiting plate 51, the side part of each second box supporting plate 48 is provided with a vertical side plate 63, and the bottom of each second box supporting plate 48 is provided with a box supporting bottom plate 55.
The bottoms of the two vertical side plates 50 are provided with a horizontal sliding plate 58 and a sliding rail 57 which are matched with each other, the inner end of the sliding rail 57 is provided with an inner limiting plate 56 which limits the position of the sliding plate 58 at the position of the cutter box taken and put by the taking and putting mechanism 28, the outer end of the sliding rail 57 is provided with an outer limiting plate 52 which limits the position of the sliding plate 58 at the position of the cutter box taken and put by a hand, and the front ends of the two vertical side plates 50 are provided with two second box supporting plates 48 on the sliding plate 58, two vertical side plates 50 and a handle 53 which drags the sliding plate 58 to the front end or pushes the sliding plate 58 to the rear end. A second housing 7 is fixed on the bracket 8 for safety protection. The bracket 8 is fixed on the base 10.
Since the structure of the magazine access port 3 is similar to that of each storage space 5, any one of the storage spaces 5 at which a person can easily access the magazine can be used as the magazine access port. However, the above special tool box taking and placing opening 3 is preferably adopted, and the main consideration is that if the housing 4 is arranged in the tool box, the tool box taking and placing opening 3 is arranged independently, so that the operation is more striking and more convenient. It is also contemplated that the horizontal slide 58 and the slide rail 57 may be added after the knife box pick-and-place opening 3 is separately provided, so that the knife box pick-and-place opening 3 is located at a manual operation position or an operation position of the pick-and-place mechanism 28, respectively, and is safer.
As shown in fig. 3, the first box supporting plate 13 and the second box supporting plate 48 are preferably angle steel, the cutter box limiting portion 11 and the cutter box limiting plate 51 are vertical steel baffles fixed at the lower end of the angle steel, the side blocking portion 62 and the vertical side plate 63 are vertical plates of the angle steel, and the box supporting portion 17 and the box supporting bottom plate 55 are transverse plates of the angle steel. The method for taking out the tool box with the tools from the tool magazine according to any one of the above technical solutions of the present invention comprises the following steps:
(1) The relevant information of the tool box 18 to be taken, such as one or more relevant information on two-dimensional codes of the number of the tool box, the specification model of the tool and the like, is input at the input end of the control system.
(2) The main controller of the control system controls the horizontal drive mechanism 25 and the vertical lift mechanism 22 to align the pick and place mechanism 28 with a certain storage space 5 in a certain column and a certain row of the vertical grid-like storage library.
If applied to a magazine having two vertically meshed stores 6, this step may include the step of controlling the rotation seat 41 of the rotation mechanism 27 to rotate 180 ° by the main controller.
(3) The main controller of the control system controls the pick-and-place plate 32 of the pick-and-place mechanism 28 to be obliquely inserted into the storage space 5 and to be right below the cutter box 18, and then lifts the cutter box 18 and retracts to the initial position.

The method for storing the tool boxes with tools in the tool magazine according to any one of the above technical schemes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) And scanning the two-dimensional code on the cutter box 18 to be stored by a code scanner electrically connected with the main control of the control system.
(2) The cutter box 18 is placed on the two second box supporting plates 48 of the cutter box taking and placing opening 3 and limited by the cutter box limiting blocks 51, and the handle 53 is held by hand to push the second box supporting plates 48, the two vertical side plates 50 and the sliding plate 58 which support the cutter box 18 to the position of the cutter box 18 taken and placed by the taking and placing mechanism 28.

(5) The main controller of the control system controls the horizontal drive mechanism 25 and the vertical lift mechanism 22 to align the pick and place mechanism 28 with a certain storage space 5 in a certain column and a certain row of the vertical grid-like storage library.
(6) The main controller of the control system controls the picking and placing plate 32 of the picking and placing mechanism 28 to be obliquely inserted right above the middle of the two first box supporting plates 13 of the storage space 5, and then the picking and placing plate 32 is lowered to enable the cutter box 18 to be placed on the two first box supporting plates 13 of the storage space 5, at the moment, the cutter box 18 is limited by the cutter box limiting part 11, and the picking and placing plate 32 is retracted to the initial position.

If applied to a magazine having two vertically meshed stores 6, the step (3) and/or the step (5) includes a step of controlling the rotation seat 41 of the rotation mechanism 27 to rotate 180 ° by the main controller.
It will be appreciated that the lifting action described above is performed by the vertical lift mechanism 22 and that the oblique insertion and retraction is performed by the pick-and-place mechanism 28.
It will be appreciated that the cartridges 18 described above refer to cartridges 18 containing cutters. If the tool magazine is provided with only one vertical grid-shaped storage magazine 6, the picking and placing mechanism 28 can be directly fixed on the lifting table 23 without rotating the mechanism 27. The stepper motor can also be replaced by a servo motor. When the tool magazine is used initially, the original warehouse of the tool boxes 18 with tools is realized, after two-dimension codes of the tool boxes 18 to be stored are scanned by a code scanner electrically connected with a main control system, each storage space 5 is manually placed, and all the tool boxes 18 can be placed into each storage space 5 one by adopting the method for storing the tool boxes with tools into the tool magazine. The code scanner can be a single handheld code scanner or a code scanner arranged on the cutter box pick-and-place opening 3.
The above plural storage spaces 5 for storing the cartridges 18 with tools per vertical grid-like storage library 6 are understood to be several, such as several tens, one hundred, etc., such as several tens per column, several tens per row, etc.

the picking and placing device comprises a vertical lifting mechanism and a horizontal driving mechanism for driving the vertical lifting mechanism to move horizontally, and the horizontal driving mechanism is positioned at the bottom of one side of the inlet and outlet ends of the cutter boxes of the first box supporting plate in the storage space of the vertical grid-shaped storage warehouse; the vertical lifting mechanism is provided with a picking and placing mechanism which is used for stretching into the space between each pair of first box supporting plates from the inlet and outlet ends of the cutter box to pick out the cutter box or place the cutter box on each pair of first box supporting plates.
