The treated melt adopts a double-drainage and strong-cooling oil-gas lubrication casting disc to prepare a casting rod with the diameter phi of 250mm, and the microscopic grain size inside the casting rod is 1 grade without microscopic loosening and air hole defects. Sawing a plurality of round cake slices with the thickness of 150mm along the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the casting rod, and turning the center of each round cake slice into a through hole, wherein the central aperture is phi 120mm after completion. In the ring rolling forming process, the blank rotates at a high speed under the action of friction force of a forming roller of the ring rolling machine, the diameter of the annular blank is gradually increased along with the rolling, the thickness of the annular blank is gradually thinned, after the ring rolling deformation is finished, the radial processing deformation rate of the blank reaches 75%, and the outer diameter size is phi 541mm. The annular blank after the ring rolling forming is placed on a spinning machine, and the annular blank is spun into the shape of the section of the wheel required by the tire bead and the tread at the temperature of 35 ℃. In the spinning deformation process, the width of the spinning blank is continuously increased, and the thickness is further thinned. After spinning, the wheels are subjected to solution treatment at 550 ℃/1h and aging heat treatment at 165 ℃/10h respectively, the mechanical properties of the wheel products are tested, the tensile strength is 335MPa, the elongation is 12%, the wheel photo prepared according to the embodiment 1 is shown in figure 1, and the wheel properties meet the requirements of customers on the mechanical and strength properties of spoke type motorcycle wheel sets. After the wheels are anodized, the surfaces are in sub-black, and are additionally provided with metallic luster, so that the requirements of customers on the appearance of products are met, and no chromatic aberration or punctiform surface defects are caused.
Example 2
Selecting 50% of 7×× aluminum alloy processing scraps and 40% of pure aluminum ingots as raw materials, adding less than 10% of pure zinc ingots, pure magnesium ingots, pure copper plates, aluminum zirconium intermediate alloys and the like, putting the raw materials into a smelting furnace for smelting, wherein the alloy composition range of the materials is Zn:6.3%; cu:2.0%, mg:2.1%; fe:0.12%; si:0.06%; mn:0.03%; zr:0.15%; the content of the rest elements is less than 0.05 percent. In the smelting process, an electromagnetic stirrer at the bottom of the furnace is started, so that continuous stirring of the aluminum melt in the smelting process is realized, the temperature of the melt in the furnace is relatively uniform, the smelting temperature range is 730 ℃, the flame intensity of the smelting furnace is automatically regulated and controlled, and the local temperature of the aluminum melt is prevented from not exceeding 760 ℃. In the process of finishing twice refining in the smelting furnace, the melt is poured into a standing furnace to carry out internal rotation degassing and standing treatment.
After smelting, pouring the melt into a static furnace for standing treatment for 40min, taking out surface scum and oxide, and then carrying out dehydrogenation treatment on the melt through serial degassing treatment of a launder type degassing machine and a double-rotor box type degassing machine combination so as to reduce the hydrogen content in the melt, and meanwhile, the serial combination degassing mode can also lead the fine oxide in the melt to be brought into the surface of the melt along with the degassing process to a certain extent, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the melt to a certain extent. After degassing treatment, detecting that the control value of the hydrogen content at the outlet position of a degassing tank is 0.135ml/100gAl, filtering the melt by adopting a 40-mesh and 60-mesh double-stage plate type filtering mode, wherein the total content of impurities in the filtered melt is 0.021mm 2 /kg。
And after degassing and filtering are finished, adopting an oil-gas lubrication crystallizer to prepare a casting rod with the diameter of 250mm, wherein the casting speed is 70mm/min, the cooling water flow is 32T/h, no microscopic porosity and inclusion defects exist in the casting rod after the preparation is finished, and the microscopic grain size is 120 mu m. And sawing a plurality of round cake slices with the thickness of 180mm along the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the casting rod after casting, and turning the center of each round cake slice into a through hole, wherein the central aperture is phi 130mm after completion. And after the completion of the homogenization treatment process, carrying out double-zone double-stage homogenization heat treatment by adopting a chain transmission stepping homogenizing furnace according to the homogenization treatment process requirements of the 7×× annular blank, wherein the treatment temperature is 450 ℃ for a first zone ingot temperature and 470 ℃ for a second zone ingot temperature, and the inner through hole blank is subjected to double-stage homogenization heat treatment by respectively carrying out a first zone heating and a second zone heating and heat preservation process along with chain transmission in the homogenization treatment time period, and the blank is moved out of the homogenizing furnace in a thermal state after the treatment is completed, and is rapidly cooled to 350 ℃ at a cooling rate of 200 ℃/h so as to directly carry out ring grinding processing deformation.

Claims (2)
