Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of item supervision, and provides an item supervision method based on multiple approval nodes, which comprises the following steps: acquiring approval item initiating nodes, and distributing corresponding approval item content initiating authorities for each approval item initiating node; acquiring approval item initiating content of an approval item initiating node, and judging whether the approval item initiating content corresponds to approval item content initiating authority of the approval item initiating node or not; when the approval initiating content corresponds to the approval initiating authority of the approval initiating node, calculating an approval link according to the approval initiating node and the approval initiating content; according to the approval item initiating node and the approval item initiating content, calculating the approval period of each item approval node in the corresponding approval link; and acquiring the transaction supervision node based on the approval period of the transaction approval node, and automatically processing the supervision node.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of item supervision, in particular to an item supervision method based on multiple approval nodes.
Background
At present, large-scale enterprises often relate to item approval processes, such as leave-for-leave approval, money-for-use approval, project approval and the like, and when different approval nodes are used in the approval processes, different departments complete approval passing or returning, and the involved departments are more, and different approval departments approve tasks by clicking through main responsible persons, so that the whole approval processes are different, and the approval nodes are ignored due to the fact that people do not pay attention for a long time and are not reminded in time, finally, the whole approval processes are delayed, and the work efficiency is greatly reduced.
For various types of approval processes, some approval process periods are required to be urgent, approval contents are important, multi-level approval is required, if approval contents cannot be timely processed at each node, the follow-up progress of matters can be affected, some approval process periods are required to be not urgent, if approval nodes are more common, and if more approval nodes are arranged, approval efforts and approval time of each approval node can be wasted. Thus, for different numbers of approval nodes, different approval content originators should be equipped with different approval links according to different approval contents, and for different approval links, if the approval is not timely, different supervision methods should be equipped.

and acquiring the transaction supervision node based on the approval period of the transaction approval node, and automatically processing the supervision node.
As a further optimization, the approval initiating node corresponds to a department role of the user in the enterprise architecture.
As a further optimization, the obtaining the approval item initiating content of the approval item initiating node includes:
acquiring approval item initiating contents through an approval item initiating content template arranged in each approval item initiating node; and carrying out semantic analysis on the input approval item initiating content, extracting semantic features, and extracting approval initiating content.

s2, acquiring approval item initiating content of the approval item initiating node, and judging whether the approval item initiating content corresponds to approval item content initiating authority of the approval item initiating node;
s3, when the approval item initiating content corresponds to the approval item content initiating authority of the approval item initiating node, calculating an approval link according to the approval item initiating node and the approval item initiating content;
s4, calculating the approval period of each item approval node in the corresponding approval link according to the approval item initiation node and the approval item initiation content;
s5, acquiring the transaction supervision node based on the approval period of the transaction approval node, and automatically processing the supervision node.
In this embodiment, corresponding to different roles of each department in the enterprise, such as a department manager and department staff of different job classes, the approval item initiating node corresponding to the different roles should be corresponding to the roles, and the approval items initiated by the different roles are different, for the approval item content with a relatively acute condition, the embodiment can calculate a relatively short approval link to realize approval efficiency, and for the general approval item content, the calculation of the approval link can be performed according to the approval rule of the enterprise, and of course, if the corresponding roles in the approval node cannot be approved in time, the embodiment can also assist in completing the approval work through the set item supervising node, thereby further improving the approval efficiency.

In this embodiment, the link neural network may use a BP neural network, an RBF neural network, or the like, as long as the requirement that two inputs and a single output can be used is satisfied.
In order to improve the approval efficiency when the approval node cannot timely make the approval, in this embodiment, an event supervision node is set up, where the approval period based on the event approval node obtains the event supervision node specifically refers to:
when the current approval item initiating content is approved by each item approval node in the approval link through the calculated approval link, if the actual approval time of the item approval node exceeds the corresponding approval period, the next item approval node of the item approval node in the approval link is taken as an item supervision node.
Additionally, in this embodiment, the automatic handling of the supervision matters specifically means: prompting a corresponding item approval node to approve the current approval item initiating content by the item supervision node, and if the item approval node does not approve the approval item initiating content within a specified time, directly approving the approval item initiating content by the item supervision node.
And finally, when the approval item initiating content does not correspond to the approval item content initiating authority of the approval item initiating node, prompting the user directly through the approval item initiating node.

when the approval initiating content corresponds to the approval initiating authority of the approval initiating node, calculating an approval link according to the approval initiating node and the approval initiating content;
according to the approval item initiating node and the approval item initiating content, calculating the approval period of each item approval node in the corresponding approval link;
and acquiring the transaction supervision node based on the approval period of the transaction approval node, and automatically processing the supervision node.
2. The multi-approval node-based transaction management method of claim 1, wherein the approval transaction initiation node corresponds to a department role of a user in an enterprise architecture.
3. The method for transaction supervision based on multiple approval nodes according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining approval transaction initiating contents of the approval transaction initiating node comprises:
acquiring approval item initiating contents through an approval item initiating content template arranged in each approval item initiating node; and carrying out semantic analysis on the input approval item initiating content, extracting semantic features, and extracting approval initiating content.

The method for managing items based on multiple approval nodes according to claim 1, wherein the method for acquiring the approval item initiating content of the approval item initiating node and judging whether the approval item initiating content corresponds to the approval item content initiating authority of the approval item initiating node specifically refers to:
taking approval item initiating nodes as a first object set, taking approval item initiating content corresponding to each approval item initiating node as a second object set, taking approval item content initiating authority corresponding to each approval item initiating node as a third object set, and constructing a multi-level mapping relation of the first object set-the second object combination-the third object set.
5. The transaction supervision method based on multiple approval nodes according to claim 1, wherein the calculating an approval link according to the approval transaction initiating node and the approval transaction initiating content specifically refers to:
acquiring all approval item initiating nodes, and extracting node characteristics of all approval item initiating nodes;
acquiring approval item initiating content corresponding to the approval item initiating node, and extracting semantic features of the approval item initiating content;
taking node characteristics and semantic characteristics as input, and constructing and training a link neural network;
when approval item initiating content exists in the approval item initiating node, calculating an approval link corresponding to the current approval item initiating content in the item initiating node through a link neural network;
and the current approval item initiating content is approved by each item approval node in the approval link through the calculated approval link.
6. The multi-approval-node-based transaction supervision method as set forth in claim 5, wherein the transaction approval cycle based on the transaction approval node obtains the transaction supervision node, specifically:
when the current approval item initiating content is approved by each item approval node in the approval link through the calculated approval link, if the actual approval time of the item approval node exceeds the corresponding approval period, the next item approval node of the item approval node in the approval link is taken as an item supervision node.

The multi-approval-node-based transaction supervision method according to claim 6, wherein the automatically handling the supervision is specifically: prompting a corresponding item approval node to approve the current approval item initiating content by the item supervision node, and if the item approval node does not approve the approval item initiating content within a specified time, directly approving the approval item initiating content by the item supervision node.
