It can be understood that each module of the service flow approval apparatus in this embodiment has a function of implementing a corresponding step of the service flow approval method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1. The function can be realized by hardware, and can also be realized by executing corresponding software by hardware. The hardware or software includes one or more modules corresponding to the functions described above. The modules can be software and/or hardware, and each module can be implemented independently or by integrating a plurality of modules. an approval node and transfer condition obtaining module 410, configured to obtain approval nodes at different levels and transfer conditions of the approval nodes at different levels in the business approval process submitted by the user;
an approval transfer path obtaining module 420, configured to generate an approval transfer path based on each level of approval nodes and transfer conditions;
and a service approval request generation module 430, configured to generate a service approval request based on the approval circulation path.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the application, the examination and approval circulation paths of the items to be approved are generated on the basis of the examination and approval nodes and the circulation conditions of the examination and approval nodes at all levels of the items to be approved submitted by the user, and the business examination and approval request is generated on the basis of the examination and approval circulation paths. Based on the scheme, the business approval request can be generated according to the items to be approved, the items to be approved are automatically circulated, the circulation of the items to be approved is not required to be completed manually, an OA system or an electronic mail is not required, the operation amount of workers is reduced, and the approval efficiency can be improved.

It can be understood that the above modules of the device for generating a service approval request in this embodiment have functions of implementing corresponding steps of the method for generating a service approval request in the embodiment shown in fig. 3. The embodiment of the application provides an electronic device, which comprises a processor and a memory;
a memory for storing operating instructions;
and the processor is used for executing the service flow approval method provided by any embodiment of the application by calling the operation instruction.
As an example, fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device to which an embodiment of the present application is applicable, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 2000 includes: a processor 2001 and a memory 2003. Wherein the processor 2001 is coupled to a memory 2003, such as via a bus 2002. Optionally, the electronic device 2000 may also include a transceiver 2004. It should be noted that the transceiver 2004 is not limited to one in practical applications, and the structure of the electronic device 2000 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 2001 is applied to the embodiment of the present application to implement the method shown in the above method embodiment. The transceiver 2004 may include a receiver and a transmitter, and the transceiver 2004 is applied to the embodiments of the present application to implement the functions of the electronic device of the embodiments of the present application to communicate with other devices when executed.
The Processor 2001 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit), general Processor, DSP (Digital Signal Processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware component, or any combination thereof. The Memory 2003 may be a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), a magnetic disk storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these.
Optionally, the memory 2003 is used for storing application program code for performing the disclosed aspects, and is controlled in execution by the processor 2001. The processor 2001 is configured to execute the application program code stored in the memory 2003 to implement the business flow approval method provided in any of the embodiments of the present application.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application is applicable to any embodiment of the method, and is not described herein again.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment receives the service approval request initiated by the service initiating node, forwards the service approval request to the next-stage approval node according to the preset approval circulation path when the service approval request meets the preset circulation condition, and processes the service approval request by the next-stage approval node. Based on the scheme, the automatic circulation of the items to be examined and approved can be realized, the circulation of the items to be examined and approved is not required to be completed manually, an OA system or an electronic mail is not required, the operation amount of workers is reduced, and the examination and approval efficiency can be improved.
The embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the service flow approval method shown in the foregoing method embodiment.
The computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application is applicable to any of the embodiments of the foregoing method, and is not described herein again.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps of receiving a service approval request initiated by a service initiating node, forwarding the service approval request to a next-stage approval node according to a preset approval flow path when whether the service approval request meets a preset flow condition, and processing the service approval request by the next-stage approval node. Based on the scheme, the automatic circulation of the items to be examined and approved can be realized, the circulation of the items to be examined and approved is not required to be completed manually, an OA system or an electronic mail is not required, the operation amount of workers is reduced, and the examination and approval efficiency can be improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

Claims (17)

1. A business flow approval method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a service approval request initiated by a service initiating node is received, determining whether the service approval request meets a preset circulation condition;
if the service approval request is met, forwarding the service approval request to a next-stage approval node according to a preset approval circulation path so that the next-stage approval node processes the service approval request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the service approval request is generated by the service initiation node based on the approval flow path.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the approval circulation path is generated by the service initiation node based on all levels of approval nodes submitted by users and circulation conditions of all levels of approval nodes.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the approval nodes are specified by the user in an associated node of a previous level of approval nodes of the approval nodes.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic originating node belongs to a specified enterprise domain.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the approval hierarchy corresponding to the approval circulation path is not greater than a preset value.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and submitting the circulation state information of the service approval request in the approval process of the service approval request.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the circulation status information is used for comparing with standard status information to generate a comparison result.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising:
and in the process of the approval of the service approval request, if an approval process ending instruction submitted by a user is received, terminating the processing of the service approval request.
10. A method for generating a service approval request is applied to a service initiating node, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring all levels of examination and approval nodes of the items to be approved submitted by the user and circulation conditions of all levels of examination and approval nodes;
generating an approval circulation path of the items to be approved based on the approval nodes at all levels and the circulation conditions;
and generating a service approval request based on the approval circulation path.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
and sending the service approval request to a next-stage approval node of the service initiating node in the approval circulation path, so that the next-stage approval node determines whether the service approval request meets a preset circulation condition, and when the service approval request meets the circulation condition, forwarding the service approval request to the next-stage approval node according to a preset approval circulation path, and so that the next-stage approval node processes the service approval request.
12. The method of claim 10 or 11, further comprising:
and storing the approval circulation path.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
and when an updating request for the approval circulation path is received, updating the approval nodes and the approval circulation conditions in the approval circulation path based on the updating request.
14. A business flow approval apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a flow condition judging module, a flow condition judging module and a flow condition judging module, wherein the flow condition judging module is used for determining whether a service approval request initiated by a service initiating node meets a preset flow condition or not;
and the approval transfer module is used for transferring the service approval request to a next-stage approval node according to a preset approval transfer path when the service approval request meets a preset transfer condition, so that the next-stage approval node processes the service approval request.
15. An apparatus for generating a business approval request, comprising:

16. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing operation instructions;
the processor is used for executing the method of any one of claims 1-13 by calling the operation instruction.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1-13.
