The simulation data database is used for storing different data generated in the execution process of the simulation task, the execution process of the whole simulation task firstly analyzes a simulation object, and then model links the version of simulation software and the simulation data, wherein the simulation data consists of three parts: the model, calculate file and model assembly, model data divide into geometric model data, grid model data and other model data, and calculate the file and divide into CFD calculate file, quiet intensity calculate file and other calculate files;
the calculation results can be obtained through simulation data, models and calculation files, the results comprise CFD calculation results, static strength calculation results and other calculation results, the calculation files correspond to the calculation results, and meanwhile, the calculation results comprise key results such as picture results, animation results, curve results, numerical results and the like;
and finally, after the simulation is finished, a simulation report is provided, wherein the simulation report comprises an HTML report, a word report, a general report and the like.
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of tool software integration according to an embodiment of the invention;
as shown in fig. 8, the tool software integration is composed of a parameter management module, a software management module and an output module, wherein the parameter management module comprises a parameter file and a script file, the software management module comprises basic information, and the input module comprises basic input and error detection.
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a simulation flow database structure according to an embodiment of the present invention;
as shown in fig. 9, according to each step of the actual simulation flow, the system design flow management database relationship is as follows: a system user firstly creates a simulation work item, creates a version scheme under the work item, creates a work task after the version scheme is determined, distributes the work task to a designated user (simulation engineer), informs the engineer of executing the simulation task through a message, obtains a determined final calculation result and stores the final result in a knowledge base.
FIG. 10 is a diagram of a system log database relationship according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 10, the system will record various operations and generate relevant system logs for the system administrator to query and manage the system. And a part of the message is used as a system message to prompt a system user. And the other part of the information is sent to the user to prompt the user to execute related operations, for example, when the engineer receives the task assignment, the system can receive the information notification to prompt.
The invention provides a multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system, which has the following innovation points:
(1) The task allocation and simulation data storage integrated operation and management can be realized;
(2) The simulation software interfaces in different science fields are arranged in the data storage system, and result data transmission and coupling calculation among different departments can be realized in the simulation data management system.

Claims (7)

1. A multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system, comprising: the system comprises a task navigation module, a data navigation module, a simulation knowledge base module, a data analysis module, a system customization module and a system management module; wherein the method comprises the steps of
The task navigation module comprises a task board unit and an approval task unit, and is used for integrally managing the simulation flow and providing integral preview for a user;
the data navigation module is used for building a tree structure according to the stored product model or simulation project, wherein the data navigation module comprises a product simulation data unit and a BOM tree definition unit;
the simulation knowledge base module is used for realizing management and sharing of simulation knowledge, and comprises four parts, namely a simulation check and verification unit, an engineering example unit, a knowledge management unit and a search query unit;
the data analysis module is used for providing a data analysis function and facilitating judgment and decision making of the user;
the system customization module is used for integrating simulation tools required by multiple disciplines, forming interactive calls, constructing various simulation components in different forms and supporting the application of the multiple disciplines, wherein the system customization module comprises a multiple discipline coupling simulation calculation module;
the system management module is used for enabling the functions and interactions of the modules to be coordinated, and realizing data sharing and unified management.
2. The multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system of claim 1, wherein the multidisciplinary coupling simulation computing module comprises a simulation tool software integration unit, a software management unit, a software execution unit, and a parameter management unit;
the multidisciplinary coupling simulation calculation module is used for realizing the coupling work of simulation of different professions, wherein the different professions comprise a fluid specialty and a structure specialty;
the multidisciplinary coupling simulation calculation module further includes one or more of the following functions:
identifying version information of all simulation software on a model running server;
identifying version information of simulation software in the model file;
the simulation software version used when the model is run is set to be not lower than the version used when the model is generated.

The multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system according to claim 2, wherein the coupling software in the multidisciplinary coupling simulation calculation module stores related coupling setting information through an intermediate format file, and after the coupling software completes all coupling related settings, the coupling related settings are stored as a coupling model file, and the coupling model file records the coupling setting information.

The multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system of claim 1, wherein the product simulation data is displayed in the form of a tree view, wherein the displayed data includes product simulation process data representing data generated by each version retained and product simulation result data representing a selected version of data.

The multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system of claim 1, wherein the system customization module is further configured to: packaging software integration functions in the simulation flow to form a simulation assembly with optional flow, forming a corresponding business flow through the construction function of a flow template, the templated package data function and the simulation assembly, supporting constraint jump setting of the business flow, and realizing the business flow driving engine;
wherein the simulation component comprises modeling, preprocessing, adding boundary conditions, calculation and coupling calculation and post-processing.
6. The multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system of claim 1, wherein the multidisciplinary coupling simulation calculation module is configured to implement coupling tasks for different specialized simulations, comprising:
realizing unidirectional coupling, wherein the unidirectional coupling represents that single simulation software transmits data to another simulation software in a unidirectional manner;
realizing bidirectional coupling, wherein the bidirectional coupling represents bidirectional data transfer between coupling simulation software; and
and realizing data interaction intervals, and setting the intervals of iteration steps and time steps of data transmission.
7. The multidisciplinary integration and simulation data management system of claim 1, further comprising: an integration interface for integrating interactions with data, flows of other platforms and/or systems of the user, wherein the other platforms include at least one of:
a high performance computing platform;
designing a system platform;
and a data center.
